[Resolved]  Samsung — Service centre not giving me satisfaction

Dear Sir,
My Samsung Refrigerator which was not in warranty was repaired by samsung service center person on 24 May 2012 and after three days it started giving me same problem.I have given Rs. 2000/-, these fellows cheating me sir, kindly refer my problems

Complained is Not Cooling (Gas refill)

I call them they are not giving response answer. They have given bill & one year guarantee, but they are not attending my phone call.

Don't ever buy the slide-up models of Samsung. It'll definitely malfunction before the warranty period is over And i[censored]nfortunately you visit the service centre they'll definitely charge for it ispite of being the set in warranty period.

I am facing lot of problem in geting the lcd display of samsung mobile model no-e-210. i had complaint in lucknow service centre two months ago. i am also in touch with service centre manger named MR.FAIZAN. but they are not giving me good response to me .

I have also lodged a complain about my fridge have a problem the technician came and diagnosed that the compressor is faulty. The service centre after that has been giving me stories that it will come today tomorrow and it has already crossed a week. I am without fridge at home which is a great inconvenience it is sorry state that a MNC has such bad record when it comes to after sales service. I feel Godrej or any other India brand would have done a better job then Samsung.

I hope someone reads this and have it resolved i have been interacting with one Ms.Rekha from their service centre and when i ask to speak to the manager he is always in a meeting or is out of office and the mobile number can not be shared due to company policy.

I am from Hyderabad and have now run out of patience think going to consumer court is the best option for speedy action and also there i can claim losses which i have suffered due to the delay in repair. The compressor is in warranty period and the fridge is just year old.

i have buy a sumsung mobile phone as per company name (which was good brand name for me). which is faild in providing service, so i registered my complained from second day from date of purchase on samsung service centre but problem is not resolved by your service centre nor give me satisfactory answer regarding my hand set servicing, complaind to be continued repaited and i have registered complained again and again regarding handset, till date handset at your service centre before 50 days. so it is requeste to you please change my handset or retained the amount of purchase cost. otherwise i have go to consumer court.

i have many product of samsung company so it requested to you as per your brand name my case take on prority and resolved immediately.

N2600 — CAMERA CHARGING PLUG NOT WORKING

1.i just got back my mobile from nokia care center & now my mobile camera & charger point r not working.
2.i have to rush again to the care center again.Last month i had to rush 2 times to the center because of the formating .
IT IS REQUEST TO U I CAN'T RUN AGAIN TO THE CENTER AS IT IS VERY FAR FROM MY HOUSE.

samsung/music system — no respons in service center

i am santhoskumar i buy a samsung music system in sharptronic in salem in 2005 model no:max-vst30 now it was not working i handover to the samsung authorised service center date 17/10/2008 its going five months what can i do for that (smart technologies fairlands salem -636004 ph:[protected], 2445096)now i wait for one weak only next day i sent legal notice for the samsung service center i brought only samsung company set no assembel set ok give me replay thank you .
i have puchased a SGF 300 mobile on aug 2007 and after 5 month it got defected and from feb 2008 to till now it became 5 time repair but the problem is same i don`t know why some company people make me fool i have complains many time and one time they was saying that they replace my mobile but till now there is no response i am really very fadeup with this company and this product...

Samsung Mobile Phones — Inadequate service infrastructure

Their service infrastructure is extremely inadequate and service staff extremely rude. I wanted my phone repaired and walked into their service center at Louden Street, Kolkata. After waiting for over an hour I was still unattended. The funny thing was that there were hardly 5-6 people waiting before me in the service center and till the moment I left (after one hour of waiting) there were still 3 people yet to be attended to before me. On enquiring regarding the delay I was sternly told to wait for my turn or leave, that these things take time as there was limited staff and that it was the normal practice. This I feel is not the fault of the service staff in that office but a major failure on the part of Samsung as they are unable to ensure delivery of quick and efficient after sales service. Of course I chose to leave immediately and vowed never to buy a Samsung product again.

TVS Services Centre — Irregular Services

TVS Services are very poor in serving the clients. as they are charing more than Rs.800 but no propere services.
Kohinoor TVS - Greams Road. & Even i served in egmore too.
they are cheating the customer as the girls are not much aware of tech terms

Samsung Mobile — unsatisfactorily performance within a year

i purchased samsung beat 450 in sep2008 in jan 2009 the mobile started giving problem of immediate switching off and regular hanging. i gave it to service engg at jodhpur, they took more than 3 week to establish fault and another week to return it to me, this without any replacement during the period of 4 weeks. now again the mobile has started giving same touble and camera is also not working.
i want to get the mobile changed from company, please tell me how should i go about it

samsung x-650 mobile — repairing problem

Sir i gave my mobile for servicing to one shop but he has disturbed every thing, now it can not repaired,
so pls advise me what to do.
I have the simliar story with Samsung mobile. Now this is not working and I am going to buy a new set. No use of appraching dealer, its use and throw. The situation/system is not going to support a customer leke me.

My AC had been taken by these people f8 days ago that too after repeated request but, till now I have neither received it back nor have been intimated about hte delay.

Either they don't have competent technician Or they dont have competent 'Manager'.

I bought the 1.5 Tonne Split AC from Kalayni Stores at Secunderabad around the 1st week of march. From the time I installed the AC at home... we all in the family felt that the cooling effort was very poor. We made a complaint at[protected] number the representative was not helping me at all.

Only few words on which the call center representative is trained on saying Apolgoy or sorry but no idea or clue to solve the problem.

This number works only before 8:00am in the morning. Anytime you call post 8:00am you will have to wait for the next available agent and your turn will not come at all. Guess they are under staffed.

Here is my Complain # [protected]BP. Irony is my A/C is under warranty but the biggest worry is Samsung is not inclined to serve this at all.

If you call-up the seller he states that once Machine is sold they cannot help further on that. Samsung helpline is not capable of handling complaints and fixing issues.

As a customer I feel buying Samsung A/C was the mistake made for the summer..when you go for buying a samsung A/C please be rest assured that warranty is only on paper.

Samsun TV — Original Bill not Given

I purchased Samsun TV from E-Zone Oberoai Mall, Goregaon(E) on 17.05.09.And I have been promised to deliver Original bill along with product supply on 18.05.09 but even after frequent folowups i have not received bill till date.

Th response from staff is very poor.
I had purchased samsung mobile(model F679).The keypad is not working and i had given it to my dealer and my dealer had sent the mobile to the samsung service centre(Malviya Nagar) a week back(28.05.09) but still i have not recieved the phone back.My phone is still under warranty.I was given the date(02.06.09). So please kindly look into the matter and address the problem immediately.

Samsung — SET IS GIVING LOT OF PROBLEM

Firstly. I have acute problem of diconnection during talktime. Secondly networking is not available in some of the popular places in kolkata while the service provider is saying that they do not have any problem in network within kolkata. In this connection I went to the authorised service centre of Samsung India Ltd. at Capital Enterprise ( Metro Rail subway, Kolkata) on 29.05.2009.After checking the set thay advised me to live the set for serviceing at the cost of Rs.250/-. I left the set with them and collect the set on the same day evening after paying them Rs. 250/-. But after two days the same problem occured for second time everybody whom I talked at that time feeling distrurbance during talk time also the opposite party e aws not listening my voice clearly. I am also facing the same problem when I used the set for calling and gradually the low level networking was showing on the LCD. I lodged an official complain to TATA Indicom for poor serviveing e person contacted with me on 0506/2007 and told me that they do not have any network problem and also asked me to go to the authoriesd centrs . I went to Capita enterprise (Authorided service center ) and handover the se after one hour thay retuned the set and the money which thay have taken from me as service charge and they denied my complaint and told me that the set has no problem. But Sir/Madam I am facing the the same problem for kast 15 dsays. Pleasse take acion aginst the sevice centre and help me out from this poor situation.
