Dear Sir,
I bought a samsung mobile Model No: E2152 of Rs 2,600 on 12/06/2011.
My phone went down on 20/05/2012.
It have some problems such as charging, auto-charging,, No power On, tourch not working. I visited to samsung authorized service center, Technocare, Sec-27 SH No. 2, FF Roopchand Market Noida-201301 on[protected] from that day to to till date[protected] service centre was unable to repair the phone and keep me saying for tomorrow n day after tomorrow.
What you suggest me in this case?
For such a bad behavior shall i get a extended warranty, or shall company is going to pay for for my inconvenience, money spend to go service center again and again.
Please assist me and guide me what to do.
