On 12th of july we handed over a cheque for 3 nos. Of samsung galaxy mobiles, today 18th of july, the great sangeetha people is not handed over the handsets to us, they are in living 1920 era, because now a day's clearing the cheque every where in india is not a problem. But these people needs to send it to banglore and the clearing should be done from there!!!, and still not happened!!!, at the time of giving quotation we enquired about the cheque payment they didn't infirm about these stories.

    Sangeetha mobiles is cheating public with false promises of their tie ups with banks for zero % interest EMI. Recently i bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 at Rajarajeshwarinagar outlet. Before visiting them i had enquired with them over the phone about EMI with SBI credit cards and they told they have a tie up and i can avail that. Accordingly i purchased the mobile on EMI for six months. But i was shocked when sbi bill shows that whole amount was to be paid instead of EMI. Upon enquiring SBI cards they clearly told they dont have any tie up with Sangeetha mobiles and they may be giving false statements in newspaper ads. The same when intimated to sangeetha, instead of clarifying the sbi with their legal documents they are trying to eye wash with just pretentious follow up through email. And after few followups there is no response too. Public pls be careful about these cheaters. Now i am going to take legal action against them.

    I am totally agree on your points as well as they are Cheating the public like anything. By this 1 rupee margin offer I am one of the victim . Don't ever think of those guys any more at any point . Kindly contact me if any lawyer watches this blog . Would like to file a suite on them

    Not giving the duplicate bill copy.

    Bought an I phone 5 64gb in 2013 and wanted the duplicate bill copy but hey are like they cant give the bill copy as they don't have the data. Please help me to get my bill copy.

      I bought new handset nokia lumia-800 on 02-jul-2012. Handset was defective and was not charging and even i couldn’t able to turn it on. When i went to sangeetha store in vijaynagar (Mc layout, 17th cross) they told me that they will verify the handset and if it is defective they’ll replace it with new one. But i am not getting proper response from them. Kindly look into this as soon as possible.

        To All Citizens of India,

        Don not go by false promises made by Sangeetha mobiles regarding Insurance coverage. It is not done by authorized dealers of any product and it is only once covered - in case something goes wrong later your manufacturer would not cover repair under warranty as the insurance repair is unauthorised. Cheaters make money and feed families when buyers crib over till they change product.

        Is it not better to do something else rather than doing this business.

        Hi India,

        This is to keep you guys alert of fraudulent advertisements posted to attract people to sell mobile phones and make the customer pay for the same. Please be aware of the irresponsible company and avoid purchasing products from them any further. They don't understand the complexity in after sales service - cause the insurance they cover is not authorized service center of your product who doesn't know how it is supposed to work or if it is a functionality defect or user damage. However they make the deduction and make you pay and get it repaired. After the repair if anything goes faulty even though the phone is under warranty period authorized service centers don't cover it under warranty.
        Ideally speaking sangeetha mobiles is making fool of people by showing attractive colorful banners to save they cover everything - but still nothing. Adding on to that the service department is pathetic and general manager services is not patient enough to respond for more than 5 emails.

        Please be very careful.

          Hello India,

          This is to bring to your kind attention in understanding the insurance coverage sold by sangeetha mobiles. The party who covers insuranceis 3rd party and so don't know anything about your product. Moreover when selling a product sales person advertises everything will be covered under insurance..and when you pay the bill is when you come to know the depreciation and cess amount will be deducted and remaining will have to be bourne by you.. Which doesnt make any difference of being a good retailer. Sangeetha mobiles is just as good as any other retailer.

          It doesnt make them a leader at any point - cause they are not doing business with open statements and setting expectation right. They ideally are playing with words and selling products and calling themself leaders cause their sales count is high.

          Please avoid purchases through sangeetha mobiles and find a better retailer who is truthful on the business they do. May this be added in LOKPAL to constraint a strong consumer law in India.

          I bought Sony Ericsson Neo from Sangeeta store (Forum Value Mall, Bangalore), same happen to men, when i got the bill, then only i came to know about their insurance depriciation. Moreover, In their store, they are charging more in comparison to their website. They are liars and cheaters.
          They are charging so much in comparison to other vendors.
          Dont buy from sangeeta moblies.

            This is to bring to the kind attention of people in bangalore - india, do not rely on fancy offers put in by sangeetha mobiles and purchase phone with them; as they don't take responsibility of the insurance they provide.
            The coverage of insurance repair that would be done is not by authorized service center of the manufacturer. If the phone is repaired via insurance - the manufacturer doesn't cover any...

            Hi friends,

            Please some one look in to this so that in future mobile buyers will not get cheated by these kind of mobile sellers.

            I bought a nokia 6233 in 2007 from sangeetha mobile store, vijayanagar. During that time they said some 7000/- rs worth gift will come after few days... Now it is almost 4 years nothing came... Like me only many of my friends and relatives are cheated by them due to wrong information.

            Please try to fix it at least upto certain level.

              I am venkatesh from chennai.
              I recently bought a nokia x1 mobile at sangeetha mobiles which is located at
              129/33, plaza centre, gn chetty road, nungambakkam, chennai-8, tamilnadu, phone: 43546515, on 19/11/2011.

              The problem with the mobile phone is that the scroll button is not working properly.
              I immediately handed over the mobile phone at the very next day (20/11) indicating the problem.

              They argued with me that the mobile phone is working properly and told that i can check with nokia technocrats.
              When i approached nokia showroom, they said that the mobile is having defect and this can be exchanged over the counter
              Where i purchased.
              Again, i went back to sangeetha mobiles and informed the situation.

              Till now i haven't received any proper response from them.

              Is it possible for you to look at this at the earliest?

              I recently bought a NOKIA Asha311 mobile at Sangeetha Mobiles which is located at Opp Reliance free, Vanastalipuram 500070
              The problem with the mobile phone is that the not working it is automatic Switch off and not working FM & battery problem I think it was used handset.
              I went immediately to Sangeetha store and ask he said, go to nokia care
              When i approached NOKIA showroom, they said that the mobile is having defect and this can be exchanged over the Sangeetha store counter because it was not completed 24 hours of purchase.
              He was saying it will not replace we are not responsible after purchasing, he was saying and he was speaking rashly and he was saying don’t come to my Store again go to nokia care.
              Again, i went back to Sangeetha Mobiles and informed the situation.
              But he was not taking any response.
              Plz Looking forward for your response and change my mobile because it is the cost of Rs.6700/-.

                  Sangeetha mobiles commit purchase of products and in case of theft or physical damage can claim for insurance. on verbal communication sangeetha sells products of insurance coverage happens in a week. only after purchasing a product you get to know there is only 1 point of contact (authorised point) to hand over handset for insurance claim. they give you a estimation letter and you need to go to the insurance claim office which is also has got only one office. on verification of documents you get a verbal confirmation of claim updated on 15 working days. after 15 days you get to know another week. and on and on and on. it keeps going on till you get the phone back and repair it by paying for the service center.
                  Better sell something else for phones guys. please dont purchase from sangeetha - it is worthless.

                  i am marigowda i have purchase AshaNokia 11 set at sangeetha mobiles [i am purchase new Asha N-11 Nokia at Rajajinagar in the date of[protected] and Invoice No. SI/RJNG/180 my set is theft on[protected] at orion mall at Dr Rajkumar road then i have submited the claim form on[protected] at oriental insurance company ltd, . there is rejected massage at the time of purchase set sales man told to me insurance covers all incidence like me misguide please look in to matter early as possible.

                    Hi,

                    This is with regards to the insurance sold by sangeetha mobiles commiting insurance claim happening in a week time. Whereas when you submit the documents to the insurance office they commit 15 days.

                    It is not assured that the response can happen in 15 days also - it might extend. Height of frustration is reached on exibiting irresponsibility when you try to follow up.

                    Personally would say - do not purchase a phone from sangeetha mobiles cause they dont sell speaking truth. They lie and cheat customers to improvise on sales.
                    Thanks for the valuable information, I thought of buying mobile in sangeetha, now i will route to some other shops

                      Sangeetha mobiles are not giving claims of insurance. They simply argue that they are the best with insurance cover and so on, but if we go for theft claims they insist on police complaints and the police are not taking the theft complaints and they insist on "lost" complaint and then according to the plan of sangeetha, the claim will be rejected. This is really sad but true. So i request customers not to purchase handsets from sangeetha mobiles. Its a fake insurance option and is only for their benefit.

                      Welcome aboard Narayan Pai - I have dealt with them for almost the same concern starting from the month of Aug till Oct. and you know what - by end of Nov the phone failed again and the insurance covered Mobile seva claims it to be user damage but doesn't know how it is user damage.
                      And general manager services assuming he is threatening writes to my email that his company will take me to the court for defamation claim.

                      Please be very careful when you get it repaired through insurance. Your manufacturer might not cover the product if it is within warranty also later. Make it very clear written documented before you proceed. Kind advice as a sufferer still.

                        I took a nokia c2-03 hand set from my hdfc credit card from sangeetha mobiles
                        Opposite udupi krishna bhavan balepet main road, balepet, chickpet ph. :[protected], [protected] on[protected] one of the sales person told there is a emi option of 6 months but he didn't imform about the processing fees of rs.500-00 which i came to know after i received my credit card bill they are fooling people to sell their products. Never buy anything from sangeetha mobile showrooms

                          We buy "micro max g4" dual sim mobile in "sangeetha mobiles private limited", himayat nagar, hyd, on 4/12/2010. They told its dual sim mobile. But one sim only working. Recently we insert another sim but its not working. We asked to service boy but they are not giving proper response. I inform to them i am giving complaint in consumer court but they told do what do u want to do. Please give me a solution. Thank u very much

                            I bought a samsung galaxy 3 at one of the sangeetha mobiles showroom (Mantri mall). I forgot to pay attention on the cover sticker while buying. The cover sticker was already broken by the sangeetha ppl. So the handset that i got was a used one (The sangeetha ppl had used it 2 give a demo to the customers). Now i find that there is a defect in the fm radio of my handset and have to take rounds of the samsung customer care shop evryday.

                              I am a frequent buyer from sangeetha mobiles – chennai velachery branch. I have bought couple of mobiles before and i was happy with the mobiles so far.

                              On saturday (July 30th 2011), i bought the moblie (Micromax bling1) which has an offer to buy 2 @ the price of rs. 6500. (Imei no. [protected])

                              After going to home only we realized that in one of the mobile, the menu key is not proper and we have to press very hard to operate. The button is slightly bent which we could not notice when we bought. Since it was saturday already late night. We took back the mobile on sunday (July 31st 2011) to sangeetha mobiles thinking we would get some justice.

                              But the response from the sangeetha mobiles showroom velachery was awkward. First of all, they are not able to understand / believe the problems that the customer comes to say. They are not interested in listening to anything and giving a careless response. I am not sure how could this people have the customers.

                              Saying a “37 years of retail excellence” in the board is not actually reflected in the manner the staff operate there. I believe it is not the way sangeetha mobile gives response to its customer. As we were telling the concerns for more than 2 hours and they were still adamant in not giving a proper answer.

                              We have not used the mobile not even one hour, and the staff are able to understand the defect in the mobile and not ready to provide the replacement. We need not come to sangeetha mobiles for getting such a response. Else we could buy anywhere else in the world. More than money, we lost our patience and hope.

                              Please provide us a good solution as we are not happy with the defect mobile that was sold to us.

                              Note - we have not got the original bill so far as they were telling the connection problem on saturday and sunday in chennai area. Not sure how we could take it to the service center without the original bill.

                                I have purcahsed a mobile yesterday but they are not giving the gifts as per the advt. They will ask to send a sms to particular number. Then they will say server is down so we will give small gift offline.
                                They have advertized cars and bikes in but customer will never get the chance of getting them in lottery. They will always say server was down so plz take any of the small gifts.
                                This is big cheating that is only possible in india

                                  I am naveen resendly i buyed one samsung bt g7722 in Shirke (kengeri) branch. And they give one free MTS data card. I gave document to activte. But activition is not done from 25days. I Called to MTS cc they tel is not activited. Sangeeta Works r not taking care to activite. If i enquiry they answer roodly. One person name Manjunath. He beware very vry vry roodly he answerd We donot know & they come fight and also serive is very very bad. Please please take action & please activite my data card

                                    I bought a mobile from sangeetha mobiles in mantri mall 2 months back, but now the phone is dead. I went to the shop and told him the complaint but he didnt give me a proper answer he was busy stacking up mobile phones and was just talking to me casually. He told me to take the mobile to the service centre and none of them in the shop knows the address of the service centre. He jus blankly told me to go to jc road and didnt give me the address. He lied to me that his printer is not working and that he cannot give me a claim form, he asked me to go to some other sangeetha branch for a claim form. After so much of difficulties i got the customer care number and called them, the moment i told them the location of the shop she asked me to wait and spoke to the shop keeper and she jus didnt let me speak, she was so rude that she jus asked me to call the head office manager and jus slammed down the phone.

                                    Finally i got the area sales manager number and i spoke to him he was also the same fish in the tank, he said he will call me back but neither he called nor he picked up my 25 calls... What kind of service is this. If they are jus selling phones for money and not for service this is cheating. They jus tell about the features of the phone but not aout the insurance. T is their duty to explain the customers about the policies. When will i get the justice. I want the guy sitting n minting money in mantri mall to apologize to me and give me a proper solution to my problem.

                                    my mobile also was theft lost month 20th, i submitted complaint copy for OIC, but people they told, uor negligence missing mobile, sangeetha mobile service was not good.

                                    they just dont know the meaning for the word ACCIDENT...they will believe it only when the phone floats in the cauvery water that too in front of them...ha ha ha

                                      My name is godwin j doddamani, my mobile was robbed a coule of weeks back. I went to sangeetha mobiles (Jaynagar brch) in bangalore from where i had purchased the mobile. So tried to claim the mobile insurance, they asked me to fill in some details attached with the police complaint or fir which i have done. After a weeks time i recived call saying my insurance cannot be calimed coz its my irresponsibilty..
                                      I simply dont no how its my irresponsibilty and whats the purpose of having an isurance at the first place.. I fell like its cheep money macking tricks used by the sangeetha mobiles...

                                      this is a worst money making technique used by some cheap marvadi, Getting insurance done and see to that the customer will not claim it. even a profit of Rs 100 more per mobile will result in lakhs of profit to these jokers ... I strongly recommand not to visit this shop again
                                      have you guys ever heard of any insurance company saying no if customer requests for re issuing the policy ???? Sangeetha does that coz the customer money is already looted and they will see to that the customer should not even get a chance to claim the insurance if he lost the bill... I do not understand the motto behind not issuing the policy or bill again ???? no insurance company in the world does that...

Let me tell u more abt our insurance.our insurance policy is exlcusive which covers under theft, physical n water damage.so far we hav settled over 17000claims successfully.u can even check the data on www.sangeethamobiles.com.
                                      Some claims get rejected as it falls under exclusion like - handset missing or stolen due to negligence like handset left on table in restaurent n forgoten.handset left on window open etc..only genuine claims r given.incase u have any issues.plz mail to [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com

                                      I had purchased a sony set (model no - D5322-XPERIA T2 ULTRA - BLACK) in sangeetha and the set was damaged in a accident and i went to sangeetha brigade road to get the claims they told me to get the documents and the next day they told me you should call up the number which is behind the bill, they cannot do anything here then i called up the number which is behind the bill [protected] and they gave me a new number to call up[protected] but this number never connects so again i called up the number and informed the status, but they clearly mentioned there is only one number and we cant help you keep trying for the same number or else go to sangeetha again.kindly help me.

                                      Note - I am attaching the details of bill broken handset and the audio voice spoken to customer care. [protected]
