SBI — non reciept of 6pc correct pension and its arrears

Respected sir,
I am a defence security pensioner from 01 jun 1997. My q. S
17 years and 5 months. Group y, sepoy clerk pension.
Account no [protected] at sbi nagari chittoor distt. Ap
Pension cell sbi central pension processing cell, hyderabad
Ap my basic pension as per 6pc rs 3834. The cell processed
Rs 3500 basic pension from 01 jan 06 to apr 09 and basic pension
Rs 3651 from may 09 to nov 09 rs 15020 outstanding to process.
I sent so many request to sbi nagari no response.

I am in financial stress. Request immediate order to the cell
To process correct pension and its arrears rs 15020.

sir,

according to our pension scheame my pension is not coming since 3months [NOV, DEC09 and JAN10] this pension has been credited in my bank account every month. Bearing SBI bank a/c no is [protected] . actually my Life certificate forwarded to yr central pesion processing cell through SBI Giddalure on 2nd DEC09, 26th DEC09 and 23rd JAN10.

But in this situation message has showed like 'Already Submitted'
at SBI Giddalure. still i have not recieved my pension from particular Bank. pl refer my above query and revert my mail id ASAP.

My pension a/c No. is [protected] (SBI, IA, NACHARAM, HYDERABAD).
I am waiting for my intial pension benefit. Kindly intimate the status and send the smae into my a/c. I shall be highly obliged to you,
