    This is not only a display of complete failure by SBI, but a fraud.
    I tried the website for 1 week and failed to get connected.

    Then I tried several phone numbers including chairman's no:[protected]. A person named R.E Sharma picked up the phone and was so irate to me upon telling the issue. he out rightly denied issues with the web site and said "This is nothing concerning me and This department will not be able help you in any ways" He didnt even show the courtesy of giving me an appropriate contact for complaint. The last he said was that "If you have any grievances WRITE to the chairman"

    How the HEAVEN one can expect a resolution from such crude people.

    There is a bigger scam associated with the online recruitment procedure. They are collecting Rupees 250/- from every one. All the candidates pay the money in the bank before trying to access the site. so they end up not only missing the application submission but lose the cash.

    Think of the total amount they would have collected in this manner considering the fact that the total expected eligible applicants in India is more than 5 Crore.

    online application is available for Rs. 250/-. For submitting the same I myself is trying it online, but invain due to server error at State Bank of India end. Last date for submitting the same is already over. It is harrassment for all those lakhs of candidates who have already paid the fees of Rs. 250 to state bank but it is not possible for them to submit the application online to them because of server fault at their end. Please look into the matter urgently .

      I am A.V.Santhosh Kumar customer of SBI, Gajuwaka branch, vizag. Saving Bank A/c No. [protected] I got ATM card on 20-01-09 but i did nt get the PIN no so far.and also I was submitted the written request letter at branch office on 09-03-09 as sugested by SBI contact centre. but still i didnt get the PIN Number after submission the request letter.

        1. I have tried to submit the online form for the above mentioned post but it has been rejected with a message saying "you are under age" whereas my date of birth falls between[protected] and[protected] as mentioned in the employment news.
        2. The eductional qualification mentioned in the advt. is minimum 12th std.Whereas as per the online form the degree field seems to be mandatory and I AM UNDERGRADUATE APPLYING FOR THE ABOVE POST AS PER YOUR ADVT. IN THE EMP. NEWS.
        I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE FEES OF Rs.250 IN THE SBI KALYAN BRANCH. KINDLY GUIDE ME .AN EARLY REPLY IS AWAITED.

        I did not receive my roll no of recruitment of customer relationship executive in state bank group exam .my reg. no. is 976426
        I have appeared for the written test for the post of "Customer Relationship Execuitves(PB) on 01.02.2009.

        In the examination hall the invigilator has collected hall ticket but after the examination I forgot to collect
        the counterfoil which has a roll number on it. In the absence of roll number I am not able to check my results of the written examination.

        As such, I request your goodself to let me know the alternative method or source of finding the result please.

          I HAVE A SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH STATE BANK OF INDIA, TIGER CIRCLE, MANIPAL, KARNATAKA.

          A LARGE SUM HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT IN NOVEMBER 2008 WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION.

          THE MONEY SHOULD BE CREDITED BACK INTO THE ACCOUNT AS I HAD NOT WITHDRAWN THE MONEY.

          the aforesaid account was opened in the month of june 2010 at the time of counselling at Manipal University. A cheque book was issued with CBS facility. Recently when a cheque was issued, it was returned with the reason that signatures of the account holder were not scanned in the system. Now over two month have passed and still the scanning is not done putting the account holder to inconvenience,

            Sub: - Tier III Group Discussion and Interview for Probationary Officer of State Bank of India (Roll No- [protected] SBI PO Tier-I & II exam was held on 27/4/2008).

            Respected Sir,
            With reference to the above subject I beg to state that I have applied for the post of Probationary Officer in State Bank of India. The written exam (both Tier-I & II) was held on 27/4/2008. I have received the call letter for the Tier-III Group Discussion and Interview on 30/8/2008 afternoon. The interview was scheduled on 27/8/2008. After receiving the call letter on 30/08/2008 afternoon, I have attended the interview venue at Local Head Office, State Bank of India, Kolkata on 31/08/2008. I have requested for taking the interview on that date or rescheduling the interview to CRPD through telephone. As I was on official tour for the implementation of handloom mark scheme to few remote villages in west Bengal, I was unable to see the result on the internet or in paper.
            The same request for rescheduling the interview was repeated over several times through telephone calls, emails, faxes and letters from 31/08/2008 onwards (copy attached—Attachment-I).
            Finally I got a reply from CRPD, Mumbai on 16/10/2008 (copy attached---- Attachment -II). In that reply letter my corresponding PIN code no was written wrongly.
            The synopsis of the case is given below.
            1. Advertisement for the post of PO in SBI was published in The Employment News during Feb, 2008 (Adv. No. CRPD/PO/2007/10)
            2. Tier-I & II exam was conducted on 27/04/2008. (Roll No. [protected]).
            3. Result of Tier-I & II was published in leading newspapers from 11/08/2008 onwards (as mentioned in their letter no. 1039 dated on 16/10/2008).
            4. Result was published in The Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar issued dated 23/08/2008.
            5. The interview was scheduled from 25/08/2008 to 31/08/2008 (Kolkata Office).
            6. In the website it has been mentioned that Tier-III was conducted during August-September, 2008. I have attended LHO, Kolkata on 31/08/2008. Then why I was not given a chance to sit for Tier-III
            7. The schedule of interview for my Roll No. [protected] was on 27/08/2008.
            8. On 27/08/2008, there was a Bandh, called by JDP which affected the normalcy of common transportation system in few districts of West Bengal, including my native district Hooghly (nearer to SINGUR). (Newspaper cuttings were already being submitted to CRPD).
            9. As I was on official tour to few remote villages in west Bengal, I was unable to see the result on internet or in paper.
            10. After receiving the call letter on 30/08/2008 afternoon, I have attended the interview venue at local head office of State Bank of India, stand road Kolkata on 31/08/2008.
            11. I have requested to have the interview on 31/08/2008 or rescheduling the interview to any other date to somewhere else.
            12. Call letter is dated on 2/08/2008. But Mumbai post office seal was stamped on 12/08/2008 (a delay of Ten days might have resulted in not getting the call letter in time). Hawakhana (my native Post Office) post office seal was stamped on 30/08/2008 and I have received the letter on 30/08/2008.
            13. I have received reply from dy. G.M, CRPD, Mumbai on 16/10/2008 (vide email).
            14. In the reply letter from dy. G.M, CRPD, Mumbai on 16/10/2008, my corresponding address is given wrong.
            15. May be for this kind of careless mistake I was deprived of getting the call letter in time.
            Thus I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps so that I can attend the Tier-III Group Discussion and Interview.

              I have no outstanding credit balances to be settled in
              my account.

              My new renewal card till date not yet come from you,
              already making several reminders over phone .

              Also, my existing card in the wrong name as J SRIRAM

              If I opt for top up my Credit Limit of Rs.20, 000 Am I

                SBI account — Cash not dispensed from ATM but amount debited

                I withdraw some 10.5 K amount from ICICI Atm using SBI ATM card on 26th OCT 2008. The transaction was denied. But later on when i got mini statement, that amount has been deducted from my account.
                I complianed to my Branch office od SBI. But still Amount has not been credited.

                I have misplaced my Pass Book and would therefore like to know my account no.

                  this is Halim Ahmed from Murajhar, Dist.Nagaon, Assam--782439.I hereby by just like to draw the attention about Murajhar Branch(dist.Nagaon, Assam, Pin-782439) and it's Manager attitude and manner to common men.this is not only me but more then thousands people who already visited more then thouands times to Murajhar Branch for getting a oppening account form but all the times the Manager of Murajhar SBI Branch sentback the general people by saying that THE FORM IS YET NOT ABAILABLE and this statement is being repeated by him(Manager of Murajhar SBI Branch) since last one year.
                  If this statement is true (that the form is not abailable) then we could accept it, but we became more surprise when we found that some people were purchasing this form from Murajhar Bazar(Local Market) by means of Rs.50/per form.
                  BY NOT GIVING THE FORM TO US ITS MEANS THAT WE ARE BEING DEPRIVED BY MURAJHAR SBI BRANCH MANAGER TO BECOME A CUSTOMER OF MURAJHAR SBI BRANCH.
                  So its a request from our mass people of Murajhar to take some neccessary and urgent steps sothat Murajhar General people should not be suffer in future any more.

                    I am maintaining a savings account in State Bank of Mysore, M.E.S college branch(40533) bearing the account. no [protected]. While withdrawing cash from ATM on Sunday evening(03.08.2008) there was a power failure and without withdrawing cash my account is showing a debit of Rs. 3200/-


                    The concerned bank is not dealing with the issue and taking a lot of time to solve the issue.

                    1. I agree with the complaints.

                    2. I am also a victim of dictatorship of SBI Subathu. My case is like this that I am a joint account holder at SBI Subathu for the last 6-7 years. I had withdrawn an amount of intimate me of this instead Rs 15, 000/- from ATM from Delhi on 19 Jun 2006. SBI Subathu did not bother to update my saving account entry and instead had opened LOAN ACCOUNT fraudulntly in my name at their end without my signatures. At least they should have informed me of the problem of the bank instead of opening loan account. As I am a defence serving personnel, last month I got a letter from SBI Subathu trough my HQs stating that your loan account has not yet been paid. On my telephonic conversation with the Branch Manager (Mr Negi), they admitted bank's mistake. My reply sent to them by e mail is as under :-

                    REPLY SENT TO BANK

                    1. I would like to thank you for admitting Bank’s mistake. Sir, you would appreciate that withdrawal of Rs 15, 000/- by me from West Delhi ATM on 19 June 2006, was only with a purpose of reducing the balance of my Saving Account, being maintained at SBI Subathu. Non-debiting of this money by SBI Subathu cannot be considered as individual’s mistake. As I am a Joint Saving Bank Account (with nomination facility) holder of your Branch, opening of Loan Account by SBI Subathu without any intimation to me is totally illegal and unjustified. As a matter of fact SBI Subathu should have intimated to me about the problem rather than opening of loan account themselves in my name. This is not acceptable to me under any circumstances.

                    2. Under no Bank Rules/Provisions, Bank is authorized to open Loan Account, when an individual is having saving bank account in the same bank. Hence it is totally illegal and unjustified.

                    3. You would also appreciate that I have not taken any personal loan and as discussed, there is no question opening any loan account in my name without my signatures. I am not liable and will not repay any money in the name of fraudulent loan account.

                    4. Otherwise, I am ready to refund Rs 15, 000/- into my saving fund Joint account, from which ATM withdrawal was made by me on 19 Jun 2006. You are requested to forward my Bank Account Balance sheet wef 28 April 2006 onward at the earliest. Demand Draft for the withdrawn money (Rs 15, 000.00) will be sent only on receipt of my balance sheet.

I have given complain several times into bank but he has not solve my problem. Always he asked me that go and check. Now it will be ok. But still this problems exists.                     From April 2009 onwards every month I was transferred Rs 10000/- to SBH Vizianagaram Branch for housing loan repayment through SBI net bacnking.                       I am an SBI “International” Credit Card Holder, Card No: [protected] who would kindly like to seek your kind attention towards the following major grievances regarding SBI Cards:
                      1. False Commitments made by executives of SBI Cards!
                      2. Highly uncooperative and misleading responses of call centre executives of SBI Cards!
                      3. Lack of access to grievance readressal cells and officials of SBI Cards for existing account holders!
                      4. Lack of availability of pronounced guidelines regarding account closure for existing account holders!
                      5. Withdrawal of services to existing card holders without any intimation!
                      6. Discourteous behaviour of associates of SBI Cards!

                      In my account statement dated 4th of June 2008, the total outstanding balance was Rs 8, 281.74/- (Eight thousand two hundred eighty one rupees and seventy four paisa only). During my tenure o[censored]sage of the card, the service provider SBI Card has always remained a faceless organisation and I have always faced extreme difficultly in escalating any issue or concern to the appropriate authority through the ill trained and uncooperative call centre executives.

                      As a consequence I decided to close my account permanently by cancelling my credit card and making a full and final payment. I called up the call centre to inquire about the process but the only response which I got repeatedly was that: “You cannot close the card on your own will; it can only happen if certain criteria are met up”. On enquiring about the criteria no information was shared with me by the call centers executives.

                      In the end of June 2008, when an executive/ associate from SBI Card called me up inquiring about the payment status, I re-expressed my intention of closing the card. The call was made from [protected] and the executive after a series of discussions & negotiations intimated me if I pay a full and final settlement amount of Rs 5, 000.00 (Rupees Five Thousand only), the balance Rs 3, 281.74/- (Three thousand two hundred eighty one rupees and paisa seventy four only) would be waived off. On asking for a written confirmation of the same, he assured me that once the payment is realised the organisation would send me a written confirmation regarding the waiver and the adjustment in the balance would be effected within a period of 45 (forty five) days.

                      I subsequently made the payment of Rs 5, 000/- on an immediate basis on 2nd July 2008. Thereafter no monthly statements were couriered and no telephonic calls were made to me either, from SBI Card and I had completely stopped making any kind of transaction with the Card.

                      However to my enormous surprise and utter disgust I started receiving repeated calls again from associates of SBI Cards in the month of November 2008. The calls were made from [protected] and the executive informed me that my card is still active and no adjustments (waiver) has been made in the balance post my last payment of Rs. 5, 000/-.

                      He also informed that the current balance in my account as of 4th Nov 2008 was Rs. 6, 268.78/- (Six thousand two hundred sixty eight rupees and seventy eight paisa only) which needs to be paid. Based on the discourteous behaviour and the update provided by the executive, I called up the call centre to understand the reason as to why the false promises were made to me in the recent past BUT IN VAIN.

                      The current state of affairs is that on one hand, I am continuously calling up the call centre executives and sending feedback e-mails to understand the process of making a full and final settlement but nobody is providing me with any guidance at all. On the other hand, I am receiving dismayed calls enquiring about the payment of the outstanding balance.

                      My exercise of running from pillar to post is leading to loss of valuable time and unnecessary compounding of interest on my outstanding balance. If the acts of relying on the words of an executive of a world class organisation and working accordingly is REWARDED in this manner, then how would we as common people keep faith in the goodwill of SBI Cards and in particular in State Bank of India!

                      I however still am hopeful and expect justice from your end in the above-mentioned issues as to IMMEDIATE SETTLEMENT AND CLOSURE OF THE CARD.

                        Issue: My Name is Praveen N residing in Bangalore and had ordered for the Giordano watch on 7th Nov and my amount also got debited, the SBI Order #[protected]. But till date I have not received the Watches (Two Quantity) Amount deducted is Rs.798. When called to Deals 4 All Mumbai they gave me the AWB No. and when contacted the AFL Logistics Courier, they gave me the information saying it is delivered to Anju in Delhi. I called the SBI Call center several times and spoke to several CSR's of which I remember Anitha, Anup Kumar, Floor Supervisors Sumathi and Vanitha. Nobody could solve my issue.

                        Being in the BPO industry myself, I pity the Outsourced people as well as SBI for not meeting the Customer's needs and moreover dissatisfying the Customer rather than something better expected. Hope the watches I ordered for Diwali 07 atleast reaches me by Sankranthi / Pongal of 2008.

                          I have applied 3 times for ATM Card of SBI on 18-11-08, 28/11/08 & 02/12/2008 in SBI, Jayamahal Extension Branch, Bangalore, but till date I have not received the ATM Card.My SB A/c No.is [protected]. I enquired from Help Line. They told me that my application for ATM Card has not reached there. Then I contacted SBI Branch.                           On 10th August at about 7:30 hrs, SBI ATM KADMA linc was found failed.So I tried to withdraw a sum of rupess five thousand from the ATM OF IDBI KADMA. All processing done systemetically but I did not get any amount except the debt.card. The same day at around 10 p.m.all SBI ATM LINKED UP and I withdrawn a sum of seven thousand from SBI ATM KADMA.
                          After a week I went to SBI ATM BISTUPUR and I tried to with draw rs 3000 but I got the receipt written insufficient balance (showing 258 rs only)
                          Then i took a mini statemwnt and found that already rs.5000 was transected on 10 th august which was false.

                            I have sucessfully registered online application for sbi clerk post and got my registration id and password but i dint got application form for printing even after i click the comment "continue" it showed "take print out after 31st may" but now there is no sign for it, so now what i ve to do inorder to print that application.
                            I and my friends got the registration number and passward and many of them got the print out before 31may and after that but i didn't. what can I do for that.

                              My dish tv VC got deativated on account of not recharging..Yesterday i tried to recharge my dish tv using SBI debit card in online. I completed the process as decribed and the amount got deducted from my SBI account. They charge INR180 and INR175 as "POS PRCH" on 14-01-10. I dont know how it will charge, As i never use this account for Railway ticket booking.I had contact bank but they also dont have any proper answer for that.I need your help to get my money back. But atm machines gives me only receipt ie, ''Sorry unable to process'' again trying to widrawal but it is same. Then I went to vaishali nagar and again I'm widrawal money from Bank of Baroda, this time I'm success but receipt shows that 1000/- rupees is less from my account. Immediatly I'm come back to Katipura Axis ATM and I ask to the security guard, he said that this kind of 2 cases is happening from morning, so dn't worry within 24hrs it should be credited on your account.                                 I am having an account with SBI, Connaught Place Branch . My SB A/c No. is [protected]. On 17.10.2008, i have made a request to the bank regarding Autosweep facility.
                                The bank official assured me to activate the facility w/in 10 days. But it was not started at all. After that, I have visited around 3-4 times, taking some break from my office, to the bank regarding the same. They assured me to start as soon as possible and also assured me of not losing the interest for the said period.
                                The official was saying repeatedly that there is some problem. we have send the request to higher official and give assurance of non-waiver of any interest.
                                Till date, the same has not been activated.I am checking my account on daily basis.
                                I am really dissatisfied with kind of customer services provided by the large nationalised bank of India.

                                SBI is such a hopeless bank to deal with...
                                I have opted for autoweep exceeding Rs5000/- in multiples of Rs1000 in weekly basis. Previously it worked but recently did not. While enquired for, they stated that they have revised the terms and conditions for the same to min A/c bal of Rs.25000/- which is too high to keep idle in a savings account.                                   WRONG CHARGES

                                  DEAR SIR
                                  I HAD SEND COMPLAINT AGAINST SBI CREADIT ON 25/3/08 REGARDING STATEMENT NOT RECD.

                                  AFTER 4 - 5 MONTHS I RECD. CALL FROM SBI CREDIT CARD THAT THEY HAVE REVESED ALL THE CHARGES AND NOW OUTSTANDING IS ZERO.

                                  BUT ON 5TH NOV 08 I RECD A SMS AS FOLLOWS "YOUR STATEMENT DT 02NOV-08 HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. TOTAL O/S OF RS. 267.58NOR MIN AMT OF RS. 220.16 IS PAYABLE BY 22-NOV-08- SBI CARD" AND TILL...

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  With reference to my SBI Credit Card (Card No: [protected]), I am neither receiving any card statements nor any bills. In such a case I am under a heavy confusion about the balance and due and cannot estimate as to how much to be paid. Please cooperate and help me out and start sending the bills as you used to do priorly.
                                  I have made international payments through the card recently and need to pay the card bill. Please cooperate. Else, later I shall not pay any FINE on the amount and shall pay only th bill amount.

                                  Kindly cooperate. I shall be waiting for your reply in this matter.

                                    cancellation of card

                                    I had called call center to cancel my Credit card.They said "YES IT WILL BE DONE IMMEDIEATLY " for my request and did not acknowledge me.Now Bank people are calling me and asking me to pay the fine....

                                    Sir, I am the Account holder of State bank of India and my account no is [protected] and my ATM card no. is[protected] in Ballia city Branch in U.P. I withdraw cash from allhabad bank's ATM machine on 19.10.2008 at 9.55 A.M. but at the time of cash withdraw light has gone and ATM machine has shut down and I can not get my cash frommthe Machine, but on same day my A/c was debited by Rs.5020.00

                                    I gave a complain to SBI and Allahabad Bank on 20.10.2008 for this matter so that I can get my money from the Bank, but there is no any progress in this matter, when I contact to the Branch Manager.

                                    So, i request to you that please look in to this matter and kindly return my money as soon as possible.
