Indian Airlines — Ticket Cancellation Refund

Dear Sir,
I am a loyal customer of your company.
I have purchased Air Ticket from Indian Air Lines, Chennai Air Port counter, for Chennai to Mumbai on 23.12.2007.

After 2 hrs I cancelled the ticket and the credit slip was made immediately after I purchase the ticket from Indian air Lines from Chennai Booking counter at Chennai Air port on 23.12.2007 Credit Slip No 0161653 of Rs 4675.00

I have cancelled the Air ticket within two hours. And the Indian Airlines Authorities assured that it will be credited to my ICICI Credit Card account. The transaction is processed through Credit provided to Standard Charted Bank entry no as seen on credit slip is 5757845 on 23.12.2007

The ammount is not yet credited toICICI Credit Card No [protected]
ICICI Bank is asking for interest on it.
Can you please solve the problem so that I shall not be pennalised for the said transction.

Air India — Air tickets

I had booked tickets of Air India from there website for 5th July '09 but when i went there to check in & collect my boarding pass they told me that my tickets has been cancaled & i have to book fresh tickets. There was no intimation by the Air India team of cancellation. I had to send Rs 6000.00 for the same tickets which i had purchased for Rs 2300.00
i agree with your statement boss, same thing happend with me the only thing is my ticket was award ticket for the FF programme carried with Air India. I had purchased the said award ticket from air india on exchange of mileage point earned. i had rescheduled it ( which was allowed for n number of times during whole year ) the latest reschduling was done for 10 sept 09. when i called up the Air india ticketing authority on 9th evening by 7.00 pm, i was informed that the ticket has been cancelled by the air india authority same day by 12.44 pm. the cancellation was done without any information to me and any reason justifiable reason. when i called up the authorities nobody was able to justify the reason behind the same.

this is what air india is capable of doing and is creating its repo in it.

on 27.10.2009 i tried to book my air ticket but due to some problem i haven't got my ticket

Air India — extra charge on same ticket

I Have booked a ticket on 1 December 2009 on concessional rate (14 days advance) for 4 members for travel from Delhi to Mumbai Flight on No. IC602 for 30/12/2009 through makemytrip.com at a concessional rate of Rs.3323/- which on net when I booked the ticket.

My trip book id is FLT[protected]. When I received an invoice from makemytrip.com It indicated that one ticket at the rate of Rs.3323/- under PNR no. RJVRS and the other three ticket members for my family at the rate Rs.5451/- per ticket PNR No. RILRDT. The reason for allotment different PNR for the same travel same flight on the same ticket be clarified.

No option was indicate to me while booking the ticket that only 1 ticket is available at Rs.3323/- and remaining three ticket are at the rate of Rs.5451/- Had it been clarified , I had not booked the ticket.

Consequent to the above I have incurred loss of Rs. 2108/- per ticket, which amounts to Rs.6324/-.

Your are therefore requested, refund me a sum of Rs.6324/-, which has been charged extra.

Indian Airlines Ticket Cancellation — Poor and helpless response for refund of tickets regarding

This is regarding the ridiculous answer and attitude of indian airlines towards handling the cancellation case. I canceled 2 flight tickets from DEL-TRV and TRV-DEL on 25-Oct-2010. Today is 02-Nov. Their website says "
Incase refund amount not refunded within 4-5 days please contact helpdesk.[protected]@indian-airlines.nic.in". I have contacted in time and my mail was not replied. I called their customer care (Delhi) on on 02-Nov. They seem not handling the calls professionally and thats quite acceptable being a govt undertaking airlines. The Gentle man (who did not introduce himself) told me it takes min of 45 days to get the refund, which made me get angry. Then the gentleman took somebody else's help and informed me it is 2 to 3 weeks. Still am not quite convinced with the response. Why not these guys send an email once I canceled the tickets, with the message of confirmation with the details of deadlines they will meet? Why are they not sticking to deadlines? Why such airlines charge huge cannot provide a quality/responsible customer care? Confirm yourself that your trip is damn confirmed before you proceed with them. If there is any likely that you will cancel, then prefer those private players who give a better service. At least you wont be offended by them. Let me see when I get the refund.
I am deeply hurt and offended. It is my decision now that never again travel with them. Donno.

In spite of several request for refund through mail and phone call, I have not yet got my refund and cancellation statement. I have not yet got any reply on the delay from the airlines.

I am really felling helpless. I would like to draw your kind attention to the way the airlines is treating us.

Please help he to get the refund. I hereby attached my ticket, screen shot for cancel status and the follow-up mails.

I had booked ticket for travelling from Ranchi to MUMBAI on 2nd may 2011 on air india flight number AI 810, MY pnr NUMBER IS YVJQ3. . The flight eventually got canvcelled. I have no received refunds as of now. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST. THANKS.

My name is Pinal Patel and my complaint is regarding delayed to get refund. I have booked one ticket for Mumbai to Toronto on dated 15th March 2011 then cancelled the same one due to Visa rejection on 17th April 2011. After then as per Air india customer care support i sent mail to [protected]@airindia.in and that representative told me that it would take minimum 45 days to process my refund but i did't received any confimation mail from Air india regarding this. After 1 month i called again to Air india customer care support then another representative told me that refund process would not take more than 15 days.

So, i requested him to give me a cancellation department contact number when i called him he given me another contact number when i tried that one then again same process repeated and finally i have collected 10 to 15 contact numbers. For your reference its below:

Now, where to go and what to do , I also went to Mumbai Air india office but same they told that need to send mail to ecommerce.

So, please help me in this regard and get me my refund back.

AIR INDIA / TICKET CANCELLATION — REFUND OF CANCELLED TICKET

Myself Mrs Anila Rahul Karnik would request you to kindly look into the below mentioned matter. Sir i had cancelled my flight ticket with air india on 27th Feb 2011 but uptil now i have not received refund for the ticket. I have been running around air india local branch office and call centres but everybody is refusing to help me out. I have been sending emails to them since last 3 months but still i have not received any reply from them. I am totally frustred and feel helpless.
