I have bought W595 in 2 feb 2009. I got problem with System connector. I just went to Sony ericsson service center. He told me that its motherboard have some problem. Go to main service center. When I went there he just said that the part which is to be replaced is not available, So go to another service center. i went another service center. they told me to not give them the cell because once's the cell is opened it gonna cause problem. And told that when it trouble a lot then come.

So my friends DON'T BUY Sony ericsson mobile. They will not going to give u any warranty. And there services r to bad to believe.a

Sony Home Theater Dv277 — Sony Home Theater DV277

Hi,

I have a bought a sony home theater with pen drive facility .

he issue is
1) i am not able to access all the vedio files through pen drive facility ( Example Divx Format, Mpeg Format, etc)

2) They said it will be support for only 5.1 channel CD .if you download the songs from net and play . you don't like the songs.

if we are spending money 16, 000 for this . what kind of facility will be there? nothing.. don't buy sony it.

The quality of sound showed in showroom different . if i came to house and hear that. it is not satified with sound quality

i suffered, so i hope that it will help you when you buy it.

don't wast your money in this ..you can buy some speaker sets ..it will be very good if you need good quality sound.

I have purchased one K530i mobile set on 25/03/20008. It turns dead on 20/04/2009
Set was purchased from Nextag Ground Floor Safron Complex Fatehgunj Vaddara On contacting your toll free mobile Number as given in booklet they have advised me to handover the set to Sony Ericsson authorised service Center Accel Frontline Services PVT LTD Bhopal .Accordingly I have handed it overon 11/05/2009. They after check up said that it has to be upgraded and within half an hour it will be set right. But They could not repair the fault and told me that on next day i.e. on 12/05/2009 . Next Day They told me that motherboard of the set has to be replaced. But They Told me my waranty elapse. so kindly give me extended waranty.

Sony DVD Home Theatre — No response to manufacturing defect and irresponsible, careless service centre

I bought Sony Home Theatre model no.DAV-DZ150K/CE12 in April 08.From very first day it was not able to play DVD itself although was playing ACD n VCD. The service engineer replaced the optical reader but that didnt work. The problem continued.despite sending various reminders for replacing the set as having manufacturing defect and request the company's service centre didnt responsed it on time and lingered that for past more than 10 months and now they say since your warranty period has expired company cannot replace the set...it can only repair the set

i feel it is true.
even i have a problem with my sony ericcson, i been to service center (Numeric communication service, Malleshwaram) i sat there for few minutes since i was in Q. i saw few customer yelling at them for not giving proper service. i got scared that i may face the same service in future. still i trusted and handed over my cellphone its been one month they have not contacted me if i call, they are just adding up the days by telling tomorrow. i am fed up.
i suggest never prefer this service center. for detail u can contact me on my number

I gave my mobile reporting that charging is not happening, all other things were working on 30th April 2009. On 8th (I don’t remember the exact date)
they called me up and said that my phone is repaid, I went and checked in the service center that number 2 and 8 is not working.
They took the phone to repair the same then and there itself. On 16th May 2008 they are saying to take back the mobile with the same problem.
What’s going on I am not understanding.
They are saying mother board problem they cannot do anything.

I just purchased the Soni Ericson T303 and my goodness it sucks. People can't hear me when i talk to them and it happens frequently. I exchanged it. But since my old sim was in that phone, the problem is persisting in my new phone too. It's like that phone messed up my sim. They told me that is not possible. I have 3 mp3 ring tones bluetoothed to me. Would that fuk up a phone and a sim. i kno the mp3 is on the phone not even the sim but how did 2 of my sims get fuked up. My frind that gave me those 3 mp3 ring tones has a fine working fone. I used to have the chocolate and i was told it is my fault for purchasing it. wtf. Some pls tell me can a phone fuk up a sim? Well i have a strong feeling a t303 can do that. Oh and this phone called its own random long distance numbers.

this phone dropped my calls and called random long dist numbers and messed up my sim. i luved the way it looked and everything but it cudnt provide basic features jus to talk.

Sony Handycam DCR - Sr200 — Negligent Repairs Causing Damage To The Entire Handycam

Had bought a Sony Handycam model DCR-SR200 from one authorised dealer named Shreeji Electronics in the year 2007. It was working fine until early this year. In the month of March its recording view lens started showing yellow effects & not the normal vision. So, I gave this handycam to a Sony authorised service station in Gamdevi. They said they will need to open the entire handycam to know what the problem is & for the same they will charge me first. I called this dealer Shreeji on the same & he, one of the owner Bhavin Kachalia of the shop said that he can get it repaired quickly & reasonably from his authorised people. So, I gave him my handycam thinking that it would be done as promised. For a week there was no response from him on my belonging. On checking with him after that he said that my handycam had the problem of yellow vision but it had one more problem & that was of battery which was not getting recharged for some reason. This surprised me cause I did not have a problem of recharging before. So, I got angry on him & asked him to recheck. He said he would revert back again. But then there was no response from him & ihad to of & on follow up with him. One fine day he gave me the no. of a person to whom he had given this handycam for repairs & asked me to follow up with him. At first I showed my reluctance on why must I follow up with him when the goods were sold by Shreeji to me. But still, I did it & started calling his given contact for my handycam. Now, the response from him for this handycam was also every cold. So I started suspecting foul play. After few days when I called the service guy from numbers other then the usual (as he had stopped picking up calls from my cell cause he was knowing my no.) he said he had given my handycam to Sony Service Station in Andheri which is their main service station. I was shocked again that why did this handycam go to Sony Service Station now when I was promised by Shreeji that he would repair my handycam through authorised channels of Sony. I was told that I would have to wait for a few more days cause the parts which were dameged in the handycam had to be imported. This entire series went on for atleast 40 days. Then I lost my patience & called both of them i.e. this service guy & the Shreeji guy & that time they both conveyed it to me that my handycam was irreparable due to battery recharging unit having malfunctioned & it would take further more time. So, I asked them to return my handycam the way it was. Once I received my handycam back I gave the same to the Sony authorised service station in Worli & they like thoroghh professionals informed me that my handycam was entirely damaged & now repairing the same would be as expensive as buying a new one with atleast 3 years warranty. They said the main board of my handycam was worked upon a very high voltage & thus it got completely fused off. Also, the main power button was also fiddled causing damage to the entire piece. I was taken aback & felt completed cheated by this dealerd named Shreeji for not guiding me correctly, then with no experience or skill calling this handycam from me to earn a little buck on servicing & ending up in damaging this piece. Also, for avoiding responsibilities towards their customers by not calling them, nor responding them & most importantly hiding the real fact with the intention to cheat their customers. How does one take action against such tainted dealers? Pls let me know cause I m serious of taking this matter ahead so that others are not cheated like me when they deal with Shreeji

actually i am using sony ericsson j-120i phone. it is working perfect but recently i took new connection. when i inserted the sim and on the phone it showed `inactive sim` but this sim is working ok with other phone . pl tell me what is the problem and how can i overcome to this?

[protected]@rediffmaildotcom] .From very begining i faced problem during conversation, during talking some metallic ham sound is there and my listner can not here my talk clearly, heavy rough noise is there. so i submitted the hand set to my dealer on 26/ 4/ 2009 with these complaint for free servicing within guarantee period . my dealer submitted the hand set to R.T.SERVICE CENTRE, 1, Ripon Street, Kolkata on 30/ 4 /2009 for abovementioned complaint . complaint id SEOO[protected]. But till date neithere the set is repaired nor the set is replaced .even service centre is not responding over phone . i purchased the set by Rs.10397/- of such eminent company. but i am not getting any sevice, which is can not be expected from a reputed company like sony ericsson . At last i have lodged a complaint to sonyericsson helpline I.D. SE15052569 on 19/4/2009.It is a pity ! it is a pity ! i think, i have done a mistake. i should go to other mobile compny ??? you are requested for earliest action. it is a new set only five months ago i purchased but near about one months the set is in the servicing centre without any service. so you are requestd to replace the set with a new set, hope for earliest action. This is kind request to you to help me in detecting my Sony ericsson phone 750i which has been theft by at andheri station. As there are my personal bank details and company portal codes, it is must for me to find it as soon as possible to avoid the misuse by anyone else. I have lodged a complaint at police station but there is no use as they bloody do nothing.

This is last hope for me. As I just need is the mobile number the person is using in K750i hand set or from where do I will get such information.
