I purchased 1 pc. Sony Ericsson W550I FROM MONICA COMMUNICATION ON 18/11/2006FO RS 10500.AFTER USING IT FOR SEVEN OR EIGHT MONTHS , I GOT SOME PROBLEMS WITH MY CELL PHONE LIKE THE SOFTWARE PROBLEMS, CAMERA SLIDINGS,SPEAKERS AND EVEN WITH SOUND RECORDING SYSTEMS. I complained the same to the authorized service centre of Sony Ericsson (USHA INFOTECH (P) LTD. Beslls House, 10A, Ho-Chi-Minh Sarani,2nd Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700071 Phone:[protected] on 08/09/07and deposited my handset vide complaint ID11485. AFTER 10 DAYS I CALLED THEM UP AND ASKED THEM ABOUT THE STATUS BUT THEY REPLIED a stereotyped message LIKE WE SENT IT TO DELHI TO MAKE IT OKAY. TILL DATE I CALLED THEM FOR SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO POSITIVE FEEDBACK IS COMING FROM THEIR END. IT HAS BEEN PASSED 45 DAYS I SUBMITTED MY CELL PHONE.
PRESENTLY I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CELL PHONE AND I COULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH MY CLIENTS,RELATIVES ,FRIENDS EVEN OTHERS TO WHOM I INVOLVED WITH.contact me over phone IF POSSIBLE[protected] or [protected] (Dipak rudra, brother).
