[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Service and repairs

I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

Sony Ericsson — Handset C905, always having speaker issue

I purchased Sony Ericsson phone set C905 on cost of 29807.77 from Neeru EnterPrises, B1/38, Secto-18 Noida. Speaker phone of the set got failure three times. Two times i got repaired the mobile from authorized sony center. But again i am facing same issue. I went to Sonny Ericsson autorized center Noida, They say that they will not take the set, i need to go delhi centers for the same.

I was out of town both of the times phone speaker get off. I already lost my business due to this and i again need to travel to delhi if i want the solution. I always lost my all conatct numbers and data when set got repaired. Who will pay for my expenses for business loss and travel?

I am not satisfied with Sony services even after spending a big amount. I Would like to get my money back from company or give me a new error free set.

Sony Erricsson / W580i — Pathetic Service delivery

Hi,
It has been really pathetic service that i have received from a sony ericcsson service centre. They are not at all bothered about the customer problems. It has been more than twenty days and still noe they are not able to sort my problem and has given three false commitments of delivery where i have been harrassed by the service centre people. I ahve invested a huge amount of money to purchase this phone and from the day i ahve purchased it(six months ago) i am facing problem every now and thenThe details of the service centre is as below:

It's a request from my side to screw up these kind of service centres and people working over there as there are very misbehaving and doesn, t have any concern for the customers.

Sony Ericsson K200i — hangs often,slows down,and switches off.

requested sir/ma'am,
I'm facing problems in my sony mobile for a long time . i had also serviced it 5 to 6 times . But i still face problems like hanging up, slows down, switches off. i face this problems after 1month of servicing . And now i want to replace it . Now that the warranty period is getting over at july 2009, i guess i'll face the same problem. But when i ask them how much should i pay for exchanging it with a new one they said - THEY WILL GIVE A DISCOUNT OF ONLY 800/- . AND THE CELL COST 2500/- .I thought i'll be getting a discount of at least 50% i.e. 1250/- or at least 1150. But they don't agree. since my cell's warranty period is still going on i expect little more discount .

So, i request you to help me out with this matter since i have no idea what to . Please give a solution to this.

cell phone-w380i — mobile not functioning properly

I have purchased a mobile of sony ericson model name W380i, Imei no.[protected], W380i electric purple, mobile phone Gsm/EDGE 900/1800/1900, SI[protected].7, EN Charger in box:CST-60/India,
S/N:CB5113QMYL.

From last 3 months i am facing problem with mobile functions i.e.mobile is not charging properly, my hands free not working with my mobile but can use properly with same other sony ericson mobile, keys are not working properly, cell phone is getting handed and automatically getting switch off.
I have visited to sony ericson center of Goregaon west, mumbai.
but they cannot able to gvie proper service nor they repared my mobile I was so disappointed with that,
Then i want to shop from where i purchased the mobile and asked to repare it .He took my mobile and checked and said i have to send the mobile to head office to Bangalore.but didnt assure when i will get my mobile back.
I kept on running behind him from last 1 and half months but up till now i havent got my cell phone back,
even i am a working person cannot run behind like this, i also have so many works to do.

Sony Ericsson — MOBILE C905 DOSEN'T WORK PROPERLY

I buy sony erricson mobile no.C905 in the month of jan.09 from very first day it's slider having problem when shown at service center (SALORA INTERNATIONAL- OKHLA) they say "sorry we dont have part for this handset" you have to wait till parts availibility and it will take 20-25 days, AFTER repairing hand set hand over to me but the same problem was there NOW even ear phone was not working. 2nd time i submitt this handset at SALORA again in the month of Fab.09, after 15 days i got it back but with the same problem...
3rd time Mar.09 i deposit this hand set at VAISHNVI SERVICES-LAXMI NAGAR. they send it to the co. & co. change it mother board & i got it back after 20 days.
4th time May.09 with the same problem i submit again at VAISHNVI SERVICES-LAXMI NAGAR on 20 of may & still it is with the co.
have purchase problem from Soni Ericsson name F305 Mobile in 20march 2009. It has occurred a minor complaint of connectivity with the rectification of 2nd complaint the display system is totally off on and netwok problem and automatic and bac battery bach only 12hr of the set. I submit the set in sony errision collection point this place is delhi in distict center first floor i dont no compalin no, in the name of Mr. rupesh kumar.In the complaint sheet under the head Problem Description the engineer has remarked DEAD SET. From 5th april.09 to there is no progress in this complaint. Several time I contact to delar delhi yadav elc but there is no positive response I have get till now from Soni Ericsson. From, my communication is totally disturbed due to soni ericsson. I have face problem in the set more than two time from the date of purchase of the set . If the set is declared not good woking proper auto lock sound system and not setting change sound qulity and battry back up not proper set and give the new set to customer. Now I just want to know from Soni Ericsson that what I will do.

Dear Sir,

on21.07.2007, three months back when i received an incoming call, my phone was hanged, immediately on message displayed in phone to contact the Service Centre, I approched ACCEL, Greams Road, Chennai and handed over my phone for service/repair on 27.03.2009, but so far the problem is not yet
resolved, WHENEVER I CONTACTED Mr. HARI ( PHONE NO:[protected] he does not give proper reply but every time he tells LOTS OF EXCUSES.
So far my cell is not repaired and returned back, this has become my regular duty to keep following up.

I am very much dissappointed, future I will never recomend any body for SONY ERICSON.

My w350 cell phone is not responding after I have switch it on by accidently pressing the clear key and options the button yet the screen is showing nothing but black glow. Furthermore, the w350 cell phone is overheating when I try to switching it off by holding the clear key to turn off my cell phone completely. I need some help of how to reverse the problem by giving me advice.

Sony PS2 Dual Shock Controller — Non Delivery - No Status - No response to email

I made an order on 14th April'09 - Order No. 5315475 . This was a gift to my nephew and the site promised to deliver on 21st April'09. Till date there is no delivery done - no response. Simply pathetic. There is no phone No. I can call. No body gives any answer to numerous emails on [protected]@rediff.co.in and [protected]@rediff.co.in.

This is very irresponsible behaviour. Nobody is answerable. I don't know where to call or what next step to do...

Sony Ericsson W302 Mobile — Big Bazaar are cheaters

Big Bazaar at pondy bazaar T Nagar Chennai are the cheaters, please do not purchase any electronics goods from them, after sale of item if any defect comes they will straight forward say to you to go to company for claims and repairs, Big Bazaar people will never replace the things, they will change their attitude after sale and they will not entertain you. I am having worst experience with Big Bazaar, after purchaising of SONY Ericssion mobile W302 i saw that box was earlier opened from other side, its seal was also broken, it was clearly mentioned on box that one CD is inside but there was no CD inside and on working it was found that its headphone one ear is not working, also its sound volume was very low that hardly one can listen the music. After so much of defects Big bazaar people have clearly said after sale its with you and company of the mobile phone if any defects comes. My suggestion is if you want tension free life with your product then never purchase any electronics item from these cheaters. I suggest a new name for their stores, it should be BIG CHEATERS

i have bought one bluetooth handsfree for my sony ericsson p990i. the device model no is HBH DS200. when i am trying o connect it from my phone thru bluetooth its not being connected.
requested you to please let me know if any other reason there for this.
