Sony Ericsson — Lost my Mobile - 15-06-09

I Lost my mobile in bus, while returning from my office to home in 45B at 6:45 I catched bus at eldams road before entering into bus it was there in my pocket i searched and then i enter int he bus, today bus was full of crowd.I asked for ticket from conductor and i checked my pant pocket, i lost my mobile, immediately i got one cell from neighbour and called to my number it was switched off.

Need your kind intervention and action.

THE GREATEST MISTAKE THAT I MADE IN MY LIFE IS TO OPT FOR Sony Ericsson K810i. The COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE. WHEN ONE LOGS IN TO THEIR SITE TO ACTIVATE THE FEATURES IT PROMPTS FOR ALL YOUR DETAILS LIKE YOUR NAME, EMAIL ID, CONTACT DETAILS ETC. I HAVE BEEN LODGING COMPLAINTS ONLINE BUT TILL DATE NONE RESPONDED. MY ISSUE IS THAT INTERNET IS NOT ACTIVATED. THE MANUAL CLAIMS OF THE INTERNET FEATURE BUT THE SETTINGS OPTION DOES NOT HAVE THE INTERNET FEATURE. I HAVE WRITTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EACH TIME I GET AN AUTO REPLY WITH A NEW REFERENCE NUMBER. WHY ARE COMPANIES ALLOWED TO MARKET THEIR PRODUCTS? NEVER KNEW THAT SONY ERICSSON IS THE GREATEST MOBILE HANDSET CHEATS IN THE MARKET.

I had given my T700 set for repairing and now it is going to complete 11 days and till date service centre people have not updated me with any development. Moreover they dont even bother to pick up the phone of their Service Centre.

I had given my Sony Ericsson W580i for repairs and it has been a month now and my phone is still lying with them.I have written to Sony ericsson and they replied saying that they will look into the matter but absolutely nothing has been done.I have had to collect my unrepaired phone and even pay them ispection charge for the same.For a month they have been just inspecting my phone.I just want to bring to the notice of everyone that the after sale service of such a big company is way below par so think before buying a sony ericsson handset.

I have bought W350i on 29th October 2008 Within a very short period I started found problem during use of keypad. So I handed over the handset at your one of the service center for necessary repairs to (SAP Mobiles, 2. Chandan Mansion, Ghokale Road, Opposite Portugues Church Dadar (W), Mumbai) on 07th April 2009 by 5.30 pm

While handing over counterstaff at respective service center assured that the repaired handset will be provided to me within 1 month. But still as on date, after almost 3 months, I haven’t received my handsetback. I have followed up with Service Center personally many times but your customer executive revert with the next date only. Even I have followed up several times with sony erricson customer care. I am totally fed up with the after sales service proviede by sony erricsson. My warranty period is exhasted with them almost for 3 months. I have used others reputed companies handset before but never had faced such poor services which was not accepted by a such world class company.

i am havin' sony ericsson mobile a.k.a. problem box...i don't knoe what a [censored] i've brought 2 ma lyf ya...

it's always havin' s/w n loudspeaker prob. whenever i go to service centre of lajpat nagar all htey do is just simply format ma phone n handle it to me within 18 days only...oh god!! nokia service centre are gud hardly20 mins they take but they assured customers but as usuall sony is sony i thought that sony ericsson is nyc phone but man it sucks...

it's service centre are lyk they wanna say to us that plz plz customers dont ceme to us cuz we dont have any thing which can kept ur mobile out of prob... no not at all...

n they are havin on banner insight centre in which it's written that 'happy to help' and many thing my advice to them is to write 'unhappy to help'...

service centre is certified service centre n it's name is technocare...

oh god i'll throw ma phone in dustbin cuz it's not at all gud n yaar woh sony ericsson suite is not connectin' wid ma mobile now next tym i'll take iphone or nokia these two are the best...really the best...sony ericsson's the worst really th worst...and service centre are just just what to say a gr8 [censored]...nthin' else...

coz i hav paid 17k b4 2yrs ago for it...
n SERVICE PROLEMS is very OFTEN with SONY SERVICE STATIONS..
so is it like USE N THROw PENS !!!

Sony Ericsson — poor service regarding my handset at your service station

i had submitted my handset G 700 which is under warranty at your service centre at SAP mobiles, dadar west, mumbai on 10th april 2009 complaint id SES09SAP1179. its been 72 days till date and i havent redeived my handset or any feed back from your side. i have even registered a complaint on [protected] complaint id SE[protected]. i even mailed you through the web a week back. still the sony ericcson guys dont seem to respond. please look into my request. hoping for a response asap.

Sony 21 — Set turns off automatically

I purchased Sony 21" CRT TV set model no. HG 21 M 80 on 14.04.2008 from Jyoti Electrovision, Kalyan(W), Mumbai (phone[protected]. After it was found that the set turned off automatically after two three hours opearation. I complained to the dealer and the Sony India on its tall free no.[protected] many times. Neither Sony India nor the dealer repaired the set and the set is still faulty. The warrenty of the set has also expired on April 2009 and the set is still faulty.
I want that the Sony India should replace the set as it could not rectify the fault within the warrenty period.

Sony Ericsson — worst kind of after sale services

I purchased a sony ericcson handset 2 years back. a month ago my camera key was not functioning properly so I had gone to a sony ericcson service centre nder RT Outsourcing Services Limited 2 rippon street
Kolkata-700 016. I was been told that I will get my phone back within a week or two at max. The only problem with the handset was that only a camera key was not functioning properly. It took them almost a month two fix this problem which was far beyond the time I was told and as a result I had to face troubles. everytime I used to call them my phone was always hung up by the people working there sayin that I will soon be called regarding it. Not only this on the day of the delivery I had to wait for 2 hrs just to p:3ick the delivery as a result whole of my working hour was wasted since I was hung up there from 11a.m upto 1:30 p.m.
and they also could not treat the customers properly by answering to their queries. Please take some strict action against them

Sony Ericsson P1i — Sony Ericsson CC suks

Hello Friends,
By the time I am writing my experiece with the customer care service of Sony Ericsson my cell phone P1i is still wth them it it close to more then 1 and half month.

I hve talked with atleast 20 different representatives and in total called them for them 70times to no avail.
Not only they people lie and give you false promises they do not even knw how to talk in a customer care department, they are there to help us not to argue with the customer like us.
Sony ericsson is a brand name and I am using sony ericsson stuff the last mre then 2 decades but this is the high time that people shud stand upto there rights and Sony ericsson shud do something about it.
I have submittd my cellphoe to sony ericsson Dwarka cener on 14th may due to some small problem with the job dial and received it back after two days, I was not happy or suprised to get my cellphone back in 2 days as from a brand name like you accept the same thing but m dream date was over.when I received my cellphone i was shocked to see my cellphone was not fixed and the casing was open from the left side I did not receiv e my cellphone and again submitted fro the repair this time i received the cellphone after 1 week and it was not fixed apart from that to my surprise my cellphone camera was totally damaged..I went to some other service station by time i did all formilites of calling the sony ericsson help line number [protected]..I submitted the cellphone there and after dragging the issue and calling somewhere around and after giving threats of consumer court they are now ready to replace my cellphone...its been more then 1 week thy promised to cellphone replacement but nothing has been done they say as sony ericsson has discontinued the production of P1i we do not have cellphones...


I dnt know what to do nw..m loosing my job because of that..there CC people sucks. one of them is trying to help me outa it...

Sony K530i — bad Costumers service centers in indore

Network problem is in our hand set .there is no network coverage .but auth.service center unable to solve the problem and they havn't proper answer for there Costumers ...so what can we do for the same..?
