Sony Ericsson / W550i — Complaint against sony ericcson service centre , Janakpuri
Sir,With all due respect, I have to say that I am Manesh Nautiyal, a student living in Delhi. I have been using the Sony Ericcson (SE) phone w550i since 12th August 2009 from last few days I am getting problem in my handset so I visited the SE service centre at Janakpuri then I met with following problem..
1. I submitted my handset (W550i) on 15th July 2009 and then i got response from service centre on 31st July (between this time period i regularly called the service centre and customer care).
My problem is the delay in service while according to terms and condition of service 14 days is the maximum time period required for the service.
2. On the day of submission of my phone the estimated cost of repairig my phone was 700 Rs but on 31st July they said your phone is repaired & cost of reapair is 1200 Rs.
My problem is why the service centre or customer care not intimidate me about the repair charges.
3. On 1st August I went to service centre to find my phone not repaired to my satisfaction.
4. On 28th July when I called the Service centre Ms Sarika picked the phone & told me sir your handset will repair within 2 days. After that I asked her to transfer the to her senior (because I want to know the proper reason for delay in service) & ther Mr. Ashish talked to me rudely.
5. From 15th July till now I called 50 times in customer care & 20 times in service centre all giving myself mental tension.
I want my handset to be completely repaired to the earliest within the repair charge of 1200 Rs as mentioned by the service centre.

Sony Ericsson — Phone replacement not given
I bought Sony Ericsson R300 Handset six months back, every month it keeps malfunctioning ( Hanging problem, camera problem etc) 7 to 8 times the cell has been given to the company service station, they have also sent my cell to Madras for changing of mother board, it took about 25 days in this process and i received it on 24th june with a new IMEI number, again it started showing problem in less than 3 days for camera and again i submited it for same and now its been month, and i have called them endlessly on customer care (which is not even toll free) where they have put me on hold for half n hour, now they tell me that they will change my Mother board again which will get me my 3rd IMEI number...which i dnt want as i have asked for a complete replacement...as my warrenty will expier soon and this cell will be a liblity on me as for last seven times i have submitted it to the company...NOW I WANT A REPLACEMENT...ITS A TORTURE GOIN EVERY MONTH TO THE SERVICE STATION AND TAKING A LEAVE FROM THE OFFICE TO BE PRESENT THERE...I HAVE ALSO GIVEN FORM ID'S NUMBERS WHICH WE GET WHILE WE SUBMIT OUR CELL AT THE SEVICE STATION...I HAVE PAID THE FULL PRICE ...THEY HAVE CHEATED ME AND ARE EATING MY TIME AND MONEY...PLEASE HELP MESonyEricsson Mobile Model K220i — accel cheated me incase of mobile repaire

The above-mentioned as well as B E R report refers. (Repair dated 18/05/2009
The handset as mentioned supra was handed in for repairs on the 11/05/2009 at your Centre because of faulty display Problem, Key Flip Problem, On/Off Problem, Phone hang/Freeze Problem.
Your description as per booking receipt described the phone as being in a fine condition.
In the B E R report the client was informed of the defect of the phone (apparently water damages) where allegedly was the cause of the abovementioned problems experience by Ms Botha. The report does not clearly gave on indication which area of the phone were effected by the alleged water damage and no precise estimations as to cost for repair ( if liability from the client) was determent.
Ms Botha dispute the fact that the phone malfunction is caused by liquid damage as she never led the phone fell in water or exposed the phone to any watery surface which now have led to the abovementioned reasons as per report.
You also makes mentioning of repairs that moved to the manufactures requirements which explaining the requirements or referring the handset to the manufacturer opinion as well you also mentioning the manufactures policies with regard to the situation (cause alleged water damaged) without including what the policy is saying.
Your report is very vague and put in dispute for reasons already mentioned. It need to be reemphasized that Ms Botha has the right to reasons why this matter was not taken up with Sony Ericsson – South Africa. She feels that the service was not satisfactory on the part of MTN and place the good name of Sony Ericsson in dispute without acknowledging their opinion or input with regard to reparation or replacement.
The technicians need to give full report of their findings otherwise the matter will be dealt with through litigation a court of law.

I have purchased the above product at prashanth electrinics 146, MCD market, karol bagh, New delhi and with IMEI NO.[protected] and date of purchase 30-08-08, model no. w890i.I am holding waranty certificate also . When i took for repair at authorised sevice centre in hyderabad, they are asking bill which i never kept as i thiught warranty certificate will do.
In deed it was painful for me this type of answer from sony erricson authorised service point at hyderabad.Having spent so much on mobile and not even one year it worked properly.

So I went to the service center Aryan IT Services,

Now Today when I called them up (06/09/09) in the morning and providing them with the work code no.. One lady from the other end told me that my phone’s display or liquid is completely damaged. When I asked her how?? She said me to visit the service center and I need to pay them regarding the damaged display within the warranty period.
Also I asked her what about my problems that I had.. she told I need to change my damaged display first.
When I handed the phone to Mr Manaoj who was in the reception over there, its was absolutely Ok and no sign of display problem even I am using it and never faced any problem with my display…
I don’t know what they did with my phone.. Or they want money from me with giving fake things of my display damage, my phone’s warranty is going to expire this month 12/09/09, Rather, If I assume that there is a problem with my display, so they need to replace that free of cost as its under warranty period. Isn’t that so..?

my self in vipin sharma I have purchase sony ericsson Mobile W 302 from hot spot shop at Mayur vihar phase one (archarya Niketan) on 5.07.2009 in Rs. 7400/- after that i go my home and start it on 6.07.2009 but phone is working but after few minutes it will be a white screen come on mobile there is no any display on screen that day is Monday because Monday is mayur vihar market is close so I come in shop Thus day ( 7.07.2009)the sales person check the phone and tell me it is software problem please go to service center. I am surprise one day old phone is created problem and go to sony ericssion service center in Mayur vihar address given by sales personThe Service center (Vaishnavi Services) check the phone and do some repair it and give me phone and tell please check your phone. I check that time phone is ok. After some time the phone is same problem.
I have purchase phone for my hard money but it will give me tension and I come back to Service Center (08.07.2009)and tell him it will same problem. Service Centre Person takes the phone and tells there is problem in phone. Phone to sent in SonyEricsson Factory and repair by Factory and after ten days (18.07.2009) it will come . In Evening Phone is same problem I call the service center they tell to day is centre is closed please come in morning .
Next day Morning (19.07.09) I when submit my phone they tell it will take some time because phone will once again sent to factory it is manufacturing problem. And we will call you when your phone is come from factory. Till Date I have not received my phone. If I call service center they tell me when your phone come our office I will call you, or I call company call Centre they tell me we working on your phone as early as possible I give you your phone but till date I have note received my new phone
Please Give me advice but can I do regarding this case.

Dear All,I have purchased a Song Erricson Mobile Model F305 in feb and it stopped working in april.
As my phone was under grantee period i have given it to to sony erricson service centre and they have returned my phone after 45 days and the same problem is there. they have not corrected the error and returned the phone.

Hello,My name is Kaushal Kashyap, I've purchased a Sony Ericsson F305 phone last year. Soon after buying it, it started freezing and hanging all the time. I was not able to attend or make a single call without any hanging or freezing problem. When I tried to get it repaired at Sony Service Center at Janak Puri District Center New Delhi, the staff there was rude and unprofessional. I went there two times and the answer I got at service Center was that you're not on time, the service center is closed, even though I was there after just 5 minutes before closing the center. And when I told them that I'm not happy with their service, they straight away told me to file a suit in Consumer Court. I was shocked to see their behavior. I'm fed up with this phones quality and hanging problem. Please help me.

sony erriction - k850i — my phone is four time completely not working after purchase last august 2008
sir. we purchase the k850i last august 2008. but i am not satisfide this phone. this time fourth time my phone in your service center. and the phone is complately dead condition. my phone is this time already in your service centre from last 10 days and your service center's executive is not give me conformly time of my handset repairing. this is bed think fos sony. sir please solve my phone's problem immidetly or give me a new handset.
