As i am icici bank credit card holder for past 3 years. when i came know about imint points i was trying to redeem my points. when ever i am trying to login in the website its not working. i think these is not a fair type of business and think why did icici bank has been taken this.

Recently my phone's display had broked and so i gave my phone for repair on 3/7/08 and on 25/7/08 i received paying an amount of rs 2, 200. then again my phone started giving problems and i realised that my speaker is also working.
I gave them the phone and it has been 5 days and still they are saying that my phone has not been repaired. On asking them when will i receive my phone they say that we dont work here! Im paying money but still there is no service

Sony Ericsson — Low Battery Backup
I purchased the k220i set in the name of Mr. Biman Banerjee on 12th December 2007. But battery backup was very low, So the set was submitted on 02/08/08 at Sony Erricson service center - RT OUTSOURCING SERVICE LTD., 2, Repon Street, KolkataPh. No. – [protected] / 18
On 09/08/08 the set was received with same problem.
I am really unsatisfied and disturbed regarding the response of Sony Erricson service center.

while i listen the song on my mobile, it causes a continuous machine sound. i have been facing this problem for many days i went to service center and told this issue. i had purched the sony ericsson phone S500i in november last year from S.B Sales, Nawansahar, Punjab.Now i have acharging problem regarding battery of the phone.It does"t charge propery.When i contact to the purchage store.The phone is under gurntee and the send me to jallandhar service centre.But service centre refuse to change the battery.Kindly take immadiate effect on my request otherwise i will put my plea in a consumer court.with regards

Sony Ericsson (Airtel Sim) — complaint reg. hello tune
sir,I called customer care No. 121 in the early part of this week and requested them to change my hello tune. One good lady was there who took the song details from me as to which song i wanted to change as my hello tune. I earlier had Zara si dil mein... as my hello tune, which i asked her to change to Tum se hi... (Jab we met). After taking all the details the lady asked me to hold on and after few min. she told me that the song requested by me was activated. But when i checked i found that instead of activating the song requested by me, she activated some other song. Again I called customer care and again talked to one lady (dont know whether the same lady or not) and requested her to change the song and i didnt like the song activated by them. This was not the first instance. before this also, once i requested to change my hello tune from Bolo Na tum Zara to Tum se hi (Jab we met), at that time zara sa dil mein... was activated. but i liked that song so i didnt say anything. After this i tried to contact customer care many...many times but always i used to get the message that send your complaint to 121 thr sms. I sent my complaint also. but no action was taken within 24 hrs. again i called customer care and to my sheer luck i could talk with one Mr. Mohit, who was kind enough to listen to my complaint and he even transferrd 30 Rs. which was deducted from my balance due to the mistake of customer care executive lady. he further told me to send an sms to 55327 requesting for the hello tune, which i did yesterday i.e. 13th Aug.2008 at 3.21 p.m. and in return i got an sms that my request has been registered and will be processed within 24 hrs. Sir, i am sending this complaint at 5.45 p.m. on 14th Aug., 2008 and till now my requested hello tune has not been activated on my mobile Number of which is [protected]. I have once again sent an sms requesting customer care to activate the hello tune. Sir, its my humble request to you to see that my request is processed as quickly as possible coz its very difficult to talk to your customer care executive as most of the time i get the msg that send an sms to 121 which according to them will be processed in 24 hrs. but this 24 hrs. is not 24 hrs. for them, it may be weeks, months... kindly do the needful.

sir, i recently bought sony ericsson g502...and i hav put airtel lifetime validity...my ID proofs are verified...the problem is my SIM is not detected in ma phone...not only in mine but in some ericsson mobiles like w580i, w910i n k660i...when enquired bout this in airtel office they said tat the they receive same complaint 4 the past 1 week and the new airtel SIM's r not working on sony ericsson...but this SIM works on other mobiles n the older airtel SIM's n other SIM's work in mine...is this true...or tere is some problem with my handset??looking forward for your reply.

i had purchased sony ericssons k550 on 23/12/2007, but within a six month it shows different problems like receivers sound is not coming and takes a very long time to charge very low speaker phones sound, i have given my cell to nearest service centre of sony ericsson at sakinaka (ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD) they told me that we will repair it within 5 days when i called them after 5 days they told me that your mobile is ok come and take, but when i reached their so i have seen so many problem which was not earlier when i explained all these things to them they told me we will again examine and give you a call but till that date to now i have visited their 3 time but nothing has happened.Sony Ericsson Authorised Service Centre — Mobile repair at the authorised service centre
One month back I was the proud owner of the sony erricson W550i mobile phone My complaint was that keys 0, 5 were not working, rest the phone was working perfectly, I could receive and make calls, listen to music, camera was ok .I gave the phone for repair in August to Sony erricson authorised service centre at Faridabad ---- Ms R.T Outsourcing services ltd .( Case ID : N8FBD : 18/51 ).
To my utter shock they charged me 850/- and gave back the phone with more defects, now this phone is not getting charged, does not start .
When I went to them, they kept the phone again for 10 days and have returned it back to me saying that the mother board is defective and we do not spare parts, even the company does not have spare parts and therefore your phone cannot be repaired .
With all this I have been cheated by Sony Ericsson . First your service centre charged me 850/- and spoilt my phone further and secondly even after 25 days they have just returned my phone saying it cannot be repaired .
I am requesting you to look into this issue and help me to get my phone repaired

I have purchased a Sony Ericsson handset in Oct, 2007. its not working properly. I gave the phone for service in the nearest service centre (22 No. Phatak, Patiala) a no. of times. they just change the mother board and give itback to me. but the problem is still there. last time i visited them on 02/09/08. they said they can only change mother-board, nothing else. if you want it then they will do it. otherwise, go anywhere. they can do nothing. No one cares at sony. I had bought a model and it is out of order, and given for repairing, and 1 month passed they are saying that it will take time. only a simple problem takes too mush time,

i reported that it is in navi key's problam.
always when i ask about my set, then alwase gevi me two day's time more.
i think its is only in flex{metadom}problam.
2 month for only spear part's, bad responce getTing from service,
but till { 04/09/2008 }date no response is gained.
