[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Service and repairs

I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

Sony Ericsson — mobile service not satisfaction

i hv given my sony ericsson c510 hand set for service which has problem with dust entering into the screen. but they didnt done service well. now my mobile got more problems like navigation keys not working n screen splits into 2 parts and tilted. so pls respone to my request.

Sony Ericsson xperia mini 10 — NO repairing

My handset touch screen was not working . so i submited my mobile to sony ericsson center and since 1 month they keep incresing the date and are not returning the mobile also. Kindly take some action or i have to go ahead with legal action through consumer forum

Sony Ericsson — new mobile problem within 2 months of purchasing

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased the new YARI mobile on 30th September 2010 and IMEI no.[protected] with the bill. After 15 days my set has been switched off and never started and I have contacted the retailer and he has provided the new YARI model after 25 days.
I have received the new YARI model IMEI no.[protected] on 5th November 2010 and on 23rd january 2011 my mobile again switched off and never started.

I have contacted Customer Care to take followup to the higher level but nobody escalated my call and until now I have not received any call from sony ericson company

Kindly do the needful in priority basis as within 4 months my 2 YARI set has created problem for me and it has a bad experience for me to the Sony ericsson company.

Sony Ericsson Spiro, — problems occurring within 3 weeks of purchase .

I had purchased sony ericson spiro w100i from the mobile store just 3 weeks ago.
I inquired again and again about the message memory of the cell as that was the most important aspect i was looking before purchasing my new handset
and was repeatedly told it can store unlimited msgs
within 7 days of purchase it started showing problems
1. only 100 msgs in inbox and could not send msgs displaying out of memory.
2.could not connect to my laptop using usb
3.hangs while taking photographs or videos and restarts
when reported to my dealer he still persists it has unlimited message memory and asked m for software update after that also the problem of message memory is occurring,need to switch it off and then on to send message. and cell works very slow
I feel being cheated on purchasing the cell, the representative is to guide not to misguide......
hoping you will intervene ..

I m the same user again today after 7 days of software upgrade the cell istill hangs,
Today only when i was going to take a pic again that same problem it got off and started automatically what to do plz help its just 3 weeks of purchase and 7 days of software upgrade and facing so much problems may be this particular piece is troublesome. I m a student staying in hostel and the service center is quite far its not possible for me to run to the service center every week need your help I am even ready to pay some extra money and get rid of this cell only if "The Mobile store allows" I think I deserve a cell replacement .
Hoping you will understand my situation and respond suitably...

sony Ericsson w100i is very much troubling its battery is discharging for 10 to 15 talking
it is given 4 days standby battery i given to customer care but no use my number is [protected] it is waste mobile
i purchased sony Ericsson w100i in november 2010 from day one the battery discharging for 10 min talk time
i given c c to 2 times but there is no use it is warrenty

Sony Ericsson — Poor Customer Service

I am not satisfied with the product AINO MOBILE.
After spending Rs20,000,it has started giving problem in 3 MONTHS
I have purchased the cell on[protected] and after 3 months only the cell has started giving problems
On 6-1-2011 the cell was submitted at your service center and till date it is with them and still they are not sure when they would be able to return it back in good condition
Problems faced
1.Mobile phone hangs in no time
2."Zoom In" button was pressed inside the body
3. Camera Focus on the back is not being adjusted properly
4. Touch display is not working properly
5.Abnormal sound was observed during flipping up the phone
Service Center people told me that problem no. 3 & 5 cannot be rectified
All the above problems where not their at the time of purchase

Within 3 months of time so many problem are their so after 1 year what will be the condition of the cell and only use the cell for 2-3 hours in a day
If in this way you provide the service I will not recommend anybody in my circle to buy a sony ericsson mobile phone
And also the Service Center people are not ready to change the cell phone
Your call center people are not ready to give the contact details of your senior executive,it means your company is not interested to listen the problem of your customers.
As the problems are not being rectified till date which means your after sales services are very poor.

Sony Ericsson W395 Mobile Handset — Low Product Quality & Poor Service

I have purchased Sony Ericsson W395 Mobile Handset from Mobile Store, Manjalpur, Vadodara on 11/08/2010. Within three months from the purchase, the handset has started giving problems of extremely poor voice quality and noise in the background during calls for the listeners at the other end. Fed up with the problem, I approached the authorised Service Center (RT Outsourcing Services Limited, Profit Center, Kalaghoda, Vadodara).

The stafff at the Service Center checked my handset and gave it back to me confirming some dust on mic which ha been cleaned. Believing those people, I took my handset back, but I was surprised to see the problem back with me in two days. I went back again to the same Service Center and they worked on it for 30 minutes and gave it back to me. I took it once again believing them only to get the problem back in three days.

This time I went to the Service Center and forced them to induct my phone for proper repair. During this visit, I experienced that even the receptionist (who I guess has NO qualification on mobile servicing was trying to convince me that nothing has happened to my handset). It was a disgusting experience.

The Service Center finally inducted my handset for so called repair on 08/01/2011(Work Order No. SE311BRD10132) and I cllected the handset back on 21/01/2011. The work completion report says 'PCB Repair and Software Upgrade'

The worst part is my handset has still not been repaired. The same old problem persists and I am forced to use my very old handset which I had discarded earlier.

I feel cheated by an esteemed brand like SONY ERICSSON and am on the verge of warning my family and friends from purchasing the products of this brand.

I may be compensated with complete replacement of my handset. I have an impression that the product quality is utterly poor and guess the servicing facilities of Sony Ericsson are incapable of repairing these simple faults.

Sony India / H 55 Camera — white screen

i purchased a H 55 camera in august 10. i used it for few weeks. then after till today , when the camera was turned on after few minutes or few shots its screen becomes completely white . it has been sent to service centre of Dhanbad thrice but the problem persisted .
It seems there is some manufacturing defect. all money 15000 rs spent on this camera seems to be useless.
sony india should have made extensive field trials before lunching such a thing.
IT IS ONLY CREATING A BAD IMAGE OF SONY......
