[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson Mobile — Service center services

I have purchased this mobile around 6 months back and now it is not working.I have given it for repair at Sony authorised servicecenter.
now after 1 month they tell me that one part of mobile is not available with
service center. Order for that part is given in sony company but company is not supplying that part.......

I have Sony mobile Model..K530I, I bought this in month of Oct 08, Within Four months battry had gone I replaced it from lajpat nagar srvc cntr in Three attempts. Now since two months my handfree is totally dead, now they are not ready to replace that. I just wanted to know abt the quality that Sony Ericsson is serving to their customers, what is the quality & what is the service, & what is the response...????????? Pathatic... Its totaly Pathatic... Services are Worst...???????? Product Quality is dame poor, After spending thousand of buks, what we are getting from Sony Ericsson...??????? This is big "Q"...?????????? for the Company...!!!

Do improve your Product Quality & Re-traind your Service Center people, They have to understand the Customer need first, because If Sony have the customer then Sony have the life, otherwish the time very near when you will finished from the market...??????????????
my sony ericcson mobile wi 801 fell down and its sound out put has failed all the other functions are normal.
i have Sony ericsson K300i mobile & now i need a panel & also a service for my mobile..
Can i get the information regarding this..

Am searching for a long time to get a panel for this, but its all vain..

Sony Ericsson — not repairing my mobile from last one and half month

my mobile sony erricsion w580i is under warrenty period, i have submitted this mobil in sony erricsion service center in last month at[protected], till now they are unable to ritten me with reparing and asking me to take down the mobile without reparing .
i am feeling mental herashment from service center, please help me to take out the mobile with reparing.

I purchased Ericsson Model # K810i on 23.06.2009.
Today on 22.07.2009 it got wet in Rain, so the earphone slop is not working and memory card is not also supporting.

I visited the Ericsson Service Centre, at M.P. Nagar, BHOPAL. They told me that it will charge Rs. 400/- (Rs. 100 for earphone slot replacement & Rs. 300/- for service charge).
I think is this not right way because The set is within warranty period then why they are charging Rs. 300/- for service charge ?? So, I did not hand over the set at service centre for repair.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Sony Ericsson Z555 — phone is dade in 6 month.

I bought sony erisson Z555 madel phone at 08/02/2009 from kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. from in this period this phone is dade for 3 time in this piriod. so plese give me other phone of z555 to exchange by this phone. So what can I do now?

This is to inform you that i had purches sony ericsson T250i mobile from Shubiksha Retail @ 2000 only.After 8 or 9 months my mobile was dead.I rush to sony ericsson Authorized Service Centre (DEE KAY GIFT PLACE, GHUMAR MANDI, LUDHIANA).There the concern person told me that your mobile is dead deu to lequid.Then I said him pls gave me my mobile back.but the person again said we gave you only software warranty.if there any hardware problem we will ask you first and then if you said we will repair it.but after that he did not tell me and repair the mobile.when i go to his shop he said 750 is your bill of repair mobile.I am shocked to hear that becouse i purches this mobile just only 2000 rupee.and i thought its not right to spend 750 on this mobile.after that i refused to pay 750 and ask him please gave me my mobile in old condition.he literly refuse to gave me the mobile.he said i am not gave you your mobile do what do you want.

Service center people are saying that you have to pay 2000/-Rupees to get it repaired.
My Phone is under the Warranty period.

hello sir, ive buyed mah new mobile jus 2moths later.its sony eression w350i n accidntly my flap was broken...so ive to replace d whole body costing rs.450 but d shop keepr promised dat d flap will be replaced if broken.The service of the sony errisson service center here in bhopal is very very bad, as they are not providing me the flap!!!

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had purchased an Sony Ericsson Mobile Handset worth of Rs. 5000/- from M/s. Univercell located at Seshadripuram (Near Natraj Theatre) on 23/05/2009. Immediately after 02 days it stopped functioning, then I approached at the showroom, then the concerned executive checked the handset & reset it and gave it back to me. Again after 02 or 03 days it arrived at different kinds of problems. When I approached the showroomagain, the executive checked the handset and informed that It needs a servicing to be done & when I questioned a brand new mobile is having these kinds of problems then what is the big deal in buying a branded phone. Then I requested him to atleast replace it, he informed no we can't do it, you please get it serviced from Sony Ericsson Showroom then again if the problem arises we can do some alternative. Then I gave the mobile for Servicing at Sony Ericsson showroom at Cunnigham Road. It took almost a month to rectify the handset. The mobile was not rectified properly, because I was not able to hear anything nor speak to any person, the purpose of buying mobile is to communicate which basically was not happening. Then I approached M/s. Univercell showroom again and explained the problem. Firstly the executive was not ready to accept the facts, later on he told he can give me option that he can exchange it for Rs.1000/- .I was shocked to hear it. Then I requested him atleast to replace it and give another hanset worth of the same. He denied to do that. Then I told him that I need to speak to the Manager In-Charge. The executive informed that he was on weekly off and he was not reachable. With great difficulty he spoke to the Manager and informed that he can hike the price from Rs. 1000/- to Rs.1100/-. I was totally upset with this kind of reply. I told the executive to keep the mobile for himself as a complimentary gift. I don't require it and walked out of the showroom.

Whatsoever all my hard earned money has been lost, hope that nobody else face the same difficulty, I am sending this message to you, hoping for some justice to happen, because I come from an middle class family and not financial sound to afford to buy expensive mobile everytime. These kind of showroom should not be encouraged and I request you to kindly take the necessary action.

i have w580i(purchased in feb2009) mobile phone, sometime during call its voice automatically get off and i don't get any voice after that when play any music file, it display a message "playback failed".
Please let me know what may be the cause behind this and also the service center in mumbai(andheri east).

f - 305 before 6 or 7 months. till today we had given my hand set for repaired 3 to 4 times. yet i am not satisfied with service which is provided. i got my handset before 2 days after repaired is hanged after every 5 minutes & not working properly. if you give importance to the customer then kindlt note that i am suffering from my hand set from the date of purchase in presently i am thinking china mobile is better than sony's mobile. if you give importance to the customer then solve to the problem and if you can't do like this then give me money back or replace my handset.
