i provided my laptop 3 times to the sony vaio service center.,but my problem was not solved
,i tried to get help from sony nationalcenter thugh tollfree no provided
my problem is incresing day by day
nowa days i am facing many problem like
starting problem
harddisk problem
booting problem
slow processingt
windows not working properly
battery not working properly
speaker problem
touchpad problem
system regularly hangs

Sony — defective laptop

I HAVE PURCHASE A SONY VAIO LAPTOP MODEL NO "VPCEA23EN" ON10TH OF JULY

THIS LAPTOP NOT WORKIG PROPERLY NOT EVEN A WEEK
TWO HARD DISK OF THIS LAPTOP IS CHANGED BY THE CENTER IN 2 WEEK BUT THE LAPTOP NOT WORKING PROPERLY STILL

Sony/Vaio Laptop — Defective Laptop

This is to bring to your kind attention the problems we've been facing since we bought Sony Vaio Notebook, model no. - VPCYA17GG on May 15th 2011 from Pitampura centre - Emart.

1) - The battery back up time suggested by Emart was 4.5 hrs but on full battery, it shows only 2.5 hrs. Even after changing the settings, it shows only 2.5 So, I want to clarify what is exactly the battery back up time?

2) - After using it for nearly a month or so, we noticed some scratches on the middle top of the keypad. We enquired this with Tilak Nagar centre - Challenger Computers and the manager there suggested that this seems to be a manufacturing defect. There have been prior complaints also for the same model and for one customer he even got the set changed but still scratches appeared again in the new one. If this is a manufacturing defect, how come these models are sold all across Delhi? I seek explanation for this from Sony.

3) - Few weeks before, one fine day, system stopped recognizing the Internet Data card. We kept trying, called customer care for Internet service provider, called Sony service centre for almost 4-5 days but no one could really recognize the actual problem. Then we decided to go to the nearest service centre in Tilak nagar.
I am not really sure if the technician there understood the real problem but decided to format the disk (usually this is the last and easiest resort for technical people).
We collected the system the next day. Though the system started recognizing the data card but it contained lot of other problems like - a) Windows updates will start anytime on their own and system will restart itself leaving us helpless in the middle of something important
b) The system is much slower after the format. c) Original MS office wasn't installed at the time of format. As a result, we're not able to use it.

We called Sony Service centre but unfortunately even they weren't of much help and suggested us to visit the nearest service centre again.

My concern is - Has Sony started manufacturing and supplying defective products in the Indian Market? If not, are retail centres good at fooling buyers and selling defective/refurbished products?

I seek justification for my problems above. It's been just 2.5 months and I've faced so many issues for a product for which I've paid my hard earned real money.

I want this product to be replaced with a brand new one (not the refurbished/defective one hopefully!). If my problems are not addressed asap, I'll not hesitate to go to media or consumer court. This is sheer harassment on the part of company/retail centre and I want justice.

    Dear all @ Sony Service Centre,

    I bought a Sony Erricson handset model J20i just two month before, it was worked fine for first month only, after one month suddenly the handset's screen got disappeared & turned into black. I never expected this problem will occurred with Sony within just one month anyhow with the bitter bite i visited your authorize service center located at Lajapt Nagar, Delhi. First the receptionist advised me the problem is due to internal software issue whereas later on they found this is because of an internal part got damaged & it would take time to receive the part from HO that time the whole activity took more than 10 days to resolved it & get my handset back. This was the first incident when the problem was occurred & phone starts working fine again but the honeymoon of my phone was only for one month, the same problem occurred once again on 24th July'10, I visited your authorize service center named "Neeru Enterprises, Sec 16, KFC Basement, Noida" on 26th July & submit my handset later on i received the call from service center on 26th July itself that the handset got repaired can be collected on 28th July as its weekly off on 27th July. I visit the service center again on 28th July, i got my handset back whereas it worked just for one hours & got dead same time. The very same hours i again visit to service center back foot where they checked it again & found the handset is dead as the some internal part got damaged & would take another 10 days to get it repaired as they would received it from Head Office after 10 days only.

    I'm using other cell phones also but this is really bad service where it taking 10 days to receive a small cell phone part in this super fast world. This is my humble request to all of you to take this matter on top most priority & get my handset repaired with next 2 days as I need to go to outstation. I cannot wait further, requesting you to resolve the issue before i escalate it to consumer court. Due to non availability of my handset, i am missing many important calls, resulting financial loss on me.

    Sony Ericsson — Phone not working completely after receiving the handset from sony erricson service center.

    I have submitted my sony erricson c510i mobile phone in sony erricson service centre Gatkopar, for the mic problem of the set ( work order number - SE310CS211678). I have received my mobile back after hell lots of follow ups, after almost 2 months. On the same day, after two hours, the mobile got switched off with out doing anything. Now it is not working at all, even after charging the set. I had paid the service and repair amount for the same. Please do the needful

    I had given my set for repair in Sony ericsson service centre KOLKATA-RIPON STREET. for some speaker problem. My phone was completely in good working condition, till then .
    They said i will need to change some of its parts which will cost me Rs.6000, since it was out of warranty. I did not want to spend so much of cash. I got it back after a week, and realised tht it was DEAD ! It didnot even Switch On !!!
    I was quite baffled. i gave it back to them stating my problem. They said it is a common problem and they will look into it.They gave me a manual reciept the second time. They said that would be sufficient.
    I didnot get any NEWS from them after that for days together. I went and enquired in person but they kept saying that it will take another week each time. I asked for the managers no. Thay gave me the phone no. of a SUSHMITA BARAL. who is apparently the managing head of Sony Ericsson service in kolkata. She too said that she would look into the issue and didnot reply for weeks.
    I called her again on 28th March 2011. She said that they are incapable of repairing it.
    I told her that my phone was completely fine before i gave it to the service centre. She said " Costumers give us their phone at their own risk and anything can happen to their phone and we cannot help that.", In exactly these words.
    I was stunned again. I told her tht why did you not tell me all this when i gave you the phone for the first time? She said that might be ' the service centre's Mistake' !!
    I asked her to replace my phone or find a solution . She said she cannot replace it and suggested to go to Consumer Court.
    Later on the same day when i went to retrieve my phone i asked her to give me an acknowledgement letter. she said she cannot write a letter. when i wrote a letter and asked her to sign, she refused.
    Apart from that she also confiscated the reciet which said tht my phone was in dead condition after i recieved it from them. she refused to provide it when i asked for it.
    Is this what we expect from SONY ERICSSON ???

      Sony products in India are cheaper than chinese products made by under paid, under aged and Mal nutritioned Chinese kids.
      Wish I was aware of the quality of goods they were manufacturing and selling in India.
      I gave into the quality of products that they sell in the US and always buy Sony products in the US.

      Below is a email sent by my sister regarding the issue and there has been no response from Sony.
      The service center says that, we have to spend Rs. 11,000 on a part which is not under warantee, which means, if that blows up, get another one, so guys at Sony can sit on their fat and mint money..
      "I Want my Money Back."

      P.S copy of email sent to Sony and also attached copy of Invoice.
      "This is in regard with the complain no - SSZM5430 which we have placed against the problem found in our LCD TV - Sony Bravia KLV 32S 400A which was purchased on January last year. When the service men from Sony checked our TV, they said that there is some problem with the panel and it is a manufacturing defect. The cost of replacing the panel is almost 90% of the cost of the TV. Furthermore there wont be any guarantee of the replaced panel.

      We really would like to know if this is the quality of product manufactured now-a-days by Sony India. We feel cheated by paying 40,000 Rs for such a junk box. Please replace the defective panel at the earliest since it is a manufacturing defect and of no mistake of ours."

I have purchase Sony Bravia KLV40V200A worth Rs. 1 Lac 65 Thousand 3 years before few days before there is a Problem in the Screen A GREEN COLOR LINE i complaint against this issue to your Customer Care TOLL FREE number, they note down my complaint & tell me one of our service center will call you and fix a time to check the things and i receive a Call from Ghaziabad Sony Service Center person ANIL he's a Engineer over there. I know this person already coz i also have Sony Bravia Home theater DVZ 777 and this person come for the services of my Home theater before, he change the LENS of my home theater and i got problem again after a month. after that i call this person so many time but he never come back. i got frustrated and i sell off my home theater in just Rs. 8000/-. This time when he call me for my LCD TV complaint 1st he said why you locked the complaint you personally call me i can check what's the problem. i reply why i call you i have to complaint sony 1st. he said ok. Then he ask me what is the problem in your LCD TV i said i got a GREEN LINE left side of the screen. he reply me this problem can't solve you do one thing use this TV as much as you can and after that though it i said very good thank you very much.

        Now any one can tell me when a Middle Class person going to buy a TV like Sony one with his hard earn money and the thing which he purchase is dead after 3 years what he will do.

        Is Sony Making 3rd Class Product this days. if yes i suggested every one never buy Sony Product in his life.
        I know how i buy this LCD worth Rs. 1 Lac 65 Thousand its not to easy for me but i buy and this time it's just a show piece in my wall nothing else.

          I am sick of Sony mobile and its people. Neither they are committed to provide its customers and good custmer service nor they are ready to provide service after sale.

          My T715 phone has gone out of order twice within two months with all its accessories. 1st time they repaired my phone but now again the same problem occured. When I took it to the service center NEERU ENTERPRISES, KFC BASEMENT, P21, SECTOR 18 NOIDA PH. NO.[protected], where I met with Mr. Anand he just told me that this phone has gone out of order as the ink on this phone got into phone PCB. Just to let you know that this ink mark was also there when I got it repired 1st time. Now my question is this when this phone is malefunctioning due to ink then why they did not tell me last time? They are just making me fool only.

          I want to get his phone replaced, how can I pay the money for nothing. company is commited to provide service after sale for no cost till 1 year.

          i am vithu i am from kerala i have x10 mini i brought it from bangalore . my problem is MY mobile felL down and display was damaged as its a touch phone is useless. i gave it to service center in trivandrum there responce was that the mobile can't be repaired in kerala so it should be send to chennai and the charge they said was 2200 for repairaing TIME required was 2 week but after two week there responce was negative they said that the mobile cannot be repaired . what i have to do ????if sony ericsson cannot repair there own product??? should i throw it in waste box?give me a replay my no is [protected]

            This is to inform you that I bought a Sony Ericcson W705 of Rs. 17,675/- ON 9th Aug’2009 from Alfa (Vile Parle, Mumbai) IMEI No. was [protected] on the date of purchase.

            My Phone started giving trouble on 8th Nov’09, the problem being “No Network”. I submitted my phone at the sony ericsson service centre in Mobiletech, Tardeo, Mumbai on 10th Nov’09. My workorder No. was SE309MT211413. I was told to inquire after two-three days and when I inquired after three days I was told that the handset will have to be sent to Chennai. During this period the staff at Mobiletech did not even bother to inform me of the status, neither was I given a standby handset. I am a working woman and only thing I was doing during my office hours was keep calling service centre. Either the call was not picked-up or after great efforts if they picked-up, I never got a satisfactory answer.

            I got my handset back on 21st Nov’09 (after 12 days wherein I had to do without a mobile). The problem was not solved as yet. I was told at your service centre that the motherboard has been changed and so was my IMEI No. which is changed to [protected]. As soon as I came to office I realized my handset was not charging. After charging for three hours also it was showing 0%. Once again, on 23rd Nov’09 (Workorder No. SE309MT211623), I went to your service centre and I was told that there is a problem in the battery, they replaced the connector and gave me back on 27th Nov’09 (Workorder No. SE309MT211689). When I came back home I could not charge it and so gave it back on the same day and after follow-up 1000 times with these sony ericsson useless people I got my handset after 1 Month (on 24th De’09)

            Now Again after 6 Months on 5th Jul’10 my handset started giving problem, so I submitted my handset on 6th Jul’10 at Sony Ericsson Service Centre, Mumbai Contact No.[protected]. Workorder No. SE310MT211882, Model No.W705, IMEI Number: [protected], Problem I was facing is: Navigation keypad not working.

            I have been calling Mr. Mahendra Tomar (Contact No.[protected]) for the status, but till date that is after 1 Month also they are replying that the company is not having the required part available with them and they are also not sure when that part will be available. Also my hanset warranty is getting over on 9th Aug’10. I cannot wait for any more days. Please help me out to solve my problem.

            I had bought this handset keeping in mind “SONY” the brand name. Not even in my wildest dreams had I thought Sony to give a problem. It was not only the handset but also lack of cooperation and lethargic delay by your service centre staff. I am totally disgusted with this kind of delay from “SONY” which holds its name for quality and service. But the kind of after sales service I got I would never ever recommend Sony to anyone. I had to rush around putting my job at stake as there was no communication from service centre staff. I was under the impression that Sony serves customer as God but I was absolutely under a wrong impression. If they take months to just mend a single handset, it raises a question on to their capability.

            I am so fed up with running around after which also my problem is not solved, I am repenting buying this phone and I would like to have a replacement for this mobile or my money back.

            Please help me as i want the replacement or my money back.

            Sony Ericsson — hand set replacement

            I bought a Sony Ericsson K810i cellphone dated 16.7.07
            After a few months its headset started having some problems.As it was under the warranty period i gave it to the sony ericsson service centre at Tirupur-Tamilnadu, for service in key pad and got repaired. After few months again the same problem arises and i cannot dial any number from mobile. Now I approached the service centre at tirupur and coimbatore region, getting a feedback that the new key pad is not available and it will take 15-20 days for service. I forced for replacement and they rejected my request, the warranty period is expiring in another one month.
            i have a complaint against your show room service in "salora international limited" chitoor road ernakulam. they are providing poor service to there costumers. i had visit there for the complaint of my "Head set". But they told me it will take 2 weeks time. but another said to me it will take only seven working days. and the previous sevice center named"salora international limited" told me to they need 2 photo copy of my bill. its too pathetic. my hand set purchase at 26/09/2008. from R.P.G cell U com. at m.g road ernakulam. this is very poor.. my contact no is.[protected]

            Sony Ericsson — Handset Replacement

            I purchased a Sony Ericsson handset from a local dealer in panjim on 22/7/2011 the very next day the handset started giving problem(display hung) so i went back to the dealer who formatted the handset and gave me saying it will work, but i continued to face the same problem,so i was told to go to the service center.
            I took the handset to the service center on 24/8/2011 it was returned to me on 26/8/2011 with a remark saying H-H FPC replaced,S/W upgrade handset working fine. It worked for a day and went Blank,
            So i took the handset to the dealer asking for a replacement who said he will ask the the company to do the needful and gave the handset to the service center on 30/8/2011 which was given back on the 07/9/2011 to the dealer which was given to me on 15/9/2011. It worked for a day or two and display hung i
            I again took the handset to the service center asking for a replacement since its handset has hardly worked for 10/15 days they says that it cannot be replaced as they have already replaced some parts.

              this is Dr.Ramya. i have purchased sony ericsson xperia x10 mini (model:E10i) on 2/8/2010 at sangeetha mobile store,hymayatnagar,hyderabad.I have many complaints regarding the mobile.. i am not able to receive mobile signals since 3/8/2010 from 10 am onwards ...it is not detecting the sim card i tried many different networks but in vain.. also my music player is not playing any tracks in any format... its showing cannot play the track... phone hangs up very frequently.. also i am not able to send or receive data from other mobiles using blue tooth.. i downloaded blue tooth file transfer software from the market(android) though i did this am not able to receive files.. i complained to the retailer but he is not at all taking responsibility...and instead of helping us he is talking very arrogantly..kindly help me out

                hi i am hitesh chouhan.i bought a sony ericsson c510 phone from lotus electronics inodre it has a battery problem and a network problem from day 1so i went to the service centre they took my phone for one week and gave back me without curing the problem and then i again went to the service centre again they took my phone for one week again no solution.
                i had bought this phone on 7th july and today is 3rd august in these appprox two months i have only used the phone for 10 days at max other than all the time it was at the service centre .now i just want swapping of my old phone from a new OK working phone .

                I bought a C510 Sony erricoson phone through Relaince digital RD.12 banjara hills Hyderabad on 23 rd Nov..Phone started hanging from day1 and it hanged continuosly then i went to shop after 5 days and showed them phone in hanging mode first they told me its a memory card problem and later they told me its a software problem somehow they wanted to get rid of me instead of accepting the fault in phone and giving me replacement they told me to go to service centre and ask then to repair the phone because reliance only sell phone and after that they have no responsiblity.Its very peculiar situtaion for customer who buys sony products from these shops and are get mistreated.I

                Sony Ericsson C510 — phone fault

                my sony ericson cell c510 has a keypad problem.

                by service station i was informed that there is problem with the ic of my mobile.

                is it repairable?? is there any other effects of it if i get it repaired?/

                i aint getting proper reply from the service station.

                what am i suppose to do now??

                  i took mobile 2 weeks back but on 1st aug i had a problem with handset that when i talk with somebody. the opposite person cant hear my voice.

                  Can any one reply to this mail, I am also speaking to one Ms.Preeti at customer care for almost one week regardig by replacement only thing she could say is that there will not be any replacement for the phone and need to collect from the service centere, Today when I asked to give to her supervisor she said she is transfering the line and was kept on wait for 40 minutes. Pls refer my complaint below and confirm on the replacement I am not ready to use this phone any more and want a replacment only. If this is not possible pls relpy me on the mail. So that, will see that this can be sorted out legally.

                  This is the worst customer care service provided by sony and will asure you that only you guys in the worst in the maket for the service not even ready to reply to the mail if you cant reply to mails then y have u put the mail id every where on web and on the service centers.

                  Awaitng a positive reply, might me this mail be a small thing to you but thing of the impact it has on you.

                    I had brought a mobile R300 from sun teleservices lajpat nagar-2 in 1st jan 2010 and i m facing a number of problems in that mobile from purchasing date like as phone speaker problem, automatic off and can't power on, etc. and i have also visited 3 times of sony ericsson service center and also retailers but anyone could't solve my mobile problem and rigtnow i am also facing the same problem and i am very depressed to his pathetic services and casual behaviour of service center executive and i have also maile to his customer care

                    This is to inform you that I have purchased a Sony Ericsson model – R 300, Invoice No-6093, IMEI No - [protected], on[protected] from M/s sun Teleservices, K-18, Lajpat nagar, Part-II, New Delhi-110024. From the date of purchasing I am facing a problem, and I have visited in your service center 3 times but your executives were not able to resolve my problem. First time when I sent my handset in your service center they have changed my speakers, but problem not resolved, 2nd time when I sent my mobile in your service center they re-install my software but problem still persist. But actual problem in mobile is it will switch off automatically & I not able to restart my phone. For this problem I have sent my mobile in your service center for 2 times but your executive were not able to diagnose as well as resolved this problem. And I am very fed up with your services, from the ist day I am facing this problem sony ericsson services are very pathetic. In future I will not purchase your handset that I was my first and last mistake. Casual attitude of your executive in service center (lajpat Nagar). I am waiting for your reply otherwise I will take action.

They even furher said that there were near about 1,000 F305's with same problem and mine was one of that.

                      Then again i visited the service centre today 09.03.09 (33rd day). But to my anxiety i heared that the handset was sent to RCI. they informed that there will be replacement of the hand set. So, i am fed up with their service. The people asked one more week to replace my hand set. They will get confirmation of th same with in a day or two.

                        I Mr.Akshay.A.Gorakshakar is highly disappointed with your service provided to me.I have purchased a product of yours i.e Yari(U100i) mobile on 25/4/2010 and after using it for a month or so the piece was found to be defective.I submitted it to your certified service centre at Dadar(SAP Mobile service centre 2,Chandan mansion,Gokhale road,opp.Portugues church,dadar(W)400028)on 15/6/2010 and till 24/7/2010 date I have not received my mobile fully repaired even after waiting for a month or so.I therefore collected my mobile unrepaired on 24/7/2010 as your employed person told me that it will take a long time to repair my mobile due to shortage of needed parts.As a customer I am very much disappointed, and request u to take the necessary action,within 7 days otherwise I am free to go to the consumer court against the company.

                        I deposited my Sony Ericsson x1 handest for replacement of its some body part (back pannel) at authorised sony ericsson service centre adressed RT outsourcing services limited SCO-23 Sector 18-D Chandigarh on 2/12/2009.They Said me to collect my hand set on 4/12/2009.but they didnt gave my hand set as it was not repaired,i kept calling them and sony ericsson customer support at New Delhi on number[protected] under complaint id 86044560,they too kept on delaying the deliver of my hand set,on 4/01/2010 a call from person named Vikram called me and said me that the mother board of my hand set got damaged from them,he asked me to give me some more time and requested me not to call customer support at delhi,on 9/01/2010 i called him he said that my hand set is ready to be delivered.so on 11/01/2010 i went to service centre at 11:00 am,but my hand set was not repaired with the problem which i mentioned,though they have repaired the problem of mother board which they created,then they asked me to wait till 1:30 pm to get my problem to solved,at this time i informed to customer support too,they too asked me to wait,at 2:30 pm i went agin to service centre,they replaced the back pannel of my hand set but with some other damages to my hand set,i asked them to repaire the damages,but due to unavailability of damaged parts they have asked me to wait till 30/01/2010.i have a written note form their side that they will replace the parts on the mentioned date.now hand set is with me and they have costed me Rs 2180 for the part they have replaced(back pannel) which i asked them to replace,
                        can u tell that can i get any tye of comensation on it,like time comensation etc,the charges incured in going to there service centre and the call charges etc etc

                          i had problem in my sony ericsson w705 with charging as in all the sony ericsson phones and my navigation key went wrong 3 days after my warranty period of 2 years expired...well that might just be a coincidence but only my navigation keys were damaged to say the main problem.then the laxmi nagar service centre doesnt look any good with its service and its delays ...i have seen that a lot....so i opted for the nehru place one...at first they took my phone asking a week time for repair...then when i got the phone after one week wat i hear is RWR when i asked wats dat...they proudly called return without repair...if that couldnt be repaired why did they took in the first place...are our phones for them to fool around...and since i got my phone back it get off as soon as i turn it on which didnt occur before i left it with them ...so i wanna check if my phone's other parts are intact....cann anybody help or suggest me what i can do for the check and if its their fault how can i go against them ......i am a very loyal supporter of sony ericsson though its got some charging point fault always...but the service doesnt look good

                            I had brought a brand new sony vaio laptop of model vpceb26fg white color laptop with corei3 processor.. But after examining the product i found that the keys in the key pad functions oppositely also the product key for microsoft office software doesnt matches with my product key.i informed the dealer about the laptop problems and dealer assured me thatwe will service that product and provide you it in a good condition but after a service period of one and a half months (ie)49 days they returned me that laptop with some more problems in that..also i found that it is broken at the top corner.. so i came here to complaint about bad service and i need them to replace that product with a new product of some model or i wanted them to refund my money spent for that laptop...

                            Sony — Faulty Product Delivered

                            Hello, 

I had purchased the home theater (Model #: DAVPZ - 370CE 12, serial # : 
6125894, Invoice # : 00661Si) from Ishanya Mall-Sony authorized 
dealer(DASS electronics) on 16-Feb 09. I received the delivery of the 
product on 16-Feb and guys from distributor came to install it. Inspite of 
their lot of efforts, they were unable to connect the home theater with TV 
and Digital TV set up box. Those guys informed me that Sony's engineer 
would come and do all the set ups and I might have to buy HDMI or other 
cable for connectivity.
                            After ready the Manual I came to know that I need to contact Sony service 
center if DVD player display message like Push and power protector. So, I 
called the service center on 17-Feb(complaint # 3707544). Sony engineer 
visited my place and took the player on 17-Feb evening. 
Today when I called service center I came to know that two IC chips are 
need to be repaired/replaced. I would like to have my DVD replaced as per 
Sony policy of replacing the product if its faulty with in 7 days.
Please note that this DVD player was faulty on the same day of delivery, 
today is fourth day and still struggling for things to settle. 
Request you to replace and send my DVD player.

                              The sony ericson service centre at the main road - LAXMI NAGAR , Delhi sells fake and local spare parts at the price of the original one.
                              i Bought my W350i walkman flap , the original flap is worth 550rs but the flap they gave me was a flap of gaffar market standard.
                              they even refused to give the Bill for the same.

                              PPlz take immediate action against the same i[censored] feel like having back the faith of the sony coustomers in your after sale services.

                                I bought a SONY Vaio netbook form their authorized centre (Kannur Road, Calicut). In one week the monitor went dead. The sony service centre said that it was due to LCD strip failure and has to be replaced. This was 20 days ago, but still there is no response from the service centre or from the SONY. I went to the dealer from whom I purchased the netbook, but they dont care, they say they will not give me a replacement.I have decided to approach the consumer redressal forum.

                                So my advise to people out there is to avoid sony laptops and netbooks at all cost.

                                  I recently had the Xperia X10i going bad on me.

                                  The quality of service is really horrible in India I am being told it will take 3 weeks for repairs and the customer care/ helpdesk have been non caring and non helping :(

                                  Looks like it was a mistake getting a Sony Ericsson set here in India
                                  Every time I call up call center I am asked to call after two days it has been going like this for over a week and I am still without a handset. Never again a sony ericsson. Three weeks is the time of closure even after two weeks have lapsed. Seems three weeks from whenever I contact them is when I will get the handset and need to check status after every two days (No change in status yet after 10 days its still 3 more weeks and 2 days to check status)

                                  No response ever from Sony Ericsson on this. Don't expect on either

                                  My last phone was an iPhone had some batter issues and was replaced in two days. Think should have stuck with them

                                    After 3 months its keypad had been broke. So I went to your service center the name of Care on Services Address, 153-D Kamla nagar delhi-7. But there is no any single person who registered my complaint. I am very upset to saw the behaviour of your employees. Is this a the way to handle a Customer. Today is 18-1-11 and till the day no any satisfactory reply from your service center. & yesterday 14 January 2011 I was talk to Service Center kamla nagar they said do not submitted your Cell Phone because key paid not available in our store.

                                    I hope you can understand my problem sir, so its my heartiest request to you please take some seriously action against them n about this matter as early as possible. So I can use my Phone properly.

                                      I had purchased V10i model of sony ericsson mobile phone.
                                      IMEI no ([protected]) on 07/01/10 from Neeru Enterprises, Sec 18, NOIDA.
                                      The touch screen stopped working. And I deposited the phone in the customer care department on 09/06/2010.

                                      I haven't received my phone yet. Its been around 2 months now and no one is responding properly. They always say that the phone will be back in 1 week, but its not being repaired.


                                      It is a matter of deep regret that being such a big and reputed company ,the service is not at all up to the mark in comparison.

                                      Its high time now, they should either give the phone properly repaired back or refund the amount.
                                      Neither the dealer nor the service centres are responding. They are just ignoring the complaints.

                                      I have suffered a lot and still I haven't got my phone or the response from the sony ericsson dealers or service centers.

                                        gud morning sir/madam.
                                        i will purchage a new LCD .model no.KVL-32V550A IN5.serial no.6174576....last night i start the LCD but this is not working .plz chcek my lCD .
                                        In my sony vaio laptop, there is small spot came on the LCD screen, the spot is not seen clearly when i am trying to see it from the front of the LCD, but when i shape my laptop screen vertically, then it is clearly visible by naked eyes, when i show this problem in service center, they said they have no authority to change the lcd till the spot is not captured by the camera, my laptop is in warranty period, so please short out my laptop problem as soon as possible.
