It is to draw your attention on the above subject and your Documents referred above.
At the outset, let me introduce myself as one of your customers, using the Sony Ericsson model mobile, for the last eight years, but shocked to see one such a small quality problem from your organization.
It is out of my hard earned money, I have bought a mobile of reputed brand of yours but have had a bad experience of not getting a quality mobile.
I maintained patience, although the Display was broken by negligent handling your service personnel given by your service point, which you infer from the scanned copies enclosed.
The Replaced piece of mobile also continues to cause embarrassment while using it in meetings, which suddenly stop working or the battery gets drained faster, or gets switched off all of a sudden, etc. It is causing frustratrion at times, and makes me feel bad as to why should I continue using your brand mobile.
Above all, No reply has come yet from your call centre, as assured to get a call from you within 48 hours from the time of lodging the complaint.
If you were in my position, what will be your reaction in this situation.
In spite of my personal appearance to appeal and convince your people at different locations, I could not succeed to get a good mobile from your Chennai A.S. Points. You will also appreciate my sincere and deliberate attempts to get my grievence redressed, but in vein. I am sure, you will understand the situation well, if you give your valuable time to go through the enclosed scanned copies of the above mentioned documents.
Even now, I do wish to continue with your brand but with another model of my choice, even at extra cost,
Still I hope that, you will not disappoint me……. .
