Myself Hemant Gupta R/o Sirsa (haryana) Mob. No.[protected], I have
purchase a mobile handset Sony Ericcsion W 395 on 12 Oct. 2009, after
five years good expirence with sony, but this time i am not so lucky.


Since beginning this set have a problem of lacking of voice & Speaker
clarity, thereafter when i had submit this to Sony Service Centre ( R.
B. Computers) Sirsa

There was no diffrence I have get after repairing. After that i have
submit same set five times at R B computer for so many problems i.e.
lack of clarity in talking, disturbenence during slider is off,
failing of slider, brightness of LCD goes down, defect of sim trey,
sim not dedecting etc.


After purchasing more then 3 months it has lying with service center as a whole.
It circut board has been changed & its original EMI No has washed by
Service Centre this August . When I use this set, it failed to dedect
sim for so many times. I submitted it again to service centre, they
have a plan to change its pcb once again. but i have determined not
accept from service centre due to this poor performace it not
possible for me to montain this with me.


My humbly request to Sony Ericcsson to repalce the set
with having costing of Rs 7300.00 (original cost) at the erliest.

Sony Ericsson Mobile — Many issues in handset and 2.5 months its with service centre

I raised the issues and escallated to sony ericson helpdesk and with all other way but no final resolution is coming for complaint, the details of the complaint are -

Raised complaints thru internet on 6th Sept'09 no issue resolution than thru phone 25th Sept again no issue resolution.
Please help me in getting the replacement of handset along with compensation of not resolving the issue on time which forced me to go for a new purchase of handset.

Sony Ericsson Mobile — Faulty due to non standardised Material

Hi,
I have been facing numerous problems with your service centres for the mobile which is still under warranty. If I go to one service centre, they have been telling that spare part is not available here. They are diverting me to go to other service centre. Even ther I am getting same kind of reply, one more thing is that, they are not telling how much time it will take to get repaired. (Indifinite time)

First time when they repaired wrt workorder no:SE309AT211525, the problem was still exist and they asked me to use for 2-3 days. They asked me to bring back, even after using 2-3 day if problem still exist.

The problem still exist and I have again visited service centre wrt workorder no:SE309AT211849. Now they are telling that some sliding strip has gone & it cannot be replaced under warranty. The problem is same, & this time I am getting this kind of response. This is worst response, I have ever seen with any of the service centres. They have not even taken my mobile this time, they returned it back to me.

Within the 8 months, if such problems arises again & again. How could a customer believe on your products quality.

I have been using even other company mobiles & also visited their service centres but never seen this kind of response.

So could you please tell me how to go ahead with this problem. I have attached all the documents for your reference.

Early response with proper solution is appreciable.

With reference to your Workorder no. SE309AT211849, we would like to inform you that your handset is tampered so whatever repairs will be done are going to be on a chargeable basis.


Please note that the phone would be repaired under warranty provided no physical or liquid damage is found within the 12 months from the date of purchase. In the event the phone is assessed as such, the limited warranty is void. In this instance since your Sony Ericsson mobile phone is assessed as liquid damaged, you will be required to pay for the service charges on the phone plus other repair charges.

Sony Ericsson — Mobile Clarity

last week I bought the sony ercission elm mobile. The display clarity is very low when compared to the lower end other sony mobiles. I went to service center, asked about this issue, but they told me" this elm has low clarity than other models". I am really shocked that kind of poor response from customer care.I need the justice. I dont want this kind of defective mobiles. I spend around more than 8000rs inr for that. Otherwise take this elm and replace with lower end model.

Sony Ericsson — Faulty Handset-Bad after sales service

Dear Sir

I had bought a mobile handset of Sony erricson, model Spiro-walkman
series, in the month of November 2010. And the warranty period is for
a year.
Just after 3-4 days some technical problem occurred. My cell started
freezing. I contacted the dealer from where i'd bought the handset, he
said its a new handset sometimes these error occurred, it would be fine
with the usage. But nothing happened, on my visiting again, the dealer
guided me to visit any service station of sony erricson.
I called up several times at customer care then one fine day they
guided me to visit a service station at Dwarka, as i am keeping up in
dwarka, after visiting the said address given by customer care
executive, i found there is no sony erricson service station
available. It had closed long back.
Then again I started calling at customer care center but havn't got
any solution. Then I found out that there is a service station in GK,
new delhi. When I visited there, the executive there said there is
some software up gradation needs to be done. I left my cell there for
few days, then when i received my handset there wasn't much difference,
after using it for few days again same problem occurred. It again
started freezing and goes blank. Then again misguidance from customer
care center followed for few months.
Then finally they guided me to visit a service center in gurgaon. I
visited there and again the executive said some software uprdation
needs to be done. He did some upgradtion, but I am landed with same
problem and disappointment.
I am not able to write to any sony erricson higher official as their
e-mail IDs are not mentioned on their website.
I am cursing the day I bought this set. The cost of visiting their
service station time and time again is now crossing the cost of the
handset itself.
Pls help I want my cost of handset along with the cost for the
harrasment from them

Sony Ericsson — Faulty Mobile Sold

I Purchased a sony ericsson W150i on 8th of Aug 2011 from MNM Trading Solutions Pvt Ltd Gurgaon . I was told by the dealer that I can download the songs & other applications through net but on the very first time of downloading the songs the mobile got switched off. I went to the service centre & I was told that the software has been currupted.
I just need to know that being one of the bigger brand in the mobile sector, these are the pruducts you are selling to your customers. I am very fond of sony ericsson phone sets but by this product I am really very disappointed.
I hereby request you to please either help get my phone set repaired or get it exchanged, so I can get away from this problem.

    I bought a sony vaio laptop ( serial no -VPCEA25FG/B ) one and a half month ago. Since then the laptop has never run satisfactorily .
    .When I went to sony service centre they changed my motherboard and I got my laptop back after 10 days.Again within a week now my system is not booting .

    Now the Service center people are saying the motherboard is faulty .What's more left in a laptop?

    Still Sony people are telling that they wont change it .They keep on giving me the email address and customer care no which are of no use other than giving the auto generated reply.

    A person paying Rs 50000 to buy a sony product is simply a joke for sony.
    DELL & HP both provide laptops which are of the same configuration and give a much better performance. Why to go for a SONY product spending 5000 more.

    The brand name is long gone and all they are now doing is to ruin it.

    If you have got ample money left why not to go for a SONY ,sorry deaf SONY

    vaio laptop — bad performance

    I bought a laptop about 1 year ago. I had to go service center winthin 2 month after buying this. They solved my laptop's problem.. After this i have to go service center 3 times. now, again i face an another problem. I think sony give me a corrupted laptop. My warranty period is still on. I want they replace my laoptop. Please help me.
    I purchased a Sony Vaio laptop from Croma in Mumbai in June 2013. Worst laptop I have ever seen in my life. It's laggy and just not what a laptop should do in 2013. Within weeks of buying it it was hanging. Never ever ever ever will I ever buy a Sony again. If you want the serial number I have it. Come and see if for yourself.

      Handset purchased on 14th Aug., 2010. Started facing problem within 45 days and handed over set at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd., - Baroda on 1st Oct., 2010 vide Workorder NO. SE310BRD12705, with a committment that set will be repaired and will handover wihin 10 days. Today at 12th day even service center passing on the message that expected to be ready by 20th Oct., 2010. For a new models like this, problem within 45 days and not getting serviced in short time is not a good approach by service centre even. This will throw away the trust on a company.

      for INR 8380/- after 3 months on 17 october 2010 which ever calls i make or receive were
      unable to hear callers voice so i used to talk through activating loud speaker then very next

      service but the person in that service centre said it will take 21 working days time

      Sony Ericsson / W20 — DELAY IN RETURNING THE MOBILE

      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

      I bought a mobile handset of Sony Ericsson (W20) on 18/09/2010 and it stopped working on 31/10/2010 so, I gave it in the Nehru Plzce Service Center of Sony Ericsson (INTARVO - NEHRU PLACE) on 02/11/2010 with the work order no: SE310INP11178. SInce then, I have continuously been chasing them but they haven't yet returned the handset to me after repairing the same. In fact, there's no update from their end, when I'll get my handset back.

      After following with them for 15 days, I registered a complaint on their customer support no woth the COMPLAINT NO: 88877595 on 16/11/2010 but there's no response even from these people. Now, it has been 15 days since i gave my handset for repairing but it's still lying with them without any result.

      So, I kindly request you to plz look into this and help me out to get my handset back after repairing, as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir/Ma’am I’ve purchased Sony Ericsson T-715, Invoice No RI-927 dt 15/12/2009, with IMEI No-[protected] from Sky Com Communication, shop no 4,Lajpat nagar, New Delhi. I’ve started facing problem regarding port in May 2010 also the phone was not properly switching on. I’ve visited Sony Ericsson Service centre at Nehru place, New Delhi. three times between 15 may to 18 june 2010, they said “port ganda ho gaya hai, saaf karke kaam ho jayega.” But I feel problem was still there. On 14 June 2010 they deposited my mobile and gave me manual slip and called me after one week. When I visited there on 26/06/10, they said “ Aapka mobile Company jayega and it’ll takes another 10 days.” They said “ Hum kuch nahi kar sakte hai, You must call on our customer care No [protected].” They couldn’t give any satisfactory answer and said Mother Board Change Hoga and it’ll take time.” Anyhow I’ve received the mobile on 20 July 2010 with New IMEI No. [protected]. Again I’ve started facing problem of HANGING AND SWITCH OFF. I’ve visited same service centre and they deposited my mobile and said “company jayega aur it’ll take one week” After one week they said toll free number se pata karo. The executive from toll free number said “ sir we are very sorry. Mother board phir se change hoga and time lagega.” I have wasted more than Rs 700 in talking to your stupid Executives. When I asked for a standby mobile she said “sir hamare company main standby mobile dene ka rule nahi hai.” Neither service centre nor toll free number is ready to give higher authority phone numbers. Anyhow again I received mobile on 12/09/10. Only after one day I’ve started facing problem in Slider and the camera. Dear Sir/Ma’am Sony Ericsson is the only second company with worst service and useless people working at higher level with handsome and more handsome facilities, who don’t want to talk with their customers. Now the most important thing If Sony Ericsson is second who is first, the credit goes to NONE OTHER THAN SONY VAIO. Dear Sir/Ma’am now I’ve decided in principle that I AM NOT GOING TO RECIVE THIS PHONE ANYMORE. Please provide a Brand New Mobile to me otherwise be ready for HARD STEPS.           Dear Sir/Madam,

          I bought Sony Vaio laptop on 2nd April, 1998 with one year warranty at the price of Rs. 53,000. Everything was going fine but 2 months back there was irreversible auto shut-down during working of any software application. Then my computer failed to start up. I went Sony Repair centre "Telecare" for getting my computer rectified. After few days i called them to get the status of the repair work. They informed me that there is motherboard has to be replaced as its malfunctioning and they quoted Rs. 14,000 for repair work.
          I have not heard such happenings with other company laptops. I contacted Sony Pvt Limited for proper or technical explanation. They informed me that they will give me 25% reduction in the repair price quoted and made the price for repair Rs 11,000 but fail to give the cause of the problem. I wanted to know whether they was some defect in the Sony hardware itself or cause by some particular event. They quoted "normal wear out o[censored]sage" for the cause which i think very vague.
          Its very unfair that i may have to shell out Rs 11,000 after giving a huge amount of money for getting the laptop.
          Please guide me.

          motherboard of laptop — about time & replacement

          I purchased a laptop from FLORA LIMITED in Bangladesh dated on 13April, 09 which bearded SL No: CNU9081252 & model HP C6530S CORE 2 DUO T5870 2.0GHZ with 160GB/1GB/DVDRW/DOS/14.1” Part No.: ND197PA.
          My laptop did not get power dated on 18-07-09 & I gave it at Flora Ltd. They said machine is dad, need 20 to 22days for replacement of motherboard. After one day they said that motherboard is burned it is quit impossible to replacement & you should purchase new one motherboard by price BD TK.21, 500/= & needed maximum 90days.
          My MD. Sir is saying “I don’t believe that is burned, they are saying wrong”. He was also angry for the time duration of 20 to 22 & also for 90days.
          Now, would you please inform me that this motherboard’s serial number is under the mentioned Sl. of Laptop & why long time duration is needed for servicing or new motherboard & why will you not give the new one motherboard without any cost?
          I had also same problem. I had bought the sony vaio vgn-cr36g/b in 2008. It is worked fine for two years. But after 2 years system suddenly getting off due to the over heat. I had gave the laptop to service center. They claimed Rs 15000/- for replacement the motherboard. I had paid the amount. But they had took nearly 2 months for replacing the motherboard due to unavailability of stock and this product production had stopped and they bought it from Malaysia. Finally they replaced with new one with one year warranty.

          After that it works well.

          But...

          After two years (2012), again same problem had repeated. Again i had went to service center. Again they had told same story. And they told that they were not guarantee for stock availability.

          What the hellllllll...

          I had googled about this problem, then i found soo many complaints...
          1) The above Dr.C.S.Jyothirmayee complaint.

          etc...

          My laptop cost : 53000/- (initial cost) + 15000/- (first time motherboard replacement cost) + 6 years time (from purchased date to today)

          So, my final conclusion :

          1) Never buy the sony laptops. They are using cheap components.
          2) Sony vaio vgn-cr36g is also one of buggy model.
          3) Sony using cheap hardware components (which will be available in china kind of market) due to grab the market with their low cost products.
          Ex : You can check your laptop ram manufacture name, defiantly you will get the doubt that whether this company had existed or not???
          4) I had seen soo many sony laptops complaints when i had visited to their service centers.
          5) Sony does not producing any product for long lasting. Their product support will stop with in 4 years.
          6) Sony making in consistent configurations for their products. means frequently they changing their components and their architecture.


          Suggestion :

          If you want a laptop/notebook/netbook then buy DELL/HP/LENOVO. Because this the companies which are producing most of computer components. They have good service & support in india.

            MY SONY TV CEASED TO FUNCTION AND WAS HANDED OVER TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AT AJMER HE SENT IT FURTHER TO JODHPUR FOR REPAIRING BUT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AT JODHPUR AND AJMER WERE UNABLE TO REPAIR THE SAME AND OUR PLATE WAS RETURNED AFTER 45 DAYS WITH LOT O[censored]NNECCESSARY CHANGES MADE TO THE PLATE AND EVEN SOME ICS WERE MISSING. I AM UNABLE TO THINK WHAT TO DO, KINDLY HELP

I had submitted my Sony Ericsson "U100i"(under warranty) Mobile phone for repairing on JUL 29 2010 to the Sony Ericsson Service Center(HR services shop no. 104, G-92, 1st floor pratap complex, pratap market, munirika, new Delhi, Ph no.[protected] ).Its been more then 2 month and they are always informing that the hardware part which needs to be replaced is not available in the market and they are not sure how much more time more they would need to find the part and return back my mobile phone. I can also complain on customer cares[protected] many no. of times but they can nevar respond to my complain, many times they are never take cell and cut the my cell . I am really surprised by this attitude of company and company employers. the company like Sony Ericsson cannot find an electronic part for such a latest mobile model.                   sir i bought sony ericsson aino on 16 oct 2009 from vikhroli sony ericsson outlet. 9 months after i using the phone. the handset giving me problem-blank display & earspeaker is not working. so i submitted my mobile on 31 aug 2010 in sony ericsson service centre at vikhroli(w) then now its been 35 days they havn't repair my mobile. last week they told me that on 8 oct we will give you your phone back. but again they are saying that parts are not availible. sir i have paid 24000 rs for this crap handset. sir my workorder no. is SE310RT112589. HELP ME

                    about a month ago i purchased my new mobile (sony ericsson-zylo)...& now it has some serious problem in its slider mode.. & it is really unfair that the care center said that they'll return it after 2-3 months or more because that damaged part is not available in india. what a customer do in case he/she has only one mobile?? so i would like u to replace my handset at once...

                    I think that there is some kind of manufacturing defect in the handset and I'm in the strong opinion that the set should be replcade rather than just changing the part.

                    Its a very big blot on the image of the Sony that its handset is experiencing this kind of manufacturing defect. I am loyal Sony customer and this has defnitely tarnished its image:(

                    Such a shame on Sony ericsson that the appropriate testing is not done to overcome the manufacutring defect ...its a bad reputation on Slider phones of Sony...Nokia hadnt had problems in sliding ..i have been using Samsung and nokia slides ..but sony slider zylo which i had bought a month ago faced with the issues with what many had faced

                      I had display problem in my sony ericson mobile handset c510. initially the service ppl told me it was a software problem .
                      After few days only after geting my mobile phone the same problem came.
                      again i submitted my mobile phone to the same service center .
                      After few days they again called me,and told that my mobile display has been changed , and i can collect it.
                      When i turned on my mobile, display was blank(same initial problem). And know they tell that ,this is a chip problem.
                      The most frustrating part is the service center(Accel) land line is always busy

                      Now somebody will tell me whats going on with my mobile.
                      I am totally frustrated over this, i would do some thing if i dont get some solution soon..

                        I have purchased two Sony cybershot W 350 camera from Reliance mart,Abhi Tower complex,Renigunta Road,Tirupati on 22.06.2010 on tow separate cash memo-retail invoice.(Order No.123,Plu #[protected],Plu #[protected].The printed price of each camera was Rs.12999/-, which I was offered at Rs.12574/-.By this I understood that I saved an amount of Rs.425/- on each camera.But the cash meme shows I have saved an amount of Rs.706/- on each camera.This is beat confusing,Is ther anybody to clarify the issue.Is there any centralised customer care website,where I can lodge my complain.

                          I purchased Sony Vaio notebook VPCM126AG on Aug 20, 2010. From the day one its battery charging time is very high, taking more than 14-15 hours. Even it is discharged for 4% and get stuck at 98% charged and takes several hours to 100% (if at all it reaches to 100%).
                          Most of time the notebook is with service centre and last it is given to Sony service centre, 42 Garihat Kolkata. One person (Mr. Kaushik Pramanik Mobile #[protected]) at the service centre says it is reaching to 100% charged from 80% in 50 minutes (telling lie). After I got the notebook and checked again, still it is taking more than 14-15 hours and not reaching to 100% charge.
                          I submitted my complaint to sony care site three to four times but no body has contacted till date.
                          It seems that now sony is sell poor quality products and also not taking care of customers. They charge the money for brand and selling completely low quality products.

                            in next 2 days of the purchase i noticed that it has problem ..in another 6-8 days i took it to centre.but they did not fix it .it again continues.then i caame to know that the same defect is coming in its all handsets
                            I tried to contact their toll free nos but they never pick the calls,its pathetic.no use to try it
                            they know that its a defect in alll their sets and still not doing anything.

                            Sony has third class customer support and after salesservice
                            A handset worth rupees 32000 giving only troubles,forefull travel to service centres.,,waste of time and this kind of bad response from sony to customer was not at all expected from sony
                            BAd part is when sony knows that its alll handsets - xperia x 10 have defects,its still not doing and recaaling the products back and when we are informing to the sony call centres about the same,,,they are not taking any action.SO guys plz beware of buying xperia x10

                              My name is Mandip Singh and I am from Phase 7 Mohali. An order for a new ac adapter type L-15 for Sony Hanycam DCV TRV 285E was placed by me at Modern electronics, SCO 126-127, Sector 34 A, Chandigarh on 28 August 2010. I had paid Rs 500/- advance for the same.

                              I was promised that the adapter would be provided by 5 days or latest by 10 days in case of some delay.

                              However, they have been unable to supply the same to me even on 02 October 2010. I keep getting a standard reply to check next week every time I visit the service center.

                              This kind of delay is definitely uncalled for, especially from a company with such a repute.

                              Please provide the adapter to the service center at the earliest so that they can deliver it to me earliest. I am unable to use my handycam due to faulty adapter held with me.

                                Respected Sir,
                                I had purchased a Sony product Home Theatre System : DAV – DZ777 on 26.09.2010 from one of the Showroom of my town “Prince Electronics, Udupi – 576 101”. After about 9 months of its good service, it suddenly stopped functioning altogether. I took it to your “Authorized Service Centre” (???) , “Souza Service Centre (UDUPI)”, where the technician who attended my complaint told me that there is some problem in the circuit board (i.e. both Power Supply Board as well as Main Board), and requires some time , at least 15 days, for repair. When I revisited the service shop after about 20 days to enquire about the product, I got an answer that he could only repair its Power Supply board but its main board is beyond the repairable condition and he is still trying for it and is in touch with his senior technician from the company and promised me that if I give him another 15 days of time he will do something. He also ensured me that if nothing could be done for my faulty Main Board, then he will get me the new Board from the company and make my System function again, since the product is still Under the Warranty period. And Sir, after that it is really a hell for me till now. I think I have become a JOKER for your Authorized Technician. I keep visiting your Service shop once every fortnight for the last six months, and each time he only re-plays the same statement that he has informed the Company for sending a new Board, and your Company is not responding. He says he is helpless and he has done what all he could do. Dear Sir, he is your Authorized Technician, a representative of your company in my place????? and yours is the most reputed and responsible Global Company. How can it be like that ……how can your representative say like that??????....Then please tell me Sir whom I should consult for this????.........Respected Sir, I wanted to know from you whether Sony’s responsibility gets over ones it sells its product to its consumer……then if something goes wrong we should throw the product to Arabian Ocean and go for the new one??????....is it a writing Pen I purchase from you for some petty amount so that I use and throw it???......Sir, I have shelled out Rs. 25,000/- , my hard earned money to have my price possession ( earlier I was under that impression, as I had a great admiration towards Sony Products and anything from Sony was a price possession for me). I am extremely sorry to say that we pay 20-30% extra money for your products in comparison to your rival company’s products of the same capacity just because we trust in your quality and commitment, but what about the service you provide?????.....Your technician says that each and every spare , including even a screw, has to come from Japan or china and hence servicing takes a lot of time and sometimes even the spares are not available. Do you reveal it to your customer when they make purchase of your product???....definitely I wouldn’t have gone for Sony while purchasing this product if I had known it earlier. Sir, I am really frustrated with all this now and also feel helpless not knowing what to do?

                                Sir, When I expressed above feelings with your representative (Authorized Technician at Udupi – 576101), he told that he also feels the same and he can’t help me as his company is not properly responding to him and he is still trying for it. When I asked him whether I can report it to the company, he told carelessly and blatantly that I am free to do anything in this regard. And he also pointed out me that it has become a Daily routine for him to listen to such frustrations from almost every customers who come to his shop. This gives me an indication that almost every consumer of Sony will go though the same situation as of mine ones their Sony product starts giving troubles and hence the technician was not serious about my complaint as it has become an usual practice for him to deny the Services to his customers. Dear Sir, after exhausting all my option at my place, I am finally writing directly to you now. Please answer my doubts regarding the commitments of your Esteemed company towards its Indian Consumers.
                                1. Is it Sony’s policy is to Sell and Forget (Neglect) the Customers as part of marketing strategy in India?
                                2. Whether the problems such as I faced after purchasing your expensive product , has no solutions other than repenting the very decision of purchasing it, as I do now?
                                3. If at all there is a solution , then whom should I approach so that I can continue using the product in the hassle-free manner ?
                                4. Whether Sony trains its service technicians (placed at almost every cities as they mention in their Service Manual) properly and gives them the required spares so as to attend any type of faults the consumer faces ones he starts using such expensive products?
                                Sir, I hope you do have the capacity to solve my problem or at least answer the queries I raised above so that I can console myself and advice my fellow Sony Consumers (among my relatives and friends, with whom I was earlier aggressively campaigning in favor of your products when they were making their purchase decisions) so that they wont repeat the mistake I have done earlier and repent later.
                                I hope that you will respond for the above favorably at the earliest and oblige.

                                  The said Mobile was woeking well with out any complaint till August and gradually the volume control system was getting damaged and all of a sudden it stopped working.Having Noticedthe problem the set was shown to the seller who has directed me to show to the service centre with M/s ACCEL FRONTLINE Services Ltd whose telephone No is[protected]/2 and the the set was examined and concluded that the volume control has been damaged and display section got liquid damage
                                  The undersigned has resisted that no way liquid can go inside as it was always kept in the room and for external us Iam holding another Mobile and the new one was only used for listening Music when time permits and they refused free repairs/replacement since the warentee does not cover the liquid damages

                                  For your kind information the warentee stands for one year for all manufacturing defects andthe volume control started damaging and stopped the function and it is for your sympatetic consideration that the undersigned is working as a casual labour with the company having come all the way from Orissa to look after the family. Being a poor man can not afford to spend so much to get repaired.
                                  Ultimately I could find a solution to represent the matter before you to convice the local dealer to attend repair at free of cost as the set is under warentee period and pass of instruction considering the humanitarian ground for free repairs/ replacement

                                    We purchased sony Bravia 32 inches lcd on 16.05.10 wide invoice no MSC-0370 from Meet enterprises (sony), panchvati, Ahmedabad. The invoice was in the name of Sandeep Shah. When a person came home to install a TV, we did not found it of a good quality peace so we sent back and asked for another one. When he came again for the second time, it was a working day and only my mother in law was at home. He installed the TV but did not give the invoice, warranty card or manual. We got it installed on the table so he did not get the wall-mount bracket. Hence we asked for the same to the company but we did not receive anything. We gave two reminders but nobody bothered at that end. Even no body came home to give a demo as yet even after giving reminders at every call.

                                    Now on 22.09.10, there were some problems in starting on in the TV. Even it used to get off on its own and then hang up for hours together. So we complained many times to the dealer and then at support centre. (Complain numbers – 6004978, 6004852). It is only yesterday that somebody came and got the tv for repair. We got the invoice and the manual copies from the dealer through a personal visit.

                                    Still pending complains which they are not ready to resolve :-

                                    • We have not received warranty card for the piece and they say we have delivered. You may check a customer receipt sign for the same.
                                    • We have not received wall-mount bracket for the piece.
                                    • We have been yet not given demo even after 5 months of its purchase.
