Sony Ericsson Mobile — charged Rs.200/- without giving results..

Dear Sir,

I have been charged a sum of Rs.200/- by M/s.RT Outsourcing Services Limited,G-3. Shri Gopal Tower, Krishna Marg, C-Scheme,Jaipur (Rajasthan) , Telephone No.[protected], vide their Cash memo No. 101305 dated 18.01.2010.

In this context, I regret to say that the said company has charged the sum of Rs.200/- on the basis of rectifying the mobile disorder. But on submission of the handset, they have kept the same for one day and denied the repairing possibilities as they claim that the same has totally damaged. It is the regular trend of this company that without rectifying the device, charging unnecessary and illegally and issuing cash memo without any fear of law.

As a customer I have been charged by the said company without giving any service nor any satisfied reason. Why should I pay unnecessary even I did not get any service.
So your goodself may kindly inspect the matter with the said company, and preserve my customer rights.

Your early action regarding above will be highly appreciated.

Recently bought Sony Naite from Poorvika i have problem with battery and other features like even if I remove charge it shows charging symbol and standby is very less if I take ten pictures battery would drastically discharge by 40%.I request everyone to stop buying sony based products.Please can anyone tell me where is the sony service centre for mobiles.Please mail me.

Sony ericsson worst phone to buy. service is too bad the authorised service centre technician not with adewuate knowledge. Customer representative care damm to the customer. Its may hearty request to go for some other brand.

With refernce to talk with Madam Avinash at your call centre she told me to mail the complaint along with the photo of the part damaged.Plz find attach the photo with the mail and do the needful otherwise I will be forced to seek relief through consumer court.

i have sonyericson w200i phone ..but it wasn't working, so i have given it to sonyericson service center .
the person whose managing that service center charged Rs.2000 from me...by saying i'll use new parts ..but he used old parts in my phone ..n my phone is still giving problem ..n he is saying ..i dont have to do anything with that
he is not even giving me the bill ...!!
so please look after this matter ...the service center is in ajmer..!!

Dear Sir, I have Sony ericsson P990i phone. i am Fully satisfy with the performance till date. i have this cell phone since last 3 years.

Problem is my phone need proper service. Also having problem with charging.
Coating of keypad is peal off it looks old because of this.

I want to change that Flap keypad. & also want to service the mobile for charging problem.

Problem: Its Walkman Player Isn't Working without the flap.
I have a problem regarding its flap.The flap of my mobile has been broken-up within a use of 1 month.
I have been visting the Sony Service Centre Bhopal for last 2 months, the service station workers are telling me that they don't have the parts available with them, they are saying the Flaps demands are in pending and will be available after 7-8 months.I have purcahsed Sony Ericsson Mobiles by its quality but besides quality the service that are provided is nothing.If this is quality of phone as well as service then i will never recommend any body to buy sony erricson product.

The service is really horrible..Once the phone is given they keep on telling come tomorrow and now 16 days have passed since i have given my cell for repairs and when i check it in the website it is said that it is under repairs and no more information is given ...
This is really annoying for people like me and this is the reason that people in service centres are treated harshly than otheres
