[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson Mobile — Service center services

I have purchased this mobile around 6 months back and now it is not working.I have given it for repair at Sony authorised servicecenter.
now after 1 month they tell me that one part of mobile is not available with
service center. Order for that part is given in sony company but company is not supplying that part.......

This complaint mainly for all mobile store keepers

I bought Sony Ericsson mobile S312 from the "The mobile Store" shoppe FC road, Shivajinagar Pune.

Where i didn't get satisfies service...

I buy the mobile and tested by using my SIM card tehn i got problem with Sound quality of mobile I told them, I am not satisfied with this piece... I want to change or replace it with other.

There is no more then 5 min after buying i face this problem they told u will get 85% return anoub=nt only...


They had not shown us the piece for testing ... as they open the pack they are not going to take it back then if its not working...


Kindly provide solution for the same... Sony ...As i am not specified with ur mobile phone.'

And I cant waste my money for testing ur mobile phones ... as just keeping it up by seeled box...


Kindly improve the service... anf=d told the store keepers to behave neatly with the customer...

Sony Ericsson Mobile — blocking of theft mobile

Dear sir I have purchased a soni ericsson Mobile holding IMEI No:[protected] in the year of 2006 at Jamshedpur from CELL World Shop no 31, yashkamal complex Bistupur, Jamshedpur-831001. In the name of P.S.Rao, Narwapahar.I have lost the mobile while shifting my house hold material during my transfer to new project situated in Andhrapradesh near pulivendula.i want to Block the Mobile. I was using a BSNL SIM when i lost the Mobile. The No:[protected].I request you to Block the mobile.

K & CO cell palace — Mobile Lost by Mobile Service center

K & CO cell palace service center is the worst I have come across.
My mobile was given for service in K & CO cell palace on[protected]. K & CO cell palace said that the mobile has been lost.
They were saying some stupid reasons for their irresponsibility.I have made local enquiries about my phone but I could not able to find it.
Hence iam making this complaint.I request you to make urgent enquiries about my missing phone and take further necessary action to find it out the phone and prevent any misuse from my mobile.

I had taken Sony Ericsson mobile W760i a year ago (14th Feb 2009), I got some display ON/OFF problem, Hang problem. I had given my mobile for repairing on 2nd march 2010 at Sony Ericsson authorized service center (F11, 1st floor, Eternity Mall, Thane (W) 400602, Phone-[protected]) vide their Work Order No. SE310CS111663,

After two days they called me and said it will take around Rs.2000//- for some problem in mother board and they need one week to get it done. I said ok.

After a week when I called them to collect my mobile they told me they need more one week as some parts they have not received from Sony. Since then I have been calling them but they told they have not received parts from Sony.

Now it’s around a one & half month they have not repaired yet and now they are telling me that they have not received parts from Sony.

How we can believe this service center guys?
Are they killing time intentionally?
Do they want to make more money by keeping Sony Ericsson customer on hanging?
Are they telling us don't take Sony Ericsson mobile again as you are aware how we are proving you the service?
Are they having that much workload that they can't manage?
Sony Ericsson has to take it very seriously? When i went to service center for my mobile Ii always found big queue of customers? Is this the quality???? Is this the service? ...

If you are not able to repair it, give me replacement immediately. I am very embarrassed, pls try to understand my situation and take action immediately.

Your immediate action is highly appreciated.

Its more than two months since the handset was handed over to the authorised service centre. Each time the centre is contacted, it comes up with vague excuses/querries rearding the status of the handset.In fact this particular cetre has become a Sony Eriassson's authorised harassment centre for us.The cost of the handset is not much but its a matter of principle that such such irresponsible service centres should be taken to task and justice given to its customers.

They are not picking up the phone for clarification. Please look into the matter and let me know the status of my mobile.

Am Manjunath from Pondicherry.

I bought a new Sony ericsson mobile Model no - C510 in last month[protected], purchased at POORVIKA MOBILES ARUMBAKKAM CHENNAI.

After i bought that mobile initially i had put charge for 9 hours, As the sales executive told in that shop.

Then first was faced the charge pbm when i went for out station[protected], Before going i charged fully( time - 7:30PM) but around morning (10:00AM)...i got low battery signal...was surprised n i cld not able to charge my mobile that time.

Then i didnt take that much serious issue ...after few days one friday on[protected]...again i was faced low battery isssue.Then i decided to find the sony ericsson service center here in pondicherry & i got the address n no i called n said the pbm...they told 2 bring the mobile to their shop and i said ok & cut the call.

On next day saturday[protected] i had office but i put permission and went to their shop but shop was closed, They had sticked a mesage in A4 paper that 2nd n 4th saturday leave so i came back to office.

In the next week i had more busy in work so i cldn't go to service center & i went out for 4 days on duty.

DAY 1:

On Saturday[protected] i had put permission and went to service center and i told them about the issue, They put job card n said to wait for 10 minutes n i waited then they replied that some software pbm so they wil correct it on Monday[protected] and the same day evening i went by put the permission by evening time and i collect my mobile.

After that

3- 4 days it works good & no pbm...


DAY 2:

On Monday[protected]i went again and told them clearly that am facing the same issue many times withn a month pls chk it properly n giv back to me n they put job order again.One executive said ok sir we wil check it and our engineer wil cal u by today evening, I asked wat time he wil cal ?they said by around 4 o clk..then i went off from der.

But i didnt get any call 4m him and also from service center.

DAY 3:

Next day on Tuesday[protected] i put 2 hrs permission and went to service center and asked them y didnt u cal me ?...i said cal ur engineer, One of the engineer came and i asked him wat happened to my mobile ?he replied its some hardware problem so give me 1 day time wil check it clearly n giv u return.I was shouted on him uyou could hav cal and give message that ur mobile not yet repair unnecesarly i came here.He took me to some Manager and i clearly said the problem he gave assurance next time u won't get such issues, I asked him if suppose if i get some issues again who wil be the respone ? He said no sir if suppose it happens again apart from cosmetics we will replace u all the interior parts.I said ok but i cant come 2maro bcz i can't put always permission n come here wil come n collect on saturday, i came bk to my office.

The next day evening Tuesday[protected] that engineer called me n said sir ur mobile is ok now n i checked it by chargin its working properly u can come n collect, I said k wil come n take my mobile.

On Thursday[protected] morning i put permission n i went to the same service center and i collect my mobile and that engineer said now it wil works properly, I asked wats pbm clearly tel me bcz within a month 4-5 times am comin here.He said its some network pbm(antena) but he gave pakka assurance to me that it will work properly hereafter and i trusted him and took mobile n came bk to home.

Then i checked it the charge capability but its same i fully charged it on friday from (11:00 AM to 2:30 pm ) but even it didnt stand by till the next early morning
(saturday) .

DAY 4:

Saturday[protected] i went to the service center with a a person who knows some 1 their & we said the same issue again and again and i said i want replacement but they replied it may be battery pbm and they said wait for some time we wil replace u with a new battery.After some time they gave my mobile with new battery .So i thought hereafter i wont get pbm again & i came back.Workorder no : SE310APD14160.

That too needs only til tuesday[protected]...bcz evening around( 4:00 pm to 6:30 )pm i had put for charge and i went off to my home.
And mobile got switch off 2 times automatically ?...

I was checkin in between the battery capable, But without talking and w/o listening music battery is gettin down dryly.
The same night around 10:00 pm i was havin my mobile in my hand somethin happen like miracle my display wallpaper appears like double double(some times in lappy's or in competers it wil appear) n wen i pressed the menu button all folders are double inside in half of the screen(The same like double act in that display), That time i got a message and wen i opened it its like words in diff i cldn't able read it that time.After 2 - 3 minutes it turns to normal mode.

(I didn't have camera or any other mobile to take snap of it other wise i wld hav send it to you all).

Then i spoken wid a person for 10 minutes only on that night.

But today morning[protected] only 47% battery displaying around 9:00 Am Then i thought to delete some messages from the memory so i plug in the data cable n deleted the messages n wen i remove it, Automatically mobile went to switch off mode.Now it shows 20%(4:00pm[protected]

Am really un happy with this mobile sir, That dealer is telling we are not responsible we are only distributors we just sell the products.You better show in service center.

But service peoplle is not at all satisfyin the mobile problem whish is happening.

What i can do tel me ?

In dealer end they didn't bargain 50 rs when i was about to purchase it.

With insurance i paid 8, 000 Rs to them.

Only one month more than 5 times i went to service center and that too 3 times permission from my office - That wil comes in LOP?

U know 25 Km from my office to the service center every time i have to put 50 Rs petrole and spending my time & energy ...Finally no use of it ?

I need the remedy for this .
I am not satisfied with this product .
I need some replacement or MY Money back .
I really dont want this mobile with the again repair.
I need to talk some executives o[censored].

Kindly give response to my mail within 2 days.

i purchased sony ericcson mobile g900 in december last year, since that day mobile set have a lots of problems like slow functioning, slow touch function, hanging, poor picture quality now display hv gone ...i take set to mobile service centre but found that it will take 1 month to repair .3 more person were there with the similiar handset with same complaints . so i want to give u the suggestion that if this model have a lots of problem then it is better to stop its production .bcoz people r purchasing this model in name of sony but its quality n functioning is very much poor...poorer than a local mobile company .
now i hv lost my faith in sony ericsson n promise u that if someone will ask for new handset purchase then i wd suggest nokia or any other mobile company to purchase but not sony .

Dear Sir,

I am Rakesh Sharma from Faridabad. I gave my Sony Ericson W595 for repair at Authorized service station - RT Outsourcing Services Ltd - Faridabad, Shop-4, 1st Floor Rama Place, Faridabad.
A key were not working properly from the phone. We wanted to get that fixed. The main issue was the fact that the poweron key was not working so we could not power off the mobile, without removing the battery. Vice versa while powering it up, the button had to be pressed real hard for it to power on

I was using the phone before i gave it to the service centre.

On August 9th I got a call from the service centre that the phone needs a keypad replacement and a display replacement. We went to the shop and found the following
The phone's body cover was broken from side. I asked him, why is it broken and the service station person named "Ricky Sukhija" told me that it was in broken condition when I gave it to him. In fact on the reciept he gave me he had written that there were scratches when i gave the set to him. He broke the set and tried to fool me. After lengthy discussions he returned the set in dead and broken condition to me.
We also found another customer complaining about display replacement from last almost one year on the same model. I wonder how much would i need to wait.
This has been a terrible experience. Please help us in getting our phone fixed without being looted / cheated by your authorized service centre here in Faridabad.
