Sony Ericsson - Zylo — problem in handset | |||
about a month ago i purchased my new mobile (sony ericsson-zylo)...& now it has some serious problem in its slider mode.. & it is really unfair that the care center said that they'll return it after 2-3 months or more because that damaged part is not available in india. what a customer do in case he/she has only one mobile?? so i would like u to replace my handset at once... My navigation keys are not working submitted to customer care. Is it possible to file some kind of a case against sony ericsson? I dont want to buy sony ericsson any more.
yes, iam also have the same problem, i am the loyal coustomer to sonyericssion mobile in past10years, i am strongly recomended to all my sonyeridssion fans don't buy the sonyericsson zylo pls.the mobile is notworking in past one month.

Such a shame on Sony ericsson that the appropriate testing is not done to overcome the manufacutring defect ...its a bad reputation on Slider phones of Sony...Nokia hadnt had problems in sliding ..i have been using Samsung and nokia slides ..but sony slider zylo which i had bought a month ago faced with the issues with what many had faced
I am purchased my Sony Zylo 4 months ago. The above same problem started 2 weeks before.

I have purchased Zylo mobile on Oct 8. I am facing the same problem. Today will go to service center.
I have got the same problem with my set and response from customer care is that it will take more than month...It's really shameful for Sony
please get all fauly Zylo phones exchanged with new ones

I am facing the same slider issue as well with my Zylo (IMEI[protected]. Talked to customer care, they negated my request of replacement saying they can repair if the engineer finds any hardware issue.
I bought it on 28.05.11. Diligently wished for a replacement.

I am also eperiencing the same problem in my Zylo handset :(
I think that there is some kind of manufacturing defect in the handset and I'm in the strong opinion that the set should be replcade rather than just changing the part.
Its a very big blot on the image of the Sony that its handset is experiencing this kind of manufacturing defect. I am loyal Sony customer and this has defnitely tarnished its image:(
