SUB: SONY- WORST CUSTOMER CARE --- DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE
1. NOT PROVIDING OPERATING SYSTEM & DRIVER CDS
CHARGING MORE THAN RS 10,000 FROM CONSUMERS AND LEAVE THEM TO FACE NUMEROUS PROBLEMS AFTER SALES.
Sir,
I purchased Sony Vaio Laptop Model No. VPC EA16F/B/G, Serial No. 7008377from Deekay Electrovision, Ghumar Mandi Chowk, Ludhiana, Ph:[protected], E-mail: [protected]@yahoo.com vide Cash Memo No. RI-2657 dated 20/08/2010 the E-Series with Graphics the costliest model with brand name of Sony worth Rs 55,000/- and from the day one getting pirated programs uploaded those are giving trouble from day one.
I submit as under:
The said dealer has not provided me the Operating System and Driver CDs. One of my friend purchased Dell branded Laptop, though there is difference of more than Rs 10,000 in both of the Laptops with same features, Dell has provided the said operating system and Drivers to the purchaser.
The Lap top gets virus problem. The Windows and the Anti-Virus in original has been promised by the dealer while selling the Lap top. There was the virus in C-drive. When I contacted the said dealer to provide me the said Operating System and Driver CDs and due to faulty Anti-virus my Lap top got virus. The dealer promised to fix the problem and told me to come after 4 hours.
After 4 hours the dealer has not provided me the recovery disks even and after the wait of 4 hours just do formatting. If the dealer has to do formatting then why not the customer is being provided the Recovery Disc.
I am using Compaq brand Desk Top from the last 10 years. The recovery discs of my system is in my possession till date. The Sony world fame reputed brand has not provided anything except the mental and physical tension to the customer.
There is no system how to identify the problem and how to fix the problem. For the issue to get the formatting I have to go to Ludhiana from Phagwara the 50 Kms distant place and after waiting for 4 hours to get the delivery of the Lap top could not get service.
What kind of Sales Service the World Known Reputed Company Sony provide to its customers. Whether the formatting is the solution to the problem. Whether the company is charging more than Rs 10,000 in its models to make a fool to its customers and harass them.
When requested to the dealer to get the Anti-virus loaded on my Lap top after the wait of 4 hours as the previously loaded Anti-virus has failed to detect the virus, the dealer has not cooperated and said come again to get it installed in your system.
It is due to the BAD CUSTOMER CARE PROVIDED BY SONY that is why the customer is being harassed.
Whether any body can expect the poor Service like this from the Brand Like SONY.
Whether we are not wasting money to spend more on SONY BRAND when it has so poor After Sales Service.
Whether we should keep on FORMATTING WINDOWS AND THAT ALSO TO VISIT DEALER AS WE HAVE NO FORMATTING SYSTEM AND CD DRIVES. WHAT A GREAT MOCKERY WITH THE CONSUMER.
The dealer’s Service Engineer says that the Virus has not been detected that the game would have been played on the system. WHAT A GREAT AND RUBBISH SONY CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
I request the Sony authorities to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful to protect the rights of the consumer under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to avoid further litigation in the matter.

SONYVAIO--WORST AFTER SALES SERVICES FOR POOR QUALITY PRODUCT; MENTAL HARASSMENT AFTER PAYMENT OF COSTLIEST PRODUCT IN MARKET.



This complaint is being sent to Sony India with regard to my Sony Notebook.

I am writing this mail with heavy heart.

I made a call to your dealer M/S. Deekay Electrovision, Ghumar Mandi Chowk, Ludhiana at[protected] and talked with the attendant and told him that I had come day before yesterday and you made me harassed for 5 hours and did nothing to fix my problem in Sony Lap top (Note Book) The attendant said you should talk with our Service Engineer Mr. Palwinder Singh. I told him I was told to come back to collect the Lap top from our showroom after 3 hours. I kept on roaming from here to there to get the problem fixed. After 3 hours wait the technician did nothing just pressed F-10 and provided me the Lap top without fixing any problem. The MS office windows have not been uploaded. When my daughter tried to do her project work it was incompatible. As the system was not installed, not even the trial version as the version demands 25 digits key. The Anti-virus system was not installed. I tried to tald to Mr. Amit the owner.



I was told to talk at[protected]. Mr. Amit told me to talk to our Manager at[protected]. I kept on dialing at this number he was not picking up his cell-phone. After few minutes when I dialed the Manager picked up the Mobile and said bring the Lap-top at our shop once again we shall fix the problem.

I wasted a full day and waited for 5 hours outside the Sony World showroom. Not even a single glass of water was offered to the customer and after the wait of 5 hours nothing has been done to fix the problem. What a great company Sony and its After Sales Service is?

Kindly don’t play with the sentiments of the customers. No doubt the customers are stupid, Mindless.

On enquiring after the wait of 5 hours in their showroom the Service Engineer gives sheepishly smile.

I have never expected such a poor services from such a leading brand with which I am attached emotionally. In spite of various alternative brands available in the market, I made purchase decision in your favour, going against the suggestions of my friends and relatives and other influencers. Though after paying more than Rs 10, 000/- for the same features available with reputed other brands like HP. This brand is unfortunate and the After Sales Service is so poor, even the tea vendor who provide you a cup of tea worth Rs 4/- listen to your complaint if made to him.

Your after Sales Services have traumatized my trust & faith in your brand. I am mentally and physically harassed by the quality of your product and that to worst treatment for after Sales Service.



I had purchased this product with great joy & solid confidence in your product, but sorry to say you have let me down. I purchased your product with my friend who went for Dell. Now he is enjoying after paying Rs 15, 000 less to my product and I am suffering because I trusted your brand. I called sent E-mails to your customer Care ( It may be check with the records) where I was treated like beggar and no body responded to the E-mails in the positive way and my problem remained unresolved, the trauma does not end here I was provided wrong and vague information how to fix the problem rather to provide the services.

Sir, your are not considering the problems of a single customer, But mind one thing a single customer always contribute importantly in your market share. It is up to your business policy. If you see a customer – A PILLAR or A BEGGAR.



Now in future I will ensure not to suggest your poor quality product to anyone and also will try not to purchase any product with Brand Name SONY. As I am currently using your poor quality product.



A layman can fix this problem for which the SONY the reputed company is making fool to the customers.

3. Select VAIO Recovery Center

· Switch on the notebook and as soon as you see the VAIO logo, start tapping the F10 key on the keypad.

· The Automated (Build in ) recovery starts.(Stop tapping the F10 key when you see that it is starting the Recovery Process).

Healthe caredept)i had many products of sony in my house.this time i feel very bad due to harassment by Reliable, sony authorized service center, Dwaraka, NASIK(maharashtra).I purchesed sony video hanicam from bhagat radio service, DHULE(Maharashtra).Last month i got problem in USB connection so sony service center Dhule after varifing warranty validity of my handicam(14th nov.2012)sent for repair at above mantioned service center, NASIK On 4th oct12 along with warranty card.but my handicam cameback without repairing from worst & deficient service center, NASIK.and demanding Rs.5500 for repairing.so service center, DHULE again sent unrepaired handicam on 16th oct12 along with same service job sheet, sony india service warranty card and credit invoice of bhagat radio service Dhule. at reliable sony service center, NASIK.BY assuring me that we will talk with senior person as handicam is within warranty period.On 22nd oct mr.manoj kadam and mr.kureshi from service center, NASIK ring me that your approval rejected by service center, Pune and we had already informed you about non repairing and we cant help

    Two yrs back I bought DSC-H10 from US. One month back the display was showing error 61. Also the lens was sluggish. I took it to the service center in Nasik. After 2 days they informed me that the lens is damaged & will cost me @9000/- for the service.
    After exactly 2 days the same service center personnel called me up & asked me if I am interested in buy back of the same camera.
    I took the camera to the local camera repair shop where he told me that the lance is damaged & will cost me 1600Rs. Within 1 day he repaired the camera & gave me back.
    I don't know whether the service center people are really interested in repairs of the cameras or sales. I think instead of sales they should do their job of service. I my point of view they are not much interested in the out of warranty products. Thus exaggerating the service prices they are diverting the customers to go for new products.
    So what I suggest is let the sales people do their job & you service people do your job religiously. This will be beneficial for them as well as the company.
    I want some stern action to be taken against such service providers.

    sony/cyber shot — for costly service

    respected sir,
    i had bought a cyber shot of sony at 11/09/2010, but last 10/11/2010 aproblem occured in this. there was no power, so i went to sony service centre at aligarh, & they recieved it with power failure, & told me that it will send to delhi. after one week via telephone they told me that you have to pay 11722 rs to repair this, i was shocked, so i compalint to sony head office, & next day ( 19/12/2010) they called me from delhi, i told the complete detail to them. they said he is going to contact local service centre, after 10 minute local service centre contact me, & he talk me with hard language & told me you are free to go with court. is it good.
    they did not sent the cyber shot to delhi office,

    plz guide me what should i do: it is very bad experience with sony

      defective kdl46v3000 lcd tv

      Sony KDL46V3000 has a design flaw?

      I believe there is a design flaw with this TV. The manual controls for the TV are located on the top center preventing proper heat ventilation for the LCD panel and tcon pcb curcuit board directly under it. This is the likely cause of a heat related LCD failure.

      Sony LCD TVs are essentially Samsung or Sharp...

      sir,
      i got a new cell phone (sony ericsson vivaz pro), from the starting it was giving the problem of hearing from the speaker...whenever i used to get that phone to the showroom it gets ok coz that problem occurs for a while...but problem is a problem and in a that much costly cell...and its slider also got loose...and it hangs too much even after scanning the memory card again and again...and sometimes its ringtone automatically gets off while getting any call...many time i went to the showroom from where i bought that cell....but they do not give responce properly... .i'm a student and i know how i bought that cell for me...thats not fair at all....

      Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro — FAULTY

      I bought a new mobile Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro on 23rd Dec 2010. I got a problem of Standby timing of charge and replaced the battery in showroom itself in 29th Dec 2010. Again i got a problem o[censored]sage . It happens to use charger twice per day so given my mobile into sony service centre in the month of January. After two days the rectified the problem(like that they says) and returned back to me. And after two three weeks, i got a problem to listen other voices, hanging problem. So yesterday(23rd Feb) again i given my mobile into service. Within 2 months i got 3 times of faulty in my mobile. So i need the solution for this. atleast replacement . The cost of Mobile is Rs.21000/- . I can able to provide the Reference number for each serivces made by service centre.

      i am ankit.........i have purchased my sony ericson vivaz on 1 of june.....my phone is not working properly
      it has many problems int it.such as during opening application like radio.nd more.it gt hangd.........i have to putt off batry and restart it again..i am totly fed up........its speaker is also not working properly..........i am visiting your centre...from many a days....but they didnt helpd me.and i dont want to repair my phone..............its not a small deal.ofcrse....i am sayin this for last time.otherwise i have to take an big step towards you...........i want my phone to be changed.as soon as possible...........

        SUBJECT- REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTED UNIT
        Sir,
        I purchased a SONY VAIO NOTEBOOK PC (Model no. PCG61212W; Sr.no.[protected] on 22nd June 2010. The product in reference has underwent serious manufacturing defects and has been repeatedly repaired, serving no purpose whatsoever. Till date the product has suffered a LCD failure, MOTHERBOARD malfunction, KEYBOARD stopped functioning and a software problem. Such redundant occurrences has caused undue delay in my day to day work as well as annoying discomfort while making repeated visits to the service centre.
        Repairs seem no remedy with the product. I, thus request you to kindly replace this unit with new one.
        An expeditious action will highly appreciate.

          I have bought a Sony Vaio Laptop (Model: VPCEB14EN) on 26th June 2010. Just after 40-50 days my laptop's screen started flickering and sometimes it just black out. So I took my laptop to the Authorised Service Center ADVANCE ELECTRONICS LGF 4-6D SUSHANT SHOPPING ARCADE SUSHANT LOK - 1 GURGAON - 122009. My laptop was in their custody for 5 days and then they called me and said that they have checked it thoroughly and there is nothing wrong with it. So I collected it from there.

          Just After 1 day the screen again started flickering and I again visited the same service center. They again took 5 days to examine it. As I reach home and started working on my laptop, I felt that its wi-fi range is reduced badly. Now its wi-fi works just within the 3-4 metres range of the router. I contacted the technician at the service center who took care of my laptop for 5 days regarding this issue and he told me to update my network driver. I updated it as he told. But it didn't affected anything. I called the technician again and now he is telling me that he cannot do anything.

          I filed a complaint against them to Sony India Pvt. Ltd. (Sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com) with Reference number: 5935774 But I never got any reply.

          I again visited the same service center and got my LCD screen replaced but the wifi was still not working. Few weeks later I again filed a complaint against Advanced Electronics to (Sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com) with reference number: 6110183 but I got no reply from Sony India. I again submitted my laptop to the same service center and got my wifi chip replaced which took them 12 days to replace it.

          Ever since I got my laptop back I started feeling same issue (Flickering) with my laptop's screen. I am sure that this is a defective piece. I submitted my laptop at Sony India's service center 4 times and their pathetic service didn't do any help.

          I am really upset with their customer service and their product. Kindly help me to get my money back in return of this laptop.

            I have a complained against sony ericcson U5i model, the details are as follows:

            On 15 Nov 10 I plug out the charging pin from the mobile handset and the whole charging socket came out along with the charging pin.
            I complain regarding the same to Sony Ericcson Service Center regarding the same and they have registered the complain as physical damage and told me physical damage is not covered under warranty and that I have to pay for the charging socket.

            My concern is why should I pay as this is not the accidental damage. The problem is in built quality, While simply pulling the charging pin out of the handset the whole socket came out and I have not done anything unusual.

            The Work Order No against the complain is 'SE310DEP10365' and the sony ericcson service center in which I have registered the complain is :

                  I bought a Sony Mini Hi-Fi Component system GNZ999D in May 2008 for Rs. 29000/-. Last month the system had a problem. A few seconds after it was switched on it went back to the standby mode and i was never able to run it. I took it to the service center and was told that the IC has to be replaced since it was slightly corroded. This was done and i was charged Rs.1649/-. About 10 days later when I tried switching on the system, the same problem arose. When i contacted the service center they sent a technician a few days later and i was told that the main board has to be replaced and that would cost me Rs. 13000/-. I was shocked to hear that as I have hardly used it and i really don't expect a reputed company like Sony to provide a sub-standard product. Though the warranty period is over one does not expect an expensive and branded gadget to last just 2 years. Even though more expensive than other brands, the reason for me to choose a Sony product is because of its reputed quality but i am extremely disappointed. One cannot be shedding thousands of rupees every 2 years just to maintain a music system.

I am regretting to chosen sony Ericsson.Recently I purchased Sony Ericsson SPIRO W100 I Mobile through Univercell which is in Narayanaguda vide invoice No:P.H.NO/3489,Dated[protected] and IMEI NO:[protected],problems started from[protected].since then problems started in mobile one by one like a) restarting phone itself while using camera b). lack of battery backup c).hanging problem while watching video to reactive phone i should be remove and put battery, d).rarely showing insert sim. it is not been completed one month also. Due to these problems I interacted nearest service centre sreetel(ph No;[protected],[protected]) witch is in chikkadpally They upgraded software two times with in 20 days but the problems are not yet solved. 3rd time I interacted same center regarding these problems and i have asked them replacement my mobile but they denied my query and they are not taking care about my problems.simply they were saying contact sony ericsson customer care. i put a mail to sony ericsson and they gave me reference no 88965984 but still i did not get my phone replacement

                      I had purchased a sony erricson U8i in the month of July 2010 with bill and warranty.It got dead in August so had submitted to the servise center at thane eternity mall.I had recieved the piece in September but found that the camera is not functioning.so again gave it them on sept 2010. with my complaint CS116876.

                      Its been 2 months since then I am following up with the customer care @ [protected] and 39011111. to get a common answer every time stating they don't have an updated status and i normally get the next date to call them.

                      I had bought this hand set for Rs 25000+ and had not used it to the satisfaction.I don't know whether the hadset is in there position or they had missplaced it.It is very hard to believe that the company of the size of sony erricson will not be able to repair a camera for over 2 months.

                      Kindly suggest what kind of action should be taken.or rather request you to take some action so that i can get my handset

                      I bought this sony ericsson u8i on 27/06/2010 I spent nearly 25000/- and after 2 months problem started with my mobile touch screen never used to work and atlast it stopped working.I gave for service and it worked for another 2 months and again I have given it for service.I called sony ericsson customer care they told they have escalated matter to higher authority for replacement then I got call one day informing me phone is repaired and to collect.Again I called customer care they told me I cant get replacement because they have repaired the phone.Now the problem is after 2 months the warranty of phone will be expired and Im 100% sure that again the problem will occur so I want replcement.Please help me

                        I purchased Sony Play station 3 from E-zone Kormangla on 09/01/2009.

                        Model no: CECH-H08/D-40GB-PS3,
                        Serial no : 8950147

                        Last week my console was not powering on . I contacted the toll free number.
                        I was informed to go to a service center.

                        I went to the service center in Indira Nagar, was informed that they do not have authorization to repair PS3.
                        After my insistence they took the console to check the issue.
                        Again I called the toll free number, was informed that PS3 cannot be repaired it can only be replaced.
                        Since mine is out of warranty period, was offered 50% off for purchasing a new console.

                        I find it absurd for a company like Sony to sell a product and not service it.
                        and the belwo reply from sony is even worse.

                        This can only be termed as an unethical attempt to sell/ forcing existing customers into buying the same product.
                        its like cheating.
                        1st they don't offer extended warranty, so after 1 year even if it is a minor software problem they will ask to buy new system giving 50% discount.

                        i have completely lost faith on this company.

                          Sony Ericsson Mobile W595 — Too much delay in repairing of mobile

                          1. I purchased SONY ERRICSON mobile instrument W595 from Shreeji Fones, Naupada, Thane (W) on 15th June 2009 vide receipt no 23934.
                          2. The said Instrument started giving problems within 15 Days o[censored]se and was delivered for repairs on 10th July 2009 to Ccom Services, F11, 1st floor Eternity Mall, Thane (W), vide Workorder No.: SE309CS110330 and said me that it will deliver to you within 8-10 days.
                          3. But till today 27th July 2009 the instrument not delivered to me inspite of regular calls to above service centre. They are just telling that it will come to you by weekend but already two weekend passed out.
                          4. So please take the necessary action and tell them to replace the instrument with existing one as it is under warranty period & also need to compensate for the business loss, mental agony and harassment.

                          Sony Ericsson W595 Phone — Delay in repair

                          I was facing a problem with my Sony Ericsson W595 phone.
                          The phones ear speakers were not working and I have given it for repair on 14th
                          November 2009 to RT enterprises Vikhroli west.
                          Work order No: SE309RT112151.
                          Almost 20 days have gone by and even after after repeated calls to the agency they convey the same thing that the parts are not available. I do not Know whether they are getting the parts from some outer space.
                          I have also registered the complaint with Sony Customer support Case ID 85941105 but they do nothing except for sending Thank you mails.

                          Kindly look in to the matter








                          Kindly do intervene in to the matter immediately as the
                          phone is under warranty.



                          And also if the part is not replaceable arrange for the
                          replacement of the phone.

                          I have given my Mobile Model No. W595 of Sony Erricsion to the Service Centre at Borivali on 31/7/2010 for minor repairing. But as on date I have not received my Mobile as well as there is no Response from them. My Complaint No. is SE310SG115148. I am Share Broker and I am suffering and incurring heavy losses as my Clients can not reach me on time. I am very Disappointed by the service of Sony Erricsion as there is no response from them and I would like to have some sort of Compensation due to my heavy losses.                             We bought a Sony Bravia LCD in 2008 . after a few months of installation we found that the colours were going vivid. we logged a service call, the person who attended the call adjusted the colours for us and said there was some problem with colous and he had repaired the same and there shall be no problem in the future,at the same moment we asked him to replace the LCD as it was a month older than. But it was unheard .

                            But again the same problem appeared again, last we had gone for a holiday for a few days , once we were back we found the colours in our LCD TV had again gone vivid.

                            we logged a service call, the person who attended the call said that there must be some problem in the system board ,he would take the TV and check the problem at the service centre.

                            I asked him for the day to decide the next step.But to our amaze the very next day we found the pictures in our LCD had no colours in it ,it showing as a flim negative would show.

                            We called the service centre and asked them to take the LCD (Tekno Plaza-Garia br) for a repair,and the very next day i get a call from the service centre saying that the LCD panel had defaulted and needs to be replaced which will cost us a min of Rs 12000 to Rs 13000.

                            Why should i pay such an amount of cost.?

                            WHY SHOULD WE PURCHASE A SONY BRAVIA LCD TV ? if we have to get spend such a big amt on its parts replacement .

                            SORRY FORGOT to mention , the PANEL that they shall REPLACE will NOT be supported by a Gurantee or a Warranty also.................................

                            What is the idea behind it? can somebody reply to this question.

                            I don't think consumers are fools ,but people buying SONY BRAVIA LCD'S ARE SURELY BEEN MADE FOOLS BY SONY.

                            Sony Bravia LCD — NON-FUNCTIONING OF SONY BRAVIA LCD

                            We have bought a SONY LCD on 01.01.2008 after paying Rs.36,000 and soon after the warranty period over, the LCD completely gone black. We brought the same to the service centre & they informed us that the panel is damaged and advised us to pay Rs.16,000 for the replacement. We wonder anybody can advise us what step is to be taken against the company in order to get the TV repaired?

                                It is to inform you that my younger brother is Ankit kukreti working in Indian Airforce locate in Chennai,he purchased a sony ericssion mobile Model No:W 20 i Zylo from Sangeetha Mobiles ltd chennai whose HO is at Sanidhi Road Basa vanagudi Banglore-560004on 14 th august 2010 its IMEI No is [protected]
                                after purchasing this phone it stops performing some diplay was not there ,sometimes u cannot herer person from other s side som many more .After that he came to our native palce dehradun and gave that phone for getting it digonsed and repair at ALLIED INFOTEL SERVICE CENTER AUTHORISED service center at 25 Tilak road opposite HP Kindergarden Dehradun on 28 august 2010 till date they havent rectified or diagonsed the problem given back mobile always talk in such rude manner making us feel that we have done something wrong by giving our mobile and also saying that its not thier job the part which has to replaced i am fail to understand if are not capable of doing this then they should keep the mobile but they are not even giving back that mobile also.

                                kindly do need ful otherwise i have go to consumer court for this issue

                                  Sony Ericsson K750i — Handset Block

                                  I lost my mobile on 25 May 2010 while travelling from Ashram Chowk (Delhi) to Noida Sector 62 at around 8.30 a.m. Now I contacted both my network provider Vodafone and handset maker Sonyericsson for permanent blocking of my handset using my IMEI NO:[protected]. But both of them refuses to provide such service. However i got my sim blocked immediately and got a duplicate sim on the same date. I tried a lodged a FIR through a Police Chowki in Sector 18 Noida, but he demanded 200 bribe for its issuance.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I, Kamaljit Singh, S/o Sh. Rajinder Singh resident of 181, Basti Gobind Garh, Moga, am a fan of Sony Ericcson Mobiles. I purchased various phones namely SE W 550i, W995, W395. Recently I purchased SE Aino U10i Mobile from Deekay Electrovision, Ludhiana, for Rs. 25,000/- on 22.11.2009. For some time, it worked fine, but after 3-4 months, its touch pad stopped responding. The same was got replaced from Sony Service Center (RT Outsourcing Ltd.), Ludhiana on 28.08.2010.
                                    However, to my utter surprise, the touch pad again stopped responding after 20 days. Thereafter, I was busy with my official work relating to receipt & verification of Service Tax Returns of assessees. I tried to contact your local center at Moga namely M/s Super Communication (Jaideep Mehta) on 18.11.2010 but he just reloaded the software & refused to entertain the complaint of Touch Pad saying that I should go to Ludhiana. Since last date for expiration of guarantee is 22.11.2010, you are requested to guide me in resolving the matter. Its for the first time that even after spending hefty amount of Rs. 25,000/-, I am not happy to have such a handset which caused me a bitter experience. Kindly look into the matter.                                       i have purchaged sony vaio vpceb14en from nigam comp & tech bhubaneswar ,orissa,india on 18.03.2010
                                      my laptop problem mother board and went to rajpath service center bhubaneswar-9 ,orissa .
                                      they are so irresponsible that you can't beleive it .they keep laptop in same state until you again complained for that then told we have ordered the spare parts so after one week u come.
                                      they take one month for a small problem.
                                      i purchaged laptop around 6 month but stayed already 3months in service center so why do i purchage sony accessaries?
                                      finally i told u, i[censored] are not take any necessary step to rajpath sevice center bbsr,orissa then
                                      i will do a consumer case to both sony company and to the service center.

                                      i have purchaged sony vaio laptop EA 25FS, S/N NO- S[protected]C on 09/10/2010 from VEDANT COMPUTERS SALES PVT. LTD., 26, G.C Avenue, Kol-13,
                                      my laptop problem battary backup.
                                      Sir/ MA'am,
                                      I have write this complain due to some reason that your service center facilite is not so-so good, its so bad because when i complain them about software problem in my laptop, then they say i only do the formatting and nothing when ever i go they do only formatting and nothing. When i asked about any software they said that the company cannot provide the sofware you have to Purchase it. I want to know that i have buy a very expensive laptop you can't provide a software like Windows which is very common .
                                      This is kindly request you that please give the training of your employ's because they don't known anything. My laptop have so simple problem but they can't find it.

                                      My laptop model no VPC SB 16 FG (Silver) Sr. No. 7001469/27519576 was sent to service center at Raipur on July 2012 after the complain of not able to charge (logged in toll free number)and was informed by the service center of problem in adopter and it has to be replaced and they were not having the stock of adopter after 2 days as the laptop was not charging with the new adopter they informed the problem in mother board and it has to be replaced and then after it they said some of the keys in the keyboard are not working and the so it has to be replaced and they are going to formet the laptop.
                                      I was informed by the service center engineer Mr. Ravindra Singh about the unavailability of key board in whole of India and the same has to be imported and this will take some time.
                                      Again I was in follow up as it was getting late and then on first weak of September i was given the laptop informing me the problems are sorted out.
                                      My laptop was not working properly it was getting heated so I logged off and as I tried to log on the laptop did not respond and i had to send back to the service center. Repairing slip no 1258 dated 06/09/2012 with a complain OS not found.
                                      I was told it will be informed to me within an hour but after following up continuously I did not get the response.
                                      Next day I was informed by the engineer Mr Ravindra of the laptop being ready and as the hard disk has been changed.
                                      I requested him to please provide me the details of repair done which he told me that he will not be able to give.
                                      As my laptop was on repair for more than a month and was on working condition till the last percentage of battery and was given with a complain of adaptor problem and now when the mother board key board and hard disk are been replaced how can I get the surety about my laptop being repaired properly.

                                      i have purchased Sony vaio laptop Intel(R) i3-3110M, S/N-7018099 on 14/2/13 from SIBANI TECHNOLOGIES, Bargarh.
                                      problem is that, it is very very slowly processed & more time taken to open a window, why ?
