dear sir i take package from sotc for kashmir trip.NAME -VIVek SINGAHAL FILE NO-401/15 TOUR CODE -VARI290508 my package starded from 29 may and end on 3 june. sir according to our itienary on 1 june ar per sotc voucher we stay at cottage with 03 bed room.provided by hotel heevan phalgam.but sir hotel heevan has cheated us. sir by the help of sotc exceutive and local sotc agent(tempo traveller provider and hotel provider in srinagar) hotel heevan has given d class hotel ice land 2/5km away from hotel heevan. SIR THERE IS NO LIGHT NO PHONE IN THE HOTEL.HOTEL IS VERY BELOW CATAGAORY . NO MOBILE (BSNL) IS WORKING ON THAT DAY SERVICE IS SUSPENDEND OF BSNL . I CANT APPROCH ANYBODY AT THAT TIME .HOTEL PHONES AND HOTEL EMPLOY PHONES ARE ALSO SHUT DOWN. TEMPO TRAVELLER DIVER TAKE US IN HOTEL ICELAND FORCEFULLY. I TOLD HIM MANY TIMES THAT MY BOOKING IS IN HOTEL HEEVAN COTTAGE BUT HE SAID THAT NO NO SIR YOUR BOOKING IS IN HOTEL ICELAND.SIR NO VOUCHAR REGARDING HOTEL ICELAND IS PROVIDED US IN FULL TRIP.SIR WE TAKE DINNER IN HOTEL ICE LAND SIR WHEN I ASK HIM FOR MENU FOR NEXT DAY BREAKFAST HOTEL MANAGER TOLD US THAT OUR BREAKFAST IS IN HOTEL HEEVAN. I ASK HIM WHY OUR BREAKFAST IS IN HOTEL HEEVAN. HE TOLD US THAT HOTEL MANAGER OF HOTEL HEEVAN COME AND INSTRUCT US THAT OUR BREAKFAST IS IN HOTEL HEEVAN. NOW SIR THERE IS INTERESTING STORY BEGIN . WHEN I REACH IN HOTEL HEEVAN FOR BREAKFAST. HOTEL HEEVAN MANAGMENT ASK US WERE ARE YOU SIR FROM LAST NIGHT. IWIL WATING FOY YOU TILL MIDNIGHT. SIR YOUR 03 ROOMS IS EMPTY . OUR ALL MANAGMAENT WATING FOR YOU. SIR SOMEBODY CHEATED TO YOU. OUR HOTEL NOT GIVE ANY INSTRUTION TO ANTBODY TO SEND YOU HOTEL ICELAND. YOU PLEASE GIVE WRRITEN COMPLAINT TO ME I SEND THIS COMPLINT OF LOCAL TOUR OPRATOUR OF SRINAGAR IN TRAVEL ASSOCIATION AND HIGH LEVEL OF SOTC MANAGMENT. YOU PLEASE TAKE BREAKFAST YOU ARE OUR GUEST. SIR WHEN I TALK WITH MR SAMEER OAK (SR EXCEUTIVE) SOTC BOMBAY.FROM HEEVAN PNONE. HE NOT GIVEN ANY RESPONCE TO US . HE TOLD US SIR PLEASE GIVE 20 MINTUTES IWILL LOOK OUT THE MATTER. AND LATER CALL TO YOU. BUT SIR THERE IS NO CALL FROM THERE SIDE TILL TIME. SIR WHEN I UNDERSTAND THIS FULL STORY .SIR I FEEL THIS IS A COMPLETELY CASE OF CHEATED US . AND ALL PARTYS ( SOTC BOMBAY, LOCAL TOUR AGENT OF SOTC SRINAGAR AND MANAGEMENT OF HOTEL HEEVAN PHALGAM) ARE INVOLE IN THIS TO CHEAT US. IT IS VERY UNFORCHUNATE THAT TOUR OPERATER LIKE SOTC DO THIS TYPE OF CHEATING. sir i was booked sotc tour for europe, me and my friend was pay 30000 thousad+visa fee 10700 in ldhaina punjab.and sotc staff miss.sucheta and mr vanit kapoor tell us if any problem in your visa your payment will be refund.we have no any tour code or confermation .we have only receipts of payment paid to sotc.sir/mam our visa was refused but the sotc staff not refund my money.what i can do.i want file the case in consumer court against sotc.
BRING OUR COMPLAINT IN THE NOTICE OF HIGH LEVEL SOTC MANAGMENT AND TAKE ACTION AGAINT THOSE WHO INVOLVE IN THIS

i booked package tour for singapore malayasia scheduled from mar 1 to mar 14 for a newly married couple by sotc nagpur .i asked the concerned agent to provide best o[censored]rs services especially for accomodation and food for the couple(where money was no concern).inspite of so freedom in money concerns the couple was booked with a very small room having 2 single beds no windows and no arrangements for ventillation at cruise ...the concerned agent din't even bothered to tell us about the rooms available wit balcony in the cruise at the time of booking. i was very much disappointed on such a treatement and such a inconvience from ur side to the newly married couple by ur such a reputed travel agency. it is the matter of betrayal wherin no prior information was given by the concerned agent regarding the same.
bring our complaint in the notice of highest sotc authority about the mistrust shown from ur side.
