[Resolved] SPiDiGO Broadband — Speed very slow | |||
Sir. We are using spidigo broadband since last seven months, earlier we had a subscription of six months which we have renewed last month. After renewal we are facing the problem of very slow speed. We are not even able to do normal surfing. We are facing serious problem in opening the basic websites also like gmail, yahoo, facebook, etc. We have lodged number of complaints to their helpline number, but no serious actions have been taken from their side. They just call and instruct to remove temporary files and delete cookies etc which does not help at all. We have been told a number of times that their engineer will visit but no one have contacted at our home to eradicate the problem. So you are requested to help us in the above mentioned problem and get us the true value for our hard earned money. This internet connection is out of order since last ten days please do needful to repair the same and arrange to refund for this days else i will write to TRAI I'm resident of bopal, facing same problems as posted

Spidigo / Broadband — slow speed
My name is Krunal Thakkar I m using Spidigo Broadband, at Ahmedabad, my user id is jr_thakkar, since 1 month i am facing slowspeed problem, i have complained 10 to 15 times at customer care, but there is no responce from them, they are not given us to propre bandwith. our plan is 512 kbps and they give us 200 to 250 kbps speed. what can i do ?
