Respected Sir / Madam, Our Spidigo User ID is PRABHAT1980 and it’s been more than one year since we have issues with their network and connection as we have complains regarding interrupted services every now and then. Past last 3 months we have requested for the termination of the connection and crediting our available balance but we never received proper response from their end.
SPiDiGO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have requested for new Internet Connection on 12.02.2015. Application No. is A 547770. The Company executive Mr. Sakib ( M. [protected] ) has collected cheque 0f Rs. 4450/- from me on 12.02.2015. Till today ( 04.05.2015 ), neither installation is done nor refund. I have mailed at [protected]@spidigo.com on 25.02.2015 and on 04.05.2015 for pending refund status. But i have not received any clarity for same.         Plan 2Mbps and Night Zoom 4 Mbps.

        i didnt get a speed of 4 mbps. i had made lot of complaint. Your engineer tried Reboot the device, Change mac id remove auto login changed device. But no solution at all. i had tried all things but there is no resolution.

        I'"m attaching screen shot at 12.34 AM after log out and log in there is no other device connected nothing is being download and i tried through LAN wire too.

        All you need is to mail company about your problem with proper information they will note down your complaint and will solve it as soon as they can you also can try customer care number of your own area. But sending mail will put you on high priority.

          We have been facing too much problem, even after complaining numerous times the problem is not resolved yet. Pathetic is the customer service and not delivered what said. the employee says we will get the refund while for the deposit when we renew the package and we go to take refund at spidigo's office we get a different reply and are told that we would not get the refund. Tired of complaining again and again for not having the proper internet speed told.

            SPIDIGO connection last 6 month not working properly at night plan, i had taken night zoom plan from spidigo and paid 8000 rupees advance, but at night daily stop connection from spidigo, and when i complain to spidigo customer, "our engineer will call to you" and called came from engineer... what's problem? after complain some time automatically start working...PLEASE DO NOT TAKE CONNECTION OF SPIDIGO...engineer's behaviour bad...BAD...BAD...WE LOSS MONEY WHEN IF WE NEED DURING PLAN...IN NIGHT IT IS 2 MB SPEED BUT LAST 2 OR THREE MONTH AT NIGHT CONNECT CUT FROM SPIDIGO... SO WHY WE TAKE?...TIME LOSS...WORKING LOSS...MONEY ALSO LOSS...

              spidigo have third class service for any of complaint. complaint register kar dete hai but engineer koi nahi aata. automatic complain close ho jati hai... lost network problem is more nd more time. no solution for this problem.. 2 mbps plan but no speed in connection..

                I got a new connection on 10/1/2015 and 2 days from my connection the internet has been on and off and there is no sign of stability, I have called more than 30 times to the customer care and they also just register the complains and tell us that the engineer will come and no one will come .
                The person who come for installation does'nt even know that where their company tower is and where to place the modem and does not carry any equipment, I feel like spidigo is not bothered o[censored]ser experience and the service is very poor .

                I just want my refund of rs-7750 back and no longer want to use Spidigo by terminating my connection.

                I want my money back

                  Spidigo shall change their name and shall keep "Nevergo" the biggest mistake I did is by paying in advance for 7months, now they did their hands up to me. Poor speed has ruined my digital life, dont know what kind of fun they are having by facing thousands of people complaining every moment. I got 2MBPS plan but never receive 0.02MBPS this is the worst company providing poor customer service as well. If you cant provide service then you do not deserve money, simply refund and I would find some one else, so we can end this war. Every single day making me angry and ruining my day by making fake promises, this is some sort of scam and fraud.

                    Spidigo person telltelling me we wll do every thing, eevery setup we wll do but they dont do anything & when we need help they simply tell us that they wll call back us but no replies . Spidigo people took my 9000 & it had been 10 days i m not getting my internet services . I called them 100 times even my fone bill have gone more than 100rs in calling them ttill date i m not ggetting any help MMOST HORRIBLE SERVICES . & the person who took my 9000 even blocked my number & not replying me.

                      userid - utkarshraval I have compain about net speed 2-3 times that my connection is at working on very low speed compare to my spidigo plan (512-600 kbps).. But there is no proper response from technical department & no solution for it. I just waste my time after showing my interest in Spidigo. I hope after read this I got all things proper because no mail compaints are taken seriouslly by spidigo.

                        i am from bhimjipura, nava vadaj, ahmedabad 380013 my name is harsh mistry my contact number [protected] i having a plan of 1 mbps and the prblm is i m getting 0.79 kbps .. the company is telling they cant do any thing for this.. engineers are newly appointed in the company so they cant do it.. i m frustrated from this company ...i have all the recordings and more than 100 times i have called to the company.. and no one is taking responsibility .. i need compensation money and the refund of my pack which i renewed in sept for rs 9000 and the deposit this company is fraud company

                          Spidigo is the worse internet company I have ever seen. I have registered complaint for more than 3 times in a week, yet my problem is not resolved. Their sales man do not know how to talk with the customer, their technician never picks up the phone and once your have tried, if you try again you will find their phone switched off. Trouble Ticket No:[protected], Trouble Ticket No:[protected], Trouble Ticket No:[protected]. Please help to get my money refunded. I am fed up with the third grade company and third grade people to deal with. This is the biggest price a customer pays being an Indian.

                            My internet is not working from last couple of days, when I submit my complain their person come to my house and just do something and they say to house wife that it has been resolved but it was never resolved.. They are making fool and one of the pathetic provider in Ahmedabad..i need my money back ..They are fraud and cheat company.. They dint respect to any customer..                               I have never come across such a worse service in my life. Most ridiculous company I have ever since. Third grade of sales personal who do not know how to deal with customer and same grade of technician who never pick up the phone and once you call them they do not receive the phone and then all of sudden their phone gets switched off. I want refund and do not want to continue with the service. Do the needful and return my money else would have to go to consumer forum detail of the complaint I have registered since 15 Dec 2014. 15th Dec - Ticket o[protected], Dec 21 - Ticket no[protected], Dec[protected]. Awaiting for my money to get refunded.

I am fedup with the services provide by spidigo. It is a regular practice that when ever I connect internet of spidigo at my pc it frequently gets disconnected. I complained many times with the customer care but they cannot solve the problem. I request you to please disconnect the connection & refund my balance amount paid in advance to the company.                                   I have very bad experience with SpidiGo Broadband Service. I took unlimited plan for internet and paied 6 month advance and now from last 2 months net is down so many times that even I cannt count. So many times I complained for this, but dont know how these people are working. They fix the problem, then net will work for 1 day, 2 day, or a week and then again down for 2-3 days. Then again, we have to complain and they will took as many days as possible to solve it. Once we paid in advance, they become careless to provide services on time. My job work is suffering due to their bad services, who will pay for this? Its better to choose other internet service provider instead of SpidiGo.

                                      Payment of Rs. 4450/- has been paid alongwith copy of PAN card and Photograph by Varsha Meena for intranet connection at 12A, Signature Residency, Thaltej, Ahmedabad on 8.12.2014. However, no intranet connection has been given upto till date. Moreover so many times matter has been discussed with Mr. Pathak Patel and his assistant Rafiq Mansuri. Complaint at your office has already been made two times at your office also. My husband has also visited your office situated at Bodakdev, Near Pakwan Restaurant on 13.12.2014. Where told him that Internet connection will be installed on or before 15.12.2014 but till date neither Internet connection has been given nor attended anybody. You are requested to install the intranet connection or refund the amount on or before 17.12.2014 otherwise police complaint or any other action will be taken against your company. Varsha Meena

                                        Spidigo is the worst company i have ever seen . Worst service, worst customer care, worst engineers, worst sale executive. THe only thing they know is to speak Iies as much as they can. Please dont take spidigo even if they give u for free. They are cheaters. Takes money in advance n giving worst service. U Will definately regRet for choosing spidigo. Better to do charity than to choose connection of spidigo.
