I have called couple of time regarding issue i am facing since last 15 days about speed i have also send them screen-shot from speedtest but nothing has done so far. previously they told issue is because of Fiber Cut and now they are saying we are upgrading line. I have also ask for technical assistant who supposed to come on sunday i have called 5 times but still no solution nothing. Trouble Ticket No:[protected] Name : devikahan I have plan of 512 kbps but I never received speed of 400kbps(0.4 mbps) on speedtest.net. please find my aatched scrren shot

    Hello, I am using SPiDiGO Broadbend since 06/09/2011. User id: rizmotha Initially it was working good but it has been almost a year since I have got continuous working internet. It disconnects very often or if working than speed becomes very slow. I have registered so many complaints (You can check for particular user id with your database) but result is still same. I don't know what you guys are doing. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with your service. I need my money back as I don't want to continue with your company any more otherwise I will move to consumer forum. Hope you will understand my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible.         I have submitted all my document along with a cash of Rs. 7800. The sales person with the name Jitendra collected the amount from office on 25th September 2014. I was told that the installation will be initiated within 7 working days. Till date 11th November 2014 I have no response from the installation team. We I called the guys name Jitendra who collected money. He was yelling at me saying Spidigo will not return the money in any case, I then approached a person with name Mr. Mishra, he is area manager. He gave the commitment that by Monday he is going to provide me with Cheque. Please let me know what should be my next step as a normal person.           8th October 2014: Mr. Vishnu Kumar Vyas of Spidio[protected] came to my home and accepted a cheque of Rs 7999 for my new Internet Connection. I had selected the Revolution Night Zoom Plan which is basically Unlimited Internet at 512 Kpbs during the day and 2 Mbps during the night. I opted for the 12 months + 3 months plan at Rs 7999. I was assured by Mr. Vishnu Kumar Vyas that now Spidigo network is very good and I will surely get connectivity in my area. He then promised installation 13th October Monday. 13th October 2014: I make special arrangements to make sure I am at home all day. But Spidigo never turns up and no call. 15th October 2014: They finaly said they can come and install today. They spent an hour or so on my room and in the room and finally said network issues exist and there will be a 1-2 day delay. 17th October 2014: After 10 calls to several Spidigo executives they finally tell me that 2Mbps is not possible in my area. They can only offer me 512 Kpbs. I told that is no good for me so refund the amount. I demanded an immediate refund since I had allocated that money for Internet and my existing Internet connection plan was finished. At the same time it was their duty to do a feasibility test prior to accepting the money. However he insisted due to company policy it will take 15days. 29th Oct to 5th November: I have been calling them daily. Now with the manager Mr. Mishra ([protected]). He took my call to start with 29th, 30th. and kept saying I will get it tomorrow. But now he does not even pick up my calls. If I call Spidigo registered number they say it is not their issue since it is not a complain about the working Internet connection. Spidigo has shown great irresposibility in not doing the feasbility test first. To top that they have delayed the refund. And now are not answering the phone calls. This is daylight robbery!

            Dear Sir / Madam, I am user of Spidigo for the first year you have launched in Ahmedabad. Now every year based on the service support received, I have given feedback and inputs but are never taken care. Every renewal the executives changed and assured of better support also got the service managers connected to assure for services, so renewed the connection. Now the Installation is quite old, and have been complaining that the connectivity is lost in between and the Installation shall be checked since it is very old by now, but no one is taking care for the same. Also there might be change required in few items but not being taken care. Also people like us who are working do not get time every day to use the Internet, except holidays. When try to connect and work, it is quite often observed that the internet is not working, and after complaining the customer care can not attend immediate so the time is lost, since without Holidays normally Net is not used. Now it is frequent that the problems continue and SPIDIGO must work out certain casual regular checks for the customers who has supported the business year after year despite of problems faced. I have at this moment also the feel that whether the user of services use the Internet facility every day or after a week or after two weeks, it shall be always working properly and this is NOT THE CASE AT this moment. The casual approach on service support is really worrying and makes us loose time, money, and mental piece.

              my id is thakkaratul. my internet is not working since 14/10/2014 . n whenever i make compain i got to hear only lies from custmer headache( yeah its not custmer care because never solved compain by custmercare ) that our engineer will call u within 24 hours n will solve complain. only yesterday engineer visted n makes 1 more lie again . engineer said he will vist tomorrow again (means today morning) n need to change device n he will solve the problem. he is not closing complain but morning i got message complain is closed. i call custmer headache center n they again make lie complain will be solved soon but till evening no one care to call or solve problem even i called custmer care 3 times. such a worst service provider . no one should go with spidigo

                  Hello, I have Spidigo Internet plan of 356 kbps, its working fine in first month but after that interent is too slow that I can not even search in google properly. When calling to support department they immediately make interent fast and message me that your complaint has been resolved. Sometimes they event don't care to call me and ask that net is working fine or not they just message me that your complaint has been resolved. After two days of complaining the net is again in same situation and works too slow, then I call and they make it fast - two or there days, again I call and they do the same thing. I have to call twice in a week for slow internet. I told them to tell their higher authority or manager for raising complaint but they just make net fast and close my complaint all times.

                    13 Oct 2014 Hello, I purchased a broadband internet connection from Spidigo on 08 Oct 2014, (2 MBPS unlimited for 6 months + 1 month free), along with a wireless router, for my office premises. I paid them a total amount of INR 8800.00 by cheque (Cheque No. 74108 of Corporation Bank dated 08 Oct 2014) which includes the installation charges (INR 250.00), cost of the wireless router (INR 2500) and the cost of the internet service for 6 months + 1 month free (INR 6299.00). The connection was promised to me within 5 days. I have provided Spidigo with documentation which would normally be considered of a confidential nature as proof of identity and proof of address (a copy of my most recent municipal tax bill, my driving licence, and my photograph). The Spidigo representative said that someone would call me to verify my information the next day, when they collected the cheque and my documents. Spidigo have cashed the cheque on 10 Oct 2014. When nobody called me up to 10 Oct 2014, I tried calling the representative, Mr. Vivek, who had visited me to take my order. His phone (mobile no.[protected] was switched off (at 10:30 AM), and then, after trying repeatedly, even when the phone rang, he would not answer my calls. I also tried to contact Spidigo's office number[protected] repeatedly, and after numerous attempts, was able to speak to some lady, who said that she will ask someome to call me back. Nobody has called me to date. I tried calling Mr. Vivek again today morning at about 11:30 AM, but his phone was switched off. After repeated attempts, I was able to reach their office number again, and asked the (gentle)man about the status of my order, and why nobody had called me. He said he will pass on my "request" to the concerned people, and somebody will get in touch with me soon. When I asked him for a time frame, he said he could not commit to a time, because he did not have this information. I asked to speak to somebody senior, and he said that he did not know who I could speak with. When I asked him for the number of some senior official of the company who I could speak with, he said that he did not have that information. I told him that I would like to have a categorical reply about the status of my order, and if I do not get the connection by today, I want to cancel the order, and want my money back. There has been no response forthcoming from Spidigo so far. I am concerned about the loss of my money, and also possible misuse (criminal or otherwise) of my private and confidential information that Spidigo have in their possession. I intend to circulate this complaint widely to all possible fora online, and may also escalate it to appropriate legal action for bringing Spidigo to book for wilful negligence, resulting in gross deficiency of service, and causing me inconvenience, loss of business, and pain and suffering. I would appreciate your assistance in circulating my complaint as widely as possible on your platform, and taking any appropriate action that you can, to ensure that Spidigo honours its obligations to its customers.                       since spidigo covers almost all the areas in ahmedabad thought it will be good and purchase a service pack of 2mbps(8am-12am)-4mbps(12am-8am). but seriously this is the worst ISP i have known, customer service is not avaliable, office landline cnt be reach, and THE SPEED is worst. Though if cant provide the promise speed atleast provide a fair speed for our daily usage? for GOD sake i paid 7.5k INR for this plan and watta hell its slower than 2G phone network. yes its a huge ISP co., u gotta a lotta customer to attain but atleast attain ur dear CONSUMERS not all at once but one after another, dont just ignore them, you took their MONEY GIVE ITS WORTH. I request to please check my speed limit, come on i took the plan of 2mbps-4mbps, heres my ID ID name - ROHANSHROTRE plan - Rev6-NightZomPlus-2M-4M-UL-7M Acc no - A[protected] thank you.

                        I have taken a broadband Internet connection from Spidigo in June-2014 for 15 months and did advance payment. People from Company came to my house, connected one cable to my computer which was drawn the terrace and Internet started. Now My internet connection is not working for last 8 days. I reported it on 1st Oct to customer service. One person came and after going to Terrace, he reported that device has got stolen and it needs to be discussed with customer retention manager Mr Aman. He gave his mobile number - [protected]. Not surprisingly, the number found in switched off condition for two days. Some how I could get connected to Mr Aman on 4th Oct. He listened to my problem. He told me that he will come back to me after some time. After 2-3 hours, Mr Aman called me and told me that my problem will be resolved on Monday - 6th Oct. I waited for whole day on 6th but did not get any call. Then I started calling to him but his phone is continuously coming in switched off condition. Today also I tried multiple number of times to him but his phone is switched off. Then I called to Customer service three times and requested for a dialogue with Mr Aman but even after being promised by people over call, no one called talked to me though person over phone told me that Mr Aman is present in Office and will talk to me. At last at 2pm I got a call from one person named Jitendra, who asked me that I need to pay rs 1500 then only new device will be installed. It was surprise to me as I have never been told that there is a device on terrace whose responsibility is mine. No one any moment of time told me that there is device at terrace and it is under my responsibility. I had only asked for internet connection which i got but anything done to provide me connection was never discussed with. After hearing this, I shown my reaction and asked him very clearly that since i was never told about this, I can not take responsibility of same and it has to be done by company. He did not agree for same. Then I asked for disconnection of the service and return back my balance money. After some time again Mr Jitendra called me and told me that if I want to discontinue the service then they will be charging Rs 2500 for device for which i again disagreed. Then he told me that he will discuss with Mr Aman again and confirm back to me before 5 pm. But again no one called me and i am waiting for their mercy. I feel harassed like any thing and internet of my home is not running for last 10days which I have taken for my daughter who is studying in class 8th. She is also suffering because of this. I am feeling completely harassed as no one is taking customer seriously. They call day and night and even multiple number of times when connection was to be taken but after that they are treating me like beggers for support and even responding. Its not about only Rs 1500. Its about cheating customers. Definitely I am going to discontinue this service. More interestingly for any thing now i need to go to their office by taking a day leave from my work, however during taking connection these people were ready to come to my house any time any day. Request you to please help me out.

                          from 22 nd sep till date my internet connection not working. i complained on 22nd sep ticket no.[protected]. closed without any rectification. again i complained ab same on 23rd same result. again i complained on 24th ticket no.[protected] was closed at 22:15 hrs., without any rectification. again i complained on 25th ticket no.[protected] which is still not solved. today one tech person named mr. rizwan, he came to my office at 12:45 and told me he want to visit terrace but didn't come back. my problem still didn't solved.

                            people I request you to please avoid going for spidigo internet. The service is utterly horrible. While starting the service the sales man will promise a lot but while delivering none will help. My connection is not working since last 7 days due to crimping issue but even after complaining for 3 days no response from them. Take the connection of Spidigo at your own risk. Akash Ahmedabad

                              Please its humble request to all do not installed spidigo even in worse condition. Because they will promise you for installation in 5 days verbally as they have rules 'no verbal commitment will be honored'. And even after calling them from last seven days finally a reward full reply ' aaj nahi hoga complain karni he to kar do'. That means even after paying the full amount in cash this we get. And the connection was for office work not for home and even after knowing this we get this kind of reply. SPIDIGO IS LITERALLY !

                                i had taken 2 connections of Spidigo in July 2014. internet does not work properly. The salesperson only comes to take cheque... but no after sales service.


                                after getting fedup we sent email to close the connection.. they called me personally.. i went personally to disconnect before 15 days.. but till date they have not cancelled my connection and not given refund till date.


                                NEVER EVER TAKE SPIDIGO .. they are the most unprofessional people

                                    I have been trouble with this service provider, following are the details of my grievances 1) there is no reply when we call the service center majority of time its engaged 2) the operators doesn't reply with any specific details and there is always a single statement "Your complaint is passed to technician" 3) a ticket is closed without any verification or any technical eng visiting the office, multiple instance were there where in i had to reopen the tickets 4) for past 1 week i have been logging tickets each day, the net works for couple of hours and then again it stops working 5) Ticket Numbers are 19-Sep[protected] 17-Sep[protected] 16-Sep[protected] 13-Sep[protected] 12-sep[protected] Till this date the issue is yet to be resolved nor any technician has visited our office The same issue was faced in August, now it seems to be a trend of this company

                                      Mr.Javed, Area Sales Manager of Spidigo had collected Rs:3699/- for Broadband plan on 30-Aug-2013. Spidigo had collected the money from my Bank ICICI Bank through my Cheque No.118178. Spidigo failed to provide me the service till date. I therefore cancelled through Email my request for connection and requested to refund of the money. Since then I have been waiting to get refund. No one from Spidigo is responding. Neither Mr.Javed of Spidigo is also not responding. Their Sales Executive is also not lifting the phone. I request for immediate refund of my money.

                                        This complaint is directed to the promoter/ CEO of Spidigo in India for taking note of the poor quality of service and responsiveness of Spidigo network in Ahmedabad. Having transitioned from Gurgaon to Ahmedabad a few months back, we were recommended Spidigo as one of the leading internet service providers in Ahmedabad. We got into an yearly plan however since May, it has been a consistent poor performance with delivered speed below what has been promised and signed up to. Every night after 7pm, the internet stops to work and again starts at 7am in the morning and the same on the weekend when the service is not available throughout the day. Over the last 10 days, there is no network in our house and inspite of repeated complaints there has been no action or help provided to us by anyone in Spidigo. False promises are made that someone will be sent to handle however, no action gets taken. We faced similar issues at the time of activation when there was a months delay in activating the account after taking the money. I am surprised to see so many similar complaints from other customers and still no action has been taken by Spidigo. This pathetic level of service forces me to take legal action and take Spidigo to consumer court for business malpractices and loss of work in absence of net at home. Will appreciate you reaching out to me directly and not by some junior manager who can have a conversation on the above topic. Expecting an expedited response and hope the complaint will not get stuck in the bureaucracy of outsourced partners and will reach the right levels in the organisation.                                         This complaint too comes from Ahmadabad. i have been facing the similar problem as mentioned in above complaint. The service is terrible, they make fake promises for sending someone however nobody attends the problem. I have two spidigo unlimited connections. Both facing similar problems. Half of the time the net doesn't work rest half its terribly slow. Its like getting cheated for the money paid . Its not unlimited it like the spidigo manipulates the number of hours a customer can use unlimited service and the rest of the hours are taken away in slow and almost no internet at all.                                         From ahmedabad, isanpur area . I have no internet connection from last 2 - 3 months and i have called spidigo customer care for more than 40 times but i didnt get anything except false promises. The engineer never comes .
                                        THey even dont come up with devices to check the internet connection and apart from that they dont even kow how to start laptop from guest user, dumb peoples . How do they recruit such fellows.Its the worst, worst service and theres no hope for customer satisfaction.When i took the connection there were 22 connections in the society where i live before two years now it has come to only three users of spidigo which shows their rough service .I dont even want to give one star rating to it . If you want to save your money and get good connection of internet, do not go even in your dreams with spidigo . There are many good ISPs available there.BUT DO NOT THINK OF GOING WITH SPIDIGO.

                                        My complaint is my net is not working on an average 25 days in a month, and its recurring problem. Even after 100's of complaint, situation is worsening every day. I really regret taking spidigo.

                                        every time they promise something or other, but never solve this recurring issue.

                                        I have requested for mail id of Managing director, so that I can give feedback to him, But call center is not giving me the same. not even ready to give mail id of Managing Director, so that I can approach him.

                                        at last I have written repeated mail to customer support mail it, with subject line attention MD, yet no one reply, and MD neither called me or answered my mails.

                                        Today on customer support I insisted for name of MD so that I can file a consumer complaint, which after 30 minutes of bargain said M D of Spidigo Net Pvt Ltd. is Nitin Mittal. when I said are you sure, they confirmed yes Nitin Mittali s MD of company. when I search on net, Nitin Mittal is executive and not owner or MD. So they are even hiding MD's name from valued costumers.

                                        no rating..it is such a bakwas net service
                                        I lost my business of 2 crores due to non-availability of spidigo internet. The whole company was sitting quite due to this problem and still losing the business. We took the net connection on 15 March and since that time they are not providing continue internet and most of time its of[censored]pto 6 hours. If a company not having internet for 3-6 hour in day, than what will be loss so its a request to the consumer officer to ask the clarification about my this complaint and recovering of 2 crores loss from the Managing Director of Spidigo.

The engineer Mr.Santosh never comes .in solve issue but is tel date not solve in my issue i have sand the mail in your spidigo customer care til date not resolved by your complaint

                                        If there is option to zero start then I will happy to choose zero instead of one, worst customer service, no Internet since 3 days and not resolving complain on time.
                                        No escalation matrix and they can not able to transfer call to senior, masters in cheating and wasting of customer time, it's like we are doing job for them and need to give reminder 3-4 times by wasting our time to them that my service resolution is still pending.
                                        Very bad service and no empathy towards customer.

                                        I was looking for broadband connection and opted for Spidigo. I requested on the portal for new service on Jan. 14, 2017 and got call back from Sales team member - Mr. Ronak Patel. He explained all the plan and informed me to share the documents and pay immediately to the bank account details of Spidigo. Now even after 4 days, they are not receiving any calls and not doing installation. When i visited their office, they too didnt acknowledge and are hesitant to provide the refund of Rs. 6000. They are not ready to take request for refund. Request Consumer complaints team to do the needful so as i get my refund at earliest. Thanks
                                        Hello Sir My User iD id priya.shah, as a person has interestingly taken money at time of renew for 12 mbps fiber optics, as it has to be changed from normal to fiber optics but 1 week has been passed but no reply from your side. I think I have done wrong think thing to renew your account.
                                        I have been using spidigo for last 4 years ..had renew my plan for a year and after 5 months my net stopped working have called customer service they sent a technician but he couldn't resolve my problem he said the main tower which provides net in my area has been removed and bcz of this I am having this problem this is fraud how could you people from spidigo cheat your customers like this ? u take money in a advance and then remove your towers from the area ? I want my money back I am gonna take legal action against you frauds
                                        Net connectivity is very poor. From last 3 days I am facing issue. Engineer comes at vejalpur location and checks and then goes away. I had given 12 months payment and the net response is very poor.
                                        Money can't be wasted like this. I would like to get my rest of the 6 months money back.
                                        Spidigo is fraud company. I am customer of Spidigo for last 3 years. There is no Internet for almost 20 days in a month. There is no way to lodge the complaint. The helpline number is always busy. You cannot file a complaint. Please don't go for this isp. There are many more good isps in the city.                                         We live in Shahibaug and We have been facing issue Past 2 Months. We must have called more than 100 times to customer care, but always end up with false promises. Now Spidigo web portal itself changed, when we try to login with old credentials it is not working. Tried reaching them but no response.
                                        We deeply regret of making the payment for 18 Months and suffering everyday. Our day to day work is purely based on internet and we are getting worst services from them.
                                        If this issue gets resolved well and good, else for sure we will take it to consumer court and will make sure this spidigo puts a stop to their services forever. My rating is 1 star because that is the least I can select, If given option I would have selected Minus Infinite rating..
                                        My customer id umang.rana. The connection is not working for the last 2 weeks. I am from Chandkheda area, Ahmedabad. They are not responding to customer care number and on mails. This is happening on a regular basis and whenever their connection is down they switch off their customer care number.
