since spidigo covers almost all the areas in ahmedabad thought it will be good and purchase a service pack of 2mbps(8am-12am)-4mbps(12am-8am). but seriously this is the worst ISP i have known, customer service is not avaliable, office landline cnt be reach, and THE SPEED is worst. after getting fedup we sent email to close the connection.. they called me personally.. i went personally to disconnect before 15 days.. but till date they have not cancelled my connection and not given refund till date.
