My spidigo ac no. A[protected], I have started my service on 21/08/2013, since started I am unable to get proper Internet speed, it get often disconnected, when contected customer care they reply engineer will visit to your place within short time but engineer never visit our place and problem get resolved after two days... how it is possible every time? Again after 2-3 days again Internet service get disconnected, this is continue from 6 months. We request to provide either continuous connectivity or refund our money back.

    I have bought 2 Mbps Internet plan from Spidigo about 3 months ago. I have paid amount for 6 months.Since, one week I am facing issue regarding Internet Speed. I have filed complaints for the same. But, they are not taking any action. My last complaint ids are :[protected],[protected]. These both complaints have been closed before the issue could be resolved. My Username for Spidigo is : varun89 Even, since last 2 days, they are not attending my call.

      I got the connect from Spidigo on date 11-Jan-2014 and its not working till this date. When I am trying to call support person at[protected] getting busy tone alway. After trying 30 to 45 minute - support was telling me that engineer would contact you - but not one is contact me about the services and next day morning getting support ticket close message. After the calling again - I reopen the ticket and waiting last 3 days and get the support engineers cell number from other resources. Support engineers told me that need to set high end device and he was very clear about the issue in Spidigo device only - but no one take care to replace it. I paid 3900 Rs advance for 6 months and 1 month free scheme. At the time of purchase the services - salesperson promise for speed 500 Kbps - but not getting 128 Kbps speed when I get chance to login for internet connections. I wrote so many email to support department - but did not get any single reply from them. Could you help me to refund my money. user id : dipesh81 complaint number:[protected]

        hi, I am the user of Spidigo Broad band service. I am using Business plan 1 MBPS. My complain is since today morning, as I am not able to open the web page nor I am able to open the spidigo home page for login.. So, kindly sort out my problem as early as possible. I had telephonic talk with customer care dept. today at around 4 PM, but there was no any assurance so kindly look into the matter. One more thing, I am not receiving the desired speed of 1 MBPS.           My client id is sanjaymakwana2312 and having your broadband connection at Bopal but I am fed up with your daily problem of your slow speed and connection termination problem.Every time your untrained person coming and solves problem temporarily and again problem starts with 1 hr and problem persists.You are requested for look into matter and do some concrete action for solving my problem of very slow speed and frequent termination of broad band connections. This problem persists as they have no applet authority and no one hearing voice of customers.

            HI, I have a spidigo internet connection since last 3 years. From last two months i have been facing very bad experiences with spidigo internet connection. Whenever I start my computer and login to the spidigo, every time i face the bad connectivity. Earlier i thought there might be a problem in my computer so i crossed check with another computer as well but the same problem. Within last two months i have been created lots of tickets because of the problem. But no one try to give the permanent solution. Whenever i call to the customer service center, i request them to give the permanent solution and every time they respond like yes sir, we will give you permanent solution. After some time i receive call from technical department saying your problem has been solved. To them also i ask the same thing whether it is permanent solution or not. Then they used to say yes sir, it is permanent solution. But after few hours or a day start facing the same problem. Here with this complaint, i have attached a screen shot of the ping request. Due to this issue i have created at least 30 to 40 tickets but no one solves the problem. And worst habit about technical department is that, whenever they call us and due to some reason, if we are not able to receive the call then within the next second they close the ticket. No one try to call again and ask about the problem. So in this case we have to call them again and reopen the same ticket. What i feel is customer service department are interested in closing the ticket (achieving their target), not the customer satisfaction. I request every one, not to buy Spidigo Internet connection. Spidigo is the Worst internet service provider in the world. My dear Spidigo fans, before you say anything positive about Spidigo, I would like to tell you that, I was also thinking the same like you. But spidigo itself has proven me not to be a fan of Spidigo Regards, Hardik88

I m complaining spidigo about not getting speed from last 1 month, but I m not getting any solution about the problems. I have called 1000 times to get solution for the issue but there is no progress and every time I call them they say we will send engineer next day but they r not sending any 1and u can check the call record that I m complaining from last 1 month.                 I am Hitendra (Mobile [protected]) having complain against SpidiGo for broadband connection. I had given cheque to Mr Anoopsingh (M) [protected] of Spidigo on 21.9.2013 after talking with his senior Ajay Gupta (M) [protected]. As pe him we need to pay full amount of Rs 4550/- for 30GB, 20 Month plan + Rs 1650/- for Router, so I had given full amount cheque of Rs 6200/-. I was told that the connection will be established within next 2-3 days. I reminded at least 20 times then after but every time I got different commitments from different people including those two mentioned earlier. Till now, after 20 days, neighter connection is established nor cheque has been refunded. Can u help me ?

                  I have opted for Broandband service. I have paid for 12 months. Many time service gets fail and to get it repaired have to call number of times. This is the problem of each month. my user id is achaltripathi When I log the complaint through phone they said Engineer will visit but since last 4 days no one has came. When I asked customer service person[protected] to provide escalation contact details or Engineer contact number to whom my call is allotted, they denied to provide it. Call center person says he can not provide any one's number. I do not know which kind of service they are providing. Any service provide has the proper and well defined call escalation method to know the service level.                     i have taken spidigo connection of 1.5 years in the period i have used used this service due to bad service there is always problem of server down, low speed, when i call to there customer service centre there is person who can give me the right solution.There is seniors who handle the call if there executive cant help there customer.After all this when we reach to there main office they says we will talk to our seniors give us some time then no body call us regarding the situation whats going on then when we call they again says we will call u. mean while some body comes to the site and remove the unit from our terrace with out informing us and after that when we do 100s of call they says sorry we cant do any thing in your case and when we became angry they says u do what ever u can do we will not solve your complain and after that when my father goes 100s of time at there office and requesting they have given extention of 2 month instead of 8 month and the speed they says is 512 kbps and i m getting 26 to 30 kbps totally fake commitment this speed i m all ready getting from my cell phone so y should spend 6500 rs for spidigo.pls do need full for me.
                    Spidigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                      Hello, Spidigo is a company which never goes with its commitment. They tell us to solve the pb in 48 hours. But it is nothing like that. I asked for the engineer to visit at my place it came after 8 days the complain. Now I gave for the cancellation the spidigo manager told me that you would be getting the cheque 25 working days its more than a month no response from their side. And they have changed the number. As they always do. I am sending mail to the company no response on that. When I go they tell me that they would be contacting us. I would suggest dont go with spidigo initially they would attend you nicely but its just fake nothing else. 1 year was nice as soon as i renewed my account they are failing to serve. They are only for the money collection not taking any responsibility. I would suggest it is better to pay a little more amount and go with reliance, airtel and vodafone. I am currently using MTS dongle. any pb they executive would be solving over the phone or in a day. Regards, Bhoomi Patel

                        Hi, My self Hardik and my spidigo username is hardik88. I would request all of you that dont buy internet connection provided by SPIDIGO. it has a WORST internet connection and it provides worst services to the customer. I am facing problem with spidigo since last couple of days regarding inconsistency but still they dont provide permanent solution for that. I am very eagerly waiting for my spidigo plan to complete so that i can buy a good internet connection from other provider.

                          Service that provided by spidigo is not satisfactory. They are not connected broadband to home ([protected]@60, [protected]). Engin eer visit are went in vain. so, please disconnect my service and give the refund amount of Rs.4449/= paid via chandra net pvt ltd, ahmedabad(spidigo). receipts no 13-14 6550 dated[protected].

                          I didn't get a refund for Internet service .the sales person came to home for renew account they told you can easily close this plan.now i went to office they told you will not get refund.because not from our side problem.and the speed they assured i never receive.
                          i have paid for new broadband connection and did not get till 2 months.
                          need refund and not getting a single authorized answer from spidigo.
                          tired to making follow up with spidigo.
                          kindly refund my total amount.
                          i have never seen such worst service ever in my life.

                            I have applied for a new connection of Spidigo through a
                            representative Mr. Ankit Shudra (phone no. [protected]) and given Cheque for 15 months
                            subscription for 512kbps/unlimited plan. The cheque has already
                            cleared but the connection is not installed and the r representative
                            giving answers like 2 hours, within 1 hour and the engineer is on the
                            way etc.etc. and the connection is not installed. Now the representative is stopped to
                            answer my call. The customer support is replying that they will
                            entertain the complaint after installation. Sales office personnel saying complaint will attend customer support.
                            I have applied this connection for my sons engineering admission and the process for admission is in the middle and
                            the net connection is not provided by SPIDIGO. My
                            name and address is N.P. Poduval, G-13, Park Avenue, New C.G. Road,
                            Chandkheda, Ahmedabad.

                              i have taken spidigo broad band connection since 27/9/12. they give me package of rs. 6399 for 12+3 months for tariff plan 512-600-untp-15m. approximately after 2 months of taking plan various problems like less speed and no network access started. it continued for approximately one month during which period i complained endlessly almost every 2nd day. they will come at some time and will fix it and again after two days i will have to complain. at that time we also asked for the refund of our money but they refused to do so. after approximate one month of such a poor service it was running good. but since last approximate 1 week there is some problem and server shows no net work access. immediately next day i registered complain. but nobody come for the service. since last 4 days i m calling them three to four times daily and told them that i will complain in consumer forum, but they are so careless to consider it. so i need justice to be done. either they refund our money or give me the compensation for the time period for which i was not able to use their services.

                              i called 5 times n make a complain 3 times but no reply.
                              5days my internet blocked but no body come to see the problem.
                              and i[censored] said something with anger they cut your phone.........
                              I Am Using Spidigo Connection Since Last 3 Month.During This Time I Don't Face Any Problem.It Overuse That Some Time Dew To There Renovation Service Off For Few Time But It's Happen In Any ISP Company.

                              Same issue face me lasts 2 month i have complain so many time no any solution come. Every time spidigo technical person come and fix bug then two day after same problem start. i have perches 12+3 months for tariff plan 512-600-untp-15m. I have renewed my spidigo plan on march month.
                              Only for last two month ticket mention but before last two month many ticket Locke.
                              9/05/2013 on complain Locke ticket no.[protected].
                              18/05/2013 ticket no.[protected]
                              09/06/2013 ticket no.[protected]
                              14/06/2013 ticket no[protected]
                              Today date 16/06/2013 same problem start
                              Sipidigo Internet connection stared on 18july 2013 to 2mbps plan for 15 month, there is no service continuity 30day per month but minimumm 5 day stoped services and speed is very poor problem from very begaining
                              This is very clear about sipidigo service not provided satisfied,

                                SPIDIGO worst internet service provider in Ahmedabad:

                                Today I have faced a major problem with SPIDIGO internet service provider in Ahmedabad. I am trying to contact them on their complain number[protected] since more than 4 hours, however this complain number was coming busy. When I have called on their another number:[protected], they were calling me to call on complain number. I have informed them that its coming busy and I am trying for 4 hours, they told me that its responsibility of technical team. So what can I do? Then I have continues called on complain number, however it was coming busy. And at last approx @5:30 PM internet was started.

                                My complain is that if company can not provide service and can give proper answer to their customers, they should not be in the market to provide such important service in this competitive world. Even they cannot provide more than 1 complain numbers to their customers. I want you to take such tough steps on them. My client was waiting for me and I have to contact him, else may be he will not give me work in future. This is a worst service from such a internet service provider. My request to please ban on this type of internet service provider as even they are not able to provide more than 1 complain number and they don't have sense to how to talk with customers.

                                Spidigo — Plan changed

                                Dear Sir

                                I send herewith screen shot of Speed available on line that is 30kbps while comapny has offered me plan of 1mbps uoto 40 GB. While complaining with company i was informed that plan has been not updated and its 128kbps.

                                Nobody from replying properly.

                                  that chandra net. pvt limited (spidigo) can not give me my refund even though they failed to provide better services.
                                  every time i personally visit their office they told we will check if the problems can't stop then we will give you refund. i visited twice but they don't gave me refund.
                                  even though i have data or you can call it a profs of their bad services

                                  Spidigo Internet Service Provider — I didn't receive my check

                                  I have applied for spidigo broadband connection on July 2010. But Spidigo has informed me that the connection was not feasible and the check paid by me will be refunded withing 7 workiing days. But till now i didn’t get check from spidigo. I have called many time to aman Mehta for my return check, he give promise me every time that your check will be return to your home within 2-3 days but it also passed down 20-25 days. I am so much inconvenience with this customer care of spidigo.

                                    Due to some technical problem I can't get service of broadband, so I called up your executive for refund my money back. Its more than 25 days I didn't received any kind of cheque. So, It's my request to you please look at out this matter & get back soon with some positive reply.

                                      Not responding to the customer's complaint inspite of complaining many times to the customer departmrnt of SPIDIGO BROADBAND SERVICES.
                                      My internet service is facing problem since 10 days at home aswell as at my office but no respond frm the spidigo has yet came.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        i just take a internet service from spidigo from last three to four month but from first day internet is not working properly some time working fine some time slow but some time not working for four to five days and when i call which is not toll free[protected] they promise to send network engineer
                                        but engineer coe after three two four days and i allready paid 7500 for 15 months even i offer to cut the used day charge and remove my plan but they refuse that there is no such refund policy. i frrustrate from service i always face problem in night so they replied how can we process night problem. i have recording call detail and send mail detail and all msges which i have received so please do need full. my user name is asgar in spidigo.

                                        SPiDiGO Internet — no connectivity in spite of repeated complaints

                                        I have internet connection of spidigo since last 2 years. Since last 30 days there is no connectivity. I have repeatedly made complaint calls in spidigo complain forum, sometimes even 3 times a day. But there is no corrective methods for the same. i am a doctor and my work has been suffering due to network problems. Now, spidigo does not pick up calls. I pave paid money in advance for 6 months and i want refund for the same. I have even sent a mail to some Mr. Mittal regarding my complain, but no response. And i don't know whom else to contact. kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
                                        Waiting for a positive response.

                                        Spidigo — NON WORKING OF NET

                                        My user ID is NILESHDOSHI18, Net connection is not working since last 10 days. I had made complaint. My complaint no. is[protected]. Pl do the needful to restore the net connection.
