I have opted for Broandband service. I have paid for 6 months. Many time service gets fail and to get it repaired have to call number of times. This is the problem of each month.

my user id is devendra25

Currently since last 4 days I am not getting even home page. When I log the complaint through phone they said Engineer will visit but since last 4 days no one has came.

When I asked customer service person[protected] to provide escalation contact details or Engineer contact number to whom my call is allotted, they denied to provide it. Call center person says he can not provide any one's number.

I do not know which kind of service they are providing. Any service provide has the proper and well defined call escalation method to know the service level.

Is there any method to deduct the payment or to discontinue the service and get back the remaining payment ?

Spidigo — connection is not working

I took Spidigo connection a month back but after taking the money in advance there is nobody to give a reponse. there is no connection. i a feeling cheated. i need my money back.

nobody is picking up the phone. no one is responding.
it is SPIDIGO
more than 8 month i have used Spidigo it works well. but when i got trouble in rain. people just disappear.

I have called in customer care more than 10 times in last 10 days. talked with manager/customer care. everytime they told technical person will come to your home. but main thing nobody came in last 10 days.

Customer care just speaks like chinese cheap ROBOT like "person will come to you soon. person will come to you soon, "
They never understand my question. they just say "person will come to you soon."

Today I realize my mistake to take Spidigo connection.

    I first call spidigo for giving me wifi router in februry 2013, they told me they will come and collect money within a week, but no one came to collect money, i reminded them 2-3 times to come and collect money.
    after a month i re called them to come and set my wifi router in march but again no one came.
    then on 2 april a register complain to set my router configuration(as something has to b configured in spidigo itself, not in any other service provider,checked with reliance broadband and BSNL) , but they just keep telling me taht person will come, but no one has came yet!! i called ther 10 times to remind them but not getting service

      There is a problem with my net connection since 20th March, 2013.

      I have lodged a complain with the customer care number +[protected] on 21st March , 2013 with the above mentioned complain No.[protected].

      I have been spoken to your customer care executive on each daily basis after the complain has been lodged for the solution for the connection lost and the same reply has been provided that the engineer has been forwarded to your place and will visit soon but no one has shown up till the date.

      Hope they will check at the complain soon.

        I have purchased revolution biz plan on 3rd march 2013. since last 7 days, the Broadband is not working. I have complained more than 10 times. As your technical person hasn't come to overcome problem nor the sales person Mr. Tejas is listening. Kindly refund my amount which has given to you. I have also complained for TRAI under consumer complaint redressal regulations, 2012.

        kindly solve my problem or otherwise kindly refund my amount which has given to you for providing broad band services.

        please take that my complain.

          I am using Spidigo broadband service from more than last 3 years!
          Occasionally i find problems with services but in 2-3 days they resolved the same.
          But this time from last 1 1/2 month(45 days),this services are not working properly.
          I registered complaints to them,but surprisingly after 1 day they closed the complaint without taking any action.
          They even do not bother if my services are working or not!
          more than 15/20 times i registered complaint with them,but every time no action taken from them.
          They do not have qualified persons to solve problems!
          They never reply to any emails.
          No senior person is ready or come to take your phone call.
          Really very very poor & worst services ever !

          Even if SPIDIGO offer you free services then also do not take it,as these people will give you mental harassment by such poor services,irresponsible behaviour & their network failure on daily basis...

          Please avoid this....

            I have applied and confirmed for the SPiDiGO. Internet & Broadband Services on the date of 28/02/2013 with the sales executive named Bhupendra Chauhan. My office oppning was on 01/03/2013 and i was given assurance by the sales executive that the installation will be completed before 01/03/203 11.30 AM. I have paid him 6699 rs by the cheque number:629259 State Bank of India. Recipt number is 004111. This was a verbal committement from him. But no installation is done till today that is 08/03/2013.

            There was no follow up the company or any executive till 05/03/2013. After that I tried to communicate with the company but was not responded properly. An excutive arrived on 05/03/2013 gave us an excuse of permission from the chairman of society. We had a talk with the chairman of socitey and he gave permission for the small device and not for the big antenna.

            After that we had a talk with the service engineer and asked him to install the device, he promised me to install it on 07/03/2013 befor evening, but he did not.

            On 08/03/2013 we had a talk with the sales incharge person of the company Mr. Deepak and he replyed with the assuarnce of the installation till the evening. But now we dont want the connection because of the unproper service and follow ups and as we asked for the refund money, he asked us to wait for more 25 days, which is not proper.

            So we need to register a compalin against the company for not giving service as promised and assured by the executive. We need our paid money with the interest of bank rates and our documents.

                Respected Sir / Madam, i have an internet connection in my office since october 2012 from spidigo. the connectivity of internet connection was totally down since 29th December 2012. i have called to service department (call center like) they replied me that engineer will soon come to your office and solve the problem but till date no one has come and even when i demand direct cell no for their seniors they told me we can't give you seniors cell no or can't transfer the line to them. every time i call spidigo service center they gave me same reply...

                i am loosing my business opportunity, relation with my NRI customers as well and i can't concentrate to my day to day work.

                pls do some thing for me sir/madam...

                  I have made payment for a new connection of 1mbps unlimited plan for 15 months on 10/12/12, the company representative told me that the installation would be done in 3-4 days and the service will start working..but as on 2/1/2013, the connection has not been started and no installation is yet done...also they dont pick up my calls or dont even respond. Please help me out

                    Hello Sir,
                    From the Spidogo company I have take internet plan it name is "Revolution Biz " according that plan the company provide me 1mbps speed,
                    But I never get at least 970 kbs speed.
                    I have getting always a low speed like 800kbps,400kbps some times 115kbps pseed although they promise me that you should getting constant 1mbps speed but I have never getting constant speed.

                    I am always call them for speed support but no result they just told me that we do that but the do nothing.

                    So please let me know what should I do.

                      My id is akuravi with spidigo..Since they are not available on complain no [protected] as the number is always busy I could lodge my complain only sometimes if I try early morning or night.My 3 complaints were closed by them w/o attending.They are always promising action but no action is taken.I think there is some problem with the staff and officers who are not giving service purposefully due to some grievence with the management and the consumers are suffering.They have trained their call center staff for remaining non-committal as they all are giving false promises on behalf of the field staff.Iwould advise readers of this complain never to subscribe to their services for internet and at least not to renew subscription

                      Spidigo is just wrong name it's should name with "slow go” . Service peoples are just liar and third-class team… born tough working style!!! No seem to be any type of ethics nothing but opportunist …….
                      SIR,,
                      Tempted by their false promises,I subscribed to their Broadband services and just this month I paid full subscription for six months.for their POWER-REV3-512Kb/s -UL-7M .Cheq no 324669 dated 02 sep 2012 which they have encashed. Since that day
                      01. Daily Iam trying to contact them but their Complain no [protected] is always busy.
                      02.After successfully contacting them their engineers visited twice during last week and promised to rectify the fault but nothing is done and complaints are promptly closed in the late evening.
                      03.Their engineer Mr,Jha requested to SMS ME THE COMPLAIINT NO[protected] AND[protected] and the same was done Yesterday they closed the unaternded complain at 22.42 and told me that the fault has been repaired and I was not aware!!
                      I hpoe my problems will be attended by the company mail [protected]@gmail.com Mob-[protected]

                      By this forum I would request the Consumers to put up their complains

                        Hello Sir,

                        I had paid 10000/- Rs to Spidigo Internet broadband connection employee dated 28/08/2012 for installation of broadband service at my home.
                        But still there is no any response from this company and now he is not receiving my calls and ignoring me. Don't know what to do now.

                        Please help me to solve this problem.
                        take 2-3 people with you and sit at their office. i[censored] know police, take him with you.

                              I am facing network problem and they are not able to fully solve the problem. Their engineer visited 4 times. Changed antenna finally, but still the problem persists. Their engineers do not respond. Call center is most pathetic. Its not possible to reach out any responsible person. There are no appellate authority. Customer care do not generate any trouble ticket.

                              This problem is unsolved since more than 6 months.

                              I am fed up and want my refund but don't know whom to meet and how to get it.

                              Please help me from this cheater company.

                                myself stopped broadband services from spidigo due to bad service. since last three month. I applied for security deposit , my ticket no. is[protected] dt/- 5/4/12. but till date i cannot get refund. I contact customer care but I can n't get Proper response from the custmor care.. your executive told me that callback within few minutes from the concerned department but still nobody contact me. I contact your custmor care several times but each time I was get same answer.

                                  I am a User of Spidigo broadband services company which is based in Ahmadabad , since last four days I have no internet connectivity . I have been calling the support centre for last 3 days with only a response that we will send our service guy to get it done .My complaint number is[protected].

                                  The amount of agony that I have gone through is tremendous as lot of my work has got stranded , and the amount of nonchalance shown by the service centers just exemplifies how composed the company is with poor service . I would also not recommend anyone opting for spidigo services.

                                      i haven't got speed since i have got this connection after so many complain i have decided to close the connection but the spidigo company officer Mr. Dushyant patel not responding my phone. i have try him for 70 - 80 times but he is not responding and not ready to talk to me. i have tried on Mr. Dushyant Patel's Mobile [protected] but no reply so i think company is cheating with customer by wrong comitment

                                        First I will give you the brief details of the my self and the problems that I have faced. I want the assistance for this.

                                        My name is Nilay Shah, residing at 11, Vinil Park II, B.h Gurukul School, Isanpur, Ahmedabad,
                                        Since past 1 year i am using Internet of Spidigo Broadband and Internet Service. There were some problems during this period and I have booked several complaints regarding the same. While taking this service there executive told me that if you have any problem with the connection you have to book the complaint on the number that was provided to me and it will be rectified by 24 hours.

                                        Since last 1 month I am facing continuous internet connectivity problem, for the same reason I booked the complaint with Spidigo customer care department on 9th of March 2012, and from that day onward I used to call them on the daily basis and some times twice or trice in a day for the problem solution but the customer care department and the service department have never taken care of even calling me back.

                                        Yesterday i.e. on 14th I mailed them regarding the refund of the money. And from that day onwards they started calling me for the solution. But my problem is that I have already purchased another connection from Reliance Broadband and Now i am not ready to keep the Spidigo connection.

                                        Below mentioned few details of the complaints and the customer care executives.

                                        Complaint booked on 9th March 2012. Complaint ID was not provided. at about 10.30 AM
                                        Later called on the C.C. Number by 11.30 PM but they told that it is too late and the service cannot be restored today so some executive will come by tomorrow morning. Here I talked to Mr. Parshuram.

                                        On Saturday i.e. 10th march 2012 I Called again the C.C. number regarding the solution and he told me that the complaint is already booked and the problem will be solved by 24 hours. Here I called them at around 3.30 PM. No one turned around to solve the problem.
                                        Again I called to C.C. by 11.00 PM for the solution the same answer was given that it is too late and it cannot be solved today the service will be restored by tomorrow mornining

                                        On Sunday i.e 11th March 2012 once again called on the C.C. Number and Talked to Mr. Momin and he told me that it is sunday and thus the problem cannot be rectified today and so the problem will be solve before Monday 12.00 noon time.

                                        Once again I called the C.C. number on Monday 12th March 2012 at around 4.00 PM where i talked to Mr. Bhardwaj Yadav and he also told me that complaint is already booked for the same issue on 9th and the problem will be shorted out by today evening.

                                        On 13th Again I talked ot Mr. Momin regarding the issue of the internet and the same pre recorded tape was told to me that the problem will be solved by 24 hours. By this I was suffering a big financial loss due to the internet problem and Thus i booked a new internet connection of Reliance.

                                        On 14th i Talked to Mr. Bhardwaj Yadav, Mr. Momin, Mr Mehul, Mr. Vikas Chaturvedi and few other members of Spidigo. Now I was not interested in the internet of Spidigo and I just wanted that my money should be refunded. Mr. Vijas Chaturvedi told me that you just send me the email and I will do the rest. The money will be refunded to you in short time.

                                        Today on 15th When i talked to Mr. Vikas Chaturvedi he told me that it is not in his hands to refund the money so you just visit personally our office for the refund of the money.

                                        Today when I went to his office Mr. Aman Malhotra (One of the most rude person I have ever meet in my whole life told me that They dont have any rules of making the refund. I have booked a complaint with TRAI and want my money back

                                        Can you please guide me that what should I do to get the money back.

                                        Herewith I am very very in trouble science 11 Jun to still today to
                                        use net. I had personally come tn your unit at Pakwan nearest. But
                                        there is no satisfaction at all. I want to refund me back & stop my
                                        NET still 11/06/2013. As per talk with Mr. Bhawanisingh on 14/06/2013.

                                        to carried out today unto 6pm but its else in end still today. My ID.

                                        as my end as a HANDICAPPED person.
