I have purchased SpiDiGO Internet connection plan worth INR 4100. Their service is so poor & I am not able to stay connected to Internet for an hour long. Frequently getting disconnected. I have lost my 30000 RS business because for this issue. Now I have decided to close the plan & get the refund. They are not ready to pay it back nor giving proper service. Support team insist his customer to visit their head office personally to resolve the issue with refund, they are teasing their customer in all the way. Their service is below the limitation

    I amazing Spidigo customer from 2011 I have purchased one year internet package from spidigo now 3 days go away i am not able to use internet and Spidigo not resolve my issue and not responce properly.

      Detailed mail which was send to [protected]@spidigo.com on dt.16/08/2014, after that i called their customer care no at 16:54, i received a reply that we send a person to resolve my complaint, this type of answer i had getting from last three day but still my complaint is not resolve. Sir/ Madam, This is in reference to our complaint lodged with you on 13th Aug at 21:25. It is noted that has per our contract it is presume that the complaint should be shorted out within 48 Hrs, how ever it is over two days and the matter is not resolved. On checking the rectification status we are infect getting a text indicating that the complaint has been resolved when infect it is not so, please inform on what basis you are sending such a SMS. Please note that on trying to contact your Nodel officer Mr. Ashish on phone he is not responding to us/ attending our phone. However it may not be out of place to impress upon you the importance of the pending issue which if not resolved may lead to legal litigation from our side.       Still no one can has contact me or resolve the problem.
      My user ID is - nileshdoshi18. My net is not working since last seven - eight days. I made complaint for the same and given remainder daily but no result. Here customer care closed the complaint without solve. This problem I faced normally. Why they do like this? This time also my complaint was closed without solution but i called at customer care and they reopened the same. My complaint no. is[protected] which they closed on22/05/2015 and reopened with new no.[protected] on 23/05/2015. Today is 27/05/2015 means since last four days and totally seven - eight days complaint is not solve.
      Pl do the needfu;l so that I can get net connectivity at my home.

        i recently upgraded my internet wifi plan. but i dont get even half of the speed. and the speed is so less that internet hardly works and fluctuates. i called their complaint number 6 times in last 2 days but they dont do anything. the complaint is registered by telephone operators and they dont make the technician call back. really frustrated with the service. my plan is of 2mbps and look at the speed in the photoproof.
        SPiDiGO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        worst Internet service. not recommended.
        ticket no.[protected] havent got a call from them yet for more than 36 hours despite calling thrice for same complaint. also had to complain twice on the previous day, they said complain is resolved but nothing had happened.
        I have been raising complaints since past 20 days.

        My ID is sudhir.666 and have been literally harassed by the call centre agents by constantly not picking up the phone or worse, hanging up when I call them.

        Most people, whose number i have gathered post lot of hardship have either turned their phone off or just not picking up, again causing stress.

        I have paid for 15 month plan but the internet is not working since 20 days... will anyone compensate for this loss.

        It would be great if only someone gives a turn around time for the services to be active.

        Last two months I coll you're complain number. but not solve my complaint. Daily connection and low speed problems.

                    Dear Customer Care Team, I Abhijeet Singh have been using your Spidigo connection since last 2.5 years. I am living in Manipur, Bopal, Ahmedabad. My internet is not working since last 10 days and after repeated excuses my complaint was lodge with Spidigo Trouble Ticket Number[protected] on 03/08/2014. Since 03/08/2014 i have been calling spidigo help line customer care number repeatedly on continous basis but there has been no solution for this issue. Every time I call i get an excuse that engineer has been appointed namely Mr. Mitesh Patel and he will visit your house before 7 pm. Its been 6 days and even after repeated reminders and call i am not getting any solutions. Customer care department states we cannot do anything please stop calling us and they disconnect the line. Request you to revert to my complaint asap or else i will be forced to take legal actions. Whatever it is i need an update on this issue asap. Kindly revert.

                      A sales person from spidigo collected 9400/- cash on 15-july-2014 for a new connection and when engineers came to install device on the same day, they couldn't detect signal so they told us to apply for refund and we did too. They also told that refund will be done within a week but till today (25 Days) we haven't received refund and no one is responding or attending our queries and there's no authorize person's contacts are working. They are always getting busy or unavailable in the network. So where we could contact for our refund and when we will be able to get refund??? We are really frustrated with customer service of Spidigo.

                      I really don't know. Once a person picked up my call n told me your cheque is ready! but still today (almost after 1 month) We didn't get cheque...

                        My Spidigo Internet connection id dngoyal, it was stopped from last sturday. i was complaint to spidigo custmer care more then 20 times but nobody comes for attend it. My company paid six month advance (1 MBPS ) rental and customer care person told one sentence "complaine forward to technical team". As per communication with Rupal Solanki today they can't transfer call to any higher authorities to resolve complain you must have to visit at their office in person at S G Highway. I got connection since two month but it never work always problem with connectivity and it work sometime only during business hours but not during early morning or weekend where as company paid for work from home during said periods.

                            I have approached Spidigo broadband service for my office. As soon as I have contacted within a day your sales executive came and collected document and cash money Rs 6500 (2mb unlimited 6 months)and promised me that connection is feasible at this place and our broadband service will start within the 4th day.And off course I have submitted my document as per your company norms. they said router installed in max. 3, 4 days, after 3 days they just ignore us by delaying it or. not attend our phone calls.                               I have brought 80 Gb Plan. It was working fine before 2-3 months. but from the 2-3 months internet is sometime working ans some times not. we have already complained so many times but didnt get result yet. The customer care people told like tower has been collapsed. Still they are not giving us any other option.

                              Internet is frequently stop working. I had complain many times but not get final solutions.

                              Currently net is not working and not able to work my office work as it is critical.

                              I have used spidigo net from last 4 year and will not go further with spidigo internet if not fixed problem permanently.

                                We have a connection of Spidigo internet and we had already paid subscription of 15 months. It's been a week we have done the complaint but there is no response from that side. Everyday we were calling and they told us that our service person will come today. But since today no person has come and they didn't inform us no one will come today. We have to stay at home continuously. We can't go anywhere. It's too bad services.                                     I renewed my Spidigo account for 7 months of Rs.4999 on 18/7/2014.My receipt no. Is 14-15/ 7506...After the renewal from 19/7/14 there is no network connection till today 24/7/14...though I made several complains, no engineer was sent to my home till now...my first complaint ID of date 19/7/14 is[protected]...my problem is not solved yet so please take any action against this.From 19/7 till today I called customer care more than 30 calls n I talked to 'Aashka' and 'Divya' n they always say that my complain is been given to senior... And she gave me the names of 'pratik Patel' and 'yogesh Roni' .And then also till today I have no network connection n my prblm is not solved...so what is ur customer care doing...what is ur commitment for ur customers... Everytime same answer, person will come. what the hell this is? Start internet today otherwise refund my money and stop services. there are many players in market.                                       My net is not working since last friday (1st august). I had call the customer care and registered my complaint on friday but till sunday not a single call came from technical department nor any engineer came at home to resolve the issue. On monday they closed my complaint..i dont know on what basis... again i filed a complaint on monday(4rth august) but still no engineer has came. its been around a week.. and its been very frustrating now, i request you to send the engineeer without fail by wed morning(6th august) otherwise i will complaint to higher authority and legal srict actions will taken against spidigo

                                      I have called spidigo team around 150 times……….but no result comes out.

                                        I am having spidigo internet broadband connection and from past 3 months i am regularly facing connectivity issues.

                                        I have to made complaint to the spidigo call center which is been registered and resolved in extensive time. But after few hours the same issue will be arrive.

                                        I have so many times asked the people to provide me senior official nos. But they are not providing the same.

                                        I wish that you can take strict action against the same and oblige.
