I have just purchased a new broadband connection but I have never experienced the actual committed speed and raised multiple speed complains but none of them has been resolved but closed without any rectification. These are the ticket numbers which has given to me but none of them is resolved but closed:[protected] I just want to close the connection and want refund from them. My user Id - abdulrashid01 Mobile number - [protected] the promising speed and acceding to my purchased plan the speed 2mbps but i am having less than 1 mbps speed

    I paid to SPIDIGO broadband for 7 months - 2MBPS - 4 MBPS... They failed to provide promised speed for the costliest plan they have, I have all the mails and images saved with me that I can share here. I visited their office on 5th July 2014 and they promised that they will refund the amount in 1 week.. Bhawani - [protected] was the guy who promised me of getting the refund in one week. He gave me his number and told me to call him next Saturday. I am trying to call him since then but he received my call only once and then he switched it off. I mailed them on [protected]@spidigo.com & [protected]@spidigo.com but there was no reply for 12 mails I sent, and I then used my friend's email account and sent mail on same email for new connection and I received a call in few minutes from [protected] regarding new account creation. I am still trying to contact this Fraud company, but never got any update on that, and the customer care[protected] and all they had to ask me was to visit the company office to get refund. I see thousands of complaints against this company on all the customer forums. I don't think that they deserve to run a company and just be the easiest one to STEAL money from people and don't give a DAMN about that. I seek help from this site and looking for speedy resolution to my problem.

    I am planning to file a legal complaint against all directors. We will also inform media about this and make them publish in their newspaper. Its a very big scam and lakhs of consumers have lost their money. We cannot let them make us fool so easy.

        my user name is manishapatel. I had paid Rs 1650 for Router installation bt Still no one can come to install router. I had paid Rs on 8/7/2014 date. I hade complained 10 times on Customer care but no on one can give the answer perfact. i want to get back my Rs urgent.

              I bought this wifi connection almost a month back and from starting onwards they took 4000 as subscription amount with 500 installation and 500 security deposit included in 4000.Then on the day of installation they asked for 300/- extra charges as my router was personal and which i showed him at the very beginning of the plan.We talked him about that but he couldn't fix that till 4-5 days, then i got it done by myself working on the internet.After that there ping is not responding and gets disconnected very often and speed is also reduced to 1/3rd of 1Mbps plan.I have registered almost 5 complaints till now and every time the technical engineer comes and fixes it, it stops working in an hour or so.Even once i went to there office which is atleast 13kms from my house and there too one of his person told that he will get it fixed by tommorow but it hasn't till now.I don't know what the problem is because they don't clarify it.And i don't know when they can't provide service they are making us fool like they are making many others.I am just done with this connection and now i want all my money back paying them with only the data charges i have used till now with the less speed they have provided me with 300kbps.I have all the documents with me with all details about everyday usage and speed i got.Please note that my brother has registered with this service as UserID- yogeshagrawal and Phone no associated with it is [protected].

                spidigo id : ddharani since last Thursday, the net is not working.. even the LAN is not getting detected when directly connected to modem thru cable.. called at your so called "customer care" atleast 3 times daily, but have got the standard reply.. "engineer will be at your place by so and so time". the engineer name given to me is girish raval.. the engineer assigned to come over before this guy, dint even come and closed my complaint.. i had to shout at the representative when he said my complaint was closed. these people dont even check by calling back if their engineer did take the trouble to go to the customers place and see what the problem was. people had warned me about spidigo.. but after talking to their representative who came to my place to give me details (mr Dilip pandey), and this being the only internet service in my area, well, i had no options.. all i want to do now is to take these "service provider" to consumer court.

                worst ever dont spoil your money. We cant do anything. Customer help line is always busy. half of the time net not available.

                speed of internet is very slow

                speed of internet is very slow. I have plan of 512 kbps for day but speed is very slow.

                  Complain ticket no is:[protected] internet not working ). Every 2 day Internet is disconnected. Engineer come to resolved problem and next day Internet is not working. All service is totally worst. I want to back may advanced paid amount back. I am not satisfied with spidigo service. Every second day net is not working.

                    Spidigo Internet connection not running properly and company ignores the complaints. Bhavesh is the head department of Spidigo Ahmedabad, he is giving so many promises on phone but not giving permanent solution and very afraid to give reply of my couple of mails. His engineer also said issue from our side but then also he sent his engineer in our office to just display his work. Very very bad service with un-resposible staff. Really they proved India have GOD and spidigo running with them.

                      I have bought 2 Mbps Internet plan from Spidigo on 31st May 2014. With-in this two weeks we did not access Internet for 6 days. Means we only access 7 days internet till installed. Still our internet is not working my complain id is:[protected].
                      I this they make cusomter foolish because engineer visit your site and assign virtual ip for you internet then second day they removed virtaul ip. they play virtual ip game assign to 1st then remove form 1st and assign to 2nd customer.

                      As i said in complain assign vertual ip and resolved problem but lets see how many day its work. I do not understand once vertual ip assign how it will be disconnected.

                        I have Spidigo net connection speed 1 Mbps unlimited I had problem for net connection for that I had complaints for nearly 30 times. Even after changing my device I have problem with my connection. Today I have complaint on the morning my complaint no is[protected]. My complaint has been closed without solving my problem they not even call me for the same and I can not connect my net yet. Very hopeless company.

                          I have already paid for the net connection plan and i have too many problems regarding it like net is disconnected frequently and after calling them like 20-30 times they didn't respond to my complaint, they said an engineer is forwarded and will come to your place soon.Since 3 days they are saying this words.

                            I would like to file a complaint against Spidigo Broadband Service, Ahmedabad. I have tried many times but not given proper service and finlly without any furthure notification this company suspended my account and when I called them they told me that I will get refund soon by courier but it's been 2 months now and today they told me to visit company first then we will process your refund request(WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR)

                                i got my Spidigo broadband and Internet service 2days ago and since that very moment i have been facing issue regarding the connectivity. Whenever i logged in with username and password after every 15mins the internet connection gets terminated or disconnected automatically. This is not the reason i choose Spidigo and this not what i singed up for. This is unacceptable. please fix this issue. i can't waste anymore time and money on this. my work has been on hold since then. fix this As Soon As Possible.                                   I have broad band connection of SpiDiGo and i have paid advance money for the same. I am having problem in my broadband connection about which I have registered complained at SPIDIGO customer care many times and mailed them also about problem but they are not solving problem and I am unable to use my Internet even after paying them in advance. Details Of Complain: Dated On:10/05/2014 in Morning around 11.00 AM Today it's 13/05/2014 and time is 6.33 PM. Nobody has came even to look at the problem yet.

                                    I had renew my account on 22th April 2014, But my net is not working from the day of renewal. I had register complain on 28th April 2014, And complain is not solved yet. Customer care no is busy continuously in am try to call them since last 7 days. I had already lost of 11 days and yet not solved my problem. I had also mail my complain to them but no one respond from them.

                                    I am using Spidigo broad band. It's not working since 9/5/2014 so i have complained at its customer care on date 10/5/2014 in morning.
                                    Today it's 13/5/14 6.15 pm and my problem is not solved yet. Nobody is even came to check the issue yet.
                                    I have also called and mailed many times.

                                      Hello Sir, My self Hardik Shah, working as Software engineer. I've taken Spidigo Internet service in Ahmedabad. The sales person of Spidigo told me that Internet will never shutdown and if it shutdown it will be max for 2 hours in weekend. From last 10 days my Internet service down more than 5 times everyday, when I complaint about this to spidigo they just open ticket and when Internet start they closed ticket. Due to this i was suffer from 10000 of business loss. I would like to take refund from Spidigo for this poor service. Thanks, Hardik Shah

                                        I had recently subscribed to Spidigo Internet plan. My problem is that I have to laptop login compulsory though I have to use WiFi on my smart phone. Pls. let me know if there is any alternate option for not doing Login via Laptop and use the WiFi connection directly on smart phone. Waiting for your response.
