i purchased spidigo internete broadband services before five month and give full payment of 12 months, i had complaint again and again but there are no response from spidigo people. my connectivity is 100 Mbps but internet speed is very poor. there is no take any further action by spidigo people . what can i do for that? if i am not satisfied with spidigo internet services, i decided to take money back from tham , it is possible, now i dicided to go to any legal action for that.

poor internet

always my computer says no internet access.Spidigo connection is getting very poor.for complaint registration none of them pick up the phone.No service at all. Third class service. It is getting frustrated now.

    spidigo ka net lene ke bad jab bhi net start karo disconnetct or jo speed ka comminement hai vo bhi nahi dete so i complain to compnay hr .for disconeet conection and give my money back so he sy no compnay give reatrun and .they r froud with custmer pls u check and srvy for company .and pls help me i purchase 128 revolustion but they give me below 100 speed so forund company all r ford i attach the attachment for that i have it its large so i cant attach so pls do it

      BEFORE THE COMPANY SOLD ME THE PRODUCT OF BROAD BAND CONNECTION, THEIR SALES MAN MR.MAHUL THAKKAR PROVIDED A FALSE INFORMATION THAT WIRELESS CONEECTION IS POSSIBLE THROUGH MY EXISTING ROUTER (WAS ALREADY IN USED FOR MY BSNL BROAD BAND CONECTION)

      BECAUSE OF HIS CONFIRMATION, I GOT DISCONNECTED MY BSNL CONNECTION AND PURCHASED SPIDIGO BROAD BAND CONNECTION FOR ONE YEAR - 16 GB , PAYING RS.4000/-

      NOW THEIR ENGINEER REFUSED TO PROVIDE WIRELESS CONNECTION, THROUGH MY EXISTING ROUTER AND EVEN REFUSED TO GIVE ANY THING IN WRITTING THAT WIRELESS CONNECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE WITH MY EXISTING ROUTER.

      THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE CASE FALSE INFORMATION TO CUSTOMER, JUST TO SALE THEIR PRODUCT.

      I am fully agree with you. I also agree with that. Because in my case during demo they tried and said that it is possible to use BSNL router. But once I paid them, now their engineer is not configuring and now sales person is giving false commitments.

        i have complaint 10 to 12 times regarding issues of low speed at night hours and sometimes lack of connectivity.
        When ever i complaint to them all they do is call back and tel me the complaint is resolved.
        I am fed up with their services and have also seen similar complaints in this forum. We (all the harrased customers of SPIDIGO Broadband services) are requesting you to help us out or atleast show us a better way so that we can teach this fraudulent company a lesson

          I have taken internet connection in Dec-2009 and again renew in june-2010 but after renewal i can not get internet speed more than 128kbps event hough my plan is 256kbps in day and 512kbps in night. After logging lots of compliant i am not able to get proper speed or connectivity, every 10 minutes the connection was down and their engineer has only one reply it will be done after few minutes or network is busy please try after some time. It is very hattick with Spidigo- Chandra net-Ahmedabad. I am not re-commanded to any one and request to spidigo please taken back your devices and REFUNDED the amount.

              I AM MUSEF SHAIKH. MY SPIDIGO ID IS MUSEF1986.ON 25 AUG 2010 I TAKE THE CONNECTON. I RESIDING NEAR TO VEJALPUR.

              FOR FIRST 3 DAYS THEY PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE. BUT AFTER THE 3 DAYS I AM FACING SO MANY PROBLEM FORM THEM. THE DISTANCE OF MY HOME AND NETWORK TOWER OR CALCITE IS JUST 100 METERS IF I AM THAT MUCH CLOSER TO CALCITE WHATS ABOUT OTHER IF THEY HAVE CONNECTION AND IF THEY ARE LIVING FAR FROM CALCITE.

              I CALL IN CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN 20 TIMES WITHIN 1 WEEK. I TALK WITH SO MANY EXECUTIVE AND SOME TIME RERCOR THE CALL ALSO THEY AR TAKING MY COMPLAINTS OR REQUEST FOR SENDING THE TECHNICIAN AT HOME BUT THEY ARE NOT REACHING MY HOME I DON'T KNOW WHY.

              I WORD WITH INBOUND TEAM LEADER 1. MR.PIYUSH. 2. MR. JHALA. THEY BOTH GIVE ME THE ASSURANCE OUR TECHNICIAN WILL COMER AT YOUR HOME WITH FEW HOURS BUT MORE THAN 2 DAYS PAST I DON'T SEE THE FACE OF TECHNICIAN.

              I RECEIVE CALL FROM OUTBOUND BY MR.RAMESH HE IS TECHNICIAN. HE TOLD ME YOU WILL FACED THIS PROBLEM FOR 2 DAYS. BUT ITS MORE THAN 2 DAYS WAS OVER AND STILL I AM FACING PROBLEM.

              BUT YES ONE DAY ONE TECHNICIAN COME AT MY PLACE WHOSE NAME IS JIGNESH AND HE IS THE TEAM LEADER ON TECHNICIAN DEPARTMENT
              HE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM FOR 6 HOURS AFTER THE 6 HOURS MY PROBLEM REMAIN SAME.

              BUT STILL PROBLEM IS REMAIN SAME. SO NOW YOU GET THE SMALL IDEA ABOUT SPIDIGO HOW THEY ARE PROVIDE SERVICE AND HOW THEY ARE TREATED WITH CUSTOMER.

              hello,
              My name is jaydatt desai. I was using internet service of spidigo.
              when i have taken their connection they prommissed me that they will provide me Unlimited 512 kbps a month with the required money, but i havent got this speed any time, and after a month i am not able to load a single web page and when i complained them they told me that their technical person will come and solve my problem but he never came and they call 3-4 times a month to renew plan but not provide any service. In short they only want money for free.
              And i think their motto is "People are fool they will give you money without any service and without any facility".
              We can describe their service in one word - Pathetic.

              I have been their customer for past 4 years. Initially their service was good, but for last one year their service quality has gone bad to worse. In last couple of months I have suffered a lot with their service. In every 2-3 days internet connection stops working. I lodge complaint, every time their so called technician comes and correct the error, but after 2-3 days o[censored]se again the same problem crops up. In spite of so many reminders they have failed to provide permanent solution.

              Please help me resolve this problem.
              I am not able to receive any service from spidigo since almost a month also several times I have filed a complaint but no action has been taken so far. It's now been too long no phone calls are been answered.
              I want you to take action as soon as possible

                Spidigo Management @ their so called corporate head office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad has got worst management team. Especially Nakul and Bhavani are the worst.
                They keep promising that job will be done tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes.
                They just want to take the money and never give the service they provide.

                I will also be complaining to appropriate Governing Departments and will make sure this two Frauds are out of the company.

                Hope the owner of Spidigo also reads this so that they can know what is going on in their Head Office.

                Their Customer Service is Wort they promise it will be solved tommrow, but that never comes. And Speed is Secondry issue first connection should work Properly. I need My Refund or an Appropriate Answer from Authorized person. Worst Customer Service Ever.

                Its has been observered that we are struggling to get spidigo service.


                The entire year have been a worst experience with Spedigo people.

                I am also one of the victims of Speedigo Service. Their organisation structure and complaint handling team is very poor. Once u say that you want to activate or open new account, their sales representative will come to you by calling you so many times and he will come to receive money at any time, but once you pay the amount then forget about the feedback or any call from Speedigo team atleast 10 days after payment, worst than govt agencies. After that they dnt even bother to pick the call or even reply to the customer about the exact time, u just keep on calling them and cursing yourself that why i choose Speedigo ????
                only if there was rating in minus, i'd give them minus rating. I have filed 10 complaints in a month and only once their engineer comes [who by the way has the world class attitude and arrogance, does not respond to client query] and solves the problem for time being and in next hour of solving the complaint, the problem starts again. They took the 100% money and just flew away to never come back and solve the problem. their service is not worth a penny. would never recommend to anyone. regretting for taking up the connection.

                  Hello All

                  The service disconnects any time. I spoke to the service guy in confidential and he confessed that the problem is at Spidigo. I am writing to TRAI to cancel Spidigo's license and make them pay the penalty for mis selling the service. They do not have the capability to provide a quality service.

                  Spidigo know that they provide terrible service, so they demand money in advance. I hope the director and owner suffers the total of all the sufferings they have caused to all the unfortunate subscribers of their services.

                  Please advise on what else can be done to get Spidigo punished for the cheating they are doing.

                  By the way, Spidigo is the worst internet service provider I have ever had to deal with.

                    My name is Dishant and my user id is dishantmehta.

                    I have opted one year plan paying Rs. 4800/- annual subscription 3 months ago.

                    Since the activation is started, till today i feel that i have paid the amount for
                    NON-CONNECTIVITY rather then enjoying facility.

                    Often your connection gets down under various reason.

                    For example, yr wifi tower is just opposite of my building, but due to no power in that building, it remains disconnected.

                    Another reason of disconnection or not working is water passing thru your CAT RJ-45 net cable. Even after water proofing done by your engineers, water comes thru the cable and you adopter not working and that's why internet remains shut down.

                    I am using internet more then 8 years and handling system and networking in my office.
                    I have experienced almost all the net service provider, but the service is which SPIDIGO is providing is the WORSE ONE.

                    I also feel that the technology which SPIDIGO has using is not competent with our market if such problems persists.

                    In the nutshell, i am totally dissatisfied with the such connection ( SPIDIGO ) as i want to use uninterrupted facility,

                    So, considering all the matters, I want my money back, even on the proportionate basis.

                    Awaited you quick action and refund money.

                    I m using SPIDIGO broadband service from last 4 months. I m tired by giving complain. I have paid 6 months rent in advance. so they never listen our complain only give us complain number.

                    Never go for SPIDIGO net connection even if they provide you FREE connection.

                    I have suffer too much loss of money due to irregular connectivity of spidigo.

                    please anybody suggest me how can refund my money. if not possible then i think that i have given it to bagger.

                    Net broadband connection — Non Working of net

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am a Medical Specialist working at Shivpuri.I have two net connections.
                    My connection located at new block shivpuri (406020)is not working since last 13 days. I made complaint against this to Shivpuri office.Second time I myself talked Mr. Achal Officer I/c about the problem.He promised to lookafter this problem.
                    Now he is neither available at his office nor he is lifting his mobile no.

                      this is hiren thakkar. and i have complained for SPIDI GO internet connection. i am customer of spidigo since last 3 yrs. and they are now making me fool. they say my account expires on[protected]. which is infact expiring on[protected]. and by this way they have stopped my internet connection. what the people of this company understand themselves ? are the customers fool or they are oversmart ??? i think they can only understand the legal language by sending them A LEGAL NOTICE.

                        -I was doing application for the shifting at lease 12 days ago but still i'm not getting the shifting to my new location

                        - I'm done at least 10 call per day but customer care people say me that just wait for five to ten min for the replay from us at telephone but till today i'm not getting the any call from him

                        -I'm also giving my new number to him but they are not updating database. and they say me that we are call you on old number. but when ever i call to customer care i say my new number every time.

                            I HAVE TAKEN THE SPIDIGO INTERNET ON 4th FEBRUARY.MY PLAN IS OF 512kbps AT DAY AND 1mbps AT NIGHT.DURING THEIR INSTALLATION THEY HAVE SAID THAT THEY DON'T CHARGED IF THERE IS CHANGE IN ADDRESS NOW AFTER FOUR MONTH O[censored]SAGE I HAVE TO SHIFT MY HOME AND SO THE INTERNET.NOW THEY HAVE CHANGE THEIR PLAN AND EVEN NOT INFORMED US AND NOW CHARGING Rs 500 FOR SHIFTING WORK.FOR ONE MONTH THEY BEHAVE AS THEY ARE GIVING THE INTERNET AS FREE USAGE AND STOP MY SERVICE AND THEIR SALES PERSON EVEN NOT ANSWERING MY CALL.ONCE THEY DEMAND WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR IT AND I HAVE SUBMITTED ALSO BUT TILL DATE THEY ARE SAME.PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS KIND OF ROAD SIDE'S COMPANY'S INTERNET.

                              Dear Sir/Madam
                              We have bought internet connection service form one month-unlimited plan on Nov 17. Cheque for conection given on 17-Nov (no 104264 from Central Bank of India, St xavier's school road branch) of Rs 1850 inclusive all.
                              They installed connection on 20th Nov evening @ 4 to 5 pm. Immediately after installation we found connectivity is breaking frequently. We called support person and other heads who involve in selling above to us and reported this. We are international testing center where we can not afford breaking or disruptting internet connection and was clearly informed to them. Since then no one turn up for next 3 days. And we were left nothing but a refund. We submitted hand written application at mr Umang Modi's office (they did not accept) we sent email to [protected]@spidigo.com;umang.[protected]@spidigo.com on 3-Dec-2009 also called Mr Devand Patel (Teritory Sales Manager) [protected], Vijay singh [protected], Mr chirag [protected] for refund.

                              We were told to receive our amount back which was paid in good faith and trust of good internet connection is still not received by us after more than 6months of request.

                              i have also taken a plan for 6 months and they will calculate 6month as a 180 days
                              but actually in the monthly postpaid scheme it will take 185 days for same
                              so they have done fraud with everyone who has taken 6 month plan

                              Spidigo — Internet not connecting.

                              My username is - MLnasra I have been complaining since 3 days but there is no response from the Spidigo customer care service. I want to discontinue my Spidigo internet connection due to the horrible service.

                                I selected spidigo as my broadband with the words of Mr.Alkesh Gondaliya .Mr.ALkesh Gondlia is the Area sales manager in ahmedabad region of Spidigo broadband.Before 6th month Spidigo is new in ahmedabad and they are providing wireless broadband Services .I do not have much trust on spidigo because they are new in ahmedabad but Mr.Alkesh said that we are here to provide best services and if you will not satisfied with spidigo then you can just give me a call we will give you refund for remaining months and if spidigo will not provide refund in any case i will refund you.

                                then I select plan of 512 KBPS in day time and after 8'o clock 1 mbps speed.I paid 6 months money to gather.But i am facing problem in speed by first day and i am getting speed of near about 200 kbps only and my connection was disconnected 3-4 times a day,i complained in spidigo customer care department and Mr.Alkesh 15-20 times in first four month and their service engineer visit my office 20-25 times in first 4 months but they were unable to find the problem.finally Mr.Kalu (service engineer ) from spidigo find that focus of dish is not proper and he make changes in focus and we get enough speed.

                                Then i am trying to contact Mr.Alkesh for extension of my plan because out of 6 months i am not getting proper broadband connection for 4 months but there is no response from Mr.Alkesh and customer support team.Mr.Alkesh is not receiving phone call from our side.

                                Now i tried to contact Mr.Pinkesh who is the head of renewal in ahmedabad region.He understand my case and assure me for extension but now he is also not receiving any phone call.Mr.dushyant patel who is also head of renewal department he is also not receiving a phone call.

                                The thing is that they are not at all interested to receive a phone call and i want to complaint against them for false commitment and case of fraud . Spidigo is the fraud company all the sales and renewal person in this company are master in lying and giving wrong commitment and to cheat the customer and make fraud.

                                I had given a cheque of Rs. 3500/- in favour of Spidigo for a broadband connection and their executive Mr. Shailesh told us that it will installed by Monday. But nothing has been done till date nothing has been done.
                                Mr Suresh and Mr Shaikh has told me that it will installed by 22nd but again nobody connected even after 8 days. what should i do?
                                The same thing happen with me..

                                I have purchased 6 months plan in October it expires in February 28.

                                But they have suspended my Account on January 8th. When i call to customer care no one answering properly all are says my senior will contact you.. But Till date i am waiting for their call. My Internet is currently not working. Their Service is poor and customer care you can think (:

                                Since m new to Ahmedabad, so i dint know which company to go for my internet connection. Somebody told me about spidigo i thought lets go for it. I wanted the maximum speed u could provide ( i gave u how much ever money u asked me for that). Here starts the worst experiance of my life..first of all u people don't have any kind respect for anybody's time...the guy who were supposed to come for installation...kept calling me saying..m coming..m coming (i left my very important work to stayed bk at home)...and u wont believe, the guy went home..taking rest nicely..m bloody waiting for him..ok next day finally he came after complaining three times (thank god).
                                I have one question...how much speed you expect??? i[censored] hv got a 2mbps plan with only one connection...i cant even open my mails( are you freaking kidding me!!!)...sometimes not even your homepage..lol.2MBPS SPEED (on papers).
                                Here start next chapter...i camplained about the same...boy told me somebody will call you..again i kept waiting for the call..no body calls up..hahaha..instead i get a mail saying...ur complaint has been resolved...OMG !! These people are genious!!
                                But wen i tried to log in..same story again
                                So i hv just called up again..lady said somebody will call me..m waiting...moreover wen i tried to contact the guy who helped me in getting the connection ( the guy who made a fool of me) never picks up the phone ...it makes me realize that perhaps that is why u take all the money at once so that u keep cheating on us..and we become helpless..i did a mistake..but that doesn't stop me from going to consumer court

                                i have 4mbps plan and they are giving me 10kbps plan, after complaining there is no effect on service!

                                  I agree with you, i have same Problem, & Cant get upload speed, I have called them 20 times but i cant get satiesfied answer, they have told, If you are not satiesfied then we will refund your paid Full Amount But now they are telling we will charge Installation fees-500 Rs, & 1.5 month's rental, where i have used only 20 Days after 20 days i am complaining daily & they comes, wasting full day in solving problem, but Finally they can't, Cause of their iliterate Technitions & Any of technical fault, They can't success to on My internet connection, & I waste my full office day, After many try they told "we can't provide you Internet connection" So i lose my old Tata's Connection & They are also not providing me service. & They are not refunding me Paid Amount... SPIDIGO is the fraudest company in Ahmedabad, No one should trust them, they are making fool of Ahmedabadi. I have claimed to company & expacting my Business loss cause of their technincal Fault of Rs 22, 000 Rs, & Also i will case on them for my 3500 Rs, No one should forget their paid amount, fight with the company & get your amount Back, Call for fight with Spidigo :[protected]

                                  It is totally wrong man. Spidigo Best Service in India. Best speed no problem at all
                                  The people who provides positive feedback are paid reviewers I suppose. I paid one and half month back. And it has been down for 22 days. So, eventually, your uptime is less than 40%. I encourage people to suit them and get your money back.

                                    this is my 3rd and last mail Spidigo
                                    there is no any response from your side and thereafter i do some legal step by my advocate and doing claim to your company for my business loss.

                                    For Last 13th January i am facing difficulty in your service. The net is not permanent working.

                                    As per my face to face talk with Mr. Sunny Avasthi (Head of Ahmedabad Branch)he said to me try for 1 to 3 days i am solve your problem.

                                    But there is no permanent solution for me, the net is after half of the day is disconnect. yet this problem is not solve.

                                    so finally i m taking decision i do not want this Service From your company. please give me back my money.

                                      This is Deepak Sharma. I have the compliant against Spidigo internet service provider.
                                      From the starting when I started the Spidigo Internet service I am not getting the sufficient downloading and surfing speed. I called up the customer care many times they send the technician and he is doing something in my PC and gone. Company telling that in day time you will the speed up to 256kbps and in the night u will get the 512kbps. But in the night I m getting the speed around 100-150kbps. If the Spidigo company will not take my complaint seriously then I will complaint against the company to the Consumer court. I want the result...

                                        resp sir.
                                        I apply for internet service of spidigo internet & broadband service on[protected].I subscribe threw cheque no.773820 of SBI rs.1750 for six month package.after 35 days my bullet & patch was stollen from tarace i regestered FIR for that in police station.my 2nd bullate & patch was stollen within 2 days of instolation.
                                        Because of this type of harracement i want to disconnect my connection & want to refund my surplus amount.
                                        I given application at local branch in ahmedabad address is.401,parshwa tower,near pakwan 2, S.G.Highway,Bodakdev,Ahmedabad.
                                        I go to consumer protection forum against company after 10 days of my written notice as per rules of CPA.
