I have taken Spidigo Broadbabd Connection on August 20, 2014 and till September 01, 2014 (within 10 days) there are many time i have to face No Internet Access and My Spidigo Internet is down since September 01, 2014. I tried Spidigo land line No.[protected] minimum 50 times and every time the recorded busy message was heard. I had also tried to call Mr. Adit [protected], Gaurav Gajjar [protected], Om Prakash Mishra [protected] all had many time not taken my call and when taken they said we have forwarded your complaint and it will be resolved. But all have shown their inability to provide service such a worst services I have seen in my life. On September 02, 2014 evening Two Technician Come at my office said that cable in our office and in our complex are OK but problem is from somewhere else and they left. Same day visited Spidigo office located at Judges Bungalow road 6 p.m. and met the concerned person in theiroffice . I was promised action by September 3, 2014 morning on that day and i have also put condition that if on September 3, 2014 morning you have not resolve the problem then I will disconnect it. However till September 3, 2014 Evening the problem is not resolved. So on that evening I had again visited Spidigo office located at Judges Bungalow road 5 p.m. and met the Chief person in their office. and I have told him to disconnect my connection from September 01, 2014 from which my connection was dead. He had told me that I had disconnected your connection and from September 3, 2014 within 15 Days you got the refund of money. I had asked to provide me the proof of disconnection of my services and they said there is no such proof required becuase he have online make disconnection of your services. But on September 7, 2014 i got call from Spedigo Customer Care that your internet connection is now working eventhough on September 3, 2014 I have assured that my internet connection is disconnected. So I request you to look in to the matter and provide me the refund of my money and take suitable action against these company so that no one dare to cheat anyone. I have use 10 days of service from August 20, 2014 to August 30, 2014 after paying advance money Rs.6550.How long Spidigo will continue this attitude of cheating the customers?The matter should be brought to the notice of Government officials toseek suitable remuneration for the aggrieved customers.
