At my home internet is down from last 4 days and every time i do a call at customer care they say engineer will come before 7 and resolve the problem but since last 4 days no body has come even to check the problem. My ticket no is[protected] and it was logged on 9th September. If it is 1-2 days then it is ok but its almost 4 days. Please help me to solve the issue.

    More than 8 month i have used Spidigo it works well. but when i got trouble in rain. people just disappear. I have called in customer care more than 10 times in last 10 days. I have talked with manager/customer care. I have exchanges mail to support as well. everytime they told technical person will come to your home. but main thing nobody came in last 10 days. Today after 10 days i called again to Customer care. and they just speaks like ROBOT like "person will come to you soon. person will come to you soon, " Hope, here my complain will be resolved soon.

      I not able to use internet from last 5 days I have already place complaint but still not working, your engineer (MR Pankaj Vaghela) already visit at my place but he is not able to do any thing he just visit at my place and run away don't know what's the issue.         I am using SPiDiGO internet connection since last 10 months or more than that. Earlier it was good and working fine. Since last 2-3 months its creating lots of issues. And to resolve the issues, when we call to their customer care, it took atleast 10 attempts first to pickup the call. And once they pickup the call, they registered your complain. Most of the time internet will be up and running in 1 day after your registered complain and it works ok for 1-2 days and again it went down. Again i have to raise complain and same thing happens. When we start complaining again and again, they send their engineer to look into issue, and the solution they provide are temparory or depending on someone. Like if your neighbour using same internet connection will make the power on for internet whole day, your internet will work. Thats quite rubbish to here, as we have to depend on someone to use internet. I am filing complaint today, because i got really tired this time, my internet was down since Sunday - 6th Sept and i filed complaint on 7th Sept and they told me, engineer will be there too visit your place. Today is end of 11th Sept and still no one visited my place, i have called twice after monday, when i have registered my complaint and the answers were like, we will give reminder to our engineers and we will make your complaint in priority and bla bla... but still no solution. I would not recommended to use this at all and hope after this complaint, my issue will resolve soon.

          my user id is DYBHATT There is a constant speed problem with my connection. I have a plan of 512kbps unlimited. I should be getting speed of at least 50 Kbps. But I am getting speed of 8-10 Kbps. I requested the engineer's visit on 28/08/2014 & according to the service policy he should have visited me within 48 hours but He visited me after a week on 04/09/2014. The solution worked till 06/09/2014 but since 07/09/2014 I have to call everyday to solve the same issue they only provide temporary solution that works for few hours & I have to call them back. The Complain department executives are least apologetic & talks to me in a rude manner The Service department Engineers are either unwilling OR incapable to give any long-term solution. I have mailed them complaining about the same issue 3 days back & I am yet to receive any revert. PROOF: Ping check screen-shots which shows series of request of Request Timed Out.or Reply with HIGH latency Request timed out is a proof o[censored]nstable connection. A stable connection should always get a reply from ping checks & that too with low latency

            My Internet service found dead from last 10 days. I submitted complaint to customer care but there is no response from company. Every day I have been calling customer care and every day they are replying that engineer will be visiting your house. Still nobody visited my home and nobody called me. Customer care of Spidigo: It is worst. Horrible support. Call will be joined after several attempts like around 200 times. Every time phone found busy. After connecting they will reply stereo type answers. Most hopeless customer care. Worst service found from Spidigo. I also tried to call Mr.Riaz Mirza who is working as collecting manager in Spidigo but he never picked up my phone. I think Spidigo is worst broadband provider company in Ahmedabad. I am going to terminate my account from Spidigo now onwards because there are lots of other options are available in market. As per my opinion, Spidigo is most hopeless broadband provider company in Gujarat.

              Since 3 days ago registered a complain about 10KBPS speed, got a revert and still the problem persisted. Therefore he conveyed he will be sending an engineer. It's almost 3 days. The they automatically closed the trouble ticket no. Without informing. Furthermore, will renew of the connection for a year, A guy name CHINTAN gave assurance that for any problem, direct contact him. But he doesn't pick up the phone. If the same persist I will file an consumer forum complaint. Hope corrective steps will be take to redress the situation. Regards Ankit Kikani

                My User Id is: nikitaoswal. I have taken Spidigo Broadbabd Connection on August 20, 2014 and till September 01, 2014 (within 10 days) there are many time i have to face No Internet Access and My Spidigo Internet is down since September 01, 2014. I tried Spidigo land line No.[protected] minimum 50 times and every time the recorded busy message was heard. I had also tried to call Mr. Adit [protected], Gaurav Gajjar [protected], Om Prakash Mishra [protected] all had many time not taken my call and when taken they said we have forwarded your complaint and it will be resolved. But all have shown their inability to provide service such a worst services I have seen in my life. On September 02, 2014 evening Two Technician Come at my office said that cable in our office and in our complex are OK but problem is from somewhere else and they left. Same day visited Spidigo office located at Judges Bungalow road 6 p.m. and met the concerned person in theiroffice . I was promised action by September 3, 2014 morning on that day and i have also put condition that if on September 3, 2014 morning you have not resolve the problem then I will disconnect it. However till September 3, 2014 Evening the problem is not resolved. So on that evening I had again visited Spidigo office located at Judges Bungalow road 5 p.m. and met the Chief person in their office. and I have told him to disconnect my connection from September 01, 2014 from which my connection was dead. He had told me that I had disconnected your connection and from September 3, 2014 within 15 Days you got the refund of money. I had asked to provide me the proof of disconnection of my services and they said there is no such proof required becuase he have online make disconnection of your services. But on September 7, 2014 i got call from Spedigo Customer Care that your internet connection is now working eventhough on September 3, 2014 I have assured that my internet connection is disconnected. So I request you to look in to the matter and provide me the refund of my money and take suitable action against these company so that no one dare to cheat anyone. I have use 10 days of service from August 20, 2014 to August 30, 2014 after paying advance money Rs.6550.How long Spidigo will continue this attitude of cheating the customers?The matter should be brought to the notice of Government officials toseek suitable remuneration for the aggrieved customers.

                  Subject : WORST SERVICES NEED REFUND Dear, We have taken the connection from your company (spidigo) for last 4 months. My customer ID is menpalsingh, a resident of IOC Road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. Since from the starting when we had connections, it is not at all working properly. We thought it is somehow a temporary issue, we called your customer center (at[protected], but we were not able to contact the same for 4-5 days. And at last they gave positive response that our connection will be OK in 1-2 days. But there was no response for 2-3 weeks. Meanwhile I tried contacting - 1.Mr. Vipul @ [protected], 2.Mr. Jitendra a service guy @ [protected] 3.Mr. Dushyan @ [protected] But I didn't got any positive response from these responsible person from the spidigo company. And they told me there is shortage of equipment which was faulty. At last I went to your Office near Pakwan and myself exchanged the equipment with other used equipment which was faulty and waited for a week for your people to come and install the equipment, after a strong followup of 7-8 days your person came and installed it again. But still it was not working and your person said it will start within a day by office. I thought it was the end of the problems, but again the connections were not available. I dont know what was going on. "IT IS A MATTER OF SHAME FOR A SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANY" (It is the complete wastage of 2 months.) After that every time we use to loose connections frequently. But I was not in situation to repeat the process as I am a working employee so have much work to do. Now I am again calling above people for last week but again I cannot connect them and now I am not going to repeat the process. I would like SPIDIGO to wind up my connections and give refund.                     My spidigo internet Id is kaushik1968. Registered Mobile No. :-[protected]. In my tower there are 3 or many spidigo connection but all spidigo connection are working fine except my spidigo connection.and the spidigo engineer says that there is a problem from spidigo.if there is a spidigo probelm then why other are works fine. Each and every week I get loss in my connection and several other issues.so aim asking it for refund due to lack of service and I'm proper connection.

                      Support Ticket No:[protected], lodged 2nd sep, 14. After that I tried to contact the office many a times. Every call ends with a promise that it will be rectified by the very day itself but alas, all wait goes in vain. They are too busy in not giving any support to the loyal customers. Once we pay for their service, they make us a puppet of their wish. Buy plans from them at your own risk. You are sure to get a top notch pathetic service.

                        My Spidigo Internet is down since September 01, 2014. I tried Spidigo land line No.[protected] minimum 50 times and every time the recorded busy message was heard. On Sept 03, I visited Spidigo office located at Judges Bungalow road around 2pm and met the concerned person in their office. I was promised action by 5pm on that day. However, till now it has not been repaired. This is the third time my Spidigo net is going down. On previous two occasions, the time taken was 5-7 days for repair. Having given six months subscription I am unable to go for another agent's connection. How long Spidigo will continue this attitude of cheating the customers? The matter should be brought to the notice of Government officials to seek suitable remuneration for the aggrieved customers.

                          nternet is not working last 3hour and most of the time there customer care no is coming busy. They claim 24 hrs service where in after 8 PM you will always get busy tone and they keep the receiver away till morning 10. By luck if incase phone gets connected they will give you the name of engineer who will be calling you and will come to your place to check but it never happens. 3 times i am been given the engineer name and nothing further has happened. After trying to call for 100 times i didnot get u and my net still not working Mukesh_67

                          I have been complaining for speed since the time I have bought connection

                          From last 48 hours, I am calling them almost every 12 hours and everytime they are committing to send an engineer but no luck


                          Are we paying for this kind of services?

                            I am using Spidigo internet since 7-8 months. But, from the connection I have not received good internet speed and also many times I am losing connetion for almost 10-15 days in month. Also, when I am complaining to spidigo they have not provide me any services. My mobile bill has gone over my internet charges. Also my login page is not getting open since last one week and I have already registered the complain in spidigo. But, they have not attented my complain till date. So, I want to discontinue this connection if such type of services provided and my advance money should be refunded to me. My user id: dhavalpatel28

                              I have been using spidigo for my office since last year. The connection stopped working on 28nd august 2014. We launched complain on 28nd and still are waiting for that to get resolved. We followed up 6 times but still not get any responce. i suggest newly customer please don't purchase spidigo broadband.

                                I have been using spidigo for my office since last year. The connection stopped working on 22nd august 2014. We launched complain on 22nd and still are waiting for that to get resolved. We followed up 6 times and finally I asked them to cancel my services and give me refund. They told me that they wont be refunding money since they dont have any refund policy . Because of lack of internet connection, My company has had huge losses in terms business and CTC to company. The response I got from them is pathetic. I officially launch complain for the same and request consumer forum to look into the matter as this is my last resort.

                                  We have 1 Mbps connection eventhough we never receiving speed. Our family feels lucky we get connected. Company should be strictly punished by legal way. Please advise who is regulatory authority for complain. Is is trai ? Otherwise I am also finding the way to make case under section 420.

                                  I have purchased internet connection from Spidigo...
                                  I have already paid in advance for whole year...now no connection...it's not working...I repeat its not slow it's not working only...the staff sitting in call centre have only one answer "technical staff will take care of it" or"our engineer will visit you place" and they don't come...
                                  On top of that they close every complaint next day itself ...but same issue...no internet

                                  My Customer ID is "Timirpatel" .I am facing problem in internet speed. I was on plan of 2MBPS, Today Morning I have upgraded my Plan to 4MBPS. I am attaching the screenshot here. I am getting 0.15MBPS instead of 4MBPS (18000 Plan). Every Morning i have to registrar my complain about speed issue. Please look forward this mail & Solve my problem. I want Actual speed what i have paid for. Please look screenshot & do the needful ASAP.

                                      I have paid Rs. 7300 to SPIDIGO for one year Internet plan around one and half month ago. During hardware installation technical team said that there may be signal problem in future so could not be installed. i wait for 15 days but money not refunded. After continuous follow up with contact person ( Mr. DILIP - [protected]and Mr. MURALI- [protected] ) they started ignoring. Mr.Dilip misbehaved with me and later on said this is my way of working and do whatever you want to do. Sir what is this, before any service, company executive is very good in follow up and behaving very well, but as soon as money is credited to company account their behaviour has changed. Before customer is like a GOD but after money transferred to them their way of dealing with customer changes. This the company which is having worst team of engineer in-respect to dealing with customer after money credited to their account. No proper response expected from them after their product sold.

                                        I have 2 spidigo connection and no connectivity since last 15 days. I Have registered the complain regualrly since last 10 days but not a single reply and any action from the service provider. It is request to do needful to close the cheating to public from the service provider(Spidigo Broadband) An early action is requested
