[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card — No response on the Complaints about Reward Points | |
Dear Sir, I am a customer of Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Since last 10 years. I was offered a upgrade facility to Manhattan card in Nov 2008, which I opted by aggring one time payment. Based on my past transactions in past, I had about 4600+ reward points which was asked to redeem within 35 days. Which I tried on number of occasion. Whenever I used to call Standard Chartered Bank Help line, I was diverted to Manhattan help line and on Manhattan help line, I was told that points are earned on SCB hence I need to contact SCB. Once, Manhattan accepted the request to adjust reward points against my monthly outstanding which subsequently denied. In this process, we lost 35 days and now I was told by Manhattan that my points are lapsed. I have not paid upgrade fees and my due date is 18th Jan. I have already sent the mails to SCB and Manhattan that I will not pay any upgrade fees unless my issue is resolved. I have already send couple of mails but there is no response from their side. I am willing to cancel the card as I can not follow with them again and again. It is like begging by a their top most available card holder. What should I do? Was this information helpful? | |
