can any bank in india debit for non maintenance of quaterly avilable bance for saving acconts?
is it legal, where to lounge complain for the same

I AM ANUGRAH SINGH I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH STATE BANK OF INDIA TODAY I WAS DEPOSITING A CHEQUE IN MALAD WEST SV ROAD MUMBAI SBI BUT THEY DID NOT TAKE MAY CHEQUE BECAUSE OF MY ACCOUNT IS NOT IN MALAD W BRANCH AND THEY HAD SUGGESTED ME THAT GO TO UR HOME BRANCH GOKUL DHAM WHY ?THE CHEQUE WAS TRANSFER CHEQUE SBI TO SBI

SBI Bank — WRONG charges

My name is RAKESH HARIRAM CHOURSIYA.... i am using the credit card from last 1 year and i have paid all the amount which is uing by me but he is telling me that you have to pay the amount which is illeagle i already paid the whole amount which i used and still i didn,t getting any document from SBI like statement,no any call from bank about payment,courer person also not given me any paper from bank....... and he is telling me that you have to pay late payment........ plesse tel me i am so puzzeled from this bank...

I requested for new cheque book as per your guidelines that old cheque
book will not working on January 2013. I request for new cheque book but
you debited 100 Rs. from my account. If you will charge 100 Rs. for new
cheque book.I rejected offer for new cheque book. Please, return my 100
Rs. That is your side problem for cheque book, i am not accepting offer
for new cheque book.
Please, resolve it, i complained many many times but solution not given.

I COMPLAINED AT BANK MANAGER OF GNFC BRANCH, BHARUCH BUT THEY DID NOT HELP ME. PLEASE, DONOT START SUCH TYPE OF SERVICES WITHOUT INTIMATION OTHERWISE I WILL NOT PAY SERVICE CHARGE. PLEASE, REFUND ME 15 RS. AT MY ACCOUNT AND THIS SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE STARTED AS WELL AS.
PLEASE, SOLVE MY COMPLAIN AS WELL AS POSSIBLE EARLIEST.
