[Resolved] Sun Direct — Worst Network / Customer Care | |||
Dear All, If any one got a plan to go for DTH service, better don't try Sun Direct. During the free subscription period its like an honeymoon period. Once you starts recharge for a monthly subscription, really you have to get hurted by their worst customer care. by luck you shall reacharge online, but very difficult to call & recharge thru Customer care. To talk to the customer care you have to try minimum 100times( you will get it within 10attempts, if you are lucky) & then again you have to wait for minimum 20Minutes to talk to the customer care( Your luck will never help here boss)...If you dont have a balance more than 110Rs you cannot activate Add-On packages. To activate set max, really you dont believe, I am trying for the last 3 days & yet to get line. I don't know about the other DTH services. does any one tell me which is the best DTH Service? Sun direct is a waste network ..there are use less ...they do not know to handle the network...if any problem when we call to customer care there cut the line and wasting the money... there are waste...Sun Is waste ,......
