[Resolved] Tata Communications — Webmail not working for email id [protected]@eth.net
This is to bring to your kind notice that my webamail is not working for email id [protected]@eth.net. since 15 days. I have logged a complaint at customer care on date 28/07/08. The complaint number is 6513354. No fixed yet. I even spoke to Nodal officer yesterday for Delhi region on the number [protected]. He said that, ' their backend team is working on it and it would be fixed with 4 to 5 hour. Since it was not fixed today I called him back on the same number around 1:45 pm his cell was switched off, (these are business hours). I then called the customer care and spoke to a lady executive, i informed her about my compliant number. She said that we tried to call you on your number and your number was not reachable. I have not got any calls from tata about the status of my web mail services till date. Could you Please ensure who was the executive calling me and on which number. My number is [protected]. Call got disconnected while we were discussing. I was not called back. I had to call back, got the same executive i said to her call got released, she asked for my account details, provided her account info as [protected]@eth.net, she said that she cannot find my details. Gave her complaint number again, then she was able to locate my id. Well on this point want to how has my account been disabled if all my dues are clear at your end. Then asking for supervisor she asked me to wait, came back saying that supervisor is busy, and would arrange a call back. I wanted to speak to a supervisor, said i am online till i get a supervisor. I was put to a supervisor very next moment. Spoke to supervisor he said they would take some more time to fix the issue. I asked for time frame he said within 24 hours as he report to his backend team. I said that you give me the settings I would fix the same. He said you would be called back from the backend team and would not able to help and would release the call from his end. I then said ok if you do this then let me know about the compensation about my mails being reverted back to the user from where there are coming. He said he is not sure who would help on this, i wanted to speak to his Manager, he said there is no manager at this time, i again said i would wait for your manager, he said it is not possible and disconnected the call. Just want to know, i do people in customer care have the right to disconnect the call. I tried to call the nodal officer again his phone was ringing put call was not answered. Call after some time came a propmt that caller is busy on other call. Called back still same no answer to the call whereas the call was ringing. Called back from my cell and a landline came a response that the phone is not reachable and last call made was at 16:43 pm. Hope to have the resolution soon. Waiting for reply.
