My broadband service account was used by some one else.We had informed the consumer department, techinical persons, engineers.but no one cans olve teh problem, its totally useless.
This is from Kv Tours & Travels -Mumbai.
WE had paid the money to rnew our account consevetative for teh 4th year also with tata comunications.We have given them yearly prepiad subscribtions & from 8th we had launched teh complain that broadband is not working. Our complain no is:
8009722 / 8.12.08.
Till today no one taken up the matter seriously, I think you'll are not allowed to take any steps towards any Corporate companies...is it so?
Cauase last year I had given you the complaint about such matters, we had given nearly 42 complaints & nearly 60 days in a year my internet was not working at all though I had paid them prepaid completely while subscribing at the start of year.
I did not recv any extra usuage from them. So they should give according to Consumer Court laws...I think you'll must surely be knowing it...
This year as soon as they received payments of renewal the braodband is not working, but I understand You'll have only certain rights..
Well can you inform me, how to resolve this matter.Now I am interested to receive my payment back of Rs 8023.00 which I havent used any broadband services of this year & want to cancel my account. Can you able to help us ?
We call their eengineer Mtr Virender at his cell number: [protected].He immediately says, its not worth to join Tata, it will work on the same basis .Do not bother us or call us.We are not your servants.Just all the bad words...We expect such things from Tata persons.
Well good, may be...I think our desicions are wrong, so we have bear qall the nonsense & haer teh badw ords from others by paying them.
I am also the member of Consumer Court.If I get this kind of reply from the Tata & not a single revert back feedback from Your side, what the general consumer must be facing it shows...

We are facing the same problem my friend. The Broad band connection day to day is very poor and very bad customer care office relationship. I have call 25 times, (I have solid proof regarding my calling details), I think the best way, Please disconnect your netconnection.

We have been facing the Tata net issue for last three weeks, I have called many times to customer care officers ([protected] - would connect to Hyderabad - officers praveen, joji, Preetha, Swetha, Vijay, Shalini ) customer care office and all are saying please check your modem lights, please delete your pc cache.
Is this the company giving better service, ??
what is the customer care officers qualification??
Is they know about the remedy for the customer's compliant?
I think they were only looking for their salary.
and also they are not ready to connect the call with their supervisor according to my suggestion, So the customer care service is too bad, I have raise two complaints regarding my issue (compliant no : 9466332 (Saturday[protected], 9488014(Monday[protected], But i have not got any relevant help from the TATA broad band service. This is too too bad, especially in Cochin city kakkand
I don't know, what i have to really to do for my compliant, because i am paying 1100 rupees each month
I have two options now
1) is disconnect my net connection
2) or have to get better service from the TATA broadband connection
I think, First option is better to all to get fine result

My net connection has been missused by some one on Nov4th onwards. I have been informed to customer care. They are saying that my account has been deleted. i have all the proof like (PAYMENT confirmation details for renewal my account), downloaded and uploaded data on Nov 4th everything with me . Now i am unable to use my account due to zero balance. Before Nov 4th my balance was something around 3500(renewal amount 3034+carry forward of previous renewal amount). After that i could use my net connection. The customer care service are saying uncommitted answers. My username : [protected]@vsnl.net.
