140 series numbers/ not discontinuation of numbers and not refunding deposit amount of rs 50000

I have take 5 numbers from tata communication that is 140 series numbers for telemarketing and my account number is[protected] for all five numbers and now i want to close my all numbers and discontinue the services and from last 4 months i am struggling to close my number but they are not closing numbers as well as my account and every month they send bill and i have to pay that as i have no other option because they have taken rs 50000 as...

I have placed my very first order on www.tatacliq.com. on 14.10.17 and my order Id is[protected].

At the time of placing order they have showed that it will be delivered between 17th to 19th October 2017. I have not received any feedback after that. When i contacted them on 17th they told that it will be delivered by 21st October 2017.

But it didn't even got dispatch on that date. When I contacted them again, they said that it is getting delayed due to high festival order volumes. Then subsequently after two days when i contacted them again, they said that seller has cancelled this order because of not availability of stock.

how can they say like that and accept the ordee once they are not having stock ? they have used my money for these many days and not even supplied my order. till this time, i have not received my money back.

Nees to take some strick action on them.

      I placed the order on 10th october for a microwave, they delivered a faulty one and hasn't been able to take it back yet, repeatedly i have mentioned that i am only available on the weekend so do the process ASAP but they say it that they will do but the fail.
      now the return has been initiated but they have some background process thats taking time. again i mentioned them that i wont be available on weekdays so they said that they will do it atmost by sunday, but i am sure that they will fail to do so.

      They have already ruined my Diwali by giving the faulty product to me and are ruing my long weekend as well, while they sit on my hard earned money, here i have wasted so much of time due to their faulty product and process.

            I had purchased domain practicedesign.co.in from the company. They closed the business without so much as mail intimation. Last 15 days i am contacting them for unbinding domain but mails have no response, phones not received and couple of times when i can get connected the lady says to lodge a complain on url that does not work and hangs up. My business is suffering as website is down and mail services also down.

              I am availing a tata indicom broadband
              Facility (Billing header says tata docomo broadband bill); my detail are as given below,

              I am unable to avail internet facility from many days.

              Waiting for your immediate corrective action.

              It had been very bad service from your end. On top of it, i am not getting any reply from the customer care. Thus, i declare that if i do not get any reply within next 7 day i consider that tata communications is not going to any further services. Also, from the day my services were stopped, i am not going to pay any bills. If the company is trying to stop the services it should first give us the notice and return back our security deposit.

                Pl open the broadband as a special case and send your representative to collect the cheque of rs 4312/-.

                  Frequently, the url login. Vsnl.com is unavailable. I have been using a mail account for more than 10 years and have paid rs. 900+ every year, just for mailbox. I have given my mail address based on this site to many agencies. Hence, i need 24/7 access to my mail account. Because of frequent "403" errors, i am unable to access the mail and have to keep trying at different hours.
                  We send request to termination because of we got new up gradated connection from Tata only.

                  We paid 27125/- Excess amount please refund.
                  Since last few days I am getting "403 Forbidden" message. I have searched for possible solutions; but non seem to work.
                  VSNL.com log in I am getting "403 Forbidden" message. I am unable to operate my account though annual fee has been paid in advance.

                    Hi,

                    I went to this site (Tatacliq.com) to buy sandals, which i was planning to gift to my brother on his birthday.

                    I compared the item in amazon, flipkart, myntra and tatacliq. Tata cliq had a good pricing and they where ready to deliver the product before the date i wanted it on. I wanted to gift it to my brother for his birthday on 23rd of july and they were ready to deliver it between 19th and 21st july.

                    I was very much impressed and placed the order for red tape brown cross strap sandals (Size uk/ind -10).

                    They charged me rs. 768/- which was an offer price. This happened on july 12th 2017 (Wednesday).

                    Even i referred the website to my colleagues who were around, since they were not even aware of this website (Which i regret now).

                    I got the order confirmation email and sms from tatacliq. They also provided the order tracking link to track the order.

                    On monday i. E, july 17th 2017, morning, i checked the website to track the order and was shocked to see that the seller have cancelled my order even without letting me know about it.

                    They didn't even bother to let me know about the order cancellation and it happened from the sellers side.

                    When i checked the order tracking section, it had message saying "we are sorry! We had to cancel your order".

                    They had my mobile number and e-mail id, they could have at-least informed me well and before so that i could have ordered the same item from some other reliable online stores.

                    I even informed this to the customer support guy of tatacliq who came on chat, he also told me like, they are helpless and the money will be refunded in 10-15 days. 10-15 days.

                    Now its too late and no other online stores can deliver the item before the date i wanted it, even if others have this item on there store.

                    I am very much disappointed about there service and i regret a lot for referring this website to my colleagues.

                    I told them about this situation and its one among them who told me to tell this to the whole world, when they were not even ready to inform me about order cancellation, when other online stores like amazon and flipkart calls the customer for order confirmation and cancellation, here tatacliq is not even sending an email on cancellation. Couple of the items i ordered on amazon and flipkart have also had this situation, like the stocks were over, they were pretty decent to call me and ask what would i like to do next, refund or order another item of same price.

                    And now when i checked the website, they have item on store and the price have increased by rs. 100/- and the new price is rs. 868/-.

                    I doubt, like the seller cancelled my order to sell it on a higher price.

                    Please beware of the sellers and the service of this website. Refrain from using it.

                      Hello
                      I had ordered some accessories from tatacliq which is an e-commerce platform like flipkart and amazon.
                      There was a sale which was going on their website so i decided to order shoes at discounted price. Soon i placed the order and they confirmed the order and the delivery date was 1 week.
                      After a few days i got notification from their side that the order has been cancelled.
                      So i called up customer care and they informed me that there were some technical issues and they can't process my order and i need to place a new order, now the price of the shoes are triple to what they were before.
                      I had ordered these shoes for some occasion.
                      Can i file a complaint against them?
                      There was a similar case in 2015 with flipkart and the consumer was compensated for this.

                        As i have received legal notice ref a9028/stch8135 please let me know the reason of sending this notice as per agreement we have to take a payment from you so at first please confirm us how you calculate this dues bcz

                        1st agreement date was 07 dec 2012 and also the rent will start at that date of 7th of every month now pls give me detail of total pending dues calculated by you
                        As per our calculation there will be rent pending from your side which was need to clear from your side is as follows - first rent -7/11/2016, second 7/12/2016 and 3rd was of 7/12/2016 to 01/01/17 (As rent was due on every 7th of the month)
                        2nd i have called you to get your electricity bill clearance but there was not any response from your side and after that i also send you mail (Pls chk mail) at that months outstanding electricity bill (Which was from 16/10/16 to 16/12/2016) as this was your duty you have to chk all bills before finalizing all the things as earlier.
                        After non response of electricity bill clearance we finally paid at our end of all your pending electricity bill which was 14906/- (Fourteen thousand nine hundred and six rupees

                        So total amount we have to taken from your side is 3 months rent @7013 rs which is 21039 and 14906 of electricity bill so total amount is re 35945/- thirty five thousand nine hundred fourty five rupees so please arrange to clear all these dues and please tell us when these will be cleared as till date we are waiting for your revertal
                        But we got the notice rather any call of clearing outstanding rent payment and electricity bill from your side and also we deeply honor our relations with tata but as you mentioned that you had called us many times so mam just a little amount of rs 8474/ never matter in any case…

                        If we have to pay this amount i am really happy to final all dues as always i don’t want to get bad relation due to this mini amount but please give me full clarity as soon as you provide me detail i will send rtgs/draft or online payment towards you.


                        Important-mam please give us detail when you called us or send any mail regarding payment as you mentioned that you have sent many mails and calls please don’t lie as i have called you for electricity payment and also you have online access of electricity bill then why you have not paid the electricity bill at your end

                        Hope to get an positive response from your side also if there is pending dues from our side we are ready instantly but please clear once all the doubts
                        Also in this regard lots of mails sent to below mail ids but no response till date

                          Cancelled products from order no.[protected]

                          Above is my order id and i placed my order on may 28 and on may 28 2017 i received one email from their end that my order has been cancelled and they have initiated me the refund.

                          Its been more than 9 days i have not received my refund yet. Whenever i call their customer are team they says only one thing you will get the refund in next 2-3 working days. Till date i do not see any refund in my account.

                          Now, when today i spoke to their supervisor he said that there is some technical error due to which the refund has been stuck. I mean this is seriously annoying.

                          I shop with many websites and really ahppy while shopping with them, myntra, jabong, flipkart is much better.. Never hop with tatcliq, the prices are high and very poor service. Its a negative marking from my end..

                            My wifi modem that is being used in the house just stopped working suddenly on the 12th of May 2017.
                            It has not yet started.
                            We put the whole modem off and on many times after it stopped; but the power itself is not coming to the wifi.
                            Please come and assist us as soon as possible.

                              Hi there i Riddhish Parekh would like to inform you that i ordered 1ton split ac from tatacliq and they're sending a 18mnths Old product for that i complained abt 5 to 6 times at customer care bt thare is no response from there so i raise my complaint to there senior authorities bt there r said that they raised my complaint to there large appliances department for resolution so i hve to wait for 2 to 3 days to get resolution bt still now i m waiting for their reply i talked same thing almost 5 to 6 different senior authorities they all answered same i harresd from last 3 months bcoz they not taking any action right now i ready to give their product back bt they are not refund my money back for that they said it takes 5 to6 working days to process my refund so how can i trust them.

                                On 28/3/2017 I tried to place order for 3 products, I tried to place same order for 2 times with debit card payment, and both the times my money was deducted from my account but my order did not placed both the times. So without any order placement ₹2697 were deducted twice, So in total ₹ 5394 deducted. I took follow up many times.. its been 13 days but still not getting any improvement on this issue..

                                  I purchased a Oster 6505 1 L Chai & Drink Maker(order No:
                                  [protected]from tata CLiQ online and prepaid the product cost of Rs. 1399/-on 5th March.The product was delivered on 7th Dec. Same day i.e. on 7th itself I cancelled the order online and return pickup was booked. But today(9-Mar-2017) I received a call from[protected] of tata CLiQ customer care stating that they cannot pick up the return order and suggested me to visit service centre to get a certificate for returning the product. I requested them my inability to comply but he refused to understand my situation. He said that item will not be picked up neither company will refund the money.

                                  I request you to take up this issue and get me refund.

                                    I've ordered (order number[protected] nikon d5600 dslr camera worth ₹57510 on 9th feb on tatacliq and got the package delivered on 16th feb.
                                    When i opened the package i was completely shocked because i got the camera bag and pair of chinese speakers. the immediately i called customer care and lodged a complaint #[protected] and sent a detailed mail with the photos of delivered product still now no response from them on this. whenever i reached customercare they says in 24-48hrs we will get back to you. also they're not getting this product return. i want my money refunded asap. this is worst experience ever happened to me.
                                    I'll lodge complaint in consumer court by next week.

                                      I have ordered a 32 inch tv on 21st of January from tatacliq. I have received the product on 1st February.

                                      There was an offer going on during that time for standard chartered credit/debit cards. 15% instant discount. After entering the card details, based upon the card number, Website will auto detect the card and reduce 15% of the actual cost and then it will display the discounted price to the user. Once I entered the card details, discounted price was shown to me and I have selected pay now and it went to the payment gateway page where we need to enter the password or one time password to proceed further. But in this page, the amount was not displayed. Once the payment is done, I got the sms saying that the full amount got deducted instead of 15% discounted amount.

                                      From then on, I have called them many times and wrote multiple mails, but still they haven't refunded the amount. whenever I called them, they asked me to wait for some time and now it is close to one month. Still I haven't got any proper response like I will get the refund or not.
                                      Yesterday I got a mail saying that my card is a different type of card for which the offer is not applicable even though it standard chartered card. During the offer period there was no noted regarding this information.

                                      They have just mentioned that they are giving 15% off for standard chartered cards. But now they are saying like this.. I am sure that, there was nothing mentioned regarding the terms and conditions for this offer and there is no mention about the type of card for which the offer can be redeemed..

                                      I m literally tired asking them for refund. They are cheaters. I will not recommend this site even for my enemy. Poor site and poor management.
