    I had received a offer Letter on the behalf of Tata India Ltd. By mail on 19/08/2011. I am not interested in this type of mails. I don't know why these peoples are playing ? Some action should have to be taken against this type of mails by company or authority. Fake Offer Letter is attached.

      I got mai from "TATA"<[protected]@tech-center.com; that u have been shorlisted by our HR. to get offer letter and air ticket submit diposite RS 4250/- in the account of Abhijeet Mehta A/C no:[protected] and last date is 1/12/2010.

      I know this is only fake offer and person who is sending this kind of mail should be punish hard.

      "I completely agree with Mr. Ketan as even I received same offer letter today.. & any one could guess tht its a fake offer letter. Bcoz company like Tata India will never collect such security deposit amount from any body .. We want Tata India Limited should take action against such misguiding emails & the people behind these mails should be punished.."

            I have also received this type of mails and its all are fake. so don't apply for these types of any jobs. Any company does not post any money requirement before interview. so don't do it and ignore these type of any offer.
            I have also received a same type of offer letter in JPEG format but in confusion whether its a fake or not. here the contacted person in Mr. Subhash Harsabardhana (Admin. Officer). They are asking Rs.8250/- by cash which have to deposit in bank acc. strangely they dont give any landline num for communication.

            No company asks for the security before interview whether it be reputed one or the startups if they ask and you agree to it and you pay it out you are into trap where your money will be gone and you receive nothings.
            Secondly look at the logo of the company and the real TATA logo both looks similar at a blink of eyes but there is minor difference and lastly how can you get a placement letter for which you have not applied it's not possible to get admission in Indian MBA without writing CAT similarly how can you get a job letter without applying to it.

                Request your support.

                I have a tataindicom broadband connection whose account id is bhagwat.[protected]@vsnl.net. I had placed a request for shifting of location on 10th Sep 2010 and submitted all the required form on 13th Sep 2010 from tataindicom web site. Also I had submitted all the required documents like address proof etc well on time.

                As per process, with in 7 days connection should be shifted to new location but it is more then a month and shifting is still pending. Now tataindicom is asking for bills. Is it justified?

                Request your support to speedup the shifting process and give me waive-off in this month bill because fault is from tataindicom side that they have not completed shifting with in 7 days. I had not used a single MB from last one and half month due to above issue.

                I had already paid the last month bill for billing period 21st-Aug-2010 to 20th- Sep-2010.

                Another issue is related to bill.

                  i am a subcriber to tata communications broadband srevice since last 2/3 yrs.lately i shifted my residence in the same locality that is pratiksha nagarsion SION KOLIVADAMUMBAI. i have movEd BYJUST 2 BUSTOPS and the co. now tells me that it cannot provide service due to technical reasons.So i asked for a refund of my prepaid balance of rs.5000/- plus lying with them.They replied in the negative and asked me to buy value added services from them and finish my balance.So i pointed out that without a internet connection how can i do so? Besides i am not interested in any additional products that they have. Ifeel that this is an unfair trade practice. The company cannot provide a connection and they do not want to frefund rs5000/- plus lying in my account. For your information my user id with them is [protected]@vsnl.net. The account is in my wifes name Mrs. AShA BHESANIA.tel no.[protected]. Please help me to get my monies lying in my account or ask the co. to give me a connection. PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER 60 DAYS THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT WILL BE FORFIETED BY THE COMPANY AS I AM UNABLE TO USE THE CONNECTION WHICH I DO NOT HAVE.

                    I renewed my Internet Broadband connection online on13th Feb2010 using their website. On 19th March'2010 i got an intimation from the local cable service provider that my internet connection will be discinnected and I immediately logged a compalint with Tata Communication email id: [protected]@tatacommunications.com. Mr. Ali from customer care department responded that they will look into the complaint on 19th Mar. then

                    Series of follwoup:
                    20th March Another customer care executive (Soundarya) responded that they are looking into the complaint.
                    26th April: Another customer care executive (Nimai) responded that they are looking into the complaint.
                    9th May: My internet Connection was disconnected.
                    9th May: customer care executive (Nimai) responded that they are looking into the complaint.
                    10th May: customer care executive (Ghouse) responded that they are still looking into the complaint.

                    15th May I asked for a refund of my money.

                    15th May: customer care executive (Soundarya) responded that they are looking into the complaint.
                    17th May: customer care executive (Soundarya) responded that they are looking into the complaint.

                    Till date there has been no update from Tata Communications.

                    I want a refund of my entire money as I have been following up with Tata Communications since last 4 months.

                    At the time of acquiring the new tata indicom broad band connection at my current address, I have clearly mentioned the Customer Excecutive Mr. Rajkumar Choudhary (Area: vishrantwadi pune), that after one month I am shifting to my new place that is near by to my current address. That time he had assured me that he will transfer the connection without any delay because feasibility existed there.

                    I have logged the change of address request to call center.
                    Now From last 2 weeks I am following Rajkumar Choudhary to transfer the connection to my new address as promised by him, he told me that we will not able to do so because feasibility is not there. I am surprised by his statements that is changing day by day.

                    At first at the time of acquiring the new connection at my current address he told me that feasibility is also there at my new address. Secondly he told me that no feasibility at my new address. Thirdly he told me that feasibility is there at my new address but port is not available.

                    And finally he told me that if you required the broadband connection then disconnect the current connection and apply for the new one, then he will install the new connection at my new address

                    I have called and asked the customer care to check for feasibility at my new address, (executive name is Jaspal). He has given me the reference no :- 1662798 I have paid 4.5 thousand Rupees for 4 months.

                    He told me that there is no feasibility at new address as well as they will not refund the balance amount.

                    Problem is with tata communication that they are not having the feasibility then why they are not refunding my balance amount.

                    I have mailed them the twice that i will register the issue on consumer forum and waited for 1 week, but till date they havenot taken any action.

                    Now I want to register the case with consumer forum.
                    Please suggest me what to do next.

                    Tata Communications — Regarding Payment

                    This is in regard to complain for Tata Broadband connections.

                    My user id is [protected]@vsnl.net

                    I have taken this connection in the month of Aug 08 and paid 4 months advance so that i dont have to pay any security deposit.

                    Now after completing 4 months, Tata Communication is asking me to pay the amount in advance means. Say i have to pay the march usage by March 16th.

                    Postpaid means itself that amount should be paid only after the usage of particular product. I had already paid advance amount for the month of Jan and Feb...

                    But i am not comfortable paying advance amount for the month without the usage. Last 2 months i have faced lot many problems in internet connection after paying the advance.

                    Tata Communication people say that this is the company policy for Postpaid connection that they have to pay the amount in advance.

                    I dont understaned how a person can pay the amount without the usage when it is postpaid connection. Even in mobile connection if it is postpaid.. u pay the bill after the usage and there is due date given

                    but in this case there is due date without usage and prior the month end.

                    Kindly take the necessary actions.

                    Tata Communications — I got the broadband from TATA but it keeps on disconnecting....complaints are not heard....this is the 5th day

                    I got the TATA WIMAX connection installed on 25th March 2009 although I had paid the amount Rs. 3310 as advance for 2 months on 21st March 2009 itself and was promised by the sales executive that it will be done the next day itself. However after getting the broadband on 25th I noticed that it disconnects intermittently every 1 hour. Initially thought of a workaround for it (plugging out and plugging in the network cable) but then called the customer care at around 3-4 AM in the morning. The customer care executive refused to take my complaint at all as i was not in a connection down scenario and instead asked me to contact their email support: [protected]@tatacommunications.com

                    I wrote email to them but they came back saying that they regret inconvenience and they tried to reach me over phone while i never got any call. They said that their team is presently working on this, however it has been 4 days and no relief while their Turn Around Time is 1 day.

                    I also tried to call the customer care twice after that and both the times they promised somebody willl call me and visit my place to fix the issue but nobody did.

                    I also approached the Sales guy Pavan[protected] and the TATA Nodal Officer ([protected]) who were already CCed in my emails but they also seem to be doing nothing with this case.


                    I am so frustrated as my wife has to work from home most of the times and I work from home at night to cover up my day's work. I just want my money back and all the money I have spent calling their customer care.

                    I started my New Tata Indicome Y-max connection this month. I paid Advance rental for Six Month. But within 10 days My connection is not working properly. So I complained two times about it but regarding this they havn't send any technician yet. So I ask Rajesh in customer care to refund my money and close my connection. But he said there is no policy to refund any advance payment. You must take service for next 6 month.

                    So plz. suggest me that how can i get my payment back ? Or is there any rule that if i am not satisfied with service than i can't get my advance payment back.

                    I have purchased a TATA COMMUNICATIONS broadband connection in Noida on 24 september 2009.i was

                    select tariff plan 1.5 MBPS.on 25 september network is going too good.my login ID is

                    Tata Communication Services — Not giving refund of my money

                    Hi ,

                    I have taken Tata Internet connection by paying 4 months advance. I placed request for transfer of connection From Pune To Delhi and told them to temporarily stop my internet usgae till the time I take house on rent in Delhi. They refused to the same as a result I suffered loss of Rs 1300 . Even after that I took house on rent in Delhi I told them to install connection at my new address. First they took 15 days checking feasabilty and later told after 15 days that delay was due to non-submission of Address proof. they keep on reducing my balance for these manya days. Even after I submitted all my documents they again they didn't installed internet at my place an d told me to change my usgae plan.

                    After I come to knew that they are giving excuses and will not move my connection . I told them to refund my money for remaining days. And Nodal officer North Tata Communcation Services refused to do the same. I request you to please look into teh same and help me get refund of my money.

                    My name is Arun kumar. I took 3 connections from TATA COMMUNICATIONS LTD.The following are the user id's of my connections:

                    The connections wer activated around the 15th march 2009 after making payments through cheques. I made 2month's advance payments for each of the connection. In total I paid around Rs16000/-. After a weeks time I sent an email to diconnect all of them because of poor services. An executive from their company came and collected all the appratus and equipments that they used at the time of installation. I was promised a full refund on the grounds of poor services.

                    It has been almost a year, I have neither received any refund nor heard anything regarding refund. I wrote few emails to their customer services and nodal officer also to chase regarding the refund up to a couple of months but i didn't get any answer, so I stopped sending emails also. please help me in this matter to get my money back because it's been quite some time and I am in terrible need of money now.

                    We are the existing tataindicom broadband connection holder since last few years and our account name is [protected]@eth.net. We have the broadband connection running with a static IP address which was bought later additionally.

                    In the last week of june we were approached by a sales executive of yours (Name : Mr.Murari ) and he inisisted on a new connection citing reason that the new one will be faster as it will be from a submerged line. On asking him about the existing connection he told that will be surrendered immediately and also the existing IP address on the connection will be moved to the new connection.

                    We accepted this as despite repeatedly asking hime to confirm the movement of IP he confirmed the same would be done. The IP address is important to us as we have this IP linked to other servers for access and security reasons.


                    Given above promises we applied for the connection and paid two months rental in advance. The technical people came and installed the new connection giving a new User ID : manishbiyani. We informed them also regarding the new IP and they said the same would be done in a couple of days. The new installation was done around 5th of july. After this as advised by your customer care we emailed our intention to disconnect the old connection.

                    Now the problem:

                    We were duped by your people saying the IP will be moved and the old connection would be surrendered. There has been no response from all your team regarding this and we are still using the old connection and have been raised a bill for the same. We are not in the position to pay this bill and we have already paid in advance for the new connection. We have been repeatedly calling mr murari and his senior Mr.Niladri [protected] but they never pick up or always have a answer "I will get back to you" . This has been going on for a month now and we are completely fed up with this attitude of only selling the connection and not giving any service. I called the customer care department also and they said they cannot do anything regarding this. WE ARE UP AGAINST A WALL
                    I have exactly same problem...my refund is arund 7000...i also got it disconnected in march but no refund till now...shall we file a petition againset tata in consumer court...that will teach them a lesson. Please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

My refund of almost 2 lacs is pending from over two months for the connection of 45 Mbps ILL which they could not provide. But still Nodal officeir wants me to pay the bill at any cost for further inconvinience (Means get this issue closed if not you will Hit by us)

                        After application we got a call for verification and were told that a engineer will come to your place to install the broad band service shortly .than a person ( Anshul phone number ) came for installing the same but he did not installed it saying that there is no signal available here all the tower is full ( the technical word used was sector ID is full) than I asked him what is the solution to it and he said that it could be installed with in a week time as we will have space on our tower by that time . I called him again on[protected] and he said that the space is available there now but I will have to apply again for the connection as our previous application is cancelled he also gave me the number of his boss for the verification of the same the boss is Mr. Vasu Cell Number [protected] , I talked to him and on getting the assurance I applied for it again Than a person came to us for taking the papers Mr. Amarjeet Sharma ( Phone number [protected])
                        He took the papers and the cheque Number 024004 for Rs 5292-00 from me vide receipt number A[protected] ,but he changed the application name saying that it will be easy for him to submit the papers that is earlier I applied for in the name of my firm ( m/s SS Engineers) now he made me apply in my personnel name ( Charanjeet Kaur)again we got a call for the verification of the same and were told that a person will come to install it but no one came for it instead we got a call from the person that there is no space on the tower that is sector Id is full a connection cannot be given there than I again called Mr. Vasu first he did not pick my call than he told me that he will look in to the matter and get back to me and as it is a closing time he is busy now he gave me a number of the person Mr. Parveen ( [protected]) That this person is under Me (VASU) and he will check the availability of the same over there and talk to you than that person did not called me ,after few days I called him back and made him remember the case Mr Parveen told me that it is possible to get the connection there but I will have to apply for it again and give all the documents again , again Mr. Amarjit Sharme called me for the papers and the cheque and I told him that I don’t believe you you are making a me fool on this he said that for assurance I could call his boss Mr Vasu but again Mr. vasu did not pick up the phone this was on 9-4-2010 afternoon .I got the call from Mr. Vasu on[protected] saying that it is possible to get connection there but I will have to apply for it again .

                        Now for the third time Mr.Amarjit Sharma came to me for taking the papers and the cheque for the same as earlier and gave me a receipt for it A[protected] dted[protected], again new got a verification call and were told that a person will come to install it soon than a person came to install it but after coming there he also said that there is no space on the tower the sector id is full so he cannot give the connection there

                        I want to know why they came to me three times for the same thing as they know that the connection cannot be given there why they made the fool of the customer only to increase there or show there clientage that they are bringing the customer .
                        Since than I have been calling Mr. Vasu but he is not picking the phone .

                        I want you to take action in the same and intimate me .why tata person is cheating the client.

                          I Gurminder Singh applied for renewal of my passport on 01/01/2010 in Regional Passport Office at Hyderabad.My File reference number is HYD-F[protected]. I have been chasing the passport office almost daily from the last 15 days and there has been no proper guidance or information provided to me. Last week I met the Special Assistant Mr. Gangadhar at the Passport office whose behaviour is very rude and he has told me that they are not abel to lcoate my file hence the delay . I approached the DPO and after he checking online since it is a renewal my Police reports are clear and he has told to release my passport immediately. Mr. Gangdhar has promised me that they will despatch my passport next day but till date I have not received my passport and when I check online the status is the same from last 2 months.I have wasted my precious time and money on these daily visits to the passport hence request to please take severe action on them and help me to get my Passport ASAP

                          Tata Communications Limited — lack of service providence

                          i had a prepaid connection with Tata Communications Limited but within a year i had faced so mutch of problem listed below
                          1. improper speed as my plan was of atleast 256kbps and upto 2mbps speed but for more than 4 mounths my complaint was been made pending though they had promised of solving any problem within 24 working hours they only provided me with speed for 1 or 2 days and then again decreased my speed and this continues for almost 4 mounths
                          2. there customer service provide false imformation to me so i could purchase there xtra validity pack for 6 months he said me that along with the value validity is also added up into the existing value
                          3. termination of night unlimited plan without notifing me about it and when i asked them they every time make a new escuses
                          4. closing of complain without comfermation with the consumer
                          5. debiting and crediting values into my prepaid accout without notifing
                          6. when had a word with the noddel officer of tata he said me that "you go to the cunsumer fourm we have a team of lawers for that"


                          today i am so mutch pissed off from there service that i would like to launch a complain regarding aboved mentioned can you tell me the procedure and what all shall i do.

                              I have used Internet services from TATA Communincations Internet Services Limited (TCSILDear Sir,
                              I have used Internet services from TATA Communincations Internet Services Limited (TCSIL) in the year 2008, but due to the shabby services I have raised a telephonic cancellation request in the month of September 2008. I have applied for a new connection with Airtel in the first week of October 2008. Starting from 11th October, I started using new Airtel connection.

                              The TCSIL customer call center guys adviced keeping the equipment with us and told that some official will come and take it from us.We kept the equipment aside and started using Airtel since October 11th, 2008. I got a call from billing dept in the month of October to pay the bill for the month of October. I told them that it was cancelled in Sept but to my surprise, the call center staff didn't cancell it then.

                              I asked them what should I do, for them, to cancel the connection. The call center staff suggested e-mailing it to customer care. I e-mailed (using the e-mail account provided by them - praveeng.[protected]@vsnl.net, which i not accessible to me now) in the 1st week of November raising a request for cancellation. I followed it up with the call and asked how much ever if the outstanding bill, I would pay and close it. I paid the internet charges for the month of october, where in I never used their services. (I already had Airtel services by that time). I thought all is well at that time.

                              But to my surprise, I got a call in the month of December 2008, stating that i need to pay November bill. I resent the e-mail that I sent to them and asked why the cancellation was not processed. They said that by the time the processing started, the billing cycle of November started. I asked them then why didn't they cancel it in septemeber when I first raised the request. There was no answer. I heeded to their claim and I paid the outstanding amount in the month of december.

                              I continued to get calls in the month of Jan and Feb of 2009, but they themselves read out the previous call records saying I asked for cancellation. They even confirmed that the account is inactive but not sure why bill is getting generated. Since then I never got a call. But on 3rd Feb, 2010, which is after 1 year, 5 months after I raised a cancellation request, I got a legal notice from TCSIL stating that I owe them some money. They also wanted me to pay the charges inccured for legal documentation.

                              I want you guys to help me out with this harrasment from TCSIL team. Not sure what their cancellation process is, which even their call center staff is not aware off or could not convey it correctly.

                              I'm mentally exhausted and not able to do neither my work nor normal routines since the day I got the notice. Please help me.

                                This is to inform you that Bangalore Insta CC team has convinced us over the phone.and the plan they offered us on the phone and charges they told to us is not matching to the current charges which Tatawas offering offered us.They simply allured us and in no single mail he has mentioned us the charges details.
                                When we clarified the Insta CC plan from Delhi team the story was totally different.Because of that only we halted our OSP formalities and asked them for withdraw.then first Naveen 3rd party vendor told us hat some deductions would be made or else you can wait and i will provide you profitable call centre process but forced us not to withdraw from the service and he suggested us we can delay the installation of Insta CC for 3-4 months without paying any extra amount.

                                When we are again telling him to withdraw he is saying its totally one time charges which is non refundable,but at that time when we were going further for insta CC ,we confirmed regarding this he told it would be refundable with some deductions.


                                I am really frusturated and need help else suggest me what to do . i have all the valid proofs to prove the above fact.
                                you cannot take companys Rs One lakh fifty thousand without doing anything.

                                  Some of the observations.
                                  1. Traffic Police - Mr. Ashok Varpe was standing near to East Street Garden, on 23rd January’10 at 12:30Hrs. Thanks for him taking charges from me as a rule breaking rule. I really appreciate that. The rule broken from me was, I came from the other way of the divider instead of in the same lane. Do Pune Traffic police works like that? (Really Appreciating)
                                  Before me 5 Bikes passed away, he did not able to catch any one, as the bike rider was alone. I specially feel, as I was with my wife, he caught us. No worries. But what about the other bikers! Mr. Ashok gave the reason that has only two hands. I said no problem. Then, what about the other three traffic policemen standing with him! I believe they were also on duty as they pushed me. Why they could not able to whistle? Why they did not ask them to stop? After in opposition with him, he told he would not give me my License. I said why? He informed me to do whatever I want. I said I would complain this to his heads. He told that it did not affect. I stopped him; he told I do not have to authority stop him. I told he should take the charges and give me back my License. I asked why the rules are not same for everyone. I showed him many bikes parking in front of the shops with no parking area why that was. He said he will not give me answer. I told that is fine. Two four wheelers standing in front of him without the drivers inside the same. I asked the reason, He told why I was asking him. I told as a common man I was asking.
                                  He passed the comment I have mental problem. Yes I do have. When person believes that he is ahead of the system, then to bring that person on to the ground, yes I have a problem. He did not have the manners to talk with the person. That is why all are saying, “Policewalo se char hath door, kyonki pata nahi who kya chahthe hai”

                                  2. Many observations I did after that.
                                  a) Many vehicles passed with breaking signals. I showed him. (he passed a comment that I have mental problem, again yes to bring him notice he made the mistakes – yes I wrong for that.)
                                  b) Four wheeler parked where he was standing which is not a parking area.
                                  c) He was standing in the shadow of tree. Why is that?
                                  d) Another boy was standing with him; he had also broken a rule. He was not having the license. But Mr. Ashok left him after taking the charges. But he asked to submit the charges to Cantonment Police Station. We paid the charges. Got the license back. (At last !!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Need to understand the discriminations of rules over here.
                                  e) One person just watching and standing near the tree. Mr. Varpe, took his annoyance on him. He was asking why he was standing. One question, do he has authority to talk a person like that. I believe not. I feel he has very much egocentric problem about his designation. But he forgets, he is a person to serve people. I do pay my taxes, so the person who is controlling the traffic is answerable for my questions as well. But he is the person, who doesn't not behave properly, and told he doesn't fear about the system. I think senior authorities should take answer from him, if possible. 

                                  3. After getting the license, we came to MG Road. Many two wheelers were standing in 2 queues. I believe this is his area, where he patrol.
                                  Questions are
                                  Why it was like that?
                                  Why he could not able to take the charge?
                                  Why he could not able to ask the vehicle to move?
                                  many questions remained unanswered.

                                  4. I believe he is good employee of the Traffic Police, but why he was taking on the mobile-phone (Not Walky), and chatting in the mid of the road. Does he have the sense of the same.

                                  This is the first time I broke the rule, I got the lesson. But what about the Traffic Police in pune. Why are you not able to take a charge from each of the vehicle which are in non parking areas/ which come ahead of the zebra crossing mark. (Simple example)

                                  Please ask the traffic police to behave as employee of the people and not to their bosses. I am going to open a site on web, which will give the details of what is the PUNE- Traffic all about.

                                  This may help me you and entire Pune.

                                  And also the countries who wanted to open business in the Pune. 

                                    Hello,

                                    I had terminated the broad band service and had got no due amount from customer service.

                                    Inspite of telling them no dues and also received confirmation from customer service, the associates kept on pestering to pay the bill.


                                    Now they have send the legal notice to pay the oustanding amount. Its been a mental torture explaning them there is no dues left. There is no coordination between the accounting staff and the collection executives.

                                    Could you please look into this issue.

                                    Subject: Complaint regarding excess billing for Mobile No: [protected] for the month of November 09 and December 2009

                                    The above said mobile no is working with my Brother. He has been charged excessively amounts of Rs. 12400/- for month of Nov.2009 and Rs. 2400/- for the month of Dec 2009 on account of some TCISL cyber pass service charges irrespective of the use and browsing of this service. On querying the customer care, the official told that we (Customer) must log out the id of that service. FOR KIND INFORMATION PLEASE IT MAY BE NOTED THAT WE HAVE NOT LOGGED IN SUCH KIND OF ID, NEITHER WE KNOW THE USER ID NOR THE PASSWORD. On mentioning the problem to the customer care officials, they reply like that " these charges are being charged by TCISL we cannot do anything." This is not a proper reply, though, the charges may be being charged by some other agency, but these are being charged through your network, your mobile connection. If the charges are being charged by TCISL then why TCISL does not produce the bill of that amount on ours name, why these charges are being billed in TATA INDICOM Bill? Is there no any control/monitoring of yours upon your franchisee/service providers/service partners/channel partners.
                                    As per TRAI guidelines the every chargeable material on the internet website must explicit the information to the customer, and consent must be taken from the customer before registering such service to the customer. Have you followed all these?
                                    In view of above it is requested
                                    i. Kindly disconnect this VAS from this mobile no with the immediate effect so that further such type of billing may be stopped.
                                    ii. And the charges raised and paid for the month of November 2009 and December 2009 may be waived off.
                                    iii. If the excess charges are not waived off, the consent may be produced please.

                                      Hi

                                      I am a Pune based resident & BB internet subscriber of Tata communications internet services ltd, since 28th June 2007, my log in id is [protected]@vsnl.net , & my TCISL account number is ACC[protected]. I work from home for a Bangalore based company & my working is fully dependant on BB internet. Ever since I have taken BB internet connection, I am facing problem of poor services of TCISL due to which unable to log in & access my BB internet account through web dialer. practically every fortnight .
                                      My BB internet connection was taken under monthly rental plan “Infinity 128 “ of 128 kbps speed against usage for which I used to pay monthly bill Rs 775 to Rs 785 , which every month I was paying either on 1st or 2nd of succeeding month. But suddenly on 19th Oct.09 , TCISL changed my plan to “Power flash 750” instead of Infinity 128 “ of 128kbps & sent me a monthly bill for Oct for Rs 1930 , showing balance outstanding also for Rs 772 for Sept.09 also , which I had already paid through my credit card online on 1st Oct.09 ,against which I received duly acknowledged online receipt from TCISL .
                                      After receipt of October 09 wrong bill for Rs 1930 I lodged a formal complaint with their customer care telephone number of TCISL orally as well through e mail on their customer care e mail id regarding wrong billing & then repeatedly followed up with them for reversal of plan; Since their response/ reply was always evasive like your complaint has been resolved, we are looking into your complaint & will revert etc. I was not satisfied
                                      As I was not getting convincing reply from TCISL, I wrote to their Nodal officer Pune, Appellate authority Mumbai but still reply was very lukewarm.
                                      Then finally on 2nd Oct.09 I met personally Ms Fauzia Khan [she claimed to be a nodal officer Pune ] & explained to her my grievance, but she was in no mood to listen , she said they found that monthly rental plan has been changed from your e mail id only , I categorically told that I have not done it & happy with existing plan Infinity 128 “ of 128kbps with monthly bill Rs 785 instead new plan ; She was so adamant told me that , we cannot check IP address detail , go & get it from Cyber crime dept of Pune police , when I asked her procedure of the same & Cyber crime Police address , she refused to give the same . I found her very adamant, non cooperative, of high handedness type, not at all having any kind of quality to be in position of “Nodal officer “.

                                      I suffered a lot , gone through lot of mental stress , agony & my professional life have been greatly affected by TCISL poor , pathetic , non customer friendly services .
                                      I am genuinely looking for & expecting a due justice to my grievance, I request your honor to kindly look into matter & take an appropriate action against erring “Tata Communications Internet Services Ltd”
                                      To support my complaint, I have all necessary supporting in the form of print out of
                                      e mails sent to them on a regular basis.
                                      Thank you in anticipation & kindly let me know please further details required if any.

                                        I'm still awaiting response from ur side, ur engineers had come over & checked the entire system & even showed it to senior engineers thru TEAM VIEWER & had identified the prob & said it wil be rectified in 4-5days by our Mumbai engineers as wel team from CISCO but it has been 2 weeks & no one HAS TURNED UP..
                                        IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT RECTIFIED BY 21st NOV 2009 THEN I WANT A FULL REFUND ELSE I WIL REPORT TO THE MEDIA THAT UL ARE DUPING & CHEATING PEOPLE

                                        iam sorry to say but im really dissappointed with the way ul r handling the problem & services to customer.. i had taken 20MB lightning plan with a 2 Mnths advance rental & i feel duped & cheated by ur company called TATA COMMUNICATIONS, First of all Lightning 20 Mbs speed means gettin a speed of approx 16-18Mbs according to ul, but instead im getting only 2Mbs of download.. i have other broadband connection of AIRTEL of 8Mbs connection & im very happy with speed i always get 5-6Mbs of download & this has been proven in front o[censored]r technicians one bein Mr Ajay & other i dont the name but i[censored] check my records u will come to know, they had themselves seen the speed & said it would be rectified in a day or two but tht day has not yet come, ALL MY REQUESTS HAVE FALLEN TO DEAF EARS ESP TO MR KANJILAL HE ALWAYS SAYS ILL LOOK INTO IT & GIVES ME HOPE ONLY..
                                        HENCE I REQUEST YA TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER URGENTLY & PROVIDE ME WITH LIGHTNING 20 MBS SPEED IF YA CANT THEN REFUND ME BACK THE AMNT & STOP ADVERTISING LIGHTNING 20MBS PLAN ITS NOTHING BUT CHEATING PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY

                                        i advice u to stick to airtel me too try many provider for high speed and ended up with airtel... the only problem with me with airtel is a lag to new york server and uplaod speed is not that good avg... but what else u could ask from dsl i wasted lot of money on many isp and i think airtel is the best i am into 2mbps now unlimited in Hyderabad... good speed happy with it
