New broadband connection

I have been struggling to get a high speed broadband connection from Tata communications limited. It is just turning out to be a nightmare.

I initiated an email enquiry regarding a new connection on April 5th 2012. I finally managed to get someone home to collect the documents on April 16th 2012. He stated that I needed to pay 1 months rent in advance to avoid the security deposit + installation charges.

REFUND

I was having problem with connection for 1 month and TATA was unable to solve the same and they informed me that they will refund the balance amount within 45 days of termination. FAKE INVITATION FOR APPOINTMENT

No installation after taking the money and excessive harassment

TATA Communications Broadband services has harassed me by lying, making me wait day after day, behaving rudely, and has committed fraud by taking more money. Till now there is no connection and no response from the customer care team (including the nodal officers). My service request and refund request seem to have gone unheard. Its entire episode is now almost a month long.

Broadband connection not issued & Lack of service

I contacted Mr. Akbar about broadband services and was told by him that i needed to pay Rs 2000 and i would get broadband installed and free 2 months connection and he gave us contact # of Mr. Matheen.

When i met Mr. Matheen the next day for registration i was told that the plan mentioned to me was not available so i told him that i will not register but then he sent me a message that same evening that the plan was approved...
