I am using tata broadband last six months, last month i am facing so many network issues. I have registered as much as possible complaints regarding that, but there is no response. After that they have solved my issues 4 weeks later(almost 1 month). So i have not used their service past one month, but they have placed bill for that. So i have decided to cancel that connection and wrote one mail to their department with my full details including all the information they want. But they replied me back they wont able to find my details in their end. First of all its not my problem, i have tried to contact their customer care too. they also replied same way. But their billing department only know my details i dont know how it is. They asking me to pay the pending dues. I clearly told them about my problem. But they dont care about my issue. They only want amount. they spoke with me very hoarsely. i really dont want this connection. I am ready to pay my dues too. But i want solution for that.

    Sir, We are residents of Vijay Nagar, Narela, Delhi -110040, Near Aggarwal Nuring Home, we would like to file a complaint against an illegal mobile tower (Tata communication) installed at our street in H.No. U-88, Vijay Nagar, Narela, Delhi. The tower was installed without any permission from residents & it is effecting health of our children & seniors near by & in the building itself. In addition to above, I would also like to highlight the effect of electromagnetic radiations being emitted from the mobile tower which is a big health hazard for the people living in the vicinity of the tower area. We are posed with serious health threat and death due to diseases like brain tumor and cancer from the radiations of this tower and so are others nearby. It is a crowded area, very vulnerable and has a lot of children around along with a nursing home. The landlord of the particular house is not ready to remove & discontinue his agreement with the mobile company only for the sake of money. We are requested to please take a strict action & seal the tower for the sake of our health & environment. Hope for the action ASAP.       As per instruction given by your marketing people. I have applied for converting my tata indicome cell number into Idea in billing plan 199.My mobile no.[protected].

      You representative comes to my office place and take all the documents like Photo copy of my Aadhar Card and Pan Card, 2 Photos and Rs100/- Fees for activation and he give me SIM Card of Idea and told me your number is activated within 2/3 days of time. But However after 3 days your message is come to my mobile that your request for billing is cancelled and you may contact your nearest My Idea.

      There is a so many company in market to make customer in his company.

      If you not interested to convert my tata to Idea Please refund my document and Rs.100/-.

        I registered the complaint on 04 June 16 and get the complaint no. 16386824 Till today i get no response against my request. Several time call to the customer care they forward my complaint but no response till now. My complaint is regarding unbind my Domain name i need authorization code and Update my correct Email ID in domain Registrar which is essential for unbind process.

            Despite my repeated complaints my broad band internet connection is not working . It shows error 721 . I am facing this problem since 27 th of May 2015 on 30/05/2015 i was finally given a complaint number 16382434 and was assured a solution within 24 hours . But today ie 02/06/2015 again the new is not connecting and again i am told to wait for 24 hours . This is really disgusting and i am losing a lot of money due to your net problems .               I got a mail with only an attachment. I didnt copy the full attachment but they asked 8000 rs for confirmation. I mean cmmon is this a joke... Plz read the below and do something.                 Hi sir/mam, My self Hemant Kishor Salvi, I stay at charniroad near chirabazar, My complaint is that from 6 to 7 month we didn't receive tata landline bill at home address which is permanently register at their office when landline is book. So they cut the line without giving the bill and they didn't inform also, also charge more if pay date is gone. We have to call them on customer care no to give our bill on time at home but they didn't listen this going on from 6 to 7 month. So sir I book this complaint so we receive tata bill on time at home at every month

                  Respective Sir, Good Day ! Ref: Mobile No. + 91 [protected] Telephone Provider TATA DOCOMO Post Paid Connection Complaint No. M[protected] I have received my bill with Rs. 107231/- which is very high, all charges are for internet international roaming for few hours, which is not bearable . I am 3 year old customer with track record of payments and billing which comes in between[protected] not more than that ., i have used only internet for some time when i was in Dubai for business purpose, how come the bill this much please give clarification, when i went for international calling activation to tata gallery two or three days prior to trip, it should be explained clearly how to use international roaming calls and internet usage which was not given. If India Planning to grow with economy and telecom companies are charging this much for use of internet for few minutes for business purpose, how India will grow with their future plans. We plan for higher as exports from India, this way how exporter will plan for business trip and calls and usage of internet for business purpose. Request you to reverse the 98000/- charges charged for international internet roaming and activate my phone. I am having all work on mobile where as my mobile is off from last 11 plus days, kindly activate my phone and reverse the charges at the earliest to continue with the services, my work is held stop, my all work is on phone. I had loss of Rs. 2 lacs till now who will bear this loss, tata will loose customer and regular business income for lifetime and with negative image on customers. We trust on TATA rather than Reliance becoz TATA is brand, TATA is trust for us. USA & other countries are focusing on how to reduce the costing for all means of communication for business so that take a step ahead towards nation economy growth. Hope my complaint will be look into matter by honorable peoples, ministers, senior authorities and people kept for consumer grievances. I have my reliance number for 8 years i never faced this kind of problems and phone was disconnected before intimation to customers.                     We had registered for Tata broadband service on 1st of April and paid 7409 upfront through cheque, the Guy – Nilesh(+91-[protected]) told us that the service will be installed in next 2 days, but till the day the service is not installed at our home. We are from A16-1004, Sparklet, Megapolis, Pune and service was registered on the name of Touseef([protected]). Every time when we call the guy promise us to install the next day but then nobody calls or come for installation, every time we have to call them repeatedly and they deny with whatever the reasons. It’s 7th day today and we didn’t get service yet even after payment. What kind of customer management is that?? Now the guy also stopped to answer our calls. Please look into the issue ASAP and please get the service installed today itself. We are tired of this now and not going to wait for another day, or in case if you are unable to install it please refund our amount.

                      Hi, My Broadband account was closed about 6 years ago and I am getting emails from [protected]@gmail.com that I have bill pending I need to make the payment at the earliest. I am not sure why there is no tata communications domain name at the end of the email address? I am trying to get to the customer care and all they are telling me is that the application is down and they cannot help me.                             Just by making complaint here, i don't expect any result. But this is to inform and aware all other friends who are responsible for maintaining it infrastructure.

                            Though it was tough to convince my management, i was very proud to take the best internet connection for my office. We switched to tata since reliance customer support was bad. It was working smooth so far though there was sudden link failure in weekends without informing clients. But it was ok as we had couple of other backup connections.

                            The most surprising part came up with another sudden disconnection on 30th september, 2014.

                            The harassment was unbelievable, the customer care people share wrong information, they were not able to provide crm's contact details. We called the person (Who was crm as per cc), he informed that he left tata long back and helped us sharing another contact. Now, this person was saying he is no more in that department and shared another one contact.in between the support ticket was closed with note, "connection restored". Finally we were able to reach one technical person who was related with our connection. He informed that the support ticket is closed already, so he can look into this only when a new support ticket is created. Wow! What a response. We had another ticket and directly shared with that technical guy, he promised that he will look into this and revert. We were waiting for him but he had never come back. When we called he finally share crm's contact number. The great person, crm (Mr. Manjunath), i feel the most irresponsible guy, who does not know the meaning of his position. An the person (Somnath sinha), to whom crm reports to, he is also a genius, being sweet, but no work. Just blaming other department. Finally he admitted their inability to provide the connection due to some technical issue and said he will arrange to close the matter and refund the money back. For this also, i have already called 7-8 times, still no concrete answer.

                            They always say that they called us but we didn't pick. They simply lie. They don't call at all other than payment collection. I have called or emailed almost 20 people to resolve the issue or update, but no one came up with specific answer.

                            Sorry to say, but surprised how tata became the no.1 isp in india.

                            They had taken money for third quarter but it is still down till this time.

                            I have couple of questions, please answer if you are working in tata leased line department. I already sent couple of emails with with my queries but these thick skinned, shameless people didn't even bothered to answer.

                            1. How come a corporate leased line connection can be discontinued with out prior notice?
                            2. Why the customer care people does not have any update about the issue? I found them helpless since they were listening all the from customer.
                            3. Why customer care does not have updated service escalation matrix?
                            4. Why customer care and other back-end team sharing contacts for other people and asking clients to call them to find out the issue? Till now they did not share the escalation matrix.
                            5. I went up to all levels, other than customer care nobody send us any reply till now in single follow up. What this nodal officers are doing?
                            6. Why they are not bothered to responds clients email?

                            I am really shocked to see this kind of attitude from all the officials from tata top to bottom and surprised how they are doing business or i am the only victim.

                            I have all the details in written can share all, please think twice before taking this highly paid service.

                                We have made the mistake of hosting our web page through Tata Communications. We have a very basic webpage, by today's standards, which was working fine on Rediff's hosting. Our business solutions provider, Ominet Solutions Chennai, sold us out on Tata Communications. We have logged a complaint with them about our "contact us" and "Resume upload" facilities on our webpage, both of which are both not working. Earlier also, they made us wait through 5 days of Diwali "holidays" for attending to a requirement. So much for their 24/7 support!!! Worried about the fact that we have further dependencies on Tatas. We have not yet received any resolution, and have tried all methods and testing from our end. Must say both Tata Communications and Ominet have an attitude problem, and try their best to beat around the bush with technical hosh-posh. Do not know how to proceed

                                  My user id is [protected]@vsnl.net I am lodging complaints since 15th August 2014 for no connection and every time, the service request is closed before the expiry of 72 hours. All my complaints are falling on deaf ears. It appears that the house of Tata has hired the best incompetent employees. Please be careful before you buy the products of Tata in future

                                      We are being harassed by Tata communication agencies with regards to bill payments.
                                      From the date of generation of the bill till date we are receiving harassment calls by Mr. Sailesh, Kumar
                                      Tel: 61327253... This has been happening from past three months.


                                      In spite of informing that the bills are being paid online before time they still keep calling everyday.
                                      Even after complaining to the TATA Call centre they has been no action taken.


                                      If this is the kind of service TATA provides we shall no longer continue thier services
