INETER NET NOT WORKING SINCE 27 MAY 2015

Despite my repeated complaints my broad band internet connection is not working . It shows error 721 . I am facing this problem since 27 th of May 2015 on 30/05/2015 i was finally given a complaint number 16382434 and was assured a solution within 24 hours . But today ie 02/06/2015 again the new is not connecting and again i am told to wait for 24 hours . This is really disgusting and i am losing a lot of money due to your net problems ....
