    [protected]@eth.net is the email id that has been configured to the MS Outlook of our computer. We are unable to access the Outlook since May 2016. On checking we were told that the yearly dues had not been paid and that's the reason that has been mentioned as the reason for nonresumption of the MS Outlook. We are interested in paying the dues and getting the email id working as soon as possible. Kindly suggest ways by which we can pay up the dues so that the email id would be operational as soon as possible. We are unable to access the MS Outlook and the contact list and the numerous emails are in it. Please help us out.

      Dear sir
      i had placed the Order Number: #[protected] Jack & Jones Light Grey Polo T-Shirt on June 22nd, 2016. The product i received in tampered package and was totally different from what i had ordered. Its been more than 2 months and i have not received the refund. I had talked even with the floor manager of tatacliq but nobody helped me. They just gave false promises for refund. I am really fed up now. Please do the needful sir and help me getting my refund.

        I had ordered redmi note 3 and received this product on 11th aug. However the product was defective and i initiated the return next day itself. The return process was slow and the return pickup was finally taken on 16th aug after continuously following up with the service center. Now the refund is pending and i am not sure when this will be done. The service center does not know where the product is exactly and are telling once it reached the seller and gets approved the refund will be done in 2-3 business days. I am really concerned as the amount is high (12000) and not receiving any proper feedback and response is very slow. Kindly help me in getting refund for the product.

              We received a Legal Notice from your firm on 20 May 2016 for non receipt of payment pertaining to the broadband services. We were taken by surprise with this letter and on calling your customer care to understand more about this letter, we were advised to ignore.
              The payment concerned were already done by us and we were told that it's possible that the company has not accounted for it and applied it to our account where as I have the corresponding debit for this amount in our account.
              I need to understand without proper investigation of such payments at your end, how can you send a legal notice to your customer. Isn't this a customer harassment in one way and more importantly this reflects how poor your infrastructure is in terms of managing your customer payments effectively.
              This is precisely the reason why we decided to exit your services and now I want to know why should we not approach customer grievance cell to raise a formal complaint against your company. I hoping to hear your response and plan to raise this to the appellate in the next one week.
              Companies such as yourselves find legal notification as a easier route to claim payments from your clients or even get whereabouts of these payments and it's unfortunate that you are providing such services without proper care on your customer payments tracking or servicing.

                Internet not working properly

                We are facing the internet problem from past 20 days. We are running a company and we cannot work with such a slow connection. We want immediate respone for this complaint we are facing alot of problems with this internet connection.

                      I had raised a complaint #[protected] on mar 10, 2015 regarding my internet connection. The issue was related to dns hijacking wherein some malicious ip address gets added to the dns setting of the modem provided by tata. The is a serious security threat. However, tata could not resolve the issue and closed the complaint on mar 26 without even checking with the customer whether the issue was resolved or not.

                      Tata had sent their technicians several times at my premises but they could not resolve the issue. One of their technician amol was so rude to me and i even called up customer care (Interaction#[protected] requesting not to send this guy again because of his misbehavior and harrasment. But tata keep sending that technician to my premises.

                      I could not connect to my office network from my home due to this issue which caused loss of business. I have been following up on [protected]@tatatel.Co.In but i am not given any proper resolution. I request a waiver in the bill for this period of inconvenience (Mar 10 to mar 26).

Since then we are daily foloowing up with help line numbers 60607070, other helpline numbers and emails of various deptts [protected]@tatacommunications.com and [protected]@tatatel.Co.In withjout any resoloution of our problem of not able to receive or send emails using [protected]@vsnl.com account. Thisis leading us to financial loses as we are using [protected]@ vsnl.com for e-tenderring. Our earlier accoun number was[protected] new account number as per your email is[protected].                           Well our connection was disconnected on16 th March due to non payment of bills since we couldnt pay online as the company online payment system was not working. Paid through cheque the next week but still no connection. Registered a complaint on 30th March asking for an engineer to come and check. Was assured that it will be resolved within 72 hours ie 3 days but now 5 days has passed by but no communication from the company. Have made many phonr calls to the company including the floor manager Nehum but all of them failed to get the connection back. Very disappointed.

                            I want to update that it was not good talking with you .

                            When the I asked for disconnection, your team said we will give you waiver ..and you try it for one month .
                            then too I did not agree,
                            you tell me when I asked for disconnection then only they said ...that you try for waiver period ...its proofs that I have asked for disconnection .
                            more or less see case history .
                            Your tata person came to my house and saw there was no coverage in my home . ...
                            I have been logging cases and compalints and no help provided to disconnect .
                            you said that I have agree to use this card ...? Do you belive after no coverage in my home I will agree to use card ?? just to give you bill ? ..I have never agreed to use your card .
                            And card usage supports check usage on card ...
                            when I have not agree to use and you dont have coverage why I will use it ?
                            This type customer of your company ..motivates customer to never take postpaid cononnection .
                            My finall bill 248 Rs and thats the only amount I am going to pay.
                            If there would have been usage on card would have definately paid .
                            Money does not comes in tress ..1700 rs having value right ?? and when I have not used your service why would I pay for it.

                            When I went to purchase data card on your shop, I asked your tata person that I need it to do office work from my hometown Jabalpur, check if there is coverage or not ?
                            She said there is 3G network available and you can purchase it .
                            That was just to make a sell.
                            I went to my hometown and found there was only 2g available, I have to make alternate arrangement over there .
                            Thats the loss of my office day work, time and money .
                            After coming here in Pune your card did not work well, and log a complaint for it .
                            your team said we have stop giving service in hadaphsar area, card wont work here too.
                            then on new house its a permanenet problem of coverage .
                            check case on card which shows it all
                            You see I should have ask money from you right ??

                              Today i have recd an sms from google regarding someone trying to use my password for logging into my gmail account
                              Details provided by gmail are as under

                              Ip address 115.115.227.141 has unauthorisedly tried to log into my gmail account

                              Google has blocked this attempt and informed me by sms about the attempt to log in using my password

                              Details were given by gmail as to the ip address and location

                              Using online ip tracker i could get the belowmentioned details

I had booked the Tata Broadband connection on[protected], with a payment of SIX Months Advance rental OF Rs. 6700/=. I was promised FOR the continuous internet. I am facing so many problems, first they did not provide internet for 15 days and even they are not giving my money back. they said you have to use this connection for 6 months. you can not discontinued even if you discontinue, you will not give any kind of refund. Daily I am facing problem of internet, internet comes and goes frequently, its very hectic for me and irritating, I informed tata DoCoMo executives regarding this so many time. they called me and arrange technical visit. but again same happens frequently. Today I was needing internet for my office work early in the morning but no internet for long time. This happens frequently. I do not have any other options, because already I paid them for six months. And its very irritating that I can not do my important work because of no internet and its mental harassment for me. I request tata DoCoMo please take your router and give my remaining money. But they do not agree on this. I do not know what to do now? If I would not pay bill they disconnect our service within second. Here I already paid so much money but no internet. I request tata DoCoMo to take your router and refund my money and stop me irritating.

                                  I am using Tata photon wifi max account no. [protected]. I am getting terrible download speeds, even after several complaints issue has not been resolved. They promise speed o[censored]pto 7.1 Mbps and in reality it does not even touch 100kbps, absolutely rubbish service and customer service people are untrained pack of jokers giving you same reply every time you call. Further, I was using 20gb plan for 1000 now 7gb daytime usage only for same plan.

                                      We are being harassed by Tata communication agencies AGAIN BY PRIME COLLECTION MR. AHASIM with regards to bill payments. Even when we have not crossed the due date we are receiving calls for payment. This was also happening earlier but after I posted my complain was posted here on Consumer Complaints it was resolved, but the same harassment has started again. First of all they CSA cannot speak properly & it is very irritating when you are busy in work. In spite of informing that the bills are being paid online before time they still keep calling everyday. Even after complaining to the TATA Call center they has been no action taken cause they do not care for their customers. We have never defaulted in payment from the date of this connection. If this is the kind of service TATA provides we shall no longer continue their services nor recommended to use their service in fact we will ask all our counter parts friends and colleges to change TATA Regards, Malcolm Rodrigues GSM# [protected]

                                        Since last one the connection got very poor and i'm complaining
                                        through customer care but not solved, specially, day before yesterday
                                        I'd a talk to Ms. Pooja Sony almost 27 minutes, She couldn't do any thing and
