I, shilpi goyal have leased property measuring 1326 sq feet surya tower, the mall, ludhiana, punjab to tata communications ltd since 2005. From december, 2017, to march, 18the rent has not been credited in her account.

I have written various mails, but there is part success.
There have been directions to release payment. But the matter is stand still.

    We purchased vu (Brand of tv) tv from tatacliq on july 20.

    Installation was a failure and we requested tatacliq to take back the faulty unit and refund the money paid in full. Tatacliq did not accept the job card from the technician that stated that the tv unit was hanging (Electronically non-responsive). Job card number 1 attached.

    Tatacliq insisted that they should send another technician for a second job card. Our contention is that we have received a faulty unit from tatacliq and they must honour their policy of taking back a defective supply as the customer is not satisfied.

    Our dissatisfaction is not only the product but by unprofessional approach of the product vendor vu as well as tatacliq who are forcing us to accept a product that is defective.

    After one month of struggle we allowed technician to look at the tv again. The same result and we have a second job sheet that declares the tv faulty (Attached).

    We are finding tatacliq very insensitive to the customer complaint and the agony, frustration we have faced in the past month. The full communication with tatacliq is available and you will see the lack of action from tatacliq management on this matter.

    We need action against tatacliq to provide us the full refund immediately and compensate us for the pain and mental agony we have gone through.

    Tatacliq management intervened and very satisfactorily resolved the issue. Full refund of the amount has been provided immediately. The people involved in this process were very courteous and followed-up with us to ensure smooth closure. Thank you.
    I have ordered LG TV on Tata clix on 13th October but still I have not received the product ...I called customer care several times but didn't get the satisfactory answer...please guide me how to proceed leagally...as my money is with tata clix more than 10 days with out delivering the product and not intimating the proper reason
    Payment failed order number[protected], amount was deducted, however till the date is no refund from Tata cliq, Rs-1782, also compliant taken from customer care executive, both Written communication & voice call center, ref id- [protected], however there is no valid response from both, also not refund money back, kindly look into this?

      Vivo v9 ordered through tatacliq was delivered with defect on back panel on 14th aug 2018. Immediately contacted tata cliq call centre to get the issue resolved. I was advised to wait for a day to get refund option to be activated on website. Next day when the option was activated, immediately complain was again logged through website to process refund. Got a call from tata cliq on 18th aug 2018 to shared pictures & imei no. Which was done immediately by me in an hours time. Did not get any call there after. Mail was received that my refund request is rejected. When asked about the reason, i was told that i have not sent the picture. Re-forwarded the mail to all email id's shared with me, stil did not get response from tata cliq. Again when i called for the status of my complain, i was advised to wait for a day. Another email was received asking for imei no. & pictures of defective phone, box with all angles. I clicked pictures again & mailed it on the same day. Next day again i received a mail that the team need 1-2 working days for resolution. Tatacliq team is just harassing me & wasting my time. They do not intent to refund the money they have collected from me against the defective product delivered.

      Please help to get my money refunded from tata cliq

        IFB(Well reputed Appliance Brand) and TATA(India's largest and reputed company) selling faulty and damage product to the Indian customers by online site TATACLIQ

        We have order ifb dryer and it’s order no:[protected]Date: 22/07/2018), the delivered product is damaged and it was noticed during ifb technician came to installation. Tatacliq supplied product has broken drum and damaged from bottom side, , ifb technician has given ticket no/report no of your damage product and it is [protected] (Name: mr. Noman kadri) i have also attached pictures of the damage product as per your customer care has guided.
        We have also requested online for return and refund and it was schedul on1st aug after 10 days tatacliq customer support person answer that we have escalated the issue (They have told each and every time when we call)
        I have ordered mobile Redmi 6A via tatacliq.com on 7 th nov amount:6080 rs.
        Unfortunately it cancelled and amount deducted from bank account .
        So many times I contacted to customer care but didn’t replied well and no refund I got till this date.

            I ordered for a pair of shoes from tatacliq. But when i got the pair, i realized that the size was wrong. So i asked for a return. Accordingly a return request was set and a person from shadowfax came to pick up the shoes. However, when i got the shoes, there was no invoice in the box. I didn’t think much of this and ignored it. But the pick up guy needed the invoice, without which he could not take the shoes. He told me to get the invoice and send a return request again. So i did this, but this time no one came to pick up the shoes. So i called tatacliq (This was my 9th or 10th call) to ask them what was going on. They said they were looking into the matter and would get back to me.

            Few days later, i get a call from them and mentioned that the shoes cannot be taken back as they failed the quality test and because of this, i would not get my money back. This was really ridiculous because i didn’t even wear the shoes. They said the logistic person said that the shoes quality was bad. However i called the pick up guy to find out exactly what he said and he mentioned that he only said the invoice was not there. I then called tatacliq again to tell them this, but till now they have not given back my money. This has been going on for nearly two weeks!!

              On 30th June I placed an order(for 12 products) with www.tatacliq.com for some Westside products. I received a message on 5th July that 7 of my products are arriving. when i received the package i felt it was too small for 7 products inside. Then thought it must be partial order delivered. later when i opened the package, I found that there were only 3 products inside. 1 of the products was what I ordered. The other 2 were not what I ordered. I immediately checked my invoice that came along with the package. I was shocked to see that the invoice is for 7 products. Of the 7 products I received only one and the other 6 products, I did not receive. I immediately called the customer care. The customer care lady asked me to wait for a day and see if I am getting any other package delivered during the day. But none turned up. Next day when I checked the order history on the webpage, the status of all the products showed "DELIVERED". I spoke to the customer care again and they asked me to give them 3 working days time. There was no response from their end. After that, I have called them many times but no proper response. 11 days after this happened, when I called them today The customer care person said that there was no complaint raised under this order. This is so disheartening. The value of the products(1799+799+1299+399+599+1799) that I did not receive is Rs. 6694.
              Kindly help to get the refund.

                Hello support team,

                Just want to mention it once again, there were few issues in this phone

                1. Camera clarity is not good, i’m not sure whether the issue was in phone/camera

                2. As in description, they mentioned it was dual sim. But it was not dual, we can use either second sim or sd card (We can’t use both at a time). But i need both sim as well as sd card

                3. Scratch on back side of phone, it was right corner.

                I have hope on tatacliq, please don’t make me to lose that hope which i believe on you.

                Please make sure to return this product, since i have ordered another phone from tatacliq (Order no:[protected] and it was already delivered to me.

Trasection was failed money does not withrawl from the atm but money reduced to my account.                       Beware from tatacliq. I order a 1 ton split ac on 4 june, 18. It reached on 8th june in my city but bluedart deliver it on 12th june. Bluedart is just 3 to 4 km away from my house still they deliver in 4 days from their office to my home. On 12th june i make a call to tatacliq for installation if ac. Tatacliq representative told to me that it will take 24 to 48 hrs to install after delivery. Today is 17th june but there are no any symbol to install the ac from tatacliq or brand. I called tatacliq many times but they lodge a complaint and give me 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the complaint. I think their 24 and 48 hrs will not be complet in one year. Tatacliq customer service representative are not well trained and they can't do anything. It was my first and last order on tatacliq. My experience says that don't buy anything from tatacliq. Their service is pathetic and horrible.

                        I ordered sony television product from tatacliq.com on 11-may-2018 order no[protected], which i received on 28-may-2018. The sony representative visited on 01-june-2018 and after opening the product found it defective and suggested to return it. I placed the return request on 01-june-2018 and also send the details on 02-june-2018. I was told by tatacliq customer care that it will be picked in 24-28 hours. I sent several communications to tatacliq but they are not picking the defective product and not returning my money. Everytime they say they need another 48 hours and it's been 13 days now.

                        Kindly help resolving the issue and i get the refund from tatacliq.

                              Dear,

                              I ordered 2ACs on 10 May @ Rs.40, 044 & Rs.39, 941 from www.tatacliq.com. Order no#[protected] & #[protected] Both orders are confirmed and Tatacliq committed that both order will be deliver on 13th to 15th May & received sms that my orders are shipped by GATI AWB #[protected] & #[protected] which are showing wrong & invalid on GATI from last 6 days.
                              Also I'm calling to tatacliq care 4, 5 times in a day and till date I called more than 20 times but all times they are telling me to wait for 24 hours as well as my 1st call to tatacliq on 12.05.2018 but still they are giving me same commitment.
                              I sent e-mail on [protected]@tatacliq.com and got reply that they will respond me within 24 hours, I sent reminder on yesterday but still waiting for their reply from 2 days. Also note, I complained about this company on consumerhelpline.com against tatacliq before few days ago and they gave me 5000 tatacliq points. I think Due to this reason tatacliq stopped my orders and mentally harassment me and not dispatching my order. Also I told to cancel my order because nobody will be available at my home from Friday to 15 days, so there is no meaning of this order but they are not cancelling order and telling me that they cannot cancel because it is shipped whereas both orders are not handed over to GATI yet. they noted my this statement but nobody took any action about it and giving me wrong promises. That means if my order status is SHIPPED and not dispatch from seller for 20, 25 days, I cannot cancel my order and I have to wait until status update. Also they are telling me all times that supervisor will call me within 2, 4 hours but till date no any call received from their side. I request you to please help me for my order and take necessary action against this company as they are harass me again and they are making customer foolish and giving customer wrong promises. I really very depressed about this problem and no any status of my Rs.80, 000.
                              Also note, one of their superior name Meena/Meera who told me that she will take care about my order and from last 5 days she is not receiving my call. I called from another number then she just telling me that she will call me back after 15 minutes and after she blocked me and not responding me. I have all her message and call details.
                              Please help me and take necessary action against this fraud company.

                                I received the mail that your profile has been shortlisted in tata india ltd, and to get the appointments letter, i had paytm rs 25 in the contract number that was mentioned.
                                I thought 25 being small amount, let's see what's the offer.
                                After that i got a whatsapp msg containing appointment letter to paytm rs 1000 in same number.
                                Please don't get trapped by such fake msgs, no company gives appointment letter without interview.

                                  I received a message on my whatsapp from number +91 [protected] on 16 feb informing me that i was selected as per my resume, they sent me a link www.bit.do/201228. which is now removed. They asked me to make a payment of rs 25/- via paytm to [protected] shrikrishna on 03mar and confirmation mail paytm reciept, photo, id proof to [protected]@gmail.com.

                                  I sent them the details via e mail and next day i got my appointment letter from a different whatsapp number +91 [protected]. Confirming my selection and asking me to make a security payment of rs 4500/- immediately to confirm despatch of joining letter through courier.
                                  Letter sent on tata letter head signed by mr rajiv gupta appointment officer for tata.

                                  I did not respond by payment and asked for further clarification a the whatsapp message stopped and confirmed my doubts. Request concerned authorities at tata to look into these issues of forgery and retain your reputation. I suspect someone from your team is involved in this racket.

                                  They provide original letter head with standard details. Look into this and save the common job seekers who believe and rely on tata.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have purchased LG led tv on Jan 14, 2018 Order no[protected] using online shopping(Tatacliq.com) the product was delivered on 20.1.2018.
                                      After a day LG brand technicians came to my home while unboxing the product they found it is a damaged product.
                                      Immediately they clicked snap for raising return request.I raised the request, till now i didnt get any response. I am pleased to refund my 40, 000/- rs money back.
                                      I am totally frustrated to purchase in Tatacliq.com. I swear that i will never purchase in Tatacliq.com again.
                                      I have forwarded my complaint to PRESS reporter from Thuppariyum Visaranai in chennai.
                                      Please get my money back.

                                        Worst experience ever for online shopping, had ordered an epson wifi printer l385 on 19th nov. Thru them made the biggest mistake trusted them as they use the tata brand before cliq, got a message from croma on 21st nov. Confirming the order and sending an email confirmation after that no delivery, no calls, had to call and check came to know the order is under process, lodged a complaint 25th nov. Complaint number [protected], was told give give a resolve in 48 hours, no answer, had to follow up the same, finally their customer care (I don't think they should use this word) informed me that they are cancelling the order as they don't have stock, i informed them that when i had placed the order it was in stock and i would like you to fulfill your commitment and after 2 days (I. E 29th nov.) croma sends me an email asking me you must have enjoyed shopping with us with the product delivered with the invoice details. Had to call up the customer service but they said we will check and get back and then i get a message from croma on 2nd dec. At 10:11 am your complaint has been resolved please call customer care and the funniest part is they say your order has been cancelled (So looks like the team sits for a get together and takes a decision on the customer's behalf, great team work). Then i get a call at 12:54 pm saying we are looking into your complaint and will get back by evening and at 3:23 pm they send a message that the order has been cancelled and refund the amount. Have really broken the trust and value of tata brand, they should remove the tata and then see how many people actually shop on their site. Worst customer care, worst people and no communication network within the company they themselves don't know what their right and left arm are doing. Guys don't trust a word their customer care promise's to you as they just won't to get you of your back.
