I've ordered (order number[protected] nikon d5600 dslr camera worth ₹57510 on 9th feb on tatacliq and got the package delivered on 16th feb.
When i opened the package i was completely shocked because i got the camera bag and pair of chinese speakers. the immediately i called customer care and lodged a complaint #[protected] and sent a detailed mail with the photos of delivered product still now no response from them on this. whenever i reached customercare they says in 24-48hrs we will get back to you. also they're not getting this product return. i want my money refunded asap. this is worst experience ever happened to me.
I'll lodge complaint in consumer court by next week.

I have ordered a 32 inch tv on 21st of January from tatacliq. I have received the product on 1st February.

There was an offer going on during that time for standard chartered credit/debit cards. 15% instant discount. After entering the card details, based upon the card number, Website will auto detect the card and reduce 15% of the actual cost and then it will display the discounted price to the user. Once I entered the card details, discounted price was shown to me and I have selected pay now and it went to the payment gateway page where we need to enter the password or one time password to proceed further. But in this page, the amount was not displayed. Once the payment is done, I got the sms saying that the full amount got deducted instead of 15% discounted amount.

From then on, I have called them many times and wrote multiple mails, but still they haven't refunded the amount. whenever I called them, they asked me to wait for some time and now it is close to one month. Still I haven't got any proper response like I will get the refund or not.
Yesterday I got a mail saying that my card is a different type of card for which the offer is not applicable even though it standard chartered card. During the offer period there was no noted regarding this information.

They have just mentioned that they are giving 15% off for standard chartered cards. But now they are saying like this.. I am sure that, there was nothing mentioned regarding the terms and conditions for this offer and there is no mention about the type of card for which the offer can be redeemed..

I m literally tired asking them for refund. They are cheaters. I will not recommend this site even for my enemy. Poor site and poor management.

I am using tata indicom broadband internet connection. My account got suspended due to non payement. There is no option to check account status or make online payement because the portal tataindicombroadband.in does not log in my user id. [protected]@vsnl.net. after talking to customer support new site address was given which does not work. "Tatadocomoindicombroadband.in". The seems also not working. There is no office in pune where i can resolve issues. Since a week internet connection is not working. After replying to [protected]@tatacommunications.com also does not work. Please raise a complaint against tata. I have asked to collect cheque request which never gets fullfilled. Terrible customer care by tata.

जब भी TATACLIQ customer care से बात करता हूँ तो बोलता है दो दिन में आपका पैसा अकाउंट में रिफंड हो जायेगा। लेकिन आज 20 दिन से ऊपर हो गया है लेकिन रिफंड नही हुआ है।

I could not stop to write you because of my problem i'm facing.
My wife has got dust allergy as a result she is going through tough
Ituation, i decided to buy this lifelong air purifier from your reputed
Ite of tata group, tatacliq.com. I was very happy with the deal and till the courier delivered the
Product on 27th of dec. I was out of my home due to business trip and my
Old mother received the product on my behalf. After returning the next day
I opened the product and found all the filters are missing and also the
Product is a used one (Secondhand) as all the dust particles are present in
And around the fan and its surrounding area. Immediately i initiated the

Reversal. I initiated two calls for every two days in call center for
Return. Every time they say your product will be picked up with in 2 days.

Now it has been 20 days from the date of reversal request.

Tatacliq.com has listed lowest price of acer aspire e5-573 over their website on 22 dec'2016. I purchased that particular laptop on same day and made the payment through net-banking. But they had dispatched wrong product (Wireless router) instead of the laptop.

When i raised this concern to them, they told me that due to some technical issue the price was listed erroneously. Hence they can't provide the actual product.

Even i've told them several times regarding refund but yet i didn't get my refund too.

To whom so ever it may concern we would like to put into ur notice that a mobile tower of tata which is running at 17/585 joshi road karol bagh new delhi is firstly running without any license and permission of mcd for which m attachin rti and secondly its a small area surrounded by two hoslpitals and two schools and lot of play schools and causing so many difficulities to children as well as small children agianst lot of complaints the company is least bothered its a pure residential area and building is also having major cracks and the owner is 75 years heart and diabitic patient husband and wife started having an hearing problem so i would request you to please seal that tower on immidiate basis and remove it it is highly dangerous .it would be great help to this colony as well as senior citizen and children and i m cancer patient

Sir, on 2nd oct i tried to buy Godrej Oven from Tatacliq.com, but after
money got deducted from bank account the connection was disconnected n order not get placed..so i tried for the second time the same thing happened because of that total Rs 13998 got deducted from my bank account but till now my money not get refund to my account.that day u r tatacliq server is so busy also that is the reason for this error.this is 34th day. what is this sir... ? no reponse from them n i called them more than 10 times.

This is to bring to your notice that i placed an order for 40 inch panasonic smart led tv on october 1, 2016. the same was delivered to me on october 5, 2016 and then i initiated the return request for this order #[protected] citing product packaging and late delivery issue.

Till yesterday, nobody from the company and your approved product collection team came to take this order back from me. i even logged in a complaint (# [protected]) a week back, to get this order picked up as immediate as possible. however, despite the compliant, nobody contacted me to pick up this order.

Today, when the return request is about to expire, i got a reply from [protected]@tatacliq.com that the reason behind returning the product is not acceptable. there was a lot of delay from your company's side in reaching the final conclusion. if you were not in a position to take return request, then you should have told me this on the first instance. i actually made 15-20 calls at the customer care number and everytime customer care executives told me that the delay in picking up this product is happening due to unavailability of courier team due to the high volume of orders on festival season.

If return request was not accepted, then your team should have informed me right on the first call rather than telling me everytime to wait for 24-36 hours so that they can arrange a pick up of this order.

I also sent an email on october 25th, 2016 at [protected]@tatacliq.com, in which i clearly stated that the product packaging and late delivery to be the reason for the return of this order. now, i understand that late delivery reason can't be entertained since the order reached before eta. however, i would like to state here that product packaging was not in a good condition to accept this order.

The team which delivered this order to me, i asked them to take it back and they told me that the other team would come to pick this order up.

I am attaching the pictures of damaged packaging for your reference and i would like to urge you to kindly get this product picked up or else let me know if you would want me to send this back to you.
Hence, i would urge you to kindly get this product picked up as earliest as possible. it's already been a month now, since i logged a return request of this order.

I request the higher authorities to intervene in this matter and get the product picked up from my place as earliest as possible.

As per the trai verfication i had resumite document again after 2 days my card suspended again i had visited dadar branch they had told me that wait 48 hrs we will update once again

Again after 2 days card has suspened telling to resubmited i m compltely harrased from docomo

5 times i had resumbited my docomo documents docomo making me cry after loopmobile i had ported my connections in docomo almost 47 connections of my family and family members

Now i have to decide all should port in other network who atleast give me proper service

I have ordered a speaker in tatacliq website. I got a fault piece and i returned that on 4th october. After that i made n number of calls and n number of mails but still no response from them. I have talked to customer care executive but they are also not responding properly. I got mail to give bank details as the order payment was made through cod.i gave details too but still i didnt get my refund amount. Please take some actions. My order id is[protected].

I have ordered xiaomi reddi note 3 mobile phone 2 months back from tatA cliq, but got defected piece. I returned same within 3 days . Since then I am pursuing tatA cliq continuously for my refund. I have sent 20 emails..more than 60 phone calls I made...but I have not got my refund. They are totally fraud..don't buy any product..they should be banned...

But due to some technical fault i decided to return back .so i call him nd return the product on 3rd Oct, they said your refund will be send in max 6-7 days
But, till now they did not refund .

Do not purchase anything from tatacliq. this is a cheater site. their site has lots of bugs. there is no return & refund. they are not initiate any refund, even though they will pick up return.

I have raised order on 7th oct. 2016. i got delivery on 10th oct. 2016. though on their site it is showing that item received on 1st oct. 2016. my order number is[protected].

Many time i have initiate chat support and call support from them. but result is nil. this is a worst online shopping cart. they do not have any supporting email address.
