Complaint number as registered with tata communications: 16094402 This is the worst response we have received from a corporate! Our internet is not working for the past 1 week and 2 days. Nobody has even bothered to follow up the complaint or visited our place to find out what is wrong. We sent our personnel to their local office only to wait for 2 hrs without proper response. This is very irresponsible behaviour at their end. It’s now 1 week and 2 days since our complaint. It is next to impossible to run a medical clinic without any internet connection! I am certainly NOT going to recommend their service to anyone.

    We are Central Govt organization i.e. O/o the Additional Director General of Audit. Our ID No. is [protected]@eth.net. Since 17.04.2014, there is no internet connection in office and we are facing problem in day to day work. Even on repeated reminders there is no service from your end. Whenever we make complaint on phone, it is replied that ‘Server’ is down and today it is replied that server is showing OK and there is problem office, though no one visited this office for looking the problem. If you remember, we had two internet connections but due to your poor service one of the connections was returned. This time also we are planning to return your services due to poor response i.e. Customer Care. Further you are requested to refund the amount for the period from 17.04.2014 till you service is revised. We tried to contact on phone No.[protected] and fax on[protected]/ 66605335 but all in vain. Really when you want to contact, you can but we are trying since last so many days and we get reply as "Server Down". Please consider this on TOP PRIORITY.

      Dear All,

      You better to be careful in this regard in future...just prior notification is not enough...do you ever care to check up that how many times i have informed you about the wrong information of payment done...last 'notification' you made about the total outstanding around 15000/- + which was incorrect then i contacted your local kolkata office sales guys(who is good for nothing) who verbally informed me the outstanding was around 11500/- and also informed me that if we make the payment then the server again will be activated...and we done the payment...& you know the consequences...
      throughout from the beginning there has been misinformation about the outstanding payment which i have informed you but that problem has never been resolved...what about our security deposit amount? you didn't care to address that issue...

      we need our data back at any cost...it will be a disastrous for us, we may loose crores of business ...we'll not let it go just like that...your so called "prior notification" is not enough...

      My complain for TATA COMMUNICATIONS about is not being empathetic for its customers...
      1) Misinformation about customer's payment done...
      2) Mis guidance by local kolkata office employee that if we clear the outstanding payment then we'll get our data back even if that account is terminated.
      3) Not being empathetic by tata communication hyderabad technical staff
      a) by unable to understand/judge the customer's sentiment when the customer raised an issue about the amount of outstanding payment which eventually proved that the amount they have mentioned was wrong ...
      b) Not being care to inform their customer that the security deposit which a customer has deposited at the time of taking the TATA COMMUNICATION CLOUD COMPUTING and how that amount is being adjusted/utilized before the termination of customer service.
      c) Lastly one or two technical staff of your hyderabad office has told me that they are working at back end to retrieve our data and there is possibility to get that back...but i guess that was not correct...

      Eventually now we understand we have lost our all business data...and needless to say we are in total lost...

      I am sending this email to all concern in a great grief & frustration...I'll take up this issue now in court...I'll fight this case legally till the end...

        ON 7th march 2014, I have submitted a Cheque( no- 000071) of Rs. 4000/- dt.7/3/14 on Bank of Baroda

        to drop box (sk 0681 ) at Lake Auto Srvices - Kolkata -&00029, -- till to this date there is no reaponse

        inspite of my several communication with their establishments at Kolkata, at Sec-V and Mumbai over

        phone ! Who is there in this Company to assist ?

          Dear Sir / Madam, I'm Vinay Sawant a regular user of Tata broadband connection for continues 5 yrs in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013. For a connection which i have surrendered in 2013 account no. ACC[protected], firstly the Legal and Recovery department person has send email mentioning that i have not returned the DSL Router . Since they have send this email after 1 month of Surrendering of connection i had the Receipt to show that i have returned it.So that issue got closed. Now 2 days back i have got a message in my mobile that i have not paid Rs.840 for account no. ACC[protected] which i have already surrendered in Dec, 2010 by paying the last bill . They want me to pay this amount or i have to come to court. Now at present i don't have 4 yrs old bill to show that i have paid that amount of Rs.840 which was the final bill of that account at the time of surrendering the account. I want tata communication to look in this matter . So that old customer like me should not face such problem. Since its really irritating. I request Tata Communication and there Collection Agency to organize their data and in this way only old customer like me will not face such problem. I request Tata Communication to stop playing such Hit and Trail method with the old customers.Since no one keep all the bills of transactions which they have done 4 yrs back. Please send me the required proof if Tata Communication still feel that i have not paid that amount of Rs.840. Thanks & Regards, Vinay Sawant

            I had submitted my cancellation request on 29th Sep 2013 with Service request number[protected]. I have fulfilled the necessary process and submitted my photo id and closure request to Tata outlet at Fathegunj at Vadodara. I have also attended calls and asked for closure of the account. Despite that the company has been generating bills till date to me and after several emails requesting them to close the account have not closed the account. The company staff keeps on calling me all the time and harasses me, asking to pay while I have not used the services nor have the device.

            Prior to this also they have done similar thing and then threatened me too. I want their calls to stop and as a customer have the right to close my account. I work with Smart Campaign which is a global initiative towards protection clients rights in microfinance and Head India Operations. If I cannot help myself, how do I help the poor clients. I want justice and some punishment for the company so that they don't repeat this with any other client. They need to improve their practices .

              I have been using Tata comunications broadband service from last 7 years but last week they deactivate the service without prior notice/SMS/Mail while we are having Rs.2768 balance. Before 3 or 4 days they weneyre saying that they can't resume service due to technical problem and will return the amount but when we check the account online we came to know that account is activated but at home internet isn't working so it means that they are not providing service but in actual connection is active so we can't claim the money.

                With reference to Service Request No. Closed: 15345642 I had a conversation with the authorised person and was informed that there is NO AMOUNT DUE AND THE SERVICE HAS BEEN TERMINATED. After this a person came and collected the modem from my place.
                Inspite of this people are calling up from your company's side and asking for the payment of 612.97 and modem.
                I would request you to look into the matter and reply at the earliest. I AM BEING HARASSED FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS regarding this issue at all odd hours of the day inspite of asking the representatives to call at a more convenient time as I am a doctor and can not hamper the life of the patients for such trivial issue. Please find the other e mails relevant to this issue and respond at the earliest.

                Sir/ Madam,
                This is to notify you that last month I had asked verbally for termination of the internet connection after full payment of bill to the authorised person coming to my place every month to collect the bill. I had asked him, since he is an authorised person of the company, if telling him would suffice and at that time the person agreed to inform the authorities and do the needful. After this I did not use the service anymore.
                Few days back I received a call from your company and again the information regarding termination of the service was given to the caller.
                Today the person who comes to collect the money came to my place again asking for money. When he was told again he denied the entire previous conversation and told us to mail the company regarding the termination. Moreover the person authorised misbehaved, abused and created nuisance in my residential apartment.
                Today after calling the toll free number and talking to the executives I came to know that a mail needs to be sent to terminate the connection. I was unaware of this information till today.
                I have few questions regarding these recent events:-
                1. If the person authorised by the company does not give information regarding the service provided then how can the customer be held responsible?
                2. How can a person authorised by the company come to a residential apartment and create nuisance? I have been a user of this service for many years and till date there has been no disputes regarding payment. Tata being a reputed Indian brand should immediately look into it so that customers are not harassed further.
                3. The delay in sending this termination of service mail is because of the lack of proper information given to me. So why do I have to pay when I have not used the service and also informed.
                I have been a user of Tata products and services for many years and have never experienced such harassment. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that my trust in the company remains.

                  This is subsequent to your letter and in continuation to our tele-conversation; we would like to inform you that based on your complaint with regard to network issue, we had forwarded this issue to our network team. On receipt of your complaint, testing was done in your area by the Network team and it was confirmed in the technical test that there was adequate coverage in your area.

                  We would further like to inform you that we are in the constant process of expanding our network coverage, however kindly note that the signal strength can vary due to several conditions like atmospheric conditions, structural location of a particular premise and topography, affecting the radio waves which also affect the deep indoor coverage in a particular location despite having an adequate coverage in a given area.

                  After a thorough inspection of the network, our technical team has suggested a Patch Panel Antenna (PPA) installation at your premises that will maximize coverage, optimize reach and deliver best efficiency and clarity. Accordingly installation of the PPA at your premises was arranged but it was not accepted by you as communicated to us by our network team, due to reasons best known to you. Also as informed we would like to reiterate that we are unable to provide any adjustments on your account as there have been valid usages in all your bills.

                  We sincerely want you to continue with our services and hence have taken special approval to install PPA, which is a costly instrument, at your premises. Accordingly we once again request you to please allow us to install the same. Kindly note that this PPA is a small instrument which require electricity and minor installation work which involves wiring etc and can be installed conveniently at any suitable location in a premise, without causing any structural or otherwise damage to the premise.

                  Three weeks back I purchased a new Tata photon connection ([protected]) from one of your representative Kumar Kant at our premises HCL A9, Sec 3 Noida.

                  But I am pretty dissatisfied with the speed of the device. I raised a ticket with you[protected]. I was asked to check my speed at speedtest.net (which according to you guys is an Indian government's website to check ISP's speed) which was 0.26 Mbps that time. And later the ticket was closed, you guys told me that this speed is within our acceptable threshold speed limit and we are helpless in this scenario. I was shocked to see this kind of resolution as 3 years back Sify broadband guys used to troubleshoot my issue in case I was getting speed below than 0.3 Mbps.

                  However, yesterday when one of my friend visited my place, he had a tata photon with him (purchased two years back) so I was curious to check the speed of the device and actually I got 1 Mbps speed on his device. It’s been more than 20 days now and I haven’t used more than 100 MB (actually I am not able to). So, I want to ask you that

                  • Why didn’t anybody thought of the fact that it could be an issue with the device itself?
                  • Why you guys are so desperate to close customer's speed issue tickets in case they are getting a ridiculous speed of 0.25 Mbps when there could exist more possibilities too?
                  • Where this statement has been documented that 0.25 Mpbs is the kind of optimum speed that you can provide?
                  • How you guys justify your photon tagline "Get SpeedGet time" with this kind of speed?

                  Moreover I was told by your engineer who was supposed to visit my place (in case speed was 0.24 Mbps or less) that "Sir bekar le liya aapne ye photon kuch speed nai aati isme. Jyada halla machaoge to networking team ek temporary fix kardegi aur baad mein speed wahin ki wahin aajaegi. Airtel ya vodafone 3G le lete to sahi rehta". So what do you think, how a customer would have been feeling who just have spent Rs 2000 on TATA's trust and gets this response?

                  Finally I would like to request you to revert only if you have an "actual" and a "permanent" fix for this or you can refund my money.

                  And if not please disconnect my connection and I don’t want any calls or sms regarding the confirmation for the disconnection.

                      when i was opend that link i got appoinment letter from Tata India Ltd that your resume has been selected online bfor comapany direct recruitments. this company has selected 168 candicated for IT ADMINISTRATION AND PRODUCT5ION DEPARMENT TATA urgently requires candicate as executives and mangers.
                      regarding you interview managemnt by company you have to deposite an initial refundabler security amounty in favour of company for the sum rs. 8150.00.

                      Kindly, sir please free us from this type of fake mails and sms, which are fake to us for freshers to get job.

                        Hello Sir/Madam,

                        My Tata Communications Broadband Internet UserId# [protected]@vsnl.net

                        I have been wrongly/forcefully charged for the service (Online Backup) which I have never activated nor used at any point of time.
                        Firstly I am a home user and do not have any business usage of internet. Why would I choose a business service ?

                        When I called up customer care, I realized that the service was activated from 29/11/2010 and now it is renewed again second time.
                        This way I have lost Rs. 3000 from my account balance unnecessarily.

                        Now I am feeling like cheated from a big brand TATA for whom I trusted for more than 5 years now.
                        I am quite regular in renewing broadband service and did not have much issues so far from last 5 years.

                        Now I have checked online after logging in my account. I have noticed that service (OnlineBackup) was started from 29/11/2010.

                        So after my investigation, when I checked the internet usage log, I could not find any entry of my internet usage on 29/11/2010

                        So how would I activate this service ? Kindly please look into this.

                        I think I have lost total Rs. 3000 from my account unnecessarily.

                        Please see the screenshot below. I am hopeful to get my hard earned money back from TATA.

                          I am a user of Tata Communication's (TCISL) Broadband Service for 5 years+ now. Recently, In June 12 i moved to different location. I requested for location shift on 6th June 12, and after that following are the communication dates and replies summary:

                          6th June 12: Mail from me to TCISL for shift in location
                          7th June 12: Mail from TCISL to fill form for location shift request
                          7th June 12: Form filled and send back to TCISL
                          7th June 12: Ticket generated by TCISL for location shift with compliant number 14597374 and enquiry number 2195199
                          12th June 12: After phone call from TCISL about inability to provide services to new location, i requested for cancellation of my account services and asked for refund. Amount is Rs 6193.33
                          18th June 12: TCISL requested to submit the equpiment (router/modem) to TCISL local office in Pune.
                          27th June 12: I mentioned inability to go to TCISL office and asked for alternative.
                          27th Jun 12: Mail from TCISL that matter has been escalated
                          10th July 12: ICISL sent their person to collect router at my home. I have the receipt.
                          3rd August 12: I checked with TCISL about refund.
                          4th August 12: ICISL mentioned that matter has been escalated
                          10th August 12: mail from me asking for refund status
                          20th August 12 : Mail from asking for refund
                          22nd August 12: TCISL mentioned that they are working on priority
                          22nd August 12: TCISL mentioned they dont have equipment receipt confirmation and asked me scanned copy of receipt.
                          23rd August 12: I sent scanned copy.
                          23rd August 12: TCISL confirmed of receiving scanned copy.
                          30th August 12: Mail from TCISL assuring of working on this matter.
                          31st August 12: Mail from me asking refund.
                          1st Sept 12: Mail fro TCISL that refund will be processed within 30 working days
                          1st Sept 12: Mail from me asking about start of 30 working day limit from which date.
                          3rd Sept 12: Mail from TCISL that this will start from 31st August 12
                          3rd Sept 12: Mail from me asking why this should start from 31st AUgust 12
                          5th Sept 12: Appology mail from ICISL
                          5th Sept 12: Couple of more appology mails exchanged by TCISL
                          17th Sept 12: I asked about update.
                          18th Sept 12: TCISL confirming about 30 working day SLA.
                          18th Sept 12: Mail from me asking more on status.
                          1st Oct 12: I asked if check is couriered, no response from TCISL
                          4th October 12: TCISL mentioning about escalating matter
                          4th October 12: Called to call centre but after long waiting the phone line got disconnected twice. Seems they understood that this is not the call to be taken.
                          4th October 12: I escalated matter to Appellate Authority. No response till date.
                          5th October 12: Got call from TCISL that they will issue check in 15 days.
                          5th October 12: Got mail from TCISL that check will be released in 15 days
                          14th October 12: Received call from Mumbai office that it will another 20 working days.
                          14th October 12: Sent mail to Appelate authoruty. No response till now.

                          Today is 17th October 12, i have not heard back from Tata team.

                          Is there any forum where this can be taken up?

                            This company has no 'customer service' in its dictionary. The service was not on for a very long time and all our calls to them went unreturned. They just don't care for customers once they have them on board. We have not had internet on for about 3 weeks now and no one has cared to check. They installed a wiimax dish in a common building and are holding us responsible for the stolen dish. After repeated phone calls, someone from the company said unless we paid for the stolen dish they will not give the connection. Why are we responsible for a dish stolen from a building where there are other companies? Why did they not insure the dish? For all I know, I think Tata Communications themselves have stolen this since it is useful only to them.
                            Moreover our call about internet not working has been successfully resolved with service no. 14857658. It is still not working. When they say they have resolved this, how can they ask us for the dish charge.
                            Not sure how many customers they cheat like this. Worst provider - wont go to them even if they provide services free of cost.

                              I have wrote several mails to tata communication regarding refund. The refund includes security amount (related to terminated connection) and extra bill payment which was done on 25th May 2012, actually
                              "I made a payment through online banking mode on 23rd May, 2012 (order ID: 4793668), it was unsuccessful as payment process was incomplete.
                              Then I made another payment through IVR (order id 4794438), which was successful.
                              But on 25th may, 2012 payment for order id 4793668 was completed, which was done through online banking mode.
                              So two payment are done for same amount of bill (Rs. 1236).

                              I would request you to Please refund the payment of order No. 4794438 (IVR mode).

                              And its already more than 120 days, which according to TRAI(Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulation is 60 days more than the 60 days limit. And as your company has surpassed the limit of 60 days, interest of 10% (as per TRAI ) also gets applicable on amount.

                                I WAS USING TATA BROADBAND SERVICES FROM THE PAST 5 MONTHS. THEIR BROADBAND SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE. WHATEVER SPEED THEY PROMISE, THE ACTUAL SPEED COMES TO BE HALF OF THE PROMISED SPEED. ALSO THERE ARE FREQUENT DISCONNECTS AND THE HARDWARE DEVICE ALSO IS FAULTY MOST OF THE TIMES. AND FOR THESE ISSUES IF CUSTOMER CALLS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEN THAT IS ANOTHER BIG PROBLEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DISCONNECT THE CALL WHENEVER THEY WISH TO. YOU WILL NEVER BE TRANSFERRED TO A SUPERVISOR HOWEVER YOU REQUEST. AND THEY NEVER GIVE YOU ANY RELEVANT ANSWERS. THEY EVEN DENY RAISING THE COMPLAINT AND PROVIDING ANY REFERENCE NUMBER OR COMPLAINT NUMBER.
                                MOREOVER, THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT IS WORSE. I PAID TATA BROADBAND CASH ON 28TH SEPTEMBER,2012 FOR MY BROADBAND BILL AND MY CONNECTION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 1 HOUR. HOWEVER SINCE THAT DAY TILL DATE, MY CONNECTION HAS GONE SUSPENDED AS TATA PEOPLE SAY THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PAYMENT. I HAVE THE CASH RECEIPT WITH ME AND I GAVE THEM ALL THE DETAILS. EVERYTIME I CALL THEM, THEY TELL ME TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS AND IT KEEPS ON GOING EVERY OTHER DAY. I HAVE ALSO EMAILED THEM AROUNT 10-15 TIMES BUT THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO THE EMAILS. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN TILL DATE AND I AM REALLY TROUBLED BY THESE PEOPLE. TATA COMMUNICATIONS HARASSES ITS CUSTOMERS WITHOUT ANY FEAR AND CONTINUES DOING IT.
                                I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANY ONE TO USE TATA BROADBAND CONNECTION AS THEIR SERVICE IS EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT AND DISGUSTING AND THEY DONT CARE A BIT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

                                  From the past one month I am facing issues regarding Tata Broadband. Out of 30 days only 10 days the broadband worked and rest all the 20 days I was unable to access internet.

                                  I contacted the customer care for Tata 4 times and lodged a complaint, everytime they told that a permanent solution would be provided but till now noaction has been taken.

                                  Now, when I told them to bill me for only 10 days they are not willing to listen. Why should I pay for something I have no t utilized ??

                                  It is a shameful act on the part of the company I never thought a company like Tata could do such things. Now again I am facing the disconnection problem.

                                  Please solve the problem I am not going to pay for the 20 days that I was not able to access my net. Even now the net is not working. Its so not done, who is going to pay the opportunity cost for the net not working for so many days despite their promise that a permanat solution would be provided?

                                  If I add up the loss I beared along with the charge for net dur to not working it runs in thousands. The company should reimburse my 20 days money as well as the loss I faced in 20 days. Please resolve the matter as early as possible.

                                  We are facing this problem over last 3 months.We resgistered complaints coupls of times however nobody was able to solve the problem.

                                    We are using Business Email service of Tata Communications since last 2 years. We have never faced any problem with the service but now we are facing the problem since 3 days about their service support.

                                    The service support team working at Tata Communications, Bund Garden, Pune office is not at all responsive. We have launched the complaint 3 days ago & no body at their office could resolve the problem in 3 days inspite of continuous follow up through phone & personal visits. The team has taken this matter very casually. It means that, this is creating bad image of Tata Communications.

                                    With such a poor service & support, everybody should think before opting for Tata Communications Business E-mail service.

                                      Hi, all of you . I went to the interview for TATA COMMNICATIONS. I was astonish to see the behaviour of the HR. The HR who was bald i do not remember the name. but he sits in ground floor. I think he is a racist. Rather than focussing on the skills he is focussing on the dress code of the interviewee. He also do not have a smile on his face. I do not know who has selected him for the post of HR. I forgot to ask his name before leaving from interview. I request all the top managment and the CEO of TATA Comminications to take stern action against this fellow who is creating this bias. I do not know how many people curses he is having now. It is because of these HR'S our city as well as our country lack development in all sectors. Really heart broken.This incident happened yestereday.

                                        I have a very bad experience with TATA Wimax internet services.
                                        My internet was not working since 15 days.
                                        First when I called up the customer care they told me the service itself is down.
                                        After two days when I called them up again and was telling then to come and check the connectivity at my place .They did not come for two day.s
                                        They said they will send the field engineer but The FE came after two days.
                                        He checked everything and could not resolve the issue due to lack of knowleledge.

                                        After 1 week of the complaint and making several calls to customer care I finally got the number of a field engineer but he came after 13 days of the ongoing issue.
                                        He did something and changed the receiver box and told me that the static IP that I had was spammed and I need to send an email to [protected]@tatacommunications.com to configure a new static IP.

                                        I have been sending emails like a fool to customer care but no response.

                                        Why these people are not at all helping me resolve the issue.

                                        I have paid the bill for 4 months in advance and now these people are looting me.

                                        I want my money back.

                                        TATA COmmunications limited closed my complaint without solving.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have made payment for New Internate connection (Tariff Plan : Infinity 256) on 9th December 2008.
                                        Then I have wait for 9 days for installation, but instalation was not done. Then on 17th december 2008,
                                        I have send mail regarding this to appellate authority and customer care. After that on 10th day,
                                        18th December 2008 installation was done. After installation the concerned engineer Mr Chitaranjan
                                        told me that instalation has been done but my LanCard is not working, when i will replace that,
                                        net connection will work .
                                        On next day I have replaced the LanCard, but internet connection haven't work. For that i have made a
                                        complain ( Complain No : 8216740) on 23 December 2008. On 25th December concerned engineer Mr Neeraj
                                        (Mobile No : [protected]) contact me and told that he will come at 11 AM . I have wait for complete day, but he
                                        haven't come. I have called to customer care 10 times upto now, but everytime they only told me that it will be done
                                        as soon as possible.
                                        As u can see now 19 days have been passed and i was not able to access internate for a single minute.
                                        Its very much frustrating and disgusting. Please resolve my complain, i will be very very thankful to you.

                                        We are customer of Tata Communication since last 5 years, many times we faced problem of connectivity, fluctuating browsing speed, low browsing speed etc. but it was resolved within 2 or 3 days.

                                        Tata Communications Limited — very poor internet service

                                        hi,
                                        i have an tata indicom broadband wired line connection for almost 3+ years.
                                        My user idwith tatacommunication is [protected]@vsnl.net
                                        For the past 5 months i have been finding lot of connectivity problems.
                                        Inspite of raising complaint , talking with their higher officials , still the problem persists.
                                        Every week atleast once there will be connectivity problem or local node server down problem resulting in no connectivity for minimum of one day.
                                        recently there was a 12 days non connectivity and they told me that they will extend the validity of my account for these non connectivity days but theres no proper solution provided for me still now. this 12 days problem occured during first two weeks of november 2011. its not even o full week gone again i lost connectivity with in the next 6 days. even now its been 3 days since i have raised a complaint and the problem is yet to be solved.
                                        kindly help me in this issue.

                                        I am more frustrated with the internet as well as customer services of TATA Communications Limited.

                                        Now the Bangalore team has raised another request for static IP and it will take another two days.After a wait of 15 days I have to again wait for two more days.Even after that I am not sure whether my issue is going to resolve or not.

                                        I have just now got a call from TATA Communications asking me to pay money for static IP.

                                        What the hell, I have paid for 4 months in advance for that damn static IP and they spammed the static IP and now they are asking money.

                                        TATA Communications lmt is a thief who will rob you out of all your money.


                                        I would suggest everypone not to get the TATA WIMAX i nternet connection.You will suffer a lot if you take that.

                                        Can anybody tell me the procedure to file a care in consumer court.
