CUSTOMER HARASSMENT

I WAS USING TATA BROADBAND SERVICES FROM THE PAST 5 MONTHS. THEIR BROADBAND SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE. WHATEVER SPEED THEY PROMISE, THE ACTUAL SPEED COMES TO BE HALF OF THE PROMISED SPEED. ALSO THERE ARE FREQUENT DISCONNECTS AND THE HARDWARE DEVICE ALSO IS FAULTY MOST OF THE TIMES. AND FOR THESE ISSUES IF CUSTOMER CALLS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEN THAT IS ANOTHER BIG PROBLEM.
