Tata Docomo — activation of services without request | |||
I got a message from Tata Docomo at 19:41:45 on 12/10/2012 that i have successfully subscribed to Musstbuy on TATA at Rs 30/30 days which i have not requested them to activate. when i tried to contact customer service they were not attending the call, this happened to me before also. I have received the same message this morning on my mobile ([protected])regarding the activation of service without requesting. I called up the customer care and they say that I have responded to some IVR call but I have not received any call. However I deactivated the service but they denied to refund my balance. This has happened lot of times, do make sure that this dosent repeat again.
