Tata DoCoMo — MMS dispute

I am a prepaid customer of tata docomo ( 9016915281 ), I am facing a problem for which I have allready register a complain but it has not been solved.
I have forwarded a text sms to arround 25-30 people(including 5 to 6 std numbers) and 165 rs has been deducted from my main balance.
customercare representative has told me that the charge has been deducted for MMS and not for SMS,tough i have send SMS.
Then i have registered a complain in TATA docomo against this, today Ms Anuradha from chandigarh has called me and told that the charge has been deducted for MMS, i request her to check again as i have not forwarded any MMS.
after being kept on hold for 15 min she confirmed that it was an SMS but she told that I have forwarded it to all STD numbers, if so as per docomo default scheme 100 sms is free after first sms, so this charge should not be 165 rs
I have already registered a complain to nodal officer my complain no is : GBL 0915616128
Please look into this matter
