Tata Docomo — Balance deduction on activation of 2G

On 21st November, I purchased a new sim card. According to the plan I should have got balance of Rs. 20, but it was 0.
On 23rd November, the sim card was activated. I recharged it for Rs. 250. It is special recharge that provides full talktime and unlimited 2G and 3G. Next day, after talking to customer care executive I made manual settings in my handset to activate 2G and 3G. 2G got activated but 3G did not.

After a week, one morning I saw balance deduction of Rs.198. Balance was 3 paise. I called customer care. They asked not to use 2G or 3G. I did so and recovered my balance. They assured me to sort out this issue by 6th Dec.

Till 6th Dec, I could not use internet services inspite of paying for it. On 6th to check if the issue has been resolved, I switched on 2G. Balance of Rs. 38 was deducted. After 30 min, I recovered it.

I want to use 2G and 3G services without any balance deduction since I have paid for it.

I'm facing the same problem. In spite of making a recharge of 250/- I cannot use 3G.
Not only this, after the recharge I cannot use even 2G. Now only WIFI is my saviour.
TATA DOCOMO _ you guys aren't promising.
