[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Legal Notice for canceled number | |||
Hi, This is regarding a legal notce by Tata docomo dated 27th May 2011. Though I have asked (Customer care) to cancel my post paid connection they kept sending me the bill and now asking me to pay the bill which I have never used. I have all the email communication in this regard from Tata Docomo customer care. I got the legal notce from tatadocomo to pay the amount + legal fee. Isn't it unfare on their part of sending legal notice when we have already communicated this thru email. Now I need to invest my time in sending letters to them for their mistake. Hi,
I have received another legal notice, this time with my connection number: [protected] and different amount. I agian claim that I have not used this connection since sending you email for disconnect and that should be very easy for you to find out. I have paid one month rent and full charge for device but have not used the connection even for a month.
Please act fast.

I am Santosh.my docom number is [protected].I have been charged for the non usage of the services and the services were disconnected long back.Also totally I have paid 4990.The split up is:
2000-for the device.
1000-for providing the outstation proof
1990--I dont know why.
Kindly take necessary actions and I need justification for the amount I have paid to docomo.Also my name is Santosh the name which was mentioned in bill was Sonthosh which is again wrong.
I need proper justification otherwise I have to take severe actions.

Be assired that you wouldn, t get fruitful response from them. I have been chasing them to pay some outstanding balance as per there record with no succedd.
