Tata Docomo — Being billed for not providing any service | |||
I have a Tata Docomo post paid sim connection ([protected]). Since April 2013 till date there is no network being provided. The provider has been sending me monthly bills even without providing the service and despite repetitive complaints they seem to turn a blind eye. I have lost a few business deals accounting to a financial loss due to their bad service. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

times to customer care regarding automatic settings which are need for internet surffing, but each time the sent me a manual setting whose instructions are not matching to my handset configuration, .
so its my humble request to u to provide me those setting that are relevant to my above specified handset model no...

Tata Docomo — not providing services
i am a tata docomo user my mobile no is [protected]acording to all adds at sony ericsson and tata docomo i should get 3 gb free data + free min which i have not get after purches of sony ericsson xperia phone and when i talk to customer care the person their said we dont have any details regarding this.
