[Resolved] Tata Docomo — service deactivation

On 27 th may,2011 MVC 3g wap service activated automatically on my no. [protected].
3 Rs/-had been deducted everyday from my account. After calling customer care they told that in 24 hours service will be deactivated.After this no notification message came. But 3 Rs/- continuously deducting from my account everyday without any notification.
Please stop MVC service.......
Help me.......

Hi Sir I'm Tata Docomo Customer from Gujarat Circle.I've Problem in Deactivation of Songbook Service it can't deactive even if dialing 155223(Tata docomo Activation/Deactivation Portal) also bad experience of customer care.They are not able to do it.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Abhilash and Netwap service has been activated on my mobile without any notice. There has been a deduction of rupee one daily. I even dialed 155223 to deactivate the service. But the computer says that there isn't any activated service on my phone. Please deactivate this service.
