Hi! STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.399, Validity:30 days,BB Mail, Messenger, Browsing and data Tranc ID: [protected]
This is the recharge information of my phone number [protected]

Actually I recharged my blackberry plan of 399 on 14th ,november.transaction id I'd above mentionedm
I have got the recharge successful confirmation message bt I m unable to use the benefits of plan.
When I call on 121,they told me that the recharged has been activated n its the fault of blackberry helpline. Bt when I call to blackberry helpline number they told me that they haven't got any info abt the plan of 399m
Sir they ae making me fool from the last 2 days.
Three o[censored]r executives and one senior executive(sahil) also forwarded the mail to activation department n till now I haven't got any call from that side.
Sir pls its a humble request to take a serious action in this regards.
