Dear Sir, I am having Mobile No.[protected] of TATA DOCOMO service provider.Since last , somehow company has activated "Personalized Horoscope Pack" without my notice. I tried so many times to unsubscribe the same, but failed. Company's complaint registration system is also not working. Company deduct Rs.10/- per week from my prepaid account balance, which has not been used for a single time. Kindly arrange to unsubscribe the same & refund of deducted amount. I have already raised a complaint but still the problem is not resolved. Again saying Renewal of package, Company deducted Rs.10 every week. Please unsubscribe it asap. The complaint is not yet resolved. Another Rs.10 has been deducted from my prepaid account saying the "Personalized Horoscope Pack" is renewed for this week. Kindly unsubscribe the activated pack and refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.

Tata Docomo — Weekly Personalised Horoscope
Sir, one package of Personalised Horroscope has been started nearly about 4-5 months back without forwading any request bt the Tata Docomo company. Due to this weekly Rs.10 is being deducted from last 4-5 months. My cell no is [protected]. On contacting web they instructed to call customer care on number 155223. The message of deducting the amount is coming from the no. 53300.We tried by contacting customer care several times but could not succeed.
Sir, on complainting on the website of the company it is not accepting the complaint. So please kindly help us to stop this weekly package as we are not using it & also not interested in it.

My SIM no. [protected] too has been activated for horoscope pack without my notice. I tried dialing 155223 to deactivate as per sms received for deactivation, but the system says, you don't have any services activated. It seems I am being fooled by the TATA DOCOMO company!
